  1. Wow what a hero. The Government have no respect for our cops (the good ones). They got soaked yesterday, as we all did, they have to listen to the f……king disgusting music Mallard is blasting into their ears. He couldn’t care less about our cops, they are treated like slaves. Just gut wrenching to watch. There are good cops, bad cops, good people, bad people but this Govt degrade humans.💕💕💕Protesters here are peaceful, kind, friendly and are here to make change for their Families and Friends 💞

  2. For all the people who don’t understand what the freedom protests around the world are about…..
    COPIED:
Convoy to the Capital… Why? Well here’s why…
It’s for the family members banned from visiting loved ones in nursing homes.
It’s for the people who couldn’t attend funerals and bury their loved ones.
It’s for censorship on all social media platforms.
It’s for all the people too afraid to speak up in fear of being called conspiracy theorists.
It’s for the people who willingly got the J because they were told it would end the lockdowns.
It’s for the people who willingly got the J so they could open their business again, only to be told they can’t.
It’s for all the people who can no longer buy homes because of housing unaffordability and unavailability.
It’s for the people who didn’t want to get J but were coerced to.
It’s for the people who don’t want to give up their freedom of choice.
It’s for the people who only want answers to the many questions that haven’t been answered.
It’s for the people told to be to afraid to hug their family and visit their friends.
It’s for the kids to go back to being kids and to stop having to live their life’s revolving around politicians’ whims.
It’s for all the religious people who were told their faith “doesn’t count”.
It’s for all the families that lost a loved one to suicide.
It’s for all the people who took their own lives due to this entrapment. Its for the mental health advocates that love and care but who aren’t being supported and heard.
Its for our people too, especially our teenagers, who can’t access the mental health services and counselling that they so much need.
It’s for all the thousands of nurses, doctors, police, emergency services of all kinds, teachers, early childhood workers & many other trade workers who have lost their job due to not wanting to have the J for their own personal beliefs.
It’s for the people who want their lives back. For the restaurants to serve food to everyone. For the bars to play music. For the students to learn. For the kids to be free. For the people made homeless. For people who want to work but are forced not to. This is for those people.
This is for trying to silence honest and hardworking citizens. This is for all the people told they can’t go to church.
This is for trying to steal local water assets via Three Waters Reform. This is for trying to restrict our freedom of speech, our fundamental democratic right.
This is for trying to remove our religious freedoms through shaming & bullying.
This is for spending billions on advertising campaigns instead of using it to actually care for our sick & elderly. What a shame!
This is for the abuse taking place in our long term care facilities that have been swept under the rug for too long.
This is for the sufferers of adverse side effects being ignored & shamed. This is for the lives that we lost to the J. We will never forget you nor will we stop fighting for the justice we deserve.
This is for trying to demonize good people. This is for trying to create a two-tier society. Never in my life have I ever seen the healthy punished and the sick untreated…Why have we made the cure worse then the problem itself?
This is for the 300,000 surgeries canceled because of the “health emergency”.
This is for the people that died waiting for their surgery.
This is for the people who died alone in the hospital without being able to hold the hands of their loved ones.
This is for everyone, even those that don’t think they need it, it’s for them and their children too. This is for the shattered relationships of families and friends, divided by the hysterical fear-mongering conducted by their government and media.
This is for the exhausted nurses. This is for the doctors that are threatened. This is for all the front line workers… delivery trucks, grocery store clerks & emergency service workers who are constantly working overtime .
This too is for our children, who we teach to stand strong, bold & firm. May they be able to stand tall once again and declare too that they have a dream.
But finally this is for everyone of us, may we all be one people again.
“Courage is infectious & so is Unity. ” ❤️

    • That is what it is all about, thank you Viking for posting that, the people who are not up to date and only listen to the “news” have no idea what is going on in this country, unfortunately nor do they wish to. If the press were not so compliant and reliant on how the government has bought and paid for them, they do not show what is really going on in this land of the once free. This parliament is downright evil, and anyone that believes in them and what they have said obviously is very ignorant or can’t wait for the CCP to take over. Never in our history has the country been so divided. FJA and all the others who think they rule over us.

They are so embarrassing its so humiliating to think so many voted for them and they got so many useless c**ts in on the list, and I mean every one of them they don’t give a fat rats ass about anyone other than themselves. 5. So Ngai tahu ain’t as clever as they thought they are.
https://www.teaomaori.news/rotorua-theme-park-shut-down-after-90-yearsNgāi Tahu will likely be forced to shutter its iconic Rotorua Nature Park, Rainbow Springs after more than 90 years in business, due to mounting losses from the pandemic.

The home of Kiwi Encounter and the Big Splash was put into hibernation alongside the Iwi’s other institutions including Shotover jet in April 2020, it had outlasted World War II and the economic crisis of the the 1980s but ongoing border restrictions mean the Iwi’s commercial arm’s developed a proposal to shutter it altogether.

    • Viking, Ngai Tahu obtained most of the big tourist attractions in Rotorua before Te Arawa woke up and when Te Awara finally realised what this South Island Tribe had done in their back yard, were and still are, most pissed off.

With Ngai Tahu closing these once excellent establishments, Te Arawa will be pissed off again, but they should direct their disappointment to Ardern and her Government which created the current environment where they can not trade.

Maybe they should direct their immediate concerns to the Labour List MP for Rotorua, Tamati Coffey and the Labour backed Mayor, Steve Chadwick. After all, Tamati Coffey is in the Maori Labour Caucus and therefore most influential in this Governments decisions about the state of the country’s economy.

  6. Gov’t investing $15.7m to boost Māori vaccination rates
7:53am, Sunday 13 February 2022. By Will Trafford

    https://www.teaomaori.news/govt-investing-157m-boost-maori-vaccination-rates

    Cindy’s brain fart yesterday.

The government is investing another $15.7 million to help Māori get vaccinated, with the funding going to 12 community proposals across the motu.

The grants, which range between $138,000 and 4.8 million dollars, will target geographic areas and subsections of the community with notably low vaccination rates, such as those battling addiction, mental health concerns, or who live on the fringes of mainstream society, such as gang members, those who are unemployed, or have no fixed address.

A recent report revealed Maori battling addiction have a vaccination rate 26% lower than the general population while those suffering mental illness have a 17% lower rate. The funding will go to vaccination events and educational material which target specific groups, as well as up skilling community members to become vaccinators.

Key State Department Email Detailing $7 Million Bribe Was Never Provided to Trump’s Impeachment Defense | Truth Over News

A newly released email confirms that Burisma, the firm that gave Joe Biden’s son Hunter a lucrative position on its board, paid a $7 million bribe to the Ukrainian prosecutor’s office. The email also confirms that Obama’s State Department knew about the bribe.

Another email found on Hunter Biden’s laptop in October 2020 suggested that he was later tasked by a top Burisma executive to shut down an investigation into Burisma.

At the time the bribe was paid, Hunter was not only a Burisma board member, he was the head of Burisma’s legal unit.

The author of the newly released email, State Department official George Kent, testified at President Donald Trump’s 2020 impeachment. Kent never mentioned the explosive information from his email—information that would have cleared Trump.

  9. Am delighted with the efforts of all those involved in the Convoy 2022 movement and the New Zealand wide awareness and support they have been receiving, all the protesters out in the many small towns showing their flags and banners.
It is disappointing that the media are not capable of reporting the truth and as for the refusals of all the 120 to engage is even worse.
We discovered a legitimate account to which money can be deposited yesterday so put $100 in to help towards the costs, that would be the cost of fuel to have gone on the protest trip to Picton.
If anybody else wants to – L.M. Richmond 38-9017-0280054-00 is the account.

  10. Economic crisis coming…

Increased cost of living inching towards ‘crisis’ as Kiwis pay hundreds more for basic items this year
    https://www.newshub.co.nz/home/money/2022/02/increased-cost-of-living-inching-towards-crisis-as-kiwis-pay-hundreds-more-for-basic-items-this-year.html

The cost of living is increasing at a record rate. We can all feel it in our pockets, but exactly how much extra are Kiwis spending on just the basics, like food, petrol, rent, and mortgages?

The answer is between $4000 and $5000 in the past 12 months.

On average, it’s costing $364 more a year at the checkout but it gets nastier at the pump – an extra $678 a year.

    16

    0

    • aw gawd wg, that just gives welfare groups ammo for bene increases and massive increase to the scam called “winter energy payment”. The action against poverty retards and the watermelon party will be calling for the payment to increase 10x and remain permanent.

And im sorry but 364 per year extra at the checkout? What planet did those muppets shop at for that?
The average family would be minimun paying that extra per month now compared to prices a year ago.
Coffee and toilet paper doubled in price last month alone, veges are horrendous, meat and dairy ditto. Any imported foods have all gone up.
Did the crap writer of that piece just take the average spend and adjusted to official inflation of 5.9%? fuel and groceries have went up a shitload more then that

      19

      0

      • Did you see Labour increased the minimum wage this week? Robbo hasn’t told those celebrating their wage increase they will move into the 30% tax bracket so up goes their tax and income will drop from what they’re currently earning. Labour are a pack of cunning 💩💩💩’s.

        15

        0

    • People will cut back on discretionary spending.
What would you cut back on?

      – Restaurants and bars?
      – Entertainment?
      – Tourist travel?
      – New vehicles?
      – Luxury items?

On the other hand, people with a surplus of money will be able to continue their lifestyles unaffected. It will be interesting to see if the coffee shops and cafes on the waterfront show a decline in patronage. Probably not…

      15

      0

        • People will realise how much money they saved during lockdown when they couldn’t go to bars and restaurants. Let’s say they saved $750 a month.

Now, the same people will need that $750 a month extra to cover the rises in costs of basic food items and mortgage repayments. With the experience gained during the lockdowns of “going without” bar and restaurant services, they will find it easier to continue to stay away from these places.

Cafes and restaurants in wealthier parts of the city whose clients are mostly well-funded pensioners will notice hardly any decline in business.

After all, what do you spend your money on to “treat yourself” when you are in your 70s?
          – Food
          – Drink
          – Hotel accomodation
          – Coach, train and cruise liner travel

          10

          0

    • WG, I bet Pensioners will not get a cost of living increase which remotely covers the costs which have gone up and up under Arderns’ Government. The Inflation figures will be manipulated and any increase pensioners get will be minimal.

On the other hand, the Higher Salaries Commission will ensure all Parliamentarians, Ministers of the Crown and Senior Civil Servants get the full cost of living rise that can be given.

        • The assumptions are that a pensioner:
          – Is in good enough health to live in their own home without assistance
          – Owns their own home
          – Does not require regular hospital visits and physiotherapy sessions
          – Does not have chronic and debilitating medical conditions
          – Is debt free
          – Is drug* free (*includes prescription drugs)
          – Leads a frugal lifestyle
          – Can drive a car that is in good condition and not in constant need of repair
          – Has enough savings to cover “sudden emergencies”
          – Perhaps owns a rental property in good repair (through inheritence?)

  11. Morning Troopers.
Ardern is hiding her head in the sand. She’s being disingenuous, and trying to frame this as something that it’s not. Unless she is really that tone deaf, but I don’t think that’s possible.
Either way, she’s just adding fuel to the fire.

“Police have warned of hygiene problems at the Parliament protest and broken ranks with the Speaker about deploying pop music and lawn sprinklers on occupiers.

Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern said today that: “We all want them to leave”.

Those gathered were an “imported from of protest” with a mix of Trump flags, Canadian flags and abusing members of the public for wearing a mask, Ardern told RNZ.

She believed the protest was anti vaccine, not against the vaccine mandate.

Here’s the interview this morning. Ardern is losing it.

  12. Because the media haven’t ventured off the speakers balcony, they will be totally unaware of the organisation and support the ‘unwashed little rabble’ have.
They travelled with unprecedented support. They arrived with their own kitchen and portaloos.
The weather turned and patio heaters arrived and the country was stripped of plastic ponchos bought from every $2 shop and The Warehouse in the country. The shit music started and the ear plugs arrived. The sprinklers got turned on and people turned up with clothes dryers and a generator, decoy ducks and duck-callers. The place doesn’t smell of poos and wees, Mallard included the lawn fertiliser when he turned the irrigation on. The place got muddy, the hay arrived.
They’re handing out free Vit C because folk have been wet and cold.
Food is ferried from the camp kitchen to the frontline. They have a dedicated dial-a-pizza driver, and there’s an on-site donut truck and a couple of coffee carts. Wellingtonians turn up to take a carload of people home for hot showers and restorative sleep.
The poor cafes that are supposed to have closed because of abuse have done trade not dreamed of for the last two years.
The media won’t tell you that.
They don’t know, and never will.

  13. Adesanya let’s rip at UFC fighters’ treatment by NZ:

“On Sunday, after defending his middleweight title against Robert Whittaker in Houston with teammates Carlos Ulberg and Blood Diamond also on the card, Adesanya was asked about the treatment of New Zealand’s UFC fighters in the country, and he didn’t hold back.

“It’s the most stupid thing,” Adesanya said.

“We’ve got three fighters from Auckland, New Zealand, fighting tonight and we’re representing the country. The reach the UFC has, how many countries is this going to be viewed in throughout the world?

“Yet, when we’re doing great, they want to try pat us on the back and try and piggyback on what we’re doing. But when they had the chance to shaft us; that’s why what they did to Dan Hooker, that still pisses me off.

“I don’t want to give them too much time because f*** the c***s anyway. But we’re self-funded, self-made, we’ve never had any handouts from the Government; we’ve done this shit ourselves, and we don’t need them.”

Jo Tozer: Head of Go to Market at MYOB says small and medium-sized enterprises are feeling the pinch under the Covid-19 protection framework

MYOB: Small and medium-sized enterprises feeling the pinch under traffic light system
    Fri, 11 Feb 2022, 7:39AM

Small and medium-sized enterprises are feeling the pinch under the Covid-19 protection framework.

A new survey by MYOB shows more than half expect to see a negative impact on the financial health of their business, if the country stays in Red for more than a month.
Almost a quarter believe they will take a significant financial hit.
Head of Go to Market at MYOB Jo Tozer told Kate Hawkesby they’ve had a mix of feedback from their customers.

“Some are noticing a drop in customers through their doors, others a degree of caution but still enjoying a solid summer, but seeing the data now makes quite stark reading.”

Krause said Sunday’s record case numbers were “fully anticipated”.
“We’re ready for it, we’re vaccinated, we’re getting towards being boosted.”

And as we now know (at least those of us who have been paying attention to what is going on overseas which does not include our government of course) from the latest UKHSA Report, dated 10th February, those who have been “boosted” are about 2.7 times MORE likely to catch and pass on Omicron.

      • I can’t imagine that there’d be very many unvaccinated in the total. With the exception of those who can’t be jabbed for medical reasons, we’ll be down to the very hardcore and I don’t reckon they’ll be turning up if they develop a sniffle.

In fact pretty much the last thing I’d do if I developed a sniffle would be go for a test. I can’t see that it’s going to make any difference anyway, other than as an addition to the statistics.

  18. There was a bit of discussion late last night on the arrest and non bail of the parliament grounds heroes and heroines.

From the man child’s Wikipedia page….”In September 1997, as a first-year student, Hipkins was one of dozens arrested while protesting the Tertiary Review Green Bill at Parliament. The matter went through the courts, and 10 years later an apology and award of over $200,000 was shared between the 41 protesters. The judge ruled that despite claims by police that the protestors were violent, the protest was peaceful and there were no grounds for arrest.”

That case is the one that I linked to last night (P v Begg) https://www.tonyellis.co.nz/case_result/beggs-v-ag/
More on Hipkins’ involvement here… https://www.stuff.co.nz/dominion-post/news/local-papers/hutt-news/2595536/Parliament-to-say-sorry-to-protestors

Mallard had his conviction for a 1977 trespass of Parliament overturned, which I am assuming is as a result of the Begg decision.

I can’t believe that the Police would have gone in against legal precedence, arresting those for trespass at Parliament on Thursday without an opinion from Crown Law first…some thing clearly is not right here.

    Watch this space.

    15

    • I think we will find that many Police were acting on their own decision. There were 7 Police stood down after that day. Those that arrested Brent Power made a total hash of what they did. Brent ended up walking after he had the taser barbs remove at the hospital. Apparently the senior sargent who came to the scene afterwards was so pissed off he did not talk to the junior guys , just took over to sort it out.

      15

      0

      • Maybe R12 but there were 120 arrests that day. All would have been taken down to the local nick to be processed so my guess is that the Police hierarchy would have been well up to speed on events. The seven stood down were probably the ones caught on camera using gratuitous violence against those they intended to arrest. Whether HQ would have cared about that I know not but it was lousy PR at best.

Yet as Toko wrote last night & added to above there’s something that doesn’t smell quite right about the way this rolled out.

        • “my guess is that the Police hierarchy would have been well up to speed on events.”
There is no way that these arrests were the result of a spontaneous decision made my individual cops.
It was a planned operation from the get go. The cops were formed up in skirmish lines, with the larger, brawnier of them in the front rank plucking out protesters one at at time and handling them back through the lines to be zip-tied and hauled off to a mass arrest centre set up around the back of Parliament building. The decision to mass arrest for trespass would have been made with Costa’s authority and instruction..

          11

          0

          • Yes but why would Coster, a 25 year veteran, instruct his officers to mass arrest when he surely would have known the fate of previous attempts outlined by yourself? Unless he’s a total imbecile who has surrounded himself with uninformed idiots he would have been aware of the P vs Begg decision & its implications.

If they persist with prosecutions against Thursday’s 120 they will fail.

            14

            0

            • Nasska…My current take on this..
That is why political decisions were being made.
They knew from Canada what would happen once the convoy crowd dug in. The cops and govt follow all the counter narrative sites and knew this was far bigger than what they were publicly saying. They had known full well that if they did not nip it in the bud last Thursday then it was all over for them.

A decision was made that they could not afford to let that happen and to hell with the consequences of false arrests. Move them off, put up Pelosi styled fences and barricades to prevent their return and maybe look at new laws retrospectively applied to make it lawful to arrest for trespassing on the hallowed grounds of Parliament.

The means justifies the ends with this lot. They f’d up and as you said cannot now arrest their way out of this.

  20. Jehovah’s chosen leader of the National Party is changing the face of politics in NZ. Instead of National vs Labour we will now be governed alternatively by a Labour A team & a Labour B team. There will be no policy differences & the only thing the electorate will notice is a slight variation in management styles along with added God when it’s the Blue’s turn.

……”each of his MPs has been asked to identify areas in their portfolios where there’s opportunity to collaborate with ministers”……

    • The go along to get along, does not care at all.

Go along with the mental health initiatives, so will not ask as even Mike King questioned, where did that 2 billion dollars go for mental health?

….. “I was given that medal in 2019 and the Government announced $1.9 billion to spend on mental health in this country.
I was full of optimism, but over the last two years I’ve watched as nothing changed.” ….

….. “I want to know where the $1.9 billion they were given two years ago has gone,” he said. …..
      https://www.stuff.co.nz/entertainment/celebrities/300318234/mike-king-to-return-his-membership-of-the-new-zealand-order-of-merit

So forget that, no responsibility, goes hand in hand with not seeking accountability now being granted by Luxon.
Many big feed troughs set up, like another in Housing, Carbon, Roads, Fuel Taxes, etc., and Luxon and his crew of Nats, want their share!

    • Thats the last straw nasska. When I wrote to Bridges last week I said “tongue in cheek” it was getting close, given what Luxon and Willis had been saying, that they should soon be having merger talks with Labour because there is no difference between the parties. Maybe I should not view my suggestion as something said “tongue in cheek” now.

      • The only reason I can think of is that he has supported the vaccine mandates. When they are dismantled his co-operation could see Ardern copping the face egg & humiliation while he slides out unsullied.

The unthinkable alternative is that the entire 120 MPs have been bought outright & are now totally under the control of the WEF.

        • When they are dismantled his cooperation could see Ardern copping the face egg & humiliation while he slides out unsullied.

Sorry, I’m not quite with you. What’s this about faces and eggs and sliding out of anything unsullied?

I would have thought that the correct outcome when the mandates are dismantled is that this will coincide with the overthrow of the Ardern and the Marxists and their sympathisers, Luxon, Seymour etc all. At this time the correct outcome won’t have anything to do with eggs on faces but more to do with bullets to the backs of their stinking heads – the lot of them. Almost every member of this disgusting ‘parliament’ on both sides of the house need a good fucking shooting.

  21. “Backbencher Pub owner Alistair Boyce, who arrived at work on Sunday morning to find about 40 tents with protesters occupying the pub’s dockway, on Monday morning said protesters had cleared out of, and cleaned, the dockway.

“My faith in humanity is restored,” Boyce said.

Towing the vehicles would be a big help as he was not able to open while the protesters remained.

“There are unattended cars everywhere. You can’t tell me they can’t be towed away. The rest of the time the council is giving us tickets left, right, and centre,” he said.

But it was the red traffic light setting, more than the protest, that was harming his business and he called on the Government to at least set an end date to the red alert level setting and talk to protesters.”

    • Huh, thought FJA is a globalist. She certainly had no problem bringing back INTERNATIONAL mandates from the Paris Climate Accord with her mate Macron and imposing them on NZ. Signalling to the world with her captain’s call to shut down the NZ oil and gas industry so she’d look good on the world stage. Now she accuses protesters of importing tactics – what, standing up to their public servants for overreach of lockdowns, closing businesses, ruining communities, imposing apartheid to divide the good people of NZ. Shame on her!!!!!!!!!

As expected he lays into Ardern, her sycophants & Mallard but he doesn’t stop there:

…….”But where were the opposition MPs and leadership? They too were weighed, they too were measured, and they too were found wanting. Christopher Luxon and David Seymour have also lost the moral right to govern. Their crime was cowardice. They should be sent white feathers. Instead of standing up for freedom, they cringed and stayed silent behind the oppressors. Their enthusiastic agreement with mandates caused this as much as the tyrant’s action did.”…..

  24. One minute I’m thinking we are lost next minute I’m up lifted.

Just driving back from the Wellington CBD, up Taranaki St and we run into a “traffic jam”. Thought it might be an accident ahead but we were able to get on the inside lanes. N, it was cars queuing to go into the Covid testing station !! Must have been about 25-30 of them !! My wife says ” I throw in the towel …we are lost, with so many idiots like that”

Then we get home and I look at the phone and VFF ladies are saying please stop sending food etc. supplies because we have run out of space. Working on extra storage areas. One guy in the comments said he has a snack factory in Auckland and had a pallet of chips to send down, so he says maybe I should send it to the Police station to show we are all on the same side.

    • “it was cars queuing to go into the Covid testing station !! Must have been about 25-30 of them !! ”

Ross12…..I can guarantee you that none of them so desperate to be tested will be of the unvaxxed variety. I would love to say more about speaking with a medical person who follows up on the people with omicron that have been identified through the contact tracing BS…that not one of them, not a single one, they have spoken to has been unvaxed.

      12

      0

      • I was a bit more cynical Toko. I said I bet the Labour Party have rallied the troops to get tested in the hope they find a few positives in Wellington so they can blame protesters. If they can’t find any they will manufacture them in the next few days, for sure.

        • It certainly would part of their modus operandi….
-The protesters are spreading the omicron.
          -The protesters are white supremacists.
-The protesters are defecating on the lawn of Parliament.
-The protesters are creating and unsanitary environment
-The protesters are abusing masked kids on their way to school
-The protesters are harassing people passing by.
          -The protesters are outsiders
-The protesters are throwing babies into the air and bayoneting them (yet to be tried)

Last one took 6 weeks to get a reply and his own spin version.

    Hi Mr Seymour.

Are you aware their is a massive FREEDOM gathering on the front lawn of your workplace?

Ive been keeping an eye out on all the live feeds and i havent seen ACTs “party for FREEDOM” anywhere in the crowd.
One would have thought the party freedom would have a tent setup assisting attendees with excellent knowledge and resources on freedom of choice, freedom of speech, freedom of expression and most importantly how to become free from a coercive and corrupt govt which you are now firmly cemented as being a part of (the corruption not your place in govt as you will be gone next election 🙂 )

Just like jacinda arderns “kindness” really means hate and division ACTs “freedom” really means tyranny and total control.

You may as well not try to change tact and pander to “the minority” as we have seen you for the decietfull scum you are, we will not forget and you have ignored us at your peril!

Sellout seymour you can go fuck yourself.

    disinformation
    noun
false information which is intended to mislead, especially propaganda issued by a government organization to a rival power or the media.

I thought that Bradbury had changed but no. He’s still as ‘red’ and full of himself as ever. Sure he dislikes Mallard, but equally he LOATHS the Protestors and STILL thinks he’s someone of importance in NZ politics.

Not an article I’d read again and if asked I’d give it a three. (3).

Old communists never die; They just become increasingly bitter, with Bradbury being a case in point.

Not recommended, but thanks for posting it.

  30. After reading Bradbury’s rant & a few other Leftist opinion pieces the overall takeaway is that they’re trying to frame the protest as a multi – purpose platform for disaffected “right wingers”. Worth countering with the obvious point that should the Mad Queen have a lucid moment & end vaccine mandates on the spot there wouldn’t be enough people left outside Parliament to hold a protest.

For so long as the vaccine mandates exist there will be unrest. That is a fact.

And in other news, while the Cabinet were meeting this morning they re-evaluated their policies & decision making. Expert advice was provided on the various techniques of denial, blatant denial & lying through one’s teeth.

    18

    0

    • Apparently the 981 cases are as a result of PCR testing.

In other words we haven’t got a clue how many people have the Omicron cold in the community. When you combine the hopelessly inaccurate PCR test results with the probability that a huge number of sensible people will not bother getting tested you might as well pluck any three to five figure number out of the air and claim that is the number of new “cases.”

Time to end ALL restrictions and mandates as Sweden has. Those who want the jab have had ample time and opportunity to get it if they feel it will offer them some protection (which it won’t).

  34. The European Union’s health agency on Feb. 11 said is it investigating reports of certain COVID-19 vaccines being linked to menstrual cycle changes.

The safety committee of the European Medicines Agency (EMA) has launched “an in-depth evaluation of all available data, including reports from spontaneous reporting systems, clinical trials and the published literature.”

Several recent studies have found women who got vaccinated experienced changes in their menstrual cycles.

One, backed by the U.S. National Institutes of Health and reliant on women reporting their cycles, concluded vaccines were associated with an average change of under one day.

  36. In answer to the Valentines Day card I received from my girlfriend this year:

I’m afraid you were wrong when you wrote that love causes the tide to turn. It is actually the result of the changing positions of the Moon & Sun relative to the Earth, coupled with the effects of Earth rotation & the bathymetry of oceans, seas & estuaries.

In addition to this, it is not love which makes the stars shine. Instead, a star shines as a result of a thermonuclear fusion in its core releasing energy that traverses the star’s interior & then radiates into outer space.

Also, it is not love that makes flowers grow. It is, in fact, a complex electron transfer process known as photosynthesis, when chlorophyll reacts to the light created by the sun.

Finally, kisses, believe it or not, are not rain drops. Rain drops are, as it happens, liquid precipitation. It is the condensation of atmospheric water vapour into drops heavy enough to fall, not kisses.

To conclude, this relationship is not working. As nice as your tits are, I can not stand to listen to your drivel any longer.

  37. A phrase I’d never heard before came up in something I’ve read today. It goes a long way towards explaining the divide between Labour & those who founded the party.

It is “luxury beliefs” & can be described as Ideas & opinions that confer status on the upper class, while taking a toll on the lower class. For example:

Abolish the Police or Soft on Crime
Job Hiring based on Diversity over Qualification
Moral superiority from consuming Organic meat/produce.
    Supporting Compelled Speech
    Critical Race Theory

All good & great in theory but the protagonists never have to live with the outcomes. A researcher has suggested that “most of these Luxury Beliefs are adopted in order to increase social prowess & align with a desirable social identity”

We used to call it “virtue signalling” & before that it was termed “wanking” but it fits the Labour hierarchy well..

    https://www.newshub.co.nz/home/politics/2022/02/politicians-at-war-over-trevor-mallard-s-immature-response-to-parliament-s-anti-mandate-protesters.html

Police are planning on moving the cars that have clogged up Molesworth St to Sky Stadium on Monday evening.

“Wellingtonians have had a gutsful, in terms of the disruption and ability to go about freedom and business. The primary focus is to free that passageway up,” says Wellington District Commander Superintendent Corrie Parnell.

    (The protesters response):
They might be able to move the vehicles, but the protesters are not going anywhere – they all agree on the end game.

“End those bloody mandates. Stop trying to jab the children,” one protester says.

“End all mandates now. We’re not leaving until that happens,” another adds.

“End the mandates at least and we’ll all go home. We’ll probably clean up the grounds and everything,” a third says.

The Prime Minister is not even entertaining the prospect of addressing them because they have demanded all restrictions be removed.

  40. Clever little beast this Virus.
Covid 19 is a Virus that is Educated, very Smart and is a very Clever Virus.
Based on Government announcements, we know that :
It won’t infect people at a wedding, unless there’s more than 50 people. And it also won’t infect anyone at a funeral, as long as there’s not more than 20 people. So not only can the virus count, it can also differentiate between a wedding and a funeral.
This Virus owns a watch and can tell time. It does spread in public places and restaurants, but only after 9 pm and not before. So, it’s safe to be out before 9 pm and not after 9 pm.
It also only infects if you’re in a group of more than 4, but not at weddings or funerals where it’s 50 and 20 people, obviously.
Masks do work, that’s why people will be fined for not wearing them, but not in pubs and restaurants, because as already discovered, the virus doesn’t infect in pub or restaurants until after 9 pm.
You can also safely remove your mask at a crowded eating place because the Virus is polite and won’t attack when you are eating.
But don’t remove your mask before food is served, as the Virus will attack if it sees you without mask and not eating.
Cinemas, gyms, etc are also immune from the virus coz the virus can’t afford cinema tickets or gym memberships.
The Virus also sticks to specific postcodes and barricades, this is why some areas have stricter rules than others. And once you cross the border, the Virus will not follow you.
The Virus attacks those who do not queue up for public transportation, so you see everyone practices social distancing and queue.
But once inside the buses and commuter trains, then you are fine to be crowded because the Virus won’t attack as it hates traveling in crowded public vehicles.
But once you get off the crowded public vehicles, then you are not safe again in private vehicles and cannot travel in the same car because the Virus doesn’t like those who are not from the same address traveling together in private cars.
Oh, and political gatherings are perfectly fine in large groups regardless of any rules. That’s because the Ministers set the rules, and the Virus obeys the rules.
It’s OK not to quarantine if the Minister says so and the Virus will look for other victims. It will not touch govt. employees or govt. pass holders.
The Virus is very merciful because it doesn’t attack beggars and homeless people living on street and footpaths as it knows they cannot afford tests and hospitalisation.
The Virus will not touch you for fifteen days if you have done a PCR test and proven negative.
The Virus takes a vacation from waving at people during Festivals and returns to start a second wave.
    Have a Blessed day

  41. There was an earlier comment about the Mad Queen commenting about having to cancel her wedding 30 minutes before she was about to walk down the isle. Have just caught up with the article.

For that to be true, all the guests, overseas press and photographers would have been assembled in Gisborne, the vintage train for the guests ride out to Young Nicks Head Station stoked up with a full head of steam, the venue decorated and readied, the caterers on site with the food prepared and cooked, private security operating, the no fly over in place, liquor and wine delivered etc etc…

    I received this reply

“We oppose the mandates, we voted against the mandates, we proposed alternatives to the mandates, and we will continue to speak out against the mandates. I wont be engaging again, other to say they have now lost my vote for good.
