It sounds like National, the tri-coalition played labour & Te Partly at the same game & won, or has it?

Ok the 3 waters gone, and “Water Done Well” was the push back, and this was not rescinded so still incorporating the  “Te Mana o te Wai” 29 July 2022

……. Mana whakahaere: the power, authority, and obligations of tangata whenua to make decisions that maintain, protect, and sustain the health and well-being of, and their relationship with, freshwaterKaitiakitanga: the obligations of tangata whenua to preserve, restore, enhance, and sustainably use freshwater for the benefit of present and future generationsManaakitanga: the process by which tangata whenua show respect, generosity, and care for freshwater and for othersGovernance: the responsibility of those with authority for making decisions about freshwater to do so in a way that prioritises the health and well-being of freshwater now and into the futureStewardship: the obligations of all New Zealanders to manage freshwater in a way that ensures it sustains present and future generationsCare and respect: the responsibility of all New Zealanders to care for freshwater in providing for the health of the nation.https://environment.govt.nz/publications/guidance-on-the-national-objectives-framework-of-the-nps-fm/clause-1-3/

Still seems to be too close enough for this to awaken to further the curse of te reo for further powers.

Tuku Morgan, made it clear when he said about iwi,
“We have always said, that we’re not interested in owning the water assets. What we’re interested in is the proprietor rights over water, and that is a discussion to be had with the Crown, not with councils.”
so is that now also what Te Mana o te Wai is about & life force mauri of the water?
All set to be accorded the maori lore of scientific principles of tikanga?

Well it does sound like the Tri-Coalition as certainly taken steps in this proposal to put the bell on the maori water cat
May 30, 2025
particular concern with Te Mana o Te Wai, the concept underpinning the NPS-FM that sets a hierarchy of obligations for authorities to prioritise in consenting:
https://thespinoff.co.nz/politics/30-05-2025/what-you-need-to-know-about-the-proposed-freshwater-reforms

So with completion of the changes in the RMA it should defang & declaw that maori wet cat of Te Mana o Te Wai.?? or will tikanga, maori lore be able to rule??

Water is the most valuable commodity on the planet – without it you are dead in 7-14 days – ask the residents of Tehran 10 all Million of them how likely they think Ayayollah R Sole the thirds payers to Allah will repair their decades of failure to maintain vital infrastrucure. So Iwi and Maori generally you can fuck off if you think you will gain control of water in any form so try and discover the motorway to the local dead centre of your community.

The sense of doom is the result of no trust in Govt Media or other state institutions we used to rely on for competence and honesty. So naturally confidence in the same bodies is lacking based on their past non performance, the reset will be brutal with many innocent people unjustly hurt, but perhaps those perceived to be responsible or enablers will feel the wrath personally and in good measure.

A little positivity doesn’t do any harm specially with an election coming up. I may dislike some of the Nationals decisions and the glacial pace they move at but at least they are slowly heading in the right direction. The alternative doesn’t bear thinking about. The only thing I have a problem with is NZF trying to give all the fish to wristy Joneses mates. I don’t think they realise what a stupid idea this is and how many votes it will cost them.

There is some truth in rollback and policy changes that are beneficial the problem for National is the delay gap before those changes turn into visible and worthwhile deliveries before voters fofrm opinions on who they will vote for in 2026. Best result would be a few more NZ1st and a lot more ACT MPs and Ntion holding 50%+/- seats alowing the radicla and necessary policy changes to return NZ to a stable future of economic prosperity and social cohesion – I hope for this but do not expect.

Yup. The natives are still being given all kinds of power and property they don’t deserve and their influence is increasing, not decreasing, in government departments.

And all the while the 17k additional public servants that Labour employed, continue to suckle at the taxpayer’s teat, and Willis has increased, not decreased, spending.

The coalition haven’t gone nearly hard enough. I put the responsibility for that largely on National.

Nor I T, as you rightly pointed out earlier, the country’s Chief Porn Viewer, Jones of the North, has just looked after the Commercial Fisherman to the detriment of every recreational Fisherman in the country and while it will come back to bite NZ1st somewhat, Winston to me is an even bigger Snake in the grass and a man not to be trusted.

While Peters has mumbled that he would not go into Coalition at the next Election if Hipkins leads Labour at that point, I would not trust him on this count at all as I am of the opinion that if Peters could benefit from Labour being in control of the Treasury Benches, then he will go with Labour, much to the detriment to the country.

The last few minutes also may go some way to explain the trend of higher cancer rates overall which has been continuous even before the vax. (though it doesn’t in my opinion explain the rapid onset cancers we are seeing especially in young people). Well worth the 14 minutes imo.

A most surprising statistic coming out from France, where 3-5 million muslims reside.

…… laws, framed under the banner of French secularism, or laïcité, are often justified as measures to protect national cohesion. …..

….. For Muslim parents, the situation is particularly dire.
The de facto ban on homeschooling, heavily favoured by many Muslim families, has eliminated a vital option for those seeking to educate their children in alignment with their values.

Private Islamic schools, numbering only around 90 nationwide, are not a viable alternative for most, as they face constant state harassment or outright closure.

Public schools, meanwhile, enforce strict secular policies: …..
https://5pillarsuk.com/2025/10/13/tens-of-thousands-of-muslims-are-leaving-france-because-of-toxic-islamophobia/

Another very similar teary-eyed article;-
https://caliber.az/en/post/freedom-equality-repression-the-hidden-toll-of-france-s-war-on-its-muslims

Though the article is teary eyed woke, pick up on the points that is making this happen. 🙃 😀 😁

But it is simply based on the common sense; 1 law for all & to be applied.
Sure France can do better in other ways, & along way to go, so not perfect, and could do better like on the borders.

Just to to do those things here in NZ & enforce would be a good starter. ! !
Bring it on ! !

America is dumping Milk.
The case for tariffs against America.

One Nation warned our parliament and consumers that our dairy industry was in crisis.
I introduced the “Protecting Australian Dairy Bill 2019” which aimed to regulate the farm gate price to ensure dairy farmers can earn a fair, sustainable income and cover their costs.
The Liberals and Nationals voted my Bill down on several occasions.
The Bill would have required the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission to determine a minimum base price for milk each season to stop supermarkets putting unrealistic wholesale expectations on farmers.
Six years on from my warnings, Australia’s dairy industry is no longer providing the needs for Australian consumers, and we’re increasingly reliant on imports from countries like China and the U,S whose whole foods like dairy don’t match Australia’s.
When Labor won government, they backed down on their support of my Bill.
The Labor / Coalition duopoly don’t care about our farming sector like One Nation does.
We will restore the rights of our farming sector and work with the industry to ensure Australia’s food security and a fair farm gate price.

The biggest risk with precious metals imo is storage. The banks can be forced to hand over your gold if you have a safety deposit box and if you store it yourself there is a risk of someone stealing it. Particularly if you tell people on a blog that you have a largish quantity. Metal detectors make it difficult to hide.

if silver goes to 300 usd, even 200usd stupid boy will be sell sell sell! bought the bulk of mine between $20-38nz, my first 4 or 5kg i bought at $18 per oz. stopped buying at $40, stupid choice i shoulda kept stacking.

monday morning will be interesting, alot of silver short positions will most likely have hit margin call or sell/buy triggers with the massive last couple of days movement. if that happens it could surge big time and the worlds smallest violin will be heard playing for those poor bankers who get owned.

not everytime, matua kahurangi just posted on substack about this and points out no rahui on mt cook the other week… or when a bro kills a baby

seems each tribe or hapu that carries out maori wizardry have differing opinions on when a wizard should cast their dumbarse spells.

imo it seems if its not going to fuck off enough people then no rahui, the goal is to use cultural bullshit in an attempt to assert dominance. so mt cook rahui might only fuck off a handful of climbers, a popular walking track well thatll affect hundreds or thousands of folk unaware a rahui has no legal power… yet it slowly gains power as those unaware abide by/ respect the bogus rahui.

the old rahui excuse used to be due to sea creatures potentially consuming human remains (weird tho for a race that were savage cannibals) which is why rahui used to be only used for water deaths but maori creep has now ment its used on land for dumb shit like a heart attack or scrub fire.

In New Zealand one can see a form of this too, at this stage being green shoots though in Auckland have hardened up to having $millions in resources to fight back; at this stage in legalese.
From 2 in Auckland, then others one may hear of, in King Country, Christchurch & Southland that I am aware of, but one can figure other seedlings are cracking open for the $juice.

And they too would have developed deeper roots, and other seeds would be sprouting with the right parties in power in NZ, all gaining on further “enrichment”.

Would not be surprised if there other frauds being set up, like in the overseas student racket too, now that the gates have opened wide to another free trade country.

Our New Zealand journalists & media have proven to be just as complicit, running cover, ommission, deflecting too.
Just as our Attorny Generals, Serious Fraud Squad, Police, Judiciary all seem to want to slide over this in NZ too.

It is like becoming too big to fail, too big to take down, and actually very dangerous for the people, the individual trying to bring them to account, as when big enough, they have plenty of levers in different ways to cause one major problems.
So a major NZ problem too.

Going to be fun in places like Detroit where they have two bridges and a tunnel and the traffic flows 24 hours. Same in St San Marie at the Soo locks. Niagara Falls and lots of other places.

It’s all on in Alberta.
