I hope the Labour Party here under Hipkins should they get in, in November, are not aware of this, cause they will be in boots and all for these Junkets.
Trump’s intelligence chief Tulsi Gabbard quits to look after husband
Tulsi Gabbard, Donald Trump’s director of national intelligence, has resigned.
A staunch opponent of military action in Iran, Gabbard quit the administration to support her husband, who has been diagnosed with bone cancer.
The intelligence chief, who has been under extreme pressure since the beginning of the Iran war, reportedly notified Trump during a meeting in the Oval Office on Friday.
According to Reuters, Gabbard was forced to resign by the White House.
In her resignation letter, she wrote: “Unfortunately, I must submit my resignation, effective June 30, 2026. My husband, Abraham, has recently been diagnosed with an extremely rare form of bone cancer.
“Abraham has been my rock throughout our eleven years of marriage – standing steadfast through my deployment to East Africa on a Joint Special Operations mission, multiple political campaigns and now my service in this role. His strength and love have sustained me through every challenge.
“I cannot in good conscience ask him to face this fight alone while I continue in this demanding and time-consuming position.
Australia just handed us an opportunity. Are we going to take it? – Phil Thomson
Last week I posted a cheeky note to Australian founders on LinkedIn, suggesting they consider jumping the ditch after Australia’s Budget announcement around capital gains tax (CGT).
I laid out three reasons: no CGT in New Zealand, shorter flights to the US, and no animals or insects that can kill you. Jokes aside, I was surprised by how many people assumed this was part of some co-ordinated government push to attract investment and talent. It wasn’t; I’m just a proud Kiwi with an opinion.
It raised a question for me though – are we doing enough to tell our story internationally to the kind of people who right now are reconsidering where they want to build and live? Overnight, many Australians, including small business owners, lost a quarter of their wealth or future wealth.
These are people who spent years, sometimes decades, putting everything into an idea, backing themselves against long odds, forgoing salary and stability for the chance to build something. Right now, they’re doing the maths on their tax bills and asking themselves where they want to build.
When you make success more expensive, you get less of it.
You don’t just lose the tax revenue from those who leave, you lose the companies they would have built, the jobs they would have created, and the culture of ambition they would have sustained.
Winston Churchill had a point when he said: “For a nation to try to tax itself into prosperity is like a man standing in a bucket and trying to lift himself up by the handle”.
Australia is resilient, has one of the largest sovereign wealth funds in the world, and will navigate this. But for New Zealand, the moment creates an opening we should not waste – let’s be innovative, leverage our unique settings, and make a compelling case to capital and talent on the move.
Our starting position is stronger than we often give ourselves credit for. New Zealand has no general capital gains tax on things such as shares, business exits, or equity. This is a deliberate feature of our tax system and this is a no-brainer in a modern economy.

Professor Robert Clancy just dropped the receipts:
A massive Japanese study tracking 20 MILLION people found that ALL excess deaths were in the vaccinated group.
The unvaccinated group? ZERO excess deaths. And here’s the killer detail: mortality surges exactly 3 months after every booster — with peak deaths hitting around 100 days post-vaccination.

Trump Readies Fresh Strikes on Iran as Regime Defies Peace
The Trump administration is preparing new military strikes against Iran, according to CBS News. This comes as the Islamic Republic continues its nuclear defiance, proxy terrorism, and threats to global energy routes despite ongoing diplomatic efforts.
President Trump has made clear he will not tolerate a nuclear-armed Iran or aggression that endangers American interests and allies. After previous operations and a fragile ceasefire, Tehran’s failure to meet reasonable demands leaves strength as the only language the mullahs understand.
Weakness invites chaos. Decisive action protects U.S. security, keeps oil flowing, and deters adversaries who mistake restraint for retreat.

What the reporting actually shows tonight:
— The signal: Trump scrapped his New Jersey weekend and 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐝 𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐬𝐨𝐧’𝐬 𝐰𝐞𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠, citing ‘circumstances pertaining to Government,’ to stay at the White House.
— The war cabinet: he huddled Friday with the Vice President, the Defense Secretary, and the CIA Director on what one source called 𝐚 ‘𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞’ 𝐦𝐚𝐣𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.
— The standby: CBS reports military and intelligence personnel 𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐬, with overseas installations updating recall rosters.
— The caveat: as of Friday afternoon, 𝐧𝐨 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐡𝐚𝐝 𝐛𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐞 — this is preparation and a last warning, not a confirmed strike.
My read: I hope this is the real thing. Iran’s regime will never voluntarily give up its enriched uranium — that material is the whole point, the weapon they believe will let them bring back the Mahdi and burn Israel off the map. You don’t deter people who treat the apocalypse as the goal. If Trump has decided the only ‘decisive’ ending is the one that takes the program off the board for good, then good. A ceasefire that leaves the centrifuges spinning isn’t peace — it’s an intermission.

President of Russia Vladimir Putin’s statement on the terrorist attack by the Kiev regime on the Starobelsk Pedagogical College on May 22:
The statement was made during President of Russia Vladimir Putin’s meeting with graduates of the first cohort of the Time of Heroes educational programme.
On May 22, the neo-Nazi regime that seized power in Kiev carried out a terrorist attack on the student dormitory of the Starobelsk Pedagogical College. At night, while the students were asleep.
According to the reports I have been receiving throughout this time, as of now, six people have been killed, 39 injured, and 15 are listed as missing, as debris removal continues. We will, of course, do everything to help the victims and the families of those killed.
I want to stress – this is important – that there are no military facilities, no intelligence or related service facilities near the dormitory. Therefore, there are no grounds whatsoever to claim that the projectiles hit the building as a result of our air defence or electronic warfare systems. No one can say that they were trying to strike some other facility, while the UAVs were allegedly intercepted by our own systems and accidentally hit this building.
The strike was not accidental: it came in three waves, with 16 UAVs hitting the same site.
Of course, we will investigate the details. The appropriate conclusions will be drawn. But it is clear to us – and once again becomes obvious – who we are dealing with, who we are fighting, and what we are fighting for. This is a manifestation of neo-Nazism. It once again confirms the terrorist nature of the Kiev regime.
The reasons behind the Kiev regime’s criminal conduct are clear. Constant failures at the front, surrendering positions, populated areas and territories.
For the AFU, the situation at the front is gradually turning from difficult and critical into catastrophic. Neither Western aid – which is regularly stolen, they simply cannot resist stealing it – nor forced mobilisation helps, when people are rounded up in the streets like stray dogs and then thrown to the front. Against this backdrop, desertion is also growing catastrophically for the enemy. It is becoming large-scale.
The situation for the ruling clique is further aggravated by all-consuming corruption that is corroding society and is covered up by the regime’s ringleaders. In fact, they themselves are part of these corruption schemes, which is why they later help one another flee the country and escape to Israel and other countries abroad.
Everyone knows perfectly well – both in Ukraine and around the world – that the Ukrainian authorities steal from absolutely everything. It has even reached military property and personal protective equipment intended for those very people who are driven to the front like cattle – driven to die for those who are plundering Ukraine and foreign aid.
The Kiev regime undoubtedly needs such crimes in order to divert attention from what is happening at the front and inside the country, to provoke a response from Russia, and then – as we know, and have seen many times before – to blame everything on us, on Russia, on our country: all escalations and all consequences of such crimes.
Russia’s Foreign Ministry has been instructed to inform international organisations and the international community about this crime.
But, of course, you and I understand that in such cases, MFA statements alone cannot suffice. Therefore, Russia’s Defence Ministry has been ordered to submit its proposals.
Some years ago, A preacher was addressing the congregation in a rural area of the country. “Some people say they have been visited late at night by a ghost who wanted to have intimate relations with them. And they invited the ghost into their bed. How many of your here can admit that they have had intimate relations with a ghost? -A man way in the back of the packed room jumps up and starts waving his hand enthusiastically. “”I have! I have!”, he shouts -”Sir, are you going to tell us that you have had intimate relations in the middle of the night with a ghost?”” -”Ghost? I thought you said goat!”
Tait Communications and AI agritech start-up Hectre were among the big winners at the Hi-Tech Awards 2026.
The gala dinner event was held at Auckland’s Spark Arena with a record 1300 attendees from the industry.
Prime Minister Christopher Luxon, Finance Minister Nicola Willis, Science, Innovation and Technology Minister Penny Simmonds, Commerce Minister Cameron Brewer and Labour leader Chris Hipkins were also on hand.
The political firepower was a measure of the industry’s rise.
The top 200 New Zealand-founded technology companies generated revenues that rose 9.9% to $20 billion last year, according to the Technology Investment Network’s measure – albeit with a 12.4% fall in the local tech workforce as offshore hiring grew.
Christchurch-based Tait Communications, founded by Sir Angus Tait in 1969, was named Company of the Year.
“While Tait was founded 57 years ago, the company continues to innovate on the global stage and move at speed – not an easy achievement for such a well-established company,” the panel of international judges said.
“Tait is coming off a phenomenal year, passing the half-billion-dollar revenue mark.
“It grew organically and by acquisition, expanding into new countries and introduced technically advanced new products, and it competes strongly on the world stage.”
The maker of radio communications gear has had a focus on keeping manufacturing local at its sprawling Christchurch campus.
Its biggest growth spurt in recent times came over 2023 and 2024 as revenue jumped from $421.6m to $426.6m on Tait’s acquisition of distressed Australian player RFI.
In 2025, Tait made a net profit of $44.1m on $516m revenue.
October last year saw the Christchurch firm buy NZX-listed struggler Vital in a deal worth $18m.
Tait has itself been the subject of acquisition. In 2018, Japan’s JVC Kenwood received Overseas Investment Office approval to acquire 40% of the Christchurch firm, with the option to acquire the remaining 60% at a future date.
It has yet to do so; the Sir Angus Tait Trust still owns a majority of the shares.
Tait’s customers in 150 countries include the London Fire Brigade, Transport for London’s 10,000-strong bus fleet, and various public safety agencies and utilities across the United States.
But one of its biggest projects has been at home with its involvement in the $1b-plus Public Safety Network overhaul of emergency communications. Tait took full control of the behind-schedule project in 2024 as Kordia was reduced to subcontractor status.
In 1893, Dr. Young’s Ideal Rectal Dilators hit the market. The doctor who invented them claimed that his product was a certified cure for all mental health problems, simply by using it for a few weeks. Dr. Young himself praised rectal dilation as a cure for insanity, claiming that at least “three-quarters of all the screaming maniacs in the world” were curable “within a few weeks with the application of the original methods”. Young also admitted that some patients panicked at the sight of the devices.
Finally found the answer to why so many lefties are weird gay fuckers.
The Boss is onto it. Wikipedia advises us that they “corrected constipation, promoted more refreshing sleep, and could relieve foul breath, bad taste in the mouth, sallow skin, acne, anaemia, lassitude, mental hebetude, insomnia, anorexia, headaches, diarrhoea, haemorrhoids, flatulence, indigestion, nervousness, irritability, cold extremities, and numerous other ailments.”
Unconfirmed reports indicate that they were dilators of choice for Catholic priests desirous of looser altar boys.
Elon Musk just put the entire university system on trial.
Not the curriculum. Not the professors. The premise.
Musk: “You don’t need college to learn stuff. Everything is available basically for free. You can learn anything you want for free.”
For a thousand years, universities held one monopoly. Access. You paid the toll or you stayed ignorant.
The internet erased that in a decade.
Every lecture. Every framework. Every textbook. Free. From any screen on Earth.
The six-figure tuition is no longer buying knowledge. It is buying a signal.
Musk: “There is a value that colleges have, which is seeing whether somebody can work hard at something, including a bunch of annoying homework assignments, and still do their homework assignments.”
That is the product. Not intelligence. Not creativity. Not vision. Compliance.
You are paying $200,000 to prove you can tolerate bureaucracy on a schedule.
Musk: “Colleges are basically for fun and to prove you can do your chores. But they’re not for learning.”
The entire system is a sorting machine for corporate HR. It does not measure what you can build. It measures whether you can sit still, follow directions, and deliver on command.
Four years of obedience dressed as education.
Musk: “If you’re trying to do something exceptional, you must have evidence of exceptional ability. I don’t consider going to college evidence of exceptional ability.”
The system optimizes for average. It rewards the compliant. It certifies the patient. It quietly filters out everyone who refuses to wait for permission.
The ones who reshaped the modern world never finished the test.
Musk: “Gates is a pretty smart guy, he dropped out. Jobs is pretty smart, he dropped out. Larry Ellison, smart guy, he dropped out.”
They did not drop out because it was too hard. They dropped out because the speed limit was too low.
The most dangerous thing a university does is convince a generational talent that finishing the syllabus is the achievement.
It is not. It is the floor.
A degree is a receipt for compliance. The future has never belonged to people who finish their homework.

After Australia’s 501 deportation, Sydney shooter Alvin Tuala turned Auckland drug boss
A former Sydney business owner who was deported after shooting a local bikie gang leader and his brother later reinvented himself as the New Zealand-based boss of a drug trafficking syndicate.
Alvin Junior Tuala, 48, enlisted the help of package handlers at Aramex, FedEx and NZ Post to smuggle methamphetamine and MDMA into New Zealand.
“I’m always looking for new doors constantly,” he wrote in 2022, in an encrypted message that was later extracted from his phone by police.
In the criminal underworld, a “door” is a reference to a weakness in border security that can be exploited for smuggling.
Details of his offending were outlined in the Auckland District Court recently as Tuala returned to the dock for sentencing. He was already serving a prison sentence for another drug import scheme.
10 years
She ordered an 18-year starting point for all of the offences combined, then ordered an uplift of about six months for the fact that Tuala was on bail at the time of offending. He had been arrested in November 2019 for attempting to import GBL, another illegal drug.
“Not withstanding that, you doubled down,” the judge said, noting that the defendant was sentenced in 2023 to two years and five months’ imprisonment for that charge.
The judge allowed a 40% reduction for Tuala’s guilty pleas, his background, the impact imprisonment will have on his children, and his efforts at rehabilitation. It resulted in an end sentence of 10 years and six months’ imprisonment.
The judge declined to impose a minimum term of imprisonment, even though he was assessed as a high risk of reoffending.
“I know you have been trying really hard … to put yourself in the best possible position for when you do return to society and your family,” she acknowledged.
“I am willing to accept that, at 48 years of age, with the help and support of your whānau, you are likely to be at a turning point. I certainly hope you are at a turning point.
“I hope you can get yourself sorted out to be there for your family in the future.”

its a weekend now, exact same pattern of behaviour as every other time… come monday TACO will do his usual and his dodgy mates will be 10s or hundreds of millions richer after their market bets placed just before they closed on friday.

I would now ask everyone to rise and honour the memory of those who were killed (a minute of silence).

“”I have! I have!”, he shouts
-”Sir, are you going to tell us that you have had intimate relations in the middle of the night with a ghost?””
-”Ghost? I thought you said goat!”
That would have been down the coast in Western Australia.

Theres a lot more on there.

Nature from 60 feet above doesn’t need regulations or human interaction to get the job done.
