…A bad as the great helmsman…..

johnny keys
Way worse than bolger

bolger did stupid things that cost money and slowed the economy.
the RMA, electricity deforms; leaky homes etc

Key was structurally very destructive
-signed UNDRIP
-signed paris accord costing a fortune to a political slush fund
-from 2013 started dumping 120,000 people a year into the country – of different culture entirely – and 80% went to Auckland,
a city unprepared for it
-started the city rail link that will never be viable but this has meant the govt will import another 2 million people to Auckland to try and make public trannysport viable; living in towers with no car parks allowed so they are forced to use public transport .

Key seriously created problems
and created serious problems

bolger was just a bit of a clueless lefty pretending to be centre right for a while as notional were the dominant party in NZ being in power for 38 of the 50 years between 1949 and 1999. liebour had 12 years out of 50.

then when liebour got a 3 term, nine year gig he became their boy and showed his true colours
a bleeding heart irishman all the way .

Blagojevich was a Democrat politician too. I saw him tell his story on some YouTube channel, Possibly Timcast IRL, and he laid out how he was stitched up when he went against Obama. I don’t know who is more corrupt and hates their country more. Labour in NZ, Labour in the UK, Labor in Australia, Liberals in Canada or the Democrats in the USA?

to be fair, the conservatives handed the keys to UK liebour.

years of dicking around , massive open lies from the conservatives, changing leaders faster than a prostitute changes sex partners;

utterly disgraceful performance one after the other especially when the country handed cameron/conservative a clean majority in 2015 so they did not have to kowtow to emaciated minor parties .

The conservatives blew up the bridge of trust.

the country needs to adjust
voters had Hobsons choice last year .

The FPP still makes it difficult for third party to actually get seats.
in 2015 UKIP got 12.5% of votes but 2 seats out of 650
it is distorted .
Compare that in NZ to the greens who get a similar 12% and 15 MPs of 120.

Let it be about Te Papahurihia. Of all the Godnutters who peddled their crap throughout NZ in the early 19th Century he was a doozy. From Te Ara:
…..”He offered an alternative vision: a heaven full of European cargo, and plenty to eat. He was Hōne Heke’s war prophet in the 1845–46 northern war, and he held séances in which Te Nākahi (serpent) spoke in a curious ‘whistling sighing kind of sound’”…..

Barking mad but he was a pioneer of the cargo cult.

Covid-19 Royal Commission: Port Waikato MP Andrew Bayly wants local knowledge given more weight during future emergencies

While much of what Bayly says is important,t in the end, he misses the basic issue, which is that COVID was a scam, much like global warming.
The effects of that jab are going to last for generations. Indeed, we will be lucky if many of our young grandkids and great-grandkids are even able to reproduce.
We will be inhabited by other nations children.

Children from Africa, India, and countries that allowed the use of ivermectin.

It will be interesting to see the Bro birth rate and death rates over several years.

Bayly is a knob

the whole Royal commission is like all NZ commissions of inquiry
– running down the clock, blood letting with time and money wasting .

not one person in govt will pay the price
so why bother.
Taxpayers tit gets milked yet again

paying homage to a scam.

bayly does not even have a clue here .

Auckland was locked by border for 4 full months from 17 August until 15 December
this was deliberate torture by adern. She hated Auckland.
has virtually never lived here .
parachuted in as a list MP in 2008.
was rejected by the voters of Central Auckland several times (Nikki Kaye won)
so set out to punish
does not live here today and likely never will.

Did the notional party pricks ever stick up for us.
NO
Did they cry about the inequity from the hills in 2021 .
NO
They were in lock step with liebour
including deriding the parliamentary protesters on 2022.

bayly saying this shit now is dribbling out the side of his mouth
what a cunt

couldn’t he buy an E to put in his name and spell it properly ?

dumbo says
‘No-one appreciated what it meant for Aucklanders at that point’

Ah yeah dumbfuck
one third of the country knew exactly what it meant !!

wa wa about his poor wife
he sounds like the entitled Wanganui collegiate schoolboy he once was, and never grew out of it .

lockdowns were about dogma, vengeance, and hatred.

bayly is too stupid to know this
I thought from other peoples words he had some brains.
but as a current notional MP he is just another wanker reading from luxons songsheet

how daft is he
In the 1970s, while a student, Bayly accidentally shot his brother in the leg while climbing a fence with a gun.
could we rename him as Andrew Baldwin ?

Why New Zealand Is Going Broke

What happens when paradise starts running out of luck? New Zealand — once celebrated as a “rock-star economy” — is now sliding toward its worst downturn in decades. Behind the postcard views and global praise lies a fragile system built on soaring housing prices, shrinking productivity, and a dangerous dependence on a few raw-material  …

NZ had a rock star economy in the early 1950s during the Korean war wool boom.
Never since.

That some churnalist clown said it in 2013 has been played by fools ever since.
it was meaningless drivel .

NZ is an agrarian economy full of service industries and people sell houses to each other and sell shit on Trade me .
the End.

and yet many of the useless eaters in the service industries in the cities look down on the farmers who provide the country’s wealth because they are too daft and too indoctrinated to know any bedder.

Totally agree. No doubt zoned rural and all kinds of rural activities would be allowed. Possibly also required a resource consent or some kind of licensing, so if everything is being done in accordance with that, the whining cunt neighbour should go fuck himself.

The operator has been more than reasonable, IMO. I reckon he should just construct the berm anyway.

So the whiner sends his stock off God knows how far away to be slaughtered, which in my opinion is one of the most negative aspects of commercial farming, but complains that his animals are distressed.

What an absolute fucktard of a neighbour.

Townies belong on another planet. Years ago before the Upper Hutt bypass was built twice a week I took a laden stock truck over the hill down to the Ngauranga abattoir.

Stop off for a pie at a dairy at any point through the built up area & some Karen would launch into a lecture on a) the smell or b) the cruelty to the animals.

Sometimes you’d get a & b. 🙂

Viking

Thoroughly deserved.

Those were the days when you left a trail of cowshit along the road because you were not made to have holding tanks.

The only difference between you and your truck ,and a horse and cart, is that the horse left the piles on a heap for the natives to collect for their gardens.
You slopped it everywhere and hopped for rain so it would wash into the rivers.

Of course you stank.

nasska
Reply to  Viking

Settle down. There were bugger all stock trucks around until the mid fifties & most of those were feeder services between farm & rail head. NZR had to be offered all cartage work over 30 miles in distance.

Before then all stock was driven along public roads in mobs of thousands. The only concession made to the precious townies was a boy sent ahead on a bike to shut the gate to your property if you had one. The roads were covered in piss & crap from North Cape to Bluff.

A careful study of NZ history produces no accounts of death by inhaling the smell off a bit of sheep shit. Petals need to harden the fuck up!

Red tick wasn’t mine so you’re outnumbered! 🙂

Oh, the grand old Duke of York,

He marched them up to interview chairs,
Then swore they were alibis.

And when they asked for truth,
He swore he’d never sweat —
But the world remembers otherwise,
And the internet won’t forget.

Oh, the palace drew the blinds,
The press played peekaboo,
They said, “He’s taking time away —”
From what, we never knew.

“Oh, the grand old Duke of York,

The systemic government is looking to nail us all down, in total control in misdirection, mis-dis-mal-information.

This discussion paper has started in February 2025 under National Media Minister Paul Goldsmith, & fits in with the Broadcasting controls.

https://www.rnz.co.nz/news/political/576336/mediawatch-what-is-broadcasting-and-who-decides

So one can see that most likely the BSA is just following the trend in what is being discussed, & probably in line with up & coming legislation?

The current National media minister is dancing on a pin while trying to pin a tail of “not” on the donkey.

“Revise the broadcasting standards regime (including the BSA) with platform-neutral and system-level regulation of professional media.”
The discussion paper also said: “Our intention is to capture organisations that commission, produce, or directly pay for media content and distribute it as their primary business:
including New Zealand broadcasters and streaming platforms, global streaming platforms, online text-based media, newspapers, and magazines.”

And the next government is already organized to:—

“The issue here is what happens when you don’t move fast enough.
There is the potential for online platforms to be considered as broadcasters depending on how they’re sharing and distributing their content,” Davidson [Labour shadow minister]

Otherwise we’ve got two completely different sets of rules for what… broadcast or traditional media – and news and current affairs content that chooses to only sit on online platforms.
There’s a real disconnect if there’s two sets of rules for what could be seen as the same content.”

“Legislation needs to catch up quickly.
People are choosing and consuming news and current affairs in an entirely different way 1989 when the act was written.
We need to find ways for that content to be regulated if it’s originating out of New Zealand.”

So much more collectivist => socialist => communist controls on how raw data, information, anaylist, knowledge, independence, to bring about a major loss of freedom.

In the article IAASB links to someone refers to the fact that the US was “a two-speed economy”.

#. “On the one hand, there’s an AI-driven boom that is enriching the top end of town. But on the other, rising living costs and falling real wages are still weighing on ordinary Americans.”

Which points to the danger of the concentration of wealth in the corporate sector. At a very basic level, if you manufacture tin openers & the only people who can afford to buy tin openers are the 5% of the population who are corporate employees your outlook isn’t exactly rosy.

If corporates profit at the expense of the proletariat the at some point they limit the market for whatever they provide. We are at that point.

US economy relies on consumerism. 50% of the consumerism is done by 10% of their population.
if that 10% decide to tighten up a lil bit then the entire economy declines. theyre already in recession just trumps fuckery with the tarriff money gives an illussion theyre not.
