So Browny was whinging yesterday about the rate increase being caused by the rail.
This morning, he is saying what a good thing it will be.

Won’t be finished until it goes to the shore and back around out west in a loop or they build busways like Adelaide. They work.

Sure we play the odds, to try & not be paranoid, as the authorities gas light us that they have everything under control.
Yet there seem to be many more incidents all around Public Transport, at the bus stops, train stations.
They can not say that serious murderous & injurious assaults are not done around NZ public transport either.
So these people walk amongst us, yet our elites will not walk along or with us.

NZ will improve to maintain standards, as in Europe, like in how other subways, train stations, where some travellers play the game skittles, of pushing a fellow traveller on to the tracks.
Near misses, unless recorded ctv then it is just living the life of a rail commuter.

Yet all those advocates for rail, far too often have their own private cars, limousines, accrue flight miles, etc., but want to push others into this blood letting sport, plus spend a lot of other peoples monies, demanded with menaces, while accusing one is an actually beneficiary of all this vibrancy, cohesive community so that the elite can feel virtous in leaving a legacy.

there was a private run bus from city to Airport for years .
Cost $16 one way.
owned by a Melbourne based outfit.

If you can afford to fly you don’t need a subsidised bus !!!!!!!!
so the pure cunts at Auckland transport decided to hobble that
see it is private, not PUBLIC tranny sport ,
and does not ask for 80% taxpayer subsidy,
ergo …it is evil

Initially it ran down Mt Eden road from the city to airport.
As it was successful they added one down Dominion road when SW motorway extended.
I think they added one to North shore as well.
Excellent service I actually used.
Might have added wifi on board in later years I think .
drivers always good that you are loading golf clubs ,skis etc
They understood the market.
Then Auckland Tranny sport rained on the hate and limited bus stops to 4 stops in the 22 km journey.

So it became way less effective.
Used to stop on demand at any bus stop on its route .
Madam bucktooth and her convid killed it entirely.

These wankers hate private transport that provides working solutions .

There is a bus loop built that circles K Road, city, up past University, over Grafton Bridge, past the hospital, on to Newmarket.
Done 20 year ago. took out lots of car parks incl by the hospital .
Yay Say aussie owned Wilson parking.

There is a proper dedicated Northshore to city busway. Used a lot by Students .
the parking is full by 7.30 or earlier.
They needed to allow a facility on buses to have a folding E scooter to commute at the other end .
Just watch for bus fires.
South and West Akl are assumed to have a train service.
Good for you . At best these are taken out 2 days before xmas until the end of January so very unreliable.
and commuters still need to keep a vehicle of some sort.

East Auckland, which is somewhere out east, I hear, has a sort of fake news busway being built bit by bit, maybe. lets make an announcement anyway.

Executive summary
In Auckland, NZ, trains are diabolical .
the ones in Wellywood area are getting pretty ancient

NZ with its limited use 3 ft 6 in rail gauge has Sweet FA places to buy train sets .

PS I think Rod Stewart owns more toy trains than Auckland does !

oh yeah
for those who don’t know
2002/2003: The New Zealand government purchased the Auckland metropolitan rail network from Tranz Rail (Aussie owned Toll) for $81 million.

As part of a later agreement with Toll, the government purchased the rail track network for just $1 but committed to investing $200 million over four years to upgrade it.
a couple of years before they handed more cash to Toll for a liability that Toll was gleeful to offload.
And …got paid for doing so 😁

why build on the shoreline.

It will be under water in 12 years ///
and it would take 10 years to build. No sarc mark there

Seems like a business case where the answer is #^@^%$&

and the maori own it !!
in Fact much of the Shoreline around Orakei including the old main Railway Station was handed back to Maori decades ago .
Al that stretch including Spark 12,000 seat arena is on leasehold land with annual payments to ngati far tour .

Can you imagine how much it would cost to get rail to the shore in NZ? It would be eye-watering, and Aucklanders would have to endure another 7% rates rise just to keep that going. No thanks.

Welll what ya know.

Child protection counsellor Veronica Oliveira said in a video on Instagram that she had accompanied Machado for eight years as he “went through all the institutional care in this city”.
The municipal government of the coastal city of Joao Pessoa said a young man – identified by Brazilian media as Gerson de Melo Machado, 19 – had “deliberately invaded the lioness’ enclosure” at the Arruda Camara Zoobotanical Park on Sunday (local time).
“In a rapid and surprising manner, he climbed a wall over six metres high, scaled the security bars, accessed one of the trees, and entered the enclosure,” the government said in a statement.
Viral videos of the attack showed the lioness, Leona, lying next to the glass separating her from visitors, who gasp in shock as the teen shimmies down a tree.
The lioness spots him and makes a beeline for the tree, pulling Machado down to the ground. Bushes are seen shaking, and the teen stands up one more time before disappearing from view.

Mt Wellington homicide: Couple fought for their lives after ‘soldier’ stormed house with knife
A woman charged with being a party to murder after her boyfriend fatally stabbed a knife-wielding intruder who burst into their bedroom dressed as a soldier told police “he was trying to hurt me so we had to hurt him”.

In a small rural town, the home invasion, waking the sleeping inhabitant by smashing a full bottle on his head, that went into a fighting maul.

Later the offender would not give up the knife he was hiding under his body, while lying on floor, so the home owner removed a finger on the other hand, while waiting for police to eventually arrive, demanding the knife be given up.
The offender when the police arrived told the police he still wanted to kill the home owner.

Even the Saint Johns crew did not like the other vehicles that cruised up & down that road, in the wee hours of the morning, while the prosecutor said the father & son should have left the house as that would be the safer thing to do.

Police prosecuted and it cost that farmer to be acquitted about $1/4 of million in defence for himself & his son, even though they were acquitted by the jury.

No recompense by the Crown for their defence.

To add that to your farm mortgages, tipped the scale, so this year the bank forced the sale of the rural property & home.

The home invader, considered a juvenile, I know as committed other serious crimes since, like rape which is still suppressed because of his age.

Sounds good, now add in night time, home invasion, panic, and defending yourself and another. Setting him on fire once they had got him outside would still have been proportionate in these circumstances.

it was a home invasion – on behalf of an evil landlord – (actually , in this case, yep yep = evil ) by a brainless thug .

He entered the house with a knife and death gear like a garotte.
so they defended and killed a home invader, at night, who broke into their house with intent to do harm.

There should not be a case even thought about let alone brought on the couple who defended themselves from an attack in their own bedroom .

fucking cops
smack talking again
they should get back to their animal porn and leave decent citizens alone, who take out the trash on their behalf.

Back in the 1980s a diving mate of mine had an issue with someone breaking into
an older rental house, harder to secure.
He slept with a loaded spear gun. There was an intruder. Sadly, he missed , in the dark. Made a good hole in the wall though.

I thought it had gone beyond self defence, but then read that the intruder had continued to attack after being stabbed in the neck. Regardless, I would do the same as them in the same situation. I fancy a hammer though.

I doubt we will ever get back to the holy trifecta of Denny Hulme, Bruce McLaren, and Chris Amon.

Chris Amon good enough to help the worlds best car manufacturer make better cars ie Toyota
at a time when people sought to be better.

Back when NZ actually did punch above its weight and before clipboard cretins and mamas boys (key, robbers son, chipkins , luxflake, goldsmith ) ruled the land .

There was a wanky hollyweird movie I have not bothered with ; I think from the trailer it was a big whinge fest that tried to deflect from Amon and McLaren winning Le Mans. sod off hollyweird . get back to ordering pizza.

nothing good will come of it, all the crypto bros thought it was great cuz the price spiked but an etf means they can profit from price drops so control and manipulation will be their goal.

in the next few years watch rules and regulation grow for cryptos, the banks and govts wont let themselves be skirted around and will make a way they can clip the ticket and control.

Its gets fishy doesn’t it?

in a remote part of the UK, in Dunblane, Scotland there was a mass shooting .
13 March 1996.
18 killed, mainly schoolchildren

6 weeks later in a Remote part of Australia in Port Arthur, Tasmania there was a mass shooting.
28 April 1996.
35 dead.

nothing before like this, then weeks apart in two Brit commonwealth countries this happens
at random !!
And very tight gun laws are brought in .

NZ had a number of shootings as what qualified as mass murder -4 or more victims dead – in this era
but not such a drastic reaction.
1990 There was David Gray Aramoana – killed 13
1992 Then Brian Schlaepfer killed 6
1994 Bain murders, 4 to 5 murdered (house burnt down by cops weeks later , mmmm)
1997 Raurimu, Stephen Anderson killed 6 . Ah it was just a bit of a breakdown, he’ll be right.
These things happen all the time, just look above!

But not drastic action.
The weird thing that always gets me is there was nothing even remotely like these for 50 years
then Bolger became PM and less than 2 weeks later these started .
the last was Raurimu , 1997 months before bolger was rolled/stood down.

Hell of a coincidence these occurred and only occurred while Bolger was PM
Nothing until CHC March 2019 and facts are very, very blurry on that one .

It was after Christchurch 2019 that drastic action was taken, in days, and less than 3 months since laws had been loosened. Mmm.

If you believe in coincidences, best wishes to you .
I believe in coordination.

National have found an itch that needs scratching with their proposal (announcement) to rein in Local Body rates increases. The measure, when & if it flies, is sorely overdue & signals the socialist wastrels that those unfortunates who pay up for their redistributive spending are hurting badly.

Predictably the writer of https://newsroom.co.nz/2025/12/02/simon-says-cap-your-rates-how-will-councils-respond/ has difficulty in discerning the difference between essentials & nice to have. I may be able to assist.

Essentials are the supply & removal of water, roading, very basic park maintenance & rubbish.

Everything else is waste. eg. rainbow crossings, convention centres, town halls, cycle lanes & gold plated public transport.

Message ends.

Anyone who believes that we must have name suppression should be asked how 350 odd million people manage to do without it in the Yankland.

It doesn’t exist for any reason in the USA. Offenders against children must serve their sentence & register as a sex offender & the information is available to the public.

The kids deserve protection & the parents deserve to know what dangers their kids face.

Yet the same mental defectives don’t demand to be told if the creep down the road has a history of child abuse or abduction because it might upset someone who has paid for a previous crime.

It would be fair to say that the cognitive dissonance their schizophrenic stances generate does my head in!

So why is not the “Tino” maori flag being complementary by lying on the floor?

….. The national Māori flag, called Tino Rangatiratanga, is one of New Zealand’s flags and a symbol for this land.
Tino Rangatiratanga was first designed in 1990, but was not recognised as an official national Māori flag until December 2009.
It is flown alongside the New Zealand flag on significant national days to represent the relationship between the Crown and Māori that was created in the signing of The Treaty of Waitangi. ….

…… On 14 December, [2009] the national Māori (Tino Rangatiratanga) flag was recognised and validated by the Cabinet, as the preferred national Māori flag.
During that day, it was also underlined that this flag will complement the New Zealand flag. …..

It is much more than a change of the NZ flag, but really the totally removal of the culture that it stands for.

put this all back on luxon

ACT wanted to scrap school lunches.

luxon allowed them to continue …on a lower budget.
so instead of a one off stopping things in the first 100 days
the bimbo luxon degraded food output
against hostile media filth and commie teachers unionists

…and thought (??) this would be a good thing

luxflakes …what a dumbass.
2 year later they still get flak.

So the school did not put the delivered lunches into the fridge ! ! !

So the headmaster, school bureaucracy would have known, but started the screeching to blame every one else, when that head master should have some duty of care to have 1 of the staff to check on this as it was on her school grounds.
That is where the buck stops !

In the meantime the media narratize this just spout on about what they do not know.
To increase the expenditure on school lunches, expand to breakfasts & dinner, with no account of money spent.
Ultimately to have state owned dependant kids.

David Seymour pointed this out at https://www.rnz.co.nz/news/national/580636/rotten-lunches-remained-at-school-without-refrigeration-for-three-days-nz-food-safety

“”We can never be absolutely certain but on the balance of probabilities it is the person who has vociferously and politically gone out in the media on this issue, attacking me, the government and Compass, the food provider, who is responsible.”

The maggoted bitch, one Peggy Burrows, who used the issue to score political points should be hung out to dry.

Peggy Burrows claims that the food was returned to the supplier, but as above where Iaasb’s link shows the problem was at the school.
Delivered on Thursday, then a teachers only day on Friday ! seems to be the real deal, to gain a long weekend of not refrigerating the lunches.

Sort of gleaned the above from the comments on this Utube clip, by The Platform :Sean Plunkett, interviewing Peggy Burrows, & did not bother to listen to it.
https://youtu.be/s38IfiphTcc

One can see some of the priorities in the life of Peggy Burrows.

https://nz.linkedin.com/in/dr-peggy-burrows-jp-aminz-associate-ba520621

Something does not pass the sniff test, even if a commissioner was put in place of the school board, and lost the case for dismissing Doctor Peggy Burrows.

In April 2015, there were inaccurate reports in the media regarding Mrs Burrows’ attendance at an international conference at Pennsylvania State University in the USA.
Mrs Burrows’ attendance was fully sanctioned by the Rangiora High School Board of Trustees, prior to the arrival of commissioner Moore.
In addition to annual budgeted professional development funding Mrs Burrows has a fully funded scholarship from the University of Canterbury to undertake this important research into Māori student achievement.
There was never any question of impropriety around her participation at this conference.

We can’t say that the warnings weren’t there WG. A bit over two years ago this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vWkepoLUZfs came up on You Tube. It’s been linked to a few times on this forum.

It has aged well. The theme is no less ominous today.

Yes nasska, just to see some of the close together “affordable” housing developments with their own little cul-de-sac cross roads, here in NZ fits in well with the start of what is becoming a classic video.

It does not take much now to have many ctv surveillance, and to then phase in the private cameras, ring-door cameras, vechicle dash board cameras, etc., that will be demanded, mandated by the authorities to be linked in via the 3g to 4g to 5g., sat nav., etc.. along with your smart phones, smart fridges, smart tv’s.
The technology is here.

Just call Willis Rachael Reeve, UK finance minister. Both believe growth happens by ‘wishing’ and spending on vast public sector salaries.

Have the NWO put the brakes on in Western economies?

“I contend that for a nation to try to tax itself into prosperity is like a man standing in a bucket and trying to lift himself up by the handle.”― Winston S. Churchill

Sort of understandable that he was voted out of power immediately on the end of the war, serving as PM 1940 to 1945, then lost the election but was put back in 1951 to 1955.
As it would seem he had some sense of running the country.
