    • RATs!
Ashly says, no we only consolidated it. Yer right!
He pinched the stuff ordered by private business because he couldnt move his arse and order some because cindy and robber, didn’t have the money!
So private businesses miss out, which means you and me can’t test our selfs. Because the government wants control of all testing, even though the rest of the world is allowed too! You just pick RAT test anywhere, by the handful!

  1. Not Only Russia, but China Is to Blame for Threats Against Ukraine
Beijing is coordinating with Moscow and backing it economically

Any Russian invasion of Ukraine will depend upon economic depth in China, and diplomatic appeasement by Germany and France. Beijing is likely encouraging Moscow to invade, which serves the purposes of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).

While NATO should be pivoting to address the China threat, Russia is using 100,000 troops on the border with Ukraine to pressure NATO for “legally binding security guarantees” that Ukraine will not join the alliance.

Moscow seeks the withdrawal of NATO military infrastructure to 1997 positions, when the two powers signed an agreement. These are impossible demands that would mean rolling back democracy in Eastern Europe, and the expansion of Beijing and Moscow’s illiberal influence globally. If NATO appeases Russia by abandoning Ukraine today, China will double down on its demand for Taiwan tomorrow. Giving into a bully only encourages the others.

    An interesting read about Russia.

    • A load of horseshit. There is no valid reason for NATO’s continued existence. When the Soviet Union broke up, the USA promised Russia that NATO would not extend eastward – a promise it had no intention of keeping. Russia is fully justified in seeking security guarantees along its borders. The USA has no business meddling in Ukraine, and would be outraged if Russia started doing the same in Mexico. This manufactured crisis is all about keeping the American war machine well fed.

      • Many people have raved about Trump, calling him a lunatic or whatever.

BUT, I do not think this Ukraine problem would be here if Trump had been in charge. I get the impression the Democrat party is hugely dependent upon the “war machine”. Trump always speaks highly of the soldiers etc, but I get the impression that he was not beholden to the “war machine”. Several people on this site have noted how Russia circa 1990 agreed as part of perestroika, that NATO would not push eastwards. They have. I think it is all beyond the comprehension of a senile geriatric.
Trump, because of his unfortunately silly comments like “grab them by the pussy” has angered the woke crowd who proceeded to make his life a misery. On the whole, he was a great president. My woke friends tell me I am talking crap, but I still drink their gin, and they drink my pinot gris.

          • NATO Takes Control of US Aircraft Carrier for First Time Since Cold War
            By Jack Phillips

NATO took control of a U.S. aircraft carrier group this week as part of a preplanned military exercise—for the first time since the Cold War.

“Allied ships from the NATO Naval Striking and Support Forces Command and the U.S. Sixth Fleet initiated a series of patrolling activities across the Mediterranean Sea, within the framework of ‘Neptune Strike 2022,’” NATO said in a statement on Jan. 24. “Neptune Strike is a long-planned effort. It will be carried out until 4 February, and features the deployment of the USS Harry S. Truman Carrier aircraft carrier, along with its carrier strike group and air wing

  2. Though Congress has been able to agree on little over the past year, a bipartisan coalition of Democrats and Republicans have spent the past few weeks indicating support for an armed conflict with the Eurasian superpower, and several have opined on what the United States’ next steps should be in responding to Russia’s troop buildup.

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) has requested an all-member briefing on the evolving Ukraine situation as fears of a potential Russian invasion ramp up.

In recent weeks, Russia has amassed over 100,000 troops on its western border with Ukraine, including infantry, tanks, and other armored vehicles, as well as sea forces. In response to this troop buildup, President Joe Biden is considering sending U.S. troops into the east European nation, setting the stage for a potentially massive war between the two superpowers.

    • Viking, if the US & NATO had stuck by their Agreement with Gorbachev & Russia not to push Russian former Buffer States into NATO, then this situation would not have developed. And again they are trying this with the Ukraine and to get this shithole into NATO. This situation lies squarely in the hands of the US, Canada, France and the UK.

I doubt Putin will attack the corrupt Ukraine (although most Ukrainians speak Russian and many identify as Russian), but you can bet your bottom dollar that China will exploit this and attack Taiwan while everyone is looking the other way and given the opportunity.

If russia want a garunteed war they should just start selling oil and gas for gold or chinese yuan, It seems to be the major factor in determining war with usa in recent years. Sadam done so just weeks prior to the last invasion of iraq (funny the first thing the yanks done when they seized control was sell iraq oil in usd), libya were about to aswell (gold for oil)

  3. Have more weasel words ever been spoken by any Government Department than this garbage from NZTA.

And then this bunch of clip board superintendents are complaining that Plod spend more time on investigating or preventing crime than undertaking “Road Safety Measures”. Isn’t that what Plod is meant to do?

NZTA working towards zero road deaths by 2030. What a waste of time and money. Whoever dreamed up zero road deaths in such a mountainous, rugged country with poorly constructed and designed roads is a fool and whatever Government Department who pushes this objective are idiots. Three years in to this policy, road speed limits reduced everywhere and road deaths have not moved much from previous years.

    • Zero smoking, zero covid, zero suicides, zero road deaths , zero drownings blah blah blah its all BS and just designed to be a gravy train for a select few while making next to no difference on the actual outcome.

You cant save lives by adding a whole bunch of beuracrats

I predict the next few years deaths from things like those listed above will increase massively due to the govts last 2yrs of intense brainwashing to remove as much personal responsibility and replace it with govt “safety”. Now the idiot sheep believe the govt can save them from everything and nothing bad will happen to them.

She seems conspicuously quiet about such things at the moment.

      • Komata, I have had first hand experience of this idiot JAG. I was at a Rural Health Transport Symposium in Hamilton about 18 months ago. I was there as Chairman of our local Community & Mobility Van Service. JAG was the Keynote Speaker, she was to present her speech at 3.45pm, but she arrived prior to the lunch break and sat through much of the discussions and concerns over such things as funding, issues with the Waikato DHB (who bend over backwards to assist) and a whole range of other issues.
The first thing JAG said was that all problems with Rural Health Transportation was going to be solved because the Government were spending shit loads on putting on a train service between Papakura and Hamilton and this would help patients access services at Waikato Hospital. She had taken in, not one iota of what was discussed or understood what this Symposium was about.
Now train services are a big issue in the lower Waikato and King Country as KiwiRail passenger trains do not stop at Te Kuiti or Taumarunui but do stop at small villages like National Park and getting KiwiRail to pick up or drop off passengers in these two towns, is impossible.
On hearing JAG prattle on about how beneficial this train service “Te Huia” was going to be for the whole Waikato region (Te Kuiti and Taumarunui come under the Waikato DHB) the lady who runs the Mobility Van Service in Te Kuiti stood up and asked JAG if this train service was going to assist patients to use Waikato Hospital, when was any KiwiRail passenger train going to stop in Te Kuiti.
JAG asked, “Where is Te Kuiti?” There was silence from the audience.
I could not help myself, I stood up and said, “I would like to ask a similar question, when, then was any KiwiRail passenger train going to stop in Taumarunui?”
JAG, then responded, “Where is Taumarunui?”
Laughter broke out amongst the 150 people who were at this symposium. no one could believe her ignorance. (Even Taumarunui is a very large KiwiRail Tack Service Centre and sends staff from here throughout New Zealand to undertake track & bridge maintenance).
And this fool makes policy and has a big say in the transport system in this country. She is a joke.

        • “JAG was the Keynote Speaker, she was to present her speech at 3.45pm, but she arrived prior to the lunch break and sat through much of the discussions ”

One has to ask what was the more important meeting her staff didn’t want her attendance at? For a cabinet minister to have this much “spare time” says alot about her workload or disorganisation (or intent) by her staff.

        • Do you mean Taumarunui “On the Main Trunk Line”
I’m an ordinary joker, growin’ old before me time,
‘Cause me heart’s in Taumarunui on the Main Trunk Line.
in Taumarunui, Taumarunui. Taumarunui on the Main Trunk Line!
You can get to Taumarunui going North or going South,
And you pull in there at midnight and there’s cinders in your mouth,
You’ve got cinders in your whiskers and a cinder in your eye,
So you pop off to Refreshments for a cuppa tea and pie,
          in Taumarunui…

There’s this sheila in Refreshments and she’s pouring cups’a tea,
And me heart jumps like a rabbit when she pours a cup for me.
She’s got hair’f flamin’ yeller, and lips’f flamin’ red,
And I’ll love that flamin’ sheila till I’m up and gone and dead,
          from Taumarunui…

Now you can get a job in Wellington or get a job up North,
But you can’t in Taumarunui though you try for all you’re worth.
If I want to see this sheila I’ve got to take the train,
Get ten minutes for refresments then they cart me off again,
          from Taumarunui…
Well they took me on as Fireman on the Limited Express,
Add I thought that she’d be Jake but now she’s all a flamin’ mess.
          That sheila wouldn’t take t’ me: I thought she’d be a gift,
But she’s gone and changed her duty hours and works the daylight shift,
          in Taumarunui…

Yeah I’m an ordinary joker, growin’ old before me time,
‘Cause me heart’s in Ta’m’runui on the Main Trunk Line.
In Ta’m’r’nui, Ta’m’r’nui, Ta’m’r’nui on the Main Trunk Line,

    • JAG and some entourage, I believe got to this conference.
A part of the “virtual signal” world, and showing that NZ though lagging, punches above it’s weight, like charging rate-payers for fleets of empty electric buses.

UN General Assembly, the Government of Sweden will host – in collaboration with the World Health Organization (WHO) – the 3rd Global Ministerial Conference on Road Safety from 19-20 February 2020 in Stockholm, Sweden under the theme “Achieving Global Goals 2030”.
National delegations led by ministers of transport, health, interior and other sectors are expected to attend from more than 100 countries, as well as representatives of international agencies, civil society organizations and the private sector.

      https://www.roadsafetysweden.com/about-the-conference/stockholm-declaration/

This has leaked out a bit in the Australian news.

It resolves to strengthen “law enforcement to ensure zero speeding and mandate a maximum road travel speed limit of 30km/h … in residential areas and urban neighbourhoods within cities as efforts to reduce speed will have an impact on both road traffic injuries, air quality and climate change”.

The two-day road safety summit, ….. ….. focus on “sustainable transport”.

The Stockholm Declaration calls on public and private organisations to purchase “safe and sustainable vehicle fleets”.
It flags addressing “the connections between road safety, mental and physical health, development, education, equity, gender equality, environment and climate change”.

      https://hotcopper.com.au/threads/green-road-pact-on-30km-h-limits.5148643/

JAG has been busy, getting all this set up through government & into local government,
It already seems to be “fait accompli” and their councilors know how to pass the buck, and the techno-bureaucrats now rule.

I am sure how transport, greens, even councils, and whoever else will be on the way.
They will all be thinking of your “mental well-being” of keeping “sustainable”, and so long as a bicycle with a red flag is tootling along in front of your motorized carbon eating transport. 🙁
The compliant ev owners will also belatedly find they are also constrained. 🙂

All the while, demanding more money, fees. levies, etc., with menaces.
Just another little tick for siding with the UN.
Will NZ take UN advice and make it 30 kph for all urban roads? 🙁
So we notice this is in place for doing similar to all rural roads

  5. I’d say this qualifies as communism. How dare the govt go to suppliers, and spike the orders of businesses. The govt are then going to decide if those businesses should be allowed access to some of their own tests. No doubt after huge delays.

Thomas Coughlan: Government off to slow start with Omicron, but opposition should be careful

“The Government had a rocky start to its Omicron response.

A tardy Prime Minister arrived to her press conference nine minutes late on Sunday, only to find her traffic light announcement had been scooped by the Government’s own Covid website. A nervous nation already had the news it needed: red at midnight.

It was tardiness of a different kind that caught the Government out on Wednesday. After repeatedly talking down the importance of rapid antigen tests (which were – to be fair, less useful during the Delta outbreak), and blocking their import, the Government quietly changed its mind and began diverting orders intended for businesses into its own stocks.

Well, that’s what the Government said. Distributors were slightly more blunt, arguing the tests were “seconded” “requisitioned” – many versions of “nicked”, essentially.

Politics is, at its heart, a language game. Control of language is a good proxy for political control, but it is difficult not to squirm a little at the notion there’s nothing smelly about the Government “consolidating” something that belongs to someone else and that it alone will choose when that person gets what they originally ordered.

Theft by any other name smells as foul.

The frustration businesses feel is quite justified.

After months of talking down RATS and blocking their import, the Government then over-restricted their use, while faffing its own order. Now, it appears the Government wants millions of the things, and instead of getting its own, it’s “consolidating” them from the businesses that it was blocking from receiving the tests just months ago.

And on that “consolidation” malarky – at least some distributors are concerned the Government applied its significant market pressure to force manufacturers to drop smaller orders in favour of the Government’s large order.

If this is the case, there is cause for concern.

The Government seems convinced the clear benevolence of the Covid response is an excuse for common thuggery – it is not.

Gangs seize the goods they want – Governments procure them. Ends do not justify means, especially not now. Don’t be surprised if the Auditor-General decides to go sniffing.

Unlike the early stage of the pandemic, when a bit of chaos could be excused by the fact the Government was responding quickly to a challenge that no one fully understood, this latest incident appears to show a Government covering its back having failed to act quickly enough to procure tests it should have acquired a long time ago.

The fact the Government’s silence on its procurement pivot appears to have something to do with the embarrassment it faces belatedly adopting a form of testing the opposition has been calling for since last year only adds to that embarrassment.

The Government’s Covid response has been successful, but procurement, and an openness to new ideas, has been its Achilles heel.

National has been wisely keeping its head down, Covid having been more than a thorny issue for its past few leaders.

Luxon has yet to make a significant misstep on the Omicron response. So far, his biggest flub was not being clearer about whether he wanted Auckland to be in the orange or green setting last year (a small mistake, which nevertheless taught him a valuable lesson in the importance of speaking with greater precision).

He should be careful these next few weeks.

Previous National leaders have made a noose for themselves spouting off irreverently on Covid in the early stages of a crisis, only to get trapped when things work out better in the future.

Omicron is a different proposition because there appears to be widespread political and epidemiological consensus that things are going to get a whole lot worse before they even begin to get better.

But Luxon should be careful, Covid policy tends to skew Labour – and no one has yet found a way to vaccinate National leaders from succumbing to the virus.”

    • Sagz, the legislation behind TLS allows them to confiscate alsorts of stuff. If i owned a lab right now id be sweating as they have the power to take control of it or seize all supplies and equipment, there are provisions for compensation but only market rate and no allowances for loss of income or use of the building/lab.

The RAT thing just shows how desperate and the massive lack of planning coupled with their pathetic idealogy that cindy is amazeballs and covid wouldnt dare get through the border and theyre gunna be the only ones that beat science and stayed omicron free.

Typical cindy was no where to be seen she dosent like swallowing dead rats and admitting they got it wrong, even more pathetic was bloomfaileds attempt at bullshitting that this was all planned months ago and blames shipping delays.

I like that you highlighted the top part, that is the worst part of that piece, the media is literally warning the opposition not to attack. Its sickening and wrong on so many levels but sadly our opposition is pathetic and will obey

I would have to disagree: Condemning one of your own MP’s for attending a ‘Freedom’ rally,. and being in support of ALL dl’s ‘jab-type’ policies are actually VERY LARGE missteps, but such is the state of the media in NZ at present that not a word has been spoken (or an investigation undertaken) about any such things, seeming to confirm Luxon’s ‘Pro-jab’ position. It’s almost as if he’s (And despite being in charge of a supposedly right-wing political party) a socialist //////////

    • It’s clear as the driven snow. They want to control the narrative, and the testing. So now, the govt knows if you are getting tests, because it will come through them, and they will demand the results, and control the public side narrative. And they could embargo certain companies, not allowing them tests unless said company is mandated.

This is Russia before the fall of communism. You can buy bread, but not from the baker, instead from the govt.

Where does this nonsense come from? Don’t these idiots read overseas news? Everywhere else is dropping restrictions as fast as they can –the irony is most of those countries are in the northern hemisphere who are in the middle of winter.

I read yesterday the head of the medical association in South Africa, who first alerted most of us to Omicron has been under extreme pressure from bureaucrats and scientists in Europe , in particular, to change her message from “Omicron is very mild” to say Omicron is very dangerous or some similar message. To her credit she has stood firm and even added Omicron meets WHO standards for a mild disease.

  7. How the hell is this not “commandeering”?

“We have discussed with our three main suppliers – which are Abbott, Roche and Siemens – that forward orders of tests that haven’t yet arrived in the country, that those be consolidated into the Government’s stock, so that is there for the whole country including private businesses.”

“We already have processes in place to supply businesses with tests if they are using them at the moment and that will continue – and in particular to support private businesses and the public sector to maintain critical workforce … also to make sure that our rapid antigen tests are used where they are needed.”

    So in summary;

MSM: Are you commandeering RAT tests?

Govt: No, we are asking our suppliers to send RAT tests ordered and paid for by others to US so that we can dole them out as we see fit.”

    MSM: Thanks for clarifying.

I’m surrounded by competent professionals who are grounded and no BS. Systems work and have purpose. Totally different experience.

The physical beauty is stunning. I live in paradise. A hawk sailed a few metres past my lofty balcony this morning as I sipped coffee.

Covidians exist here, but they don’t tend to intrude upon normies. People tolerate diversity. Unlike Wellington !!!

“Windfall” my arse. That’s our money they stole to advance some white elephant project that will be a complete cluster. There has been no progress on light rail, so what’s happened to the other half of this “windfall”, that Auckland is no longer sitting on?

    • Apparently you can’t swim at many of Auckland’s beaches due to Faecal bacteria. They could use this money to fix the sewers but will probably build more cycle lanes and rainbow pedestrian crossings or put speed humps and no parking signs everywhere instead.

  11. As soon as she had finished convent school, a bright young girl named Lena shook the dust of Ireland off her shoes and made her way to New York where before long, she became a successful performer in show business.

Eventually she returned to her home town for a visit and on a Saturday night went to confession in the church, which she had always attended as a child. In the confessional Father Sullivan recognised her and began asking her about her work. She explained that she was an acrobatic dancer and he wanted to know what that meant. She said she would be happy to show him the kind of thing she did on stage. She stepped out of the confessional and within sight of Father Sullivan, she went into a series of cartwheels, leaping splits, handsprings and backflips.

Kneeling near the confessional, waiting their turn, were two middle-aged ladies. They witnessed Lena’s acrobatics with wide eyes, and one said to the other: “Will you just look at the penance Father Sullivan is givin’ out this night, and me without me bloomers on!”

  12. The multi-award winning social vaccinologist Dr Aymer Freeman PhD has just released the results of some groundbreaking research in which he finally answers the most pressing question regarding the pandemic in New Zealand.

In his epic work entitled ‘A Safe and Effective Vaccine against Fascism’ Dr Freeman concludes that the most effective treatment is to immediately eradicate the primary vectors of the disease.

Dr Freeman found that eradication of the primary vectors would also provide protection against the other strains of the disease, Marxism and Totalitarianism. These variants have been identified as only 3.76% dissimilar and thus would be very effectively prevented by eradicating the vectors identified in the study.

The primary vectors are the Ardern, Bloomfield, Hipkins, Davis and Woods organisms and these are the main carriers of this virulent disease which need to be neutralised without delay. But numerous secondary vectors have also been identified; of these the Seymour is probably the main secondary threat and it has the added capability of taking on different forms and thus camouflaging itself at will.

A full list of primary and secondary vectors together with recommended actions is included in the body of the report; however just by reading the executive summary it becomes clear that this infection has spread widely throughout the country’s corporate, bureaucratic and media institutions. Thus, neutralising the secondary carriers will be an important part of the cleaning process once the main eradication task has been completed.

Easy to see, but do why do many go along with the devious abuse of power, and then slyly shift the principles in New Zealand?

It is the deviousness of double speak, to ignore, cancel one form of discussion, and then to overly promote the supposed “proper” form.
A public way of practicing “Discourse Consensus” which is then later used to further other agendas.
Like how safe the lower speed limits are, as also supposedly producing less Carbon, so all the public can be considered to be in agreement.

I said who the fuck are you?

    • I hope it goes really well for both your home school Mum and Dad and your children. It is NOT worth the children getting the jab just to go to school. They would possibly only have to do half an hour of home schooling to get as much information as they would get in a week of schooling by the time the all adore the photo of FJA and the diversity programming, then there will be the children who fall over and are ill from the jab which would disrupt the class something shocking. Your children will be absolutely fine. Enjoy the experience.

“When it comes to obtaining help with detecting a load of bull, there can be no better person to turn to than one of NZ’s most successful cattle breeders, Colin Maxwell, now semi-retired
Coming from a rural background myself, growing up in the South Waikato town of Putaruru, I have said this often
If you want to know a thing or two about human health and nutrition, go and consult a rural vet and the farmer with the most ribbons from the A&P shows!
So, with that in mind, I have invited Colin to write a guest article from an animal breeder’s perpective. Here it is:”

    • Alice are you able to send back to them my post here about what CEO Bourla did ten years ago.
I think Gary Moller and Colin Maxwell and that cattle breeding community would be very interested, and would have further contacts in the UK, and Europe.

Posted the other day:—- Pfizer did over a cattle vaccine in 2010
Now they treat humans even worse when you see the comparable numbers per thousand with adverse events.
This was transmitted from the cow to its calf, their progeny!
      .
…. The disease spread from Germany to other European countries, killing up to 15 percent of calves at some farms. Thousands died. Scientists found that the bone marrow and blood cells of the calves had been destroyed. …..
…. revealed that dams who had received multiple doses of a vaccine …..
      .
….. risk also increased steadily with time – it was far higher in calves whose dams had received the vaccine years insread of months earlier. …..
      .
….. Pfizer continued to sell … …. elsewhere in Europe, …. …..told a newspaper for British farmers that “a causal relationship between …. ….. (bovine neonatal pancytopenia) has not been established.” ….
      .
… Pfizer stopped selling …. ….. Even so, the company continued to insist it did not think its vaccine was unsafe.
      ….
      https://alexberenson.substack.com/p/remember-how-health-authorities-said
      .
Read it all and see how the humans numbers are giving even bigger warning signs, yet the to be vaxxed march seems to be relentless!
      .
It would appear that all this Davos WEF crew want to off load humans even more than cattle!
Or to survive and it will be systemically sorted by “social credit” on the “data passport”, we need to be continually dosed like Marek’s diseased chickens treated with another leaky vaccine.

“Without any public mandate, she has taken away democratic rights from communities and freedoms from individuals. Not only has she embedded the radical socialist agendas of the United Nations and the World Economic Forum into our legal and regulatory framework, she is now attempting to replace one of the world’s oldest democracies with tribal rule. These are the actions of a totalitarian regime.

To make matters worse, under the guise of rescuing the Fourth Estate from the decimation caused by Covid, she is funding much of the mainstream media, undermining their independence, and transforming them from community watchdogs holding power to account, into government propagandists, leaving many New Zealanders totally oblivious to the sinister agenda being rolled out.”

The framework puts restrictions in place for businesses that choose to use vaccine passes, requiring customers and staff to be vaccinated. Businesses that don’t use vaccine passes face further restrictions, such as takeaway only for hospitality and gyms not opening, depending on the alert level.

  28. Pfizer Moves to Intervene in High-Profile Case Dealing With COVID-19 Vaccine Safety Data
    By Zachary Stieber
    January 26, 2022 Updated: January 26, 2022
    biggersmaller Print

Pfizer has asked a federal court to let it intervene in a high-profile case that has seen U.S. drug regulators try to slow-walk disclosure of data on Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine.

Pfizer says it supports disclosing the data but wants to ensure that information exempt from disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) is not “disclosed inappropriately.”

Public Health and Medical Professionals for Transparency filed a lawsuit against the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) last year after the agency, responding to a FOIA request, claiming it would take 20 years to produce the data on the vaccine.

The FDA later asked a judge to give it 75 years, but the judge rejected the request and ordered the regulator to produce 55,000 pages a month, which would give it about eight months to fully disclose the records.

About two weeks after the order, on Jan. 21, lawyers representing Pfizer asked U.S. District Judge Mark Pittman, a Trump nominee overseeing the case, to allow the company to intervene.

    https://www.theepochtimes.com/pfizer-moves-to-intervene-in-high-profile-case-dealing-with-covid-19-vaccine-safety-data_4238676.html?utm_source=newsnoe&utm_campaign=breaking-2022-01-26-4&utm_medium=email&est=cOlHdO14EMjYucOsvnGzJfrpc0eA4TIq9m9CWLw8NstyyD0ocVKERSlkOJOaO4Q%3D

Government officials told the court that they want Pfizer’s help “due to the unprecedented speed with which the Court has ordered FDA to process the records at issue.”

“FDA anticipates that coordination with Pfizer to obtain the company’s views as to which portions of the records are subject to Exemption 4, the Trade Secrets Act, 18 U.S.C. § 1905, or other statutory protections will be a necessary component of the agency’s endeavors to meet the extraordinary exigencies of this case,” Department of Justice lawyers said in a response to Pfizer’s motion.

  29. Florida Doctor: Families Sneak Ivermectin to Loved Ones in Hospitals With COVID-19, See Improvement

A Florida doctor says families of loved ones hospitalized with COVID-19 are resorting to desperate measures when approved treatments have failed.

And when it’s not too late, some have seen tremendous success by sneaking medications prohibited by hospitals to patients, says Eduardo Balbona, an independent internist in Jacksonville.

He’s helped dozens of seriously ill patients recover using ivermectin and other drugs and supplements not officially approved in the treatment of COVID-19, he says.

Schooling by correspondence requires an incredible commitment of time. Some of the best educated & well rounded kids I’ve seen have been educated via correspondence on coastal Wairarapa stations where the alternative involved three or four hours travel. It may be good that people understand what law is based on, but common law has been superseded by Parliamentary legislation, or has it? Can it make a comeback?

It will be the powers of numbers as the Truckers of Canada, or Solidarity of Poland, that when the numbers became a tipping point, that there are more of us than of them, with a common cause, focused and kept simple!.

Not that I am against them, but the International Common Law Courts or any other version have no standing, unless the numbers to back that change;— we are the ones that must turn out, in full and some good leaders that can express themselves simply, to the point, and very well.

      There is something in that.

Then there is where many pay public liability insurance.
Then there is like “fire insurance” that is if the fire spreads off your place on to an adjoining place, where you then become liable.

So funny the other day where a German Insurance company said they would not cover an accident where it may be caused by a vaxx injury.

But look what they believe will become their “safe haven”, the data passport, control of finances, social credit, charge you for carbon.
Through the tyrannical medical autocracy of fears, to automated intelligence, to reaffirm the controls of a global hive collective.

      • The outcome hangs on the timing. If they can push everything they want through before the populace wake up to the fact that they’ve been deliberately poisoned they’ll win.

BUT if they fail & the hoi polloi cotton on to what has been done to them then nothing will save the instigators & they will die. The stakes are unbelievably high & our politicians will behave like cornered rats.

      • nasska is right,
We need to wake up, in sufficient numbers.

To rule over us, they need our consent, which for the moment has been blindly allowed.
As when the people in Poland went to meet the Pope, they suddenly clicked, “there was more of us, than them”, so Solidarity was able to surge ahead.

Almost like Trump’s parades, the sheer numbers compared to Biden,, shows something very disconcerting happened during the election counting.
Trump is playing it another way now.
However they can put “Jack, back in the Box”, so Trump is very disturbing to Biden’s administration.
His ideology, Freedom, Choice, and MAGA can not be shut down, and more people are wising up, to the Opposition’s program.
That may have a better and longer term effect in gaining good changes.

It reminds of the changes, where an over reach occurred with the Unions and the Meat Works.
The farmers did not care! They twisted and turned, but finally change did happen.
It cost some of them very dearly.,
It is a pity that some of those principles that were forged then, have been propagandized out.

        • that’s us buggered then.
          We have no Pope.
Even if his god bothering minions seem to infeat the round house.

          We need a messiah.
          There’s naaska of course.

After two failed attempts to get into Parliament, The Opportunities Party has turned to an experienced local government politician for leadership.

          https://www.1news.co.nz/2022/01/26/former-christchurch-city-councillor-raf-manji-new-top-leader/

Manji is not planning on changing TOP’s existing stance on coalition negotiations, saying the party would be happy to push their policies under either a Labour or National-led government.

“We want to kind of get rid of this left/right system because it just creates an unhealthy environment. What the public really want the basics sorted, they want outcomes and good solutions.”

          negative/ Muslim aligned.

GENEVA, January 26, 2022 — The United Nations has announced that North Korea will chair the world disarmament forum which negotiated the Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty, sparking calls by an independent monitoring group for the U.S., the EU, and UN chief Antonio Guterres to strongly protest, and for their ambassadors to walk out of the conference during the four weeks of the North Korean presidency, starting on May 30, 2022.

  36. Dunedin woman who posted antivax video no longer at ACC, cannot practise nursing

A South Island nurse who posted online threats against medical professionals involved in the Covid-19 vaccine rollout cannot practise medicine and is no longer working for ACC.

Under the pseudonym Lauren Hill, qualified nurse Lauren Bransgrove last month posted a message to an anti-vax group on the social media app Telegram.

In the video she said she was in a rage and called on the Prime Minister, the Covid-19 Response Minister and the director-general of health to “cease and desist” in the rollout of the vaccine for 5-to-11-year-olds.

Bransgrove had also been taking part in events in Dunedin organised by antivax group Voices For Freedom.

And of course she wasn’t anti vax but anti this vax.
Will she ever get redress when the others go to jail.

    almost certainly not.
