  1. “Going by this poll everybody in NZ must be happy with the way Jacinda is running the Country”
That’s a quote by some F- – -king moron Roman Travis on 1ZB at 5.45am today, if this isn’t proof that we have psychopathic fully paid off traitorous rat bastards in our MSM I don’t know what is…

    • Roman doesn’t seem very good at maths. “Everyone” is 100%. The poll shows labour on 40% which means 60%, the majority, don’t like them. At least we know our taxes are paying Roman’s mortgage.

  2. Doctor’s Organization Has Treated Over 150,000 COVID-19 Patients With 99.99 Percent Survival
    ‘Early Treatment Works, Period’

A doctor who has been offering free telehealth services to COVID-19 patients during the pandemic says that early treatment for COVID-19 works, claiming that he has a 99.99 percent survival rate.

“We have a team of volunteer free doctors that donate their time to help treat these patients that come to us,” Dr. Ben Marble, the founder of myfreedoctor.com, an online medical consultation service, said at a roundtable discussion hosted by Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) on Jan. 24.

He added, “We deliver the early treatment protocols to them as early as we can, and we have a 99.99 percent survival rate. So, I believe myfreedoctor.com, the free volunteered doctors have settled the science on this—early treatment works, period!”

    https://www.theepochtimes.com/doctors-organization-has-treated-over-150000-covid-19-patients-with-99-99-percent-survival_4236896.html?utm_source=morningbriefnoe&utm_campaign=mb-2022-01-27&utm_medium=email&est=6XjQTzsJlbXQKETibeunYWkvxnLJ9tYjxRkY%2B8fR9yjqhwK%2FXAVz7JpP1A5Yz4Q%3D

Marble says that he and his small team of volunteer doctors prescribe Dr. Peter McCullough’s treatment protocol, which consists of hydroxychloroquine, ivermectin, monoclonal antibodies, prednisone, and other low-cost generic drugs. They also prescribe vitamins D and C, and zinc.

    • Just received this e mail;

      Kia Ora XXXXX,

There are no plans to use Ivermectin as a treatment for COVID-19 in New Zealand.

Under New Zealand’s medicines approvals process, a pharmaceutical company would need to make an application for new or approved medicines to be used to treat COVID-19. According to Medsafe, as of 9 December 2021, no application for Ivermectin to treat COVID-19 has been received.
Further information is available at: https://www.medsafe.govt.nz/COVID-19/treatment-applications.asp
We wish you all the best.

Why should I trust Medsafe and the flunkey who appears on TV with Ardern? I have seen and heard both of them lying on TV. Ivermectin is not a dangerous drug. The discoverer won a Nobel Prize and it was approved by Medsafe for prescription by GPs in 2005. It was developed to treat parasites but was found to be useful for treating virus infections. Suddenly with the arrival of Covid it has been banned. Why? Answer that. Similarly Hydroxychloroquin was found useful in treating Covid. Banned! Pfizer does not want competition? Why are doctors pressed NOT to report adverse effects to CARM? Why are some doctors being stripped of their practicing licences when they advise their patients that the Pfizer ‘vaccine’ is not the best thing since sliced bread?

    • Some one is selling a meme to prove that the ones who spread that; are really nuts in believing with in 6 months a conspiracy is coming true. 🙂
So then when good people become entangled, wasting time and energy and being exposed to that shit, which is thrown, and so some may stick, that destroys credibility on other issues.
      Be careful out there.. 🙂

      Like another believable tall yarn.
In the meantime babies will be vaxxed while still in the womb. 😉
      Rather just escaped the womb.

People do not look at what is actually in play right now!

Two clinical trials of the Pfizer vaccine on children ages 6 months to 2 years old, and ages 2 to 4 are underway, but the older group hasn’t yet met standards, White House chief medical adviser Dr. Anthony Fauci said at a press conference.
      https://nypost.com/2022/01/26/kids-under-4-will-get-3-doses-of-covid-19-vaccine-fauci/

Ardern will soon be pronouncing more lower age children to be vaxxed once Fauci gives the ok.

    • Setting up a schedule of covid vaccine, already “mandatory” but will roll over to compulsion programs using childhood vaxxes.

Adding the COVID Vaccine to the Childhood Schedule Would Absolve All Liability
      https://rumble.com/vta9sh-adding-the-covid-vaccine-to-the-childhood-schedule-would-absolve-all-liabil.html
      1 min 22 secs : January 25, 2022 : Senator Ron Johnson’s panel, “COVID-19: A Second Opinion”

      — The 1986 Vaccine Injury Act absolved liability for vaccines on the childhood schedule, resulting in an explosion of vaccines being added to the list.

Dr. Christina Parks: “Why are they vaccinating our children? Because once it’s on the childhood schedule, they are no longer liable for injury.”

Christina Parks, a sharp speaker that covers a lot in that snippet.

Ardern and all the karenic parties are a sitter for putting this in place and then total enforcement in NZ, 🙁

    • And Hooten is now off the Xmas card list. . .forever.

Matthew Hooton: Wheels come off Govt’s spin machine

Let’s start by being charitable. If the Government wanted to spread Omicron through the community as fast as possible, its actions over the last six weeks have been exemplary.

Covid Minister Chris Hipkins’ so-called Omicron “plan” — I use the inverted commas so as not to insult readers the way politicians do when using that word — was released on December 21. It was all fence and no ambulance, being entirely about trying to keep Omicron out.

Back then, everyone already knew how contagious Omicron was. On December 21, there were a record 4306 new cases in New South Wales, a record 154 in South Australia and a near-record 1245 in Victoria. In all three states, the trend line was already close to vertical. The Northern Hemisphere was doing even worse, given winter.

Hipkins knew — or should have known — that New Zealand had only around 100 available ICU beds. He knew — or should have known — that New Zealand’s capacity to do accurate but uncomfortable Nasal polymerase chain reaction (PCR) tests was just 40,000 a day.

The Government’s inexplicable decision to grant Asia Pacific Healthcare Group (APHG) a monopoly for PCR tests meant Hipkins understood — or should have — that we have limited capacity to carry out equally accurate but more comfortable saliva PCR tests, such as those offered by APHG’s competitor, Rako Science.

Meanwhile, Hipkins was aware — or should have been — that the Government had only 3 million rapid antigen test (RAT) kits, and no more than 3 million on order. He certainly knew he had just lifted his ban on importing, manufacturing, selling or even using RATs in New Zealand.

This was all great for APHG, 96 per cent owned by the Superannuation Fund and Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, but not so much for its competitors or the public.

The Government then disappeared. The Opposition claimed it had gone on holiday, which sounded hyperbolic but turned out to be true.

Between Christmas and New Year, Omicron continued exploding in Australia while DJ Dimension became New Zealand’s first community case.

A prudent government wanting to keep Omicron out and having made no plan for an outbreak would have temporarily closed the border and got working on one.

Instead, the only response was to increase the Government’s RAT order, but to just 6 million new kits.

Only after inquiries by Newshub’s Michael Morrah was this increased to 20 million on January 7. Three days later, on January 10, the Ministry of Health was still saying the 20 million RATs would arrive in batches over — wait for it — the next six months. The same day, the ministry said “the role of RATs as part of the public health response has not yet been determined”.

Meanwhile, private businesses — knowing the Beehive and bureaucracy were anti-RAT for so long — got on with ordering them for their workers as part of their business continuity plans.

Even last week, as daily infections peaked at around 4000 even in South Australia, as record numbers of Covid-positive people arrived at our border, and as more Omicron cases began popping up in the community, the Government was still not working on the public-health response with officials, but was instead at a Labour Party strategy meeting in Taranaki.

A government wanting to stop spread would have cancelled major events like the three-day Soundsplash music festival in Hamilton. Instead, the Ardern Government — which since September has had a weirdly specific fixation on ensuring music festivals proceed — stood by, deciding only after the festival that Omicron was spreading in the community sufficiently to justify moving to red. The release of information about Soundsplash-linked cases was delayed.

Red, of course, is far more liberal than the old levels system, which failed to eliminate the less contagious Delta strain, even after the four-month Auckland lockdown.

Again, to be charitable, what would a government do if it wanted Omicron to spread through the community as fast as possible? It would encourage 8000 teenagers and early-20s from all around the North Island to gather at a music festival, thrash about together in mosh pits and sleeping bags, just before returning home to start school.

If spread was the goal, the Government deserves a gold star. New Omicron cases have risen more than five-fold over the last four days, at least as fast as in Australia in December.

Looking ahead, the Government has been advised daily cases could reach 50,000 by Waitangi Day, just nine days away. Luckily, the Prime Minister made a brief visit there last week to record a TV special for our national day.

The Government also managed to issue a shopping list of pharmaceuticals and other items we should stockpile, but one more appropriate for someone on the Prime Minister’s $471,000 salary than for a middle-class Kiwi family, let alone someone on the minimum or living wage.

On Tuesday, the first Cabinet meeting was finally held. It considered new “guidance” around masks to come into force nine days later, which was deemed worthy of an announcement by no less than the Prime Minister from the Podium of Truth.

Tuesday’s meeting also considered a new “three-phase plan”, first signalled by the Prime Minister on Sunday. It had all the appearance of being bashed out on Monday, consisting of a single piece of paper largely outlining decisions yet to be made, and Ardern’s most junior Cabinet Minister, a first-term MP, was put up to launch it.

The Ministry of Health, having finally decided it wanted as many RATs as possible, moved to stop their distribution to organisations which had ordered them as part of their business continuity plans. The ministry will instead ensure RATs get to the “right” businesses, as if health bureaucrats really understand which organisations are essential to maintaining basic infrastructure and food distribution as hundreds of thousands of us get sick with Omicron in the coming weeks.

Through all this, the Prime Minister and her ministers tell us New Zealand’s Covid response has been the best in the world.

That was true through 2020, after a bunch of bureaucrats and billionaires got together in March to pressure her to close the border, cancel her 7000-strong indoor Christchurch memorial service and start taking Covid seriously. It has not been true since.

The Government stands accused of laziness, negligence, incompetence, panicked authoritarianism and opacity over its response to Omicron. It is far too charitable to think it planned any of this. The wheels have come off its spin machine.

  3. Around 14 Northland police officers were stood down after the first vaccine mandate deadline passed.

All police constabulary staff, authorised officers and recruits were required to have their first dose of the Covid vaccine by January 17 in order to stay employed, followed by a second dose by March 1.

So the rest will be having to work harder, will get their share of the OMG disease so will have to isolate and slowly will get angrier and angrier.
They will take it out on people.

  4. Dan Bongino Permanently Suspended by YouTube
    By Jack Phillips
    January 26, 2022 Updated: January 26, 2022

Conservative commentator and Fox News host Dan Bongino was permanently banned by YouTube on Wednesday, the company said.

A spokesperson for the Google-owned video-sharing site alleged that he tried to evade a previous suspension. Bongino uploaded a clip to his main channel while his secondary channel was suspended for violating YouTube’s COVID-19 policies.

“When a channel receives a strike, it is against our Terms of Service to post content or use another channel to circumvent the suspension,” a YouTube spokesperson told news outlets. Both of Bongino’s channels were removed, and he won’t be able to create a new one in the future, the firm said.

    https://www.theepochtimes.com/dan-bongino-permanently-suspended-by-youtube_4238919.html?utm_source=morningbriefnoe&utm_campaign=mb-2022-01-27&utm_medium=email&est=yjZkBRNrxHeeE9014AfGKt9miWTGXqCDh1u%2BtkatxnLxy2Q0zSbiJNgE43Q7GNg%3D

Bongino, in a Twitter post, reacted to the suspensions: “Hilarious watching the [YouTube] communists desperately try to save face after we told them to go [expletive] themselves. They’re claiming we ‘tried to evade suspension.’ Really? By posting a final video LITERALLY titled ‘Why I’m Leaving YouTube’?

  9. There was this man in Bulgaria who drove trains for a living. He loved his job. Driving a train had been his dream ever since he was a child. He loved to make the train go as fast as possible. Unfortunately, one day he was a little too reckless and caused a crash. He made it out, but a single person died. Well, needless to say, he went to court over this incident. He was found guilty, and was sentenced to death by electrocution. When the day of the execution came, he requested a single banana as his last meal. After eating the banana, he was strapped into the electric chair. The switch was flown, sparks flew, and smoke filled the air – but nothing happened. The man was perfectly fine.
Well, at the time, there was an old Bulgarian law that said a failed execution was a sign of divine intervention, so the man was allowed to go free. Somehow, he managed to get his old job back driving the train. Having not learned his lesson at all, he went right back to driving the train with reckless abandon. Once again, he caused a train to crash, this time killing two people. The trial went much the same as the first, resulting in a sentence of execution. For his final meal, the man requested two bananas. After eating the bananas, he was strapped into the electric chair. The switch was thrown, sparks flew, smoke filled the room – and the man was once again unharmed.
Well, this of course meant that he was free to go. And once again, he somehow managed to get his old job back. To what should have been the surprise of no one, he crashed yet another train and killed three people. And so he once again found himself being sentenced to death. On the day of his execution, he requested his final meal: three bananas.
“You know what? No,” said the executioner. “I’ve had it with you and your stupid bananas and walking out of here unharmed. I’m not giving you a thing to eat; we’re strapping you in and doing this now.” Well, it was against protocol, but the man was strapped in to the electric chair without a last meal. The switch was pulled, sparks flew, smoke filled the room – and the man was still unharmed. The executioner was speechless.
The man looked at the executioner and said, “Oh, the bananas had nothing to do with it. I’m just a bad conductor.”

  11. Who, in their right mind would allow any offspring to attend this Polytechnic. WTF are these positions and WTF is a “manukura tuarua-ara tauira/learner journey deputy chief executive.”

    The ODT reports.
Otago Polytechnic has filled two new executive leadership roles.
Megan Potiki and Jason Tibble have joined Otago Polytechnic’s te kahui manukura executive leadership team.

Ms Potiki, formerly a full-time lecturer in Te Tumu school of Maori, Pacific and indigenous studies at the University of Otago, has been appointed manukura tuarua-mana taurite/ partnership and equity deputy chief executive.

Jason Tibble, formerly the regional commissioner for the Ministry of Social Development and the regional public service commissioner for government in Otago and Southland, starts as manukura tuarua-ara tauira/learner journey deputy chief executive.

This is a new role, and Mr Tibble will work alongside Chris Williamson, who started as manukura tuarua-ara auahataka/academic delivery deputy chief executive last November.

The new roles were created as part of restructuring following Otago Polytechnic becoming a subsidiary of Te Pukenga.

    • Yes, SA, I would really like to see, just one of these fines tested in Court. What preposterous arbitrary figures for a miniscule presumed offence. WorkSafe should have to prove their allegations before the Beak, then lets see how robust these fines and presumption of guilt is.

    • I can guarantee without any evidence that Worksafe officials themselves do NOT follow Covid rules. If they followed the rules to the letter and spirit of the law mandates, they would find them too invasive for even them to follow.

For example: If i was a Worksafe officer with an IQ greater than 95, the following logic would apply:

[1] If we wear masks going to the toilet, and walking into a cafe pr restaurant, but spend 2 hours with 8 of us, talking, laughing, involuntary spitting, and sharing air and exhaled humid breath, then the [back of an envelope] risk while seated is probably in the order of 600 to 1200 [60,000 to 120,000%] greater than the toilet visit and entry and exit.

      Calculated from:
[a] 120 minutes group seated but only 1 minute smaller group entry exit and entry and solo toilet visit.
[b] A 5 to 10 times elevated risk in being seated and sharing air, breath, spit.
[c] This does not include the supposed elevated risk being seated next to another table where there are similar elevated risks.
[d] Viruses and airflows of any type do not observe safe distancing rules of ±1m ore ±2m, often travelling on air currents up to 5 or 10 metres per second.
[2] Anyone who is a scientist will always get the key parameters and inputs BEFORE using formulae and calculations. Again., anyone in Worksafe with an IQ over 95 will first seek the data.
Q: What’s the square area of that paddock?
      A1 {scientist]: Well it the width times the breadth being 100m x 100m, so 10,000 sq m.

      A2 [fuckwit]: 23867
Q: How did you arrive at that?
A2: 23 is my favourite number, 8 is the age of my first born, and 67 is the age of my dad.

Q: How effective are cloth masks, and surgical masks at stopping Covid?
      A [scientist]: Neither are effective.
[i] While the text on the box says they stop bacteria and viruses, they don’t.
[ii] I accessed the research from 3M online which shows that the masks leak like a sieve.
[iii] I spoke to 10 surgeons and ICU doctors who said:
[a] Surgical masks are “surgical” masks designed to stop blood splatter from patient and spit from surgeon.
[b] They are very limited against protecting against viruses and bacteria, The moment you start breathing moisture into the masks, they become compromised.
[c] We have evaluated their effectiveness against for this pandemic and surgical masks would need to be changed every 15 minutes, to even get get 10% protection.
[iv] Its all very well covering the mouth and noise but what about the eyes? An example they gave is: Q: A women has sex with a man who has a serious venereal disease. She insists he wears a condom during intercourse, and refuses to perform a blow job. Would she be immune to said venereal disease if the man wanks and comes all over her face (wearing a mask) and gets cum in her eyes?

I don’t aplogise for the gross example but in REAL science you are taught to test concepts not just in the middle, but also in the extremes. And sometimes you need to find comparisons that wake people up.

Masks don’t work, and having not worked, prove just how harmless Covid/Delta/Omicron actually are, Vaccines do not work but that is another post.

Those who can do, and those who can’t preach. There are some people in Worksafe who are intelligent but they are in a minority. Worksafe need to wake up and smell the coffee and get off their ego trips. They should reflect on their stupidity when next they are seated in a restaurant engaging in a meal that has a 120,000% elevated risk of catching or spreading Covid, but don’t.

They pass sights that are so horrible that they have not even been seen on TV1, they hear sounds that would make mortals go insane with fear and they smell rotten and burning flesh everywhere.

Eventually they arrive at a door marked Labour Caucus room, and wails and gnashing of teeth can be heard outside.
“This is where you will spend the rest of eternity.” the devil smirks. David is obviously less than happy having to share all eternity with a bunch of Labour Politicians, but says nothing and assumes that this is indeed hell. As David enters the room he notices that everyone is being force-fed lemonade with chardonnay through straws; some people are lying face down over swiss balls being buggered senseless by large men with masks on; everyone however is wearing a blue scarf.

David slightly perturbed by the fact that no Labour MP’s seem to have gone to hell asks the prince of darkness “Why are there no Labour Politicians in hell?”

“AAAHHH”, said the devil “We used to have them until we realised this was their idea of heaven!”

  14. Remember that US Navy F35-C that crashed off an aircraft carrier a few weeks ago, the race to recover it before the Chinese or Russians got to it was reported. Well here is more on the story:

The DoD, under direction of Sec. of Defense Lloyd Austin, has omitted a crucial fact.

Aviators approaching within a mile of their carrier “call the ball,” a radio transmission indicating they have spotted the “meatball,” a nickname for the visual reference used by pilots to keep the proper glide slope during the approach to an aircraft carrier.

As the F-35C pilot neared the USS Vinson, he “called the ball,” but also said he was experiencing sudden and intense chest pain, as if “someone hit me with a baseball bat.” The Landing Signal Operator aboard the USS Vinson noticed at once that the F-35 was above glideslope and would miss the wires. He ordered the pilot to “wave off” just as the pilot’s crackled voice said on the radio, “Fucking vaccine.” The pilot had barely enough strength to eject safely, though several boatswain’s mates on the flight deck were injured when the plane struck the deck.

“The Ministry of Health said on Thursday that five Aucklanders had tested positive after attending the festival, and one of the cases was the Omicron variant.

Emma, a festival-goer who did not want to give her last name, told RNZ’s Morning Report 12 of 30 friends had tested positive for the virus after attending the festival.
The father of a 16-year-old from Devonport said his son, and 10 others, had also tested positive following Soundsplash.”

But, but, the ‘electric cars’ are SAVING THE PLANET – Eon musk tells us so, so he MUST be right…

BTW: £15,000 is approximately NZD 30,478 so the cost of replacing a similar item out here will be horrific, yet I notice that there seem to be an increasing number of Tesla’s on the roads.

Someone, somewhere is making an immense amount of money out of gullible Kiwi’s (many of whom BTW, seem to be female).

    • Playing Devils advocate:
[1] The dealer would have bought or traded in the car for a lot less than £27,000. So the trade in value of the car the moment it was driven off the lot was probably half that amount.
[2] He could buy another second hand car (£27,000) which also has a used battery, or get a new battery for almost half that amount. (£15,000).

Sometime the purchase price of the asset is only a small part of the cost. I bought a second hand car for $20,000 but in 8 years I figure have spent over $32,000 in petrol, triple what the car is now worth. Should I complain that I am surprised with the $32,000 petrol costs, now that my car is only worth $10,000? We don’t complain about the petrol we put in our car, and he should have known this was going to occur with his battery.

He may have saved the equivalent of $80 or $100 per week in gas, but is now stuck with a lump sum. Too bad he bought the Green bullshit that Electric cars cost almost nothing to run.

Too often we seem the jumped up Green zealots on blogs and in the media claiming how much cheaper electric cars are to run, while conveniently ignoring the capital cost of batteries, which also affect resale value. Instead of a weekly fuel cost, the fuel cost includes a 5-8 year battery replacement cost, or do your dough when you can only get scrap value as a trade-in.

An electric car vs petrol car fuel consumption purchase could be compared to buying any depreciating asset on finance and paying a fixed weekly / monthly finance amount or a weekly / monthly interest only amount with a end of term inflation adjusted capital balloon payment. It is simply delaying the inevitable.

If said Mercedes owner was intelligent he would have calculated battery replacement into his purchase cost, and saved [with interest] a monthly amount of £100 to pay for battery replacement or be prepared to sell at a vastly reduced price and buy a replacement. It is a lack of intelligence to expect re-chargeable batteries to have an infinite life.

This is not a story that shows electric cars as being of no value, it is a story that highlights the stupidity and lack of thinking that Green narratives inflict upon people.

      • Let’s compare like with like. There’s a perfectly good second hand fuel tank for a Mercedes Benz 190E on Trade Me for $50.

So about NZ $30,000 to carry a bit of electricity around vs NZ $50 to store a useful amount of petrol. Being a Green wanker ain’t cheap 🙂

I recall how some ancient ones used to recall at the beginning that some old ones could understand shoes and tyres.
But they could not figure, why no other horse was able to be slipped in with no costs, between the shafts.

How on earth is a train stopping 18 times going to cut a 30 minute journey in half?

    • Saggy, you really need to catch up on the new reality.

The tourism industry has been destroyed in New Zealand and we’re cut off from any contact with the outside world (apart from DJs and drug dealers). Added to that, air travel is now deemed to be be evil because of, you know, the carbon thing, and it is due to be progressively phased out in order to save the planet.

So spending squillion$ on building a railway from a deserted wasteland CBD to an empty airport makes perfect sense and fits like a glove with the Marxist agenda to destroy the country.

      Get with the program.

If you really wanted to create a white elephant that destroys Auckland’s economy this gem from the Victorian era ticks all the boxes. • Back of the envelope calculations say that this project will cost at least five times what they claim, will never actually be fully completed, it will run at a huge loss, disrupt and bankrupt businesses in building it, and the economy will be so fucked from Communist Covid Mania, that the only passengers will a few vax injured in wheelchairs, an escaped pet hamster, and a few mice, and the 30 minute journey will take 75 minutes.

And there will be tumbleweeds blowing down Dominion Road, as those who survive the great reset (culling) will have deserted the cities and gone farming lifestyle blocks growing their own food and home-kill meat.

        • ED,

          Financially derailed.

Te Huia train service has earned $300,000 and cost $3m in operating costs over 7 months, and that excludes capital costs.

The financial performance of the Waikato-to-Auckland service has been laid bare in a report released as part of the agenda for Hamilton City Council’s Infrastructure Operations Committee meeting on Tuesday, December 7.

Te Huia earned $298,062 from April to October, according to a table in the report. Meanwhile, gross operating costs were $3,032,452 – a difference of $2,734,390.

So essentially, at breakeven, it would cost $400 for a one way trip.

It would be cheaper to shut down the trains and subsidise an Uber for each passenger. Cost a lot less.

No opwnder our system is fucked with dopes l;like this around.

A senior provincial lawyer says they and two colleagues will not show up in court to represent clients at trial, unless Covid-19 court protocols are changed.

The lawyer, who Stuff agreed not to identify, has a jury trial scheduled in the next two weeks – and they’re not happy that people without proof of vaccination, or a negative test result, will be able to share the same courtroom.

“There are senior counsel in [a provincial town] who are considering collective action if the courts want to try and force us to go ahead with jury trials,” the lawyer said.

The lawyer said the decision is not only for their own sake, but for clients too.

“Jury service under the COVID-19 Protection Framework
Jury trials can be conducted at all settings under the Protection Framework (Red, Orange, and Green).

      Jurors attending court must:

      show a vaccine pass; or
provide evidence of a negative COVID-19 test administered within 72 hours of attendance; or
provide evidence of a negative rapid antigen test administered within 24 hours of attendance.
Those summoned to jury service who do not meet the above requirements will be subject to separate arrangements with appropriate health and safety measures put in place by the Ministry of Justice.

If you are not fully vaccinated, or if you are not willing to undergo regular COVID-19 screening, you may ask, before you come to court, to have your jury service deferred. “

  23. I know we all have a frustration over the vaxx. and the lack of reporting.
At the same time we are aware that the medical system do everything they can to hide any problems to the vaccine, and, pass it off as extremely rare etc. particularly when admission to line of injury is gained.
Why when already the drug companies have no liability.
It is why so many problems are being passed off, away from the vaxx.

What they are doing is getting around is the “freedom of choice”.
The freedom of “Choice” “demand” ramps up if there is a “risk”,
More risk, then demand is more “choice”.

In this vaxx situation, they demand to qualify the risk as negligible, like 1 in a million or more and so do all they can, by devious hook or by crook to try and slide up to claiming it is safe.
If there is risk, then most people would demand choice
Negligible to No risk, so why should you want choice ?

That is why not only doing it for yourself, but the supposed good for the grannies, the community, the health system, etc.. hinge on, that supposedly there is “no risk” so you should not need “choice”
It is why “mandatory” was slipped in which covering for the word “compulsory”

Systemic hospital systems & Doctors, now held in the thrall of the medical autocracy then refuse to look and fairly easy to sign a death certificate.
Coroners refuse to look, Pathologists are not taking the right tissue samples and not really curiously seeking or keeping up with other world renowned investigative pathologists.

Toronto City Council’s Board of Health’s secretary, Julie Lavertu, claims they removed Mr. Hartman’s testimony because it “disclosed the personal health information of a minor without authorization.”
The “minor” Lavertu is speaking about is Mr. Hartman’s dead son, who reportedly died from the “vaccine.”
The entire point of the father’s testimony was to discuss Sean and the effects the injection had on him.

Since Ms. Lavertu’s letter, Sean Hartman’s death has started to gain international attention.
In response, it seems Toronto City Council’s Board of Health has removed the entire meeting from all of its channels.

    https://rairfoundation.com/cover-up-17-year-old-dead-from-pfizer-shot-board-of-health-suppresses-fathers-testimony-video/

Therefore not a vaxx problem, so no risks are associated with the vaxx. 🙁

If it can show there is no problems with vaxx, then no reason why the vaxx should not be done.
It is almost become like an essential, that is like liquids and food that we make choices to put in our bodies, when they have no risks.
Sometimes it is considered that choices can be removed, or reduced, like only “bread & water” for you, but after all you are still getting the basics of life.
So this vaxx can be “safely” considered “no risk” and so an essential for “all” lives, and so for you good,+ community you will partake. 🙁

5 shots from a shotgun would be nothing left, high powered rifle would also destroy it.

His obsession with the experimental gene therapy jab which to date has killed more people in New Zealand than covid itself not to mention the ever growing number of serious “vaccine” injuries has been insane. He has also failed completely to support and push for the early treatment protocols that have been proven successful overseas – he calls their proponents “crackpots.” Make no mistake ACT is not a proper opposition party under Seymour’s leadership and unless he is gone by the next election ACT will struggle to achieve 5%

After CNN reported that the phone call between the two leaders “Did not go well…” the outlet’s own correspondents are turning on each other online.

CNN’s Jim Sciutto then attacked the report, saying that sources were “leaking falsehoods.”

Buzzfeed’s reporter in Ukraine however says that Biden’s words were reported accurately, but Kiev disagrees with the assessment. Meanwhile, it’s alleged that Ukraine has denied it all.

      • Would go a little higher than 20% but no higher than 30% That is today, everyday Another One Bites The Dust. Need it to get no higher than 20% which will drag Labour down to about 29% – then there will be a chance of change. It is still 20-23 months away, a lot to happen yet.

    • It would be great if it did but it won’t. In the States & Canada many drivers own their own prime movers & contract to freight firms to haul the trailer units to their destinations. IOWs they’re independent, only casually engaged & answerable only to finance companies.

The majority of big rig owners in NZ are so contractually tied to the company store as to have less independence & freedom of action than employees.

  33. Hammerhead Tattoos Limited was fined $12,000 for not checking everyone who entered had a vaccine pass, $4000 for not displaying a sign to show if it was operating with or without vaccine passes, $4000 for not having a QR code placed prominently and $4000 for not having an alternative contact record system.

This was a total of $24,000.

Attempts have been made to contact the business.

A Mount Maunganui tattoo shop and a Rotorua barbershop joined four other businesses in the country to receive fines.

The Covid-19 Protection Framework was introduced in December, and WorkSafe New Zealand said it had engaged with more than 1000 businesses to achieve compliance in those eight weeks.

WorkSafe head of general inspectorate Simon Humphries said about 95 per cent had made changes to be compliant.

    Remember that name.

Even before Covid I’ve been fairly mouthy about the state of NZ’s media. It’s a subject I know a wee bit about it. What with the censorship of certain subjects that don’t fit their financials, and the continued dumbing-down of complex issues, it’s been quite the eye-opener.
However, after 2 yrs of endless, breathless, skewed pandemic coverage – and I’m sure I speak for millions here – it has become untenable. I only read and watch media now to see the propaganda, and to also note what’s not being covered. It’s grim, but there is the odd belly-laugh.
It’s impossible to reconcile the massive spin unless you fully grasp the money involved, and the Govt’s hand in all of that. I’m also sure there are a few journalists who will be squirming over this whole business, but clearly just not enough of them. Yet. They have jobs to keep.
At the same time, there’s a generational shift in media which brings with it a tolerance – even appetite – for salaciousness, trivia, conflict, small-mindedness and cancel culture. The appearance of non-bias is but a raised mound in the desert where the worn-out horse is buried.
How else to account for the absence of any coverage of thousands of Canadian truckies blocking Ottawa’s arteries, or outsized numbers of jab-ees either dropping dead or being damaged for life, or the newly-defined ‘accidental deaths’ (suicides) being the new black for the broken.
There’s no in-depth questioning of any rhetoric around the vaccine. None. Or whether masks are illogical, or that mandates may be nothing but cruel and coercive. Indeed the msm basically run negative stories about the unvaxxed and positive ones about conformers. All very predictable.
My message ultimately is this. Whatever your views are on the whole sorry pandemic mess, this is not how the Fourth Estate is meant to function in a free society. Citizens of this country who know this fundamental fact, will never forgive or forget. With every fibre of our being.
All of which I’d be happy to repeat & elaborate on via any msm outlet who may ever again host an old-fashioned panel discussion about the rights & responsibilities of journalism to the citizenry in a democratic society. I’m sure my phone will be ringing off the hook. #FreeSpeech

NZ Covid official stats for today 28/1/2022 (Ministry of Health website)

RADICAL STATS WITH FULLY VAXXED OVER 5 TIMES MORE INFECTED THAN ALL OTHERS.

    Unvaxxed – 3
    1 shot or 2 – 87 ( All 87 were fully vaxxed, meaning 2 shots +)

This is now a pandemic of the vaxxed!!!

Total of Adult Delta and Omicron Covid cases (over 12 yrs)
    Unvaxxed 4328
    Partially and fully vaxxed 4533
Yes, that IS right….. 205 more vaxxed adults have caught covid since the vaccination was introduced, than unvaxxed adults in NZ.
