ive been going to shop next town over as id been told it was much better, ill be sticking to that from now on.
across the road the roadhouse is owned by an authentic headwobbler complete with headtowel. anyways the hot food is great… if you needed dry brick like building materials. just wont bother going there anymore, plus can get the same few items each time and the price varies by several dollars.

A party that calls a coalition government “systemic genocide” for adjusting smokefree timelines has chosen language that makes serious conversation impossible. Words have weight. When everything is genocide, nothing is.
And a party that organises itself around race in a country that should be moving past race is not the future. It is the opposite of the future.
I want one law for all New Zealanders. One vote of equal weight. One standard of conduct in Parliament. One country.

Way back, the MPs used to “meet” their supporters at the pub. It was the best meeting place, and if you go back far enough, it was almost the only social occasion available until districts had halls. Then the meetings shifted to halls.

We also had our Local MP, Bruce Townsend, and before him, Robert Anderson and we all met in the pub. Bruce was a local and a member of our Lions Club. Good bloke, but couldn’t stay on the Veranda.
