  1. BGR, Just as well you said “out cunted” because none of the useless bastards are capable of “counting” going by the fuck up going on with RAT testing availability and sorry folks but if you’re looking to Luxon to save us I got an Auckland bicycle harbor crossing to sell you .

  2. Hosking has a survey on support of the protestors on his show this morning. It has 30% people supporting the protestors. That’s no small minority. If only one prolifically party could actually support the concerns of so many people….

  3. A snap poll on the anti-mandate protest shows 30.4% overall support the protest. It would seem there is a big opening for a new party in parliament. The poll shows the protests are more than a fringe minority. The demographics of the results are interesting.
This poll should open the eyes of the idiots in parliament. It has opened the eyes of the luvvies on TV, they are shocked.
The longer this goes on the more support the protest will get.

    • “Is there anybody still naive enough to think that this entire event was all about protecting peoples health?”

The Kens and the Karens, who can’t think.

If they were protecting health, you would look at the optimum response.

[1] What is the R0 and the IFR? They still don’t fucking have or have published either after 28 months. Pathetic.

[2] Compare this to the annual flu.

[3] Observe what works and what doesn’t work, and in the words of Captain Picard: “Make it so.”

-(a) In early 2020, the Peter Doherty Institute attached to Melbourne Hospital tracked in depth the health and recovery of the very first Covid-19 case in Australia and observed that the virus was overcome by the same immune responses as the annual flu.

Solution: Boost your immune system. But not one article, sentence, or word about immunity. In fact the opposite.
“There is no cure for thirst. Water won’t help you, so we have banned water.”

-(b) Covid was no match for countries that take anti-parasiticals and anti-malarials: Doxycycline, Ivermectin, HCQ, and Zinc.

“Nothing stops Covid. Ivermectin was only approved for animals in 1973, and only approved as an anti-parasitical for humans in 1983, after extensive trials, and has only had billions and billions of doses administered, without fatalities. But it could be dangerous, and needs more testing, so we have banned it.

Pfizer vaccines, on the other hand, were whipped up in the garden shed in a few weeks, and has not been tested, but we are using the population of the world as human Guinea pigs, which also allows us to test the effect of nanobots, graphene oxide, and parasites on humans, all while making shitloads of profit.”

The only reason that Ivermectin is thought of as an animal remedy is that unlike India and the African continent, parasites are not as entrenched in humans in the west, as in animals. So the idea of Ivermectin for people, despite being used in humans in NZ for things like scabies, it is almost unknown in NZ, yet a part of everyday life for many in Africa including NZ doctors working there.

Kens and Karens revile at the thought of taking Ivermectin – mistakenly thinking “it’s a dewormer” for horses. Ivermectin in Africa is as common as Crocodile burgers or Eel (Kingclip) and Chips.

Covid-19 in this country was no more than the flu. And Delta and Omicron are much less than the flu.

This is Why Electric Cars will NOT be the Future!

It’s easy to get the sense that electric vehicles are clearly the way of the future just by walking in the town. As a result of Tesla’s rapid share price rise, Elon Musk momentarily became the richest man on Earth, and the firm declared its first profitable year since its inception in 2003.

It’s easy to get the sense that electric vehicles are clearly the way of the future just by walking in the town. As a result of Tesla’s rapid share price rise, Elon Musk momentarily became the richest man on Earth, and the firm declared its first profitable year since its inception in 2003.

Charging stations and electric cars are also being installed by municipalities, which are also expanding their fleets of Evs. Ford and GM, as well as direct competitors to Tesla, like Lucid, are committing to phase out gasoline-powered vehicles and solely create electric vehicles from as early as 2035.

Does this mean that the future is going to be all-electric? Possibly not. Fear of carbon emissions and a desire to minimize them are the primary driving forces behind this market push. But is this enough for the switch?

However, there are alternative methods to achieve these objectives, and electric cars aren’t as environmentally friendly as they appear at first glance. Let’s find out why EVs might not be the future of transportation.

  6. A little old lady is walking down the street dragging two
large plastic garbage bags behind her.
One of the bags rips, and every once in a while a $20
bill falls out onto the sidewalk.
Noticing this, a policeman stops her, and says, ‘Ma’am,
there are $20 bills falling out of your bag.’
‘Oh, really? Darn!’ says the little old lady.
‘I’d better go back, and see if I can find them.
    Thanks for telling me..’
‘Well, now, not so fast,’ says the cop. ‘How did you
get all that money?’ ‘You didn’t steal it, did you?’
‘Oh, no’, says the little old lady.
‘You see, my back yard is right next to the football
    stadium parking lot.
On game days, a lot of fans come and pee through
the fence into my flower garden.
So, I stand behind the fence with my hedge
    clippers. Each time some guy
sticks his thing through the fence,
I say, ‘$20 or off it comes.’
‘Well, that seems only fair.’ laughs the cop..
    OK? Good luck!
Oh, by the way, what’s in the other bag?
‘Well, you know’, says the little old lady,
    ‘not everybody pays..’

You can cringe but once upon a time in Rotorua the cinema had a tin fence. The guys would go out and pee there. Well until the day the owner hooked it up to and electric feed. That stopped it. True that is.

      • Fater in law back probably in the 30s went to cousins opposite Takanui mental hospitable for weekend. Got stuck in to the plums, they all decided to ho into town to the movies. Halfway through he needed to go and lighten the load, his cousin said go down there turn right and left again, but he couldn’t find the bog. So he went up the allyway and went beind a tree. Dropped his pants and let it out and the light come on, double doors flung open an a crowd streamed out. Quickly holding their noses as the father in law danced around the tree base, like a frog, tying not to squat in what he had just done.
Anyway he died a month ago at 98 and I will tell you the story, once the estate is settled. Family!!!

  7. In the last few days our govt has trasitioned from protecting kiwis from omicron to protecting themselves from the people.

These gutless cnuts have all put it in writing and signed an agreement the no party shall talk/negotiate to protesters until protesters have packed up and left. Its one thing to say it, its another to sign your name to it.

Its clear every last one of them pricks in the beehive are now officially labour party, how about some real representation of the small minority thats now 30% (i rekon over 50% tbh) that support the movement.

    • These gutless cnuts have all put it in writing and signed an agreement the no party shall talk/negotiate to protesters until protesters have packed up and left. Its one thing to say it, its another to sign your name to it.

      IAASB,

You can assume without any doubt, that they will not negotiate if the protesters leave. Seen this before. The family court, district courts, and disputes tribunals are full of cases where abusers / users promised to negotiate if the pressure was lifted, and the once the pressure was off, they actually got worse.

If they won’t negotiate when the pressure is on, and they are held to account, they definitely will not when the pressure is lifted. They want retribution not reconciliation.

“Drop the protection order and I’ll stop stalking and beating you, and we can talk this over.” How many battered women in NZ have fallen for that line, and ended up dead after the perpetrator dished out a beating as retribution?

Its a power game, and the perpetrators will never relinquish control, and so will never come to the bargaining table unless they are in full control. or can avoid bargaining completely by carrying out retribution, beatings, killings, or imprisonings once the pressure is lifted.

  8. New Zealand is on track to see 10,000 Covid-19 infections a day – with most cases to be recorded in Auckland – by mid-March, an expert predicts.

The Ministry of Health reported 1573 community cases yesterday, with most in Auckland – 1140.

Another out of the biox expert arrives with his sooth saying.

University of Otago professor Michael Baker says the trend of increases in case numbers was exactly what was expected and indicated the outbreak could peak in March.

Oh but he’s not new its the same shit different day.

wonder if this fella ever looks back at what he has preached?

    • New Zealand is on track to see 10,000 Covid-19 infections a day…

That’s nothing to be worried about at all, even if it is true. Omicron is less that 10% as potent as a mild flu. And in some years, the flu has hit 20,000 – 50,000 cases a day at it’s peak in the five week peak period, and that is only symptomatic cases. So either Michael is pig ignorant of his own field of expertise, or this is all just spin doctoring fear porn, designed to keep the public in a state of fear.

Aucklanders release over 2 million litres of perspiration a day, but it does not produce floods or tidal waves.
Michael Baker would probably have Auckland streets sandbagged if Jacinda told him to make it political.

  9. It was all rather brilliant in its simplicity. Ardern used the kiwi obsession with housing to destroy the hated free market economy and she was cheered on while doing it.

    1. First she lowered both interest and lending criteria. The resulting money flood caused massive inflation and eye watering personal debt.

    2. That done – she then clamped down on lending criteria and jacked up interest.

    3. Next will come the final stage – cries for the government to take control and “do something”

It’s a self sustaining cycle now and there is no painless way out of it. Kiwis spent like wankers with money they didn’t have and had no chance of ever paying back, to buy assets that are now devaluing.

Brilliant work by the mule toothed communist.

Hilarious thing is the vax pass offers very little advantage over an unvaxxed now, vax pass can get you into a cafe pub or restaraunt but only if theyre lucky enough to be open due to staff isolating and if youre a good customer and buy 2 muffins with your coffee you get a free close contact and self isolation 🙂

All of our vaxxed up freinds and family are shitting themselves and pretty much self imposed lockdowns whilst most unvaxxed we know couldnt give a flying fuck, its so bizzare the most “protected” are the most scared.

  12. Something to brighten your day YSBers!!!!!
    New laws

Its just gone thru its second reading. Copied from the The Health Forum… THE MOST OVERARCHING, FAR REACHING, TOTALITARIAN LAW EVER PASSED IN NEW ZEALAND…

    quietly completed its second reading

The Covid 19 Public Health Response (Vaccinations) Order 2021 comes into effect on April 1st.

    This legislation will allow for:

    1. The lockdown of unvaccinated or insufficiently vaccinated individuals.
    2. The ability to restrict travel within the country to unvaccinated or insufficiently vaccinated (e.g. a person who does not want to get a booster shot).
    3. Withhold certification from those who do not get required boosters or subsequent combinations of vaccines as may be ordered at any time.
    4. The ability to dictate the type and form of certification required for proof of vaccination status — digital or otherwise.
    5. The ability to dictate what other information may be required for the renewal of vaccine certificates, and which information may be contained on such a certificate.
    6. The period for which a vaccine certificate is valid can be changed at any time, and who it is that may be entitled or eligible to have these certificates.
    7. The specification of mandates for entire job sectors.
    8. The ordering of certain jobs to require regular mandatory testing and medical examination.
    9. Enforcement officers to be able to demand certification, pretty much at any time.
    10. The appointment of enforcement officers that can be anybody they wish to appoint, and not necessarily police.
    11. Enforcement officers to inspect and take copies of certification to be verified at a later date, before immediately returning such documentation.
    12. The provision of an assessment tool for employers to use to determine who should be vaccine mandated, however employers can totally disregard the assessment tool and mandate at whim.
    13. Legal or other representatives of employees may be refused entry to workplaces.
    14. Contact tracing information may be used against a person in order to enforce the Act.
    15. Employees who have been dismissed for non-compliance of testing or vaccination, but comply at the last minute, may still be dismissed if the employer deems revoking the dismissal to be disruptive of their business.

    • I wonder if this has been properly summarized, as I do not like possible over reaching.
1st of April, and there seems to be no connection as commencement date in the legislation is 23rd January 2022.

Could a good lawyer go through and put that legislation through into a more common layman’s language?
I still would not be surprised that much of it may still relate to some of those numbered clauses, but more credibility is needed.

The current legislation of Public Health does seem to set up, plus decrees, shifting goal posts, etc., so that it can be considered that you have done 3 criminal acts before breakfast.
So the rest of the day is spent with a small worry of being found out, so then you comply with everything else and also remain silent, so as not to draw attention to yourself.

Yet here is the application of some of that earlier law.
See how they will be enforced on Ed’s other post today.
Note here how the fines / penalties have been increased, in a comment, can easily climb into $ 1,000 of dollars.

      • Thanks Dougal10
Ardern, Hipkins, Bloomfield legislation can become like the “shit” of some of the unintended consequences as posted above.
        No surprise.

It is like all the talk about Nuremberg trial executions, as if it was a threatening point to media and politicians as if it was based on summary execution.

Open Trials were held, defense lawyers appointed, the defendants could speak if they chose, witness’s came forward, evidence was produced, and all done under existing criminal laws of those times.
I doubt anything was arbitrarily retrospectively made up and applied.

So why the current fear of the misapplication of law? Is something being misrepresented? Disinformation, misinformation? Could it be to do with negligence?, that can roll into malfeasance?
Can it mean coercion, job loss, accommodation loss, that makes a family suffer?
Could it mean not considering vaxx injury, vaxx deaths?

“Intent” or no intent? How blurred can that be?
“Intent” as they well know can be totally damming, so would that be the reason for shifting goal posts, fudging decrees, and not properly recalling what was done or said previously, to provide the cover for that very damming aspect.

  15. The following (which I believe that is self-explanatory), was posted on the NZ National Party FB page (ironically under a video of Luxon speaking. As it will no doubt be quickly removed from the FB page, it is posted here as a ‘record’.

    To ALL National Party Members:

ALL your MP’s (Who loudly-espouse their belief in PERSONAL FREEDOM and THE RIGHT TO CHOOSE), have collectively, and in unison, signed a FORMAL AGREEMENT with Labour and ACT which says that they will NOT engage with the FREEDOM protestors (Those who are demanding the FREEDOM and a RIGHT TO CHOOSE whether to be vaccinated or not) until these protestors have left Parliament and removed all signs of their presence (My Paraphrase). By making such an agreement, YOUR PARTY is now NO DIFFERENT from the Labour socialists and YOUR MP’S have now irrevocably JOINED IT AT THE HIP with Ardern, Robertson et al. THERE IS NOW NO GOING BACK, your future is as RED as the Labour Party’s. (Whether you agree with the vaccinations or not, I thought you’d like to know EXACTLY what your ‘Elected representatives’ have done and how, through their actions, YOUR party has been destroyed. Gordon Coates must be spinning in his grave; the socialists / communists have won).

    21

    0

    • If National, Labour and ACT will not engage with the protestors on Parliament grounds, then which political party will?

Why won’t ACT at least meet with the protestors? Perhaps ACT fears that the “middle ground” voters will punish them for associating with “law breakers”?

This would be a great opportunity for the opposition parties to show their opposition to the way the Ardern regime is running the country, but they are instead supporting her line.

What will it take to get a functioning opposition party to hold the government to account?

      15

      0

      • O’sen@0922

ACT’s Seymour DID meet with the ‘protestors’ ‘Sort of’, then in his arrogance decided to ‘lay don the law’ to their leaders and make unreasonable demands, before retreating back to the House and whining about how unfair the evil protestors were.

The ‘opposition parties’ are now no more and after the ‘Anti protestor’ Agreement’ are all socialists and all NZLP supporters in drag.

In respect of ‘What will it take…’ etc. I have no idea; CCP money and Kiwi self-interest are currently too strongly-embedded for anything to change in the foreseeable future.

      • WG, that is so wrong. I live next door to a Aged Care Home and know a number of people who have relatives interned there. One lady, a close friend, her husband, has been in there for 13 years and the garbage she has to go through to see him is unbelievable. This for a lady well into her 80’s and few if any visit the old geezer, so he has little outside contact.
The sad thing is our friend was not able to visit her husband of nearly 60 years for nearly 5 months through the first lockdown due to changing rules. And it continues intermittently.

These Retirement Homes and Aged Care Facilities just seem to be protecting their revenue stream to the detriment of their residents and the people who pay huge sums to their coffers.
This is all the responsibility of Ardern and those rest homes who happily follow Ardern’s Governments edicts.

If they did threaten him, whether it be to throw him out or restrict his movements, I am sure that would not encourage good publicity or be in their best interests.

But what you are describing with the lack of contact because of their newly imposed conditions is just plain wrong.

My father was in a Rest Home in Browns Bay for about 6 months and passed away at 96 a couple of years ago, I am glad he did not have to go through this crap. Furthermore, the Rest Home has been saved because my father would not have put up with any crap from the Rest Home or it’s Managers and would have given them, their pedigree in no uncertain terms

We had a good chat about the world but he had no idea about the Canadian truckers, and I put him straight about the protesters in Wellington 😃, and the evil intentions of the PM and her clown car.

Sadly there are many in every age group who believe everything that is on the news, from all sources and have no interest in searching the internet for the other side. Then there are those of us who are well informed and know the only way we can beat these bastards is by protesting. FJA and every one of the 120 in parliament, and those other pricks that believe in the cash wage of the government who are paying them to keep quiet.

Sorry cannot link the videos as you have to join the group to see them —a bit pointless, in my view, for this situation

    • How would the Party know the details of the bank accounts of protest organisers? I thought the banks were private corporations? (Maybe one of the requirements of their charters is that the banks must give a set of back door keys to the State…)

I don’t think the typical voter would be aware of this action by the State. The opposition parties could do very well from this if they had a mind to.

The sheep fear the corporate wolves and so turn to the socialist sheepdog to protect and look after them, not knowing that the sheepdog will eventually direct them into the sheep trucks to the freezing works.

A moment of silence followed the comment, before Hay asked: “Are you serious?”

    “I’m deadly serious,” Turia responded.

Asked if she believed that Ardern had Nazi sympathies, Turia said: “I certainly believe that she’s a socialist.”

“Nazi and socialist, the two don’t necessarily go hand in hand,” Hay responded.

“Well, I don’t know so much,” Turia said.

The Prime Minister’s office declined to comment to the Herald when approached for a response to Turia’s claims.

      • ROL…just a reminder if you are going to take a PG or wrongful dismissal claim you need to let your employer know within 3 months of being dismissed….you then have 3 years to action it. In other words let them know that you are taking that course and that you will provide them with the full statement of claim when it’s prepared…then sit back and let the overwhelming evidence build up to prove how wrong/unjustified it was for them to dismiss you.

        14

        0

      • ROL, if you are taking a PG, I would suggest you take a copy of David Parkers interview and use it as evidence in your claim, that if the Government say no one was forced to take the Jab, your Employer terminated your Employment Contract on false pretenses and under a false pretext.

Evidence using the words of a Government Minister should have strong sway, otherwise any Tribunal or Judge would have to rule that the Government Minister lied.

No doubt your Employment Contract did not require you to undertake any medical procedure or at the behest or direction of your Employer or direction of the Government.

      • Strange how we hear about all these atrocities the protestors are supposed to be committing yet we never see any evidence. I’m wondering if there is some kind of rule saying “hand wringing panty waste lefty tossers who are unsure of their gender and are scared of their own shadow” aren’t allowed to possess a mobile phone with a camera in case somebody asks them to show some evidence, which of course they always seem unable to provide.

“I think what politicians said yesterday as a group is that we’re not going to be cajoled and threatened into meeting them by a group of people who are acting illegally disrupting people’s lives.

National’s Simon Bridges believes the Government needs to outline how it will de-escalate the volatile anti-vaccine protest at Parliament, comparing its current approach to “Dad’s Army… without the army”.

  25. Funny how this statement from NZ top doctor is buried in amongst a lot of other stories and is very hard to find.
The real truth from the Medicos finally.

12:50pm – The medical director of the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners, Dr Bryan Betty has called on the Government to stop scaremongering over the Omicron variant of COVID-19.

In a statement Dr Betty said Omicron is mainly cold-like illness and probably less severe than flu.

“Omicron is highly infectious, and so a lot of people will come down with it, but the majority of people will have mild symptoms or no symptoms at all, and so it is very different from the Delta situation,” Dr Betty said.

“On Monday the Ministry of Health issued a statement advising that of the 20.000 swabs taken in Auckland, about 80 to 90 percent of those that turned up, didn’t need to. This is symptomatic of our Government creating a high degree of unnecessary anxiety fear.

“The scaremongering and the fear factor is causing a huge amount of resource being unnecessarily being taken up in our health system, and in some circumstances, people are suffering dire consequences due to their inability to access urgent healthcare.

“Not only are people now fearful of domestic travel, going to restaurants and the movies, some of our most vulnerable are fearful of going to their letter box.

“Our Government must come to its senses before it’s too late. Enough is enough.”

Since March 2020, a group just larger than the population of Wellington City has gone through MIQ.

    • Still a typical government botch up, while putting the blame onto others and opening the way to international scammers & spammers on phishing for money.

……. travellers coming through MIQ are still reporting delays in receiving their invoices – a situation reminiscent of MIQ’s previous tactic of inexplicably making it difficult for people to pay, with some MIQ guests last year searching for months through MBIE phone lines and email addresses for a bank account to send their owed amount. ……

However, use of the payment portal requires an invoice, and for MIQ guests who yet to receive one, there is little they can do but wait. …..

I would think the money should first be found from the ones who set up the MIQ system!

Why would you believe these “International Scamsters on collecting money. 🙂
Wouldn’t you think that a scam has been opened up, as we constantly battle against?

  30. NEW POLL SHOWS INCREASING OPPOSITION TO MANDATE
Family First Media Release 18 February 2022

A new nationwide poll has found increasing opposition for the “no jab no job” mandates, increasing support for rapid antigen testing for unvaccinated kiwis so that they can keep their job, and 1 in 3 vaccinated Kiwis saying that the vaccine mandate or pass requirements was a large factor in their decision to get vaccinated.

In the poll of 1,000 New Zealanders surveyed by Curia Market Research commissioned by Family First NZ, respondents were asked: Do you support or oppose an employer being able to sack a staff member, purely because the staff member has not had a Covid-19 vaccine?

Only 39% support an employer being able to sack an unvaccinated staff member, down from 50% in a November 2021 poll by Curia. Opposition has increased from 31% to 38%. A further 23% were unsure / refused to say. Half (52%) of those triple vaccinated support employers being able to sack unvaccinated staff. Only a minority of double or single vaccinated respondents support such a measure.

Respondents were then asked: Do you think employees who do not wish to have a Covid-19 vaccine should be able to keep their job, if they instead agree to have a regular rapid antigen Covid-19 test?

61% (almost 2 in 3) support unvaccinated employees being able to keep their jobs if they agreed to have a regular rapid antigen Covid-19 test – up from 58%. 23% were opposed – down 4%.

Interestingly, there was still strong support from those triple (55% support v 32% opposition), double vaccinated (66% v 11%) and single vaccinated (74% v 26%).

It is important to note that previous polls have focused on mandates for specific so-called “high risk” workforces. The 1News Colmar Brunton Poll last November showed 74% supported the mandate that impacts teachers, health care workers, port, border, and prison workers only. The Talbot Mills Research poll last October found 79% agreed with a vaccine mandate for health workers, while 72% agreed to one for teachers. The Horizon Poll released today also fails to make the distinction between wide-spread mandates and specific high-risk frontline workers. But this Curia survey asks about society-wide mandates which are affecting all workforces. The mandate is also affecting other events such as church attendance, weddings and family interactions, and even children’s sports.

Respondents were also asked about their motivation for having the vaccine.

They were asked: Noting you have had at least two vaccinations shots, I’d like to read out a list of potential reasons why you got vaccinated, and for each one please tell me if that reason was not at all a factor in getting vaccinated, a slight factor, a moderate factor, a large factor or the main factor:
    * To protect your own personal health
    * To protect the health of other people
    * Because you would be unable to enter most shops, bars and cafes if you were unvaccinated
    * Because you would lose your job if you were unvaccinated

The results suggest that only 70% to 75% of those vaccinated did so primarily for health reasons. Around a third (1 in 3 Kiwis) of those vaccinated said vaccine mandate or pass requirements was a large factor in their decision. 14% said the ‘no jab no job’ mandate was the main factor, and a further 17% said it was a large factor.

Respondents in the three metro cities are more likely to have got vaccinated due to vaccine mandates and passes. As expected, the older the respondents, the more likely they got vaccinated for health reasons.

The pollster also notes that 80% of those triple vaccinated say they did so for health reasons while only 54% of those double vaccinated. This suggests not all double vaccinated will get a booster shot.

With what we now know about the Omicron strain evading both vaccinations and immunity, transmission and the importance of testing, and the likely impact on workplaces throughout New Zealand, we’re continuing to call on the Government to allow the use of COVID rapid antigen testing as an alternative for unvaccinated kiwis.
    ENDS

    Kind regards.

    • Curious.
      Did another walk about today.
Spoke with one of the chaps who was assaulted by the police last Thursday. He is still using a crutch and believes the group of police that carried out the thuggery are basically badged hired thugs. A group within the police force that is disliked by your average run of the mill copper.
Spoke with Kelvin Alp from Counterspin and got a different story about Tama Iti and why he isn’t there. Bad blood.
      From Wiki.
In 1996 Alp set up the New Zealand Armed Intervention Force as a mercenary organisation, later transforming it into a para-military, anti-banking, pro-people rights movement – although it was referred to in the media as a Māori separatist organisation. It is now defunct.
