  1. Thanks for the link, Ed. That was one of the most rational and well developed arguments against the climate change bullshit that I’ve ever heard.

I think one of the main weapons in the arsenal is the fact that Patrick Moore was a big honcho in Greenpeace. There are plenty of people making similar points, but he has added power because of his background and he is also a very good speaker.

    • This is just another leadership play. She says, “These issues need to be debated properly.” That was not her view on the fire confiscation.

    • “How can politicians defend signing NZ up to an emissions target that has almost zero chance of being achieved, either here or abroad, and that isn’t justified by any scientific or economic findings?”

Empty words from Collins. She voted for the ZCB. Pfffttt !

  2. As I said in Have your say, I bought the Kindle version of the book. I am only about 10% through it. It covers a lot more than AGW. It cost me less than $20 including GST that we now have to pay on small overseas purchase. I would definitely recommend it.

  3. Did anyone besides me ever donate to Greenpeace?

I did I think in the mid-80s but where I got the anti-American rubish I soon stopped. I do not mean anti-Vietnam but comparing the US with Russia and China.

I have put the link the Facebook of 3 MPs, one being Shaw. I asked him if would be prepared to debate with Dr Moore. For those who use Facebook how about supporting me on Shaw’s page.

  5. Excellent clip Ed.
I’ve forced to 11 year old to watch this evening in the process of inoculating the mind against school’s efforts to ‘educate’.
We’ve also had a discussion about the aims of the United Nations since they appear to be studying that.
