So does it make Winston Peters right to repeal ACT’s “Regulatory Standards Bill”?

It seems that someone ‘Holy’ is onto it.

It has become “Be very careful what you wish for”?

The full interview here, but paywalled in its archives, so that was captured.
Exposed by “Holy” on ‘X’ is not so easily accessible.

https://theplatform.kiwi/podcasts/episode/dr-bryce-wilkinson-on-the-regulatory-standards-bill

Thanks to Holy seeing the real problematic issues in this bill.

Just a bit more problematic trying to search through ‘X’.
So in a way the issue, problems are still being suppressed, first by urgency, then not being able to spread this far & wide to bring more understanding of the issues.
Just bide their time until they are in office with enough votes?

So no surprize that Labour, Greens, Te Pati did not expose this weakness! ! ! of Seymour’s bill, and the Tri-Coalition partners remain “whipped”.
No wonder that YSB’s auto-party whip was so upset about Winston Peters looking to repeal this bill.

As it should be.
It speaks to the man that, despite his protestations about personal freedoms and property rights, he fails at that test.

Unfortunately, you don’t consider that important.
Apparently, neither do many of the pollies.

Remember he was going to sanction people who didn’t get the jab.

Ed’s favourite Lady is in the news again.

Emilia Wickstead celebrates Dame Jacinda Ardern and new collection at London launch
Former New Zealand Prime Minister Dame Jacinda Ardern has made a guest appearance at Kiwi designer Emilia Wickstead’s latest fashion launch in London.
Wickstead, whose clients include the Princess of Wales and whose designs will soon be worn by Air New Zealand staff, launched her Little Girls Dresses collection at her Sloane St, Chelsea boutique on Wednesday.
Ardern was the guest of honour and read aloud from her own children’s creation, her book Mum’s Busy Work.
The book has been touted as “an inspiring and heartwarming book about the relationship between a working mum and her daughter” and was released in September this year.
Wickstead and Ardern have been friends for many years, first meeting after the latter stepped into the role of Prime Minister.

There was a comment recently about ‘free range’ nutters living amongst us rather than kept in mental asylums. Watch what some drivers do, some behaviour is inexplicable, completely mental.

It must be cheaper for the govt to clean up messes caused by some mentally ill, erratic and aggressive behaviour than building and maintaining the infrastructure to lock up those who should be restrained.

GB so called gnews is pretty pathetic at the best of times .
So I wont watch said video.

You could say Charlie kirk was killed by far left because jews are lefties and a big base of the Demonrat party .
Instigators of communism; and correctly called out in the 1950s by Sen. Joe McCarthy in their lefty hollywood hideouts. Nothing much has changed there.

New York has 1.3 million jews (mostly religious converts, definitely not Semites, who are in fact Middle Eastern peoples , in truth, not these pasty white Russian and Polish emigres) and as such lock in the mad Demonrat vote.

Israel killed Kirk after he turned on them .
MSM in on the lies again.

Tucker Carlson will be getting threats just as MTG did.
MTG worked out that with C Kirk, yes they will kill me, or my family, if I say and still push for America First , when the correct answer is Israel first
ah shit I’m going to get down ticks so lets go
Isra-hell First
there ya go !!

—————–
What was wrong about killing off a Health insurance company boss.

critters in UK or NZ are ignorant of this corrupt US system of taking money and not paying out for legitimate claims.
They dont have a clue .
If you are too lazy to read then at least watch the Film, The Rainmaker, 1997.
the book is better , dives deeper, and is more informative.
or read up on some of the obamacare inquiry into US medical. It is a horror story.

Many more people die in the US when rejected for valid medical claims on their insurance than Insurance company crooks are killed by good leveling citizens
an the corrupt MSM wont squeal on this evil.

They are murderous tyrants that deny healthcare to many millions of US people who have paid their premiums but don’t get payout even when justified
Try learning about the real world .
Its a racket.

topping one of these cunts is not enough
They suck off the health care dollar to buy holiday homes in Aspen and Cape Cod, yachts they use twice a year, and meantime the little guy suffers and sometimes dies.
a few insurance company deaths is minor retribution .
too little too late.

You people on here rant about Big Pharma and yet cannot see adjacent to this is Big Bad Health Insurance Coys.
In the same game

in any event I won’t try to find any wisdom or truth in controlled opposition wankers, GB Gnews.
Why is there such high staff turnover in GB gnews, ah like, when the people/staffers realise what it really is ?

One can see the training, the indoctrination, to change how people think, so their response falls into that emotional, & irrational debate form.

Even when some one changes sides, but still continues with that frame of mind, whether left or right.

It is sad to see some doing greater damage to your common agreement in the way of how they discuss & become mad when some debates against them.

Another associated & very pertinent question is ‘who owns the medical practise?” Of late corporates have been buying up doctor’s practises & currently a third of these nationwide are in the hands of investment companies & Maori health providers. For example Green Cross Health which owns “The Doctors” franchise with no less than 63 medical centres in NZ. There are others.

Once corporates get their grubby hands on the health levers the doctors are employees. They’ll do as they’re told by Big Pharma & will lie down & roll over on command for the Ministry of Health bureaucrats.

Further to Ed’s early morning thread which raised concerns on the passing by Urgency of the Regulatory Standards Bill, RSB.
https://ysb.co.nz/have-your-say-580/#comment-460029

Seymour explains Regulatory Standards Bill, charter schools
https://youtu.be/sLSYgOrx0Zc
26 minutes : Nov 23, 2025 : TVNZ : Q+A with Jack Tame
With some comments:
Charter school discussion starts at :19 mins 45 secs ;

Over subsequent Parliaments, ACT has tried to pass a version of the Regulatory Standards Bill — with limited success, until now.
Deputy Prime Minister and Regulation Minister David Seymour explains how he thinks the bill will work.
Q+A questions him about his selection of principles, whether the Government follows its own ideas of good regulation, and some legal uncertainties created by the bill.

As Associate Education Minister, Seymour is leading work on setting up charter schools. But the demand for state schools to undergo conversion to charter has been lower than expected.
Jack Tame asks Seymour why.

Still seems to leave things open-ended, not discussed, from the points raised in Ed’s thread above.

Does discuss about “Significant Natural Area” being imposed by councils on private property.
So more definitions seemed to be needed for what is “severe impairment” & some other issues.

Touches on Winston Peters looking at repealing the RSB.

Will the NZ courts read in the Treaty the Titty Principles?
Will an amendment from some future parties leglislate & incorporate Titties principles?

The sight of that obese, poorly tattooed oink swinging from a giant Ngapuhi totara would have Maori & Pakeha from North Cape to Bluff united in mirth. Surely by now, after what must be dozens of attempts to stitch together a viable pan Maori organisation, even the simplest early settler accepts that it is mission impossible.

Alliances hold together for long enough to top up the bottomless bucket of the elites at the expense of Whitey. Once that’s happened they are considered as disposable & implode under generational inter iwi oneupsmanship & the need for utu.

Rinse & repeat.

A Maori party set up based on lies and propaganda is an unstable house of cards.

Maori and early white sailors, whalers, settlers have been intermingling in all aspects of NZ life long before UN globalism and socialism was introduced with US style racism. Plenty of intermarrying and intermingling generally. Probably wasn’t perfect but it seemed everyone was employed housed and relatively happy back before the left started promoting a one sided Treaty.

Indeed, they have.
Captain Cook’s Journals tell of the local chief selling the women to the crew when the ships were being cleaned and replenishing their supplies in the sounds.
I doubt the women got the trinkets.
They were also shared by the whalers in the bottom of the South Island very early in whaling and selling in NZ.
and indeed in many places as people arrived.

White women were also captured and finished up in villages getting pregnant.

Nothing has changed.

The Irish, of course, were really keen on the maidens.

“In the Middle Ages, many women of wealth had male “tongue” slaves that would “serve” them whenever their husbands were away. The idea of only sitting on a man’s face would allow them to experience some pleasure but remain faithful to their husbands.
In the ancient Waikato, “queening chairs” were crafted to cradle the man’s head and neck for support in case he was called to service many women, or if the woman involved needed longer servicing than usual.
Women would sit on the chair and drape their dress over it.

The clan Cullen had its roots (and masturbation, alongside sodomy & other kinks) when they squatted at the mouth of the Cullen River in the 11th century. By the 13th century they had infiltrated Scotland so were probably prey to your ravaging forbears. My maternal genes hail from around Aberdeen where a long history of Vikings ransacking then burning the villages & carting off the fit chicky babes along with their family jewellery had left a population of depressives & fat, miserable munters.

Thus early records show that most Cullens were deported to the colonies for sheep molestation & petty shoplifting. Their miserable offspring crossed the Tasman & continued their criminal careers in NZ.

Luxon making promises all over again.

National has kicked off its election campaign with a party promise to pull Kiwisaver contribution rates up to Australia levels – a combined 12% contribution rate for employers and employees.
It will mean by 2032, employees will have the option to put 6% into their Kiwisaver, which employers will have to match.
The Prime Minister made the announcement in Silverstream in Wellington on Sunday morning, saying New Zealand’s KiwiSaver contributions were “much lower” than Australia.
“In Government, we are already lifting the default rate of KiwiSaver contributions for employers and employees from 3% to 4% by April 1, 2028.

https://www.stuff.co.nz/politics/360896120/luxon-makes-election-pledge-kiwisaver-contribution-boost
