  1. That POS Putins armed forces have destroyed the most magnificent aircraft to come out of the failed USSR, actually the entire worlds aircraft industry the Antonov 225 , for this action alone I hope the little C- -T rots in hell ,apparently it was a deliberate act as the massive hanger the plane was housed in was struck multiple times by missiles before the owners had any chance of flying it out of danger.

    • The more Rissole thinks about this, the ANGRIER Rissole becomes.

This COVID bullshit would not have lasted 5 seconds if every doctor in NZ had not been slimy toads.

So do we need to take a lawyer to our doctor appointments to ensure our basic human rights are not being violated by the guy with the stethoscope?

      • To answer both your comments, Yes.

Be careful from now on, youll go in with an ear infection and end up getting the prostate check and your balls fondeled.

Ive lost pretty much all trust in doctors now, if they cant question a novel jab with proven side effects and proven ineffectiveness how the hell can i trust theyll diagnos an illness correctly or prescribe correct course of treatment.
Unless im dying and they cant make it any worse i will avoid them like the plague.

        • My trust in Doctors has zeroed out too.

The problem is that some things really do need timely treatment, and not be left until too late.
Often when a problem is caught early, with correct treatment, we are fixed and survive with no further on going issues.

The systemic system of the “new medical ethics” has made Doctors into practicing criminals.

Fire makes a great servant, but becomes a bad master.
It is more of a case the Doctors are fine as your servant.
The issue is that Doctors should not be your master.

          • Shouldn’t be a problem in the Wairarapa as there are no reported sightings of GPs practising in the region. Anyone seeking medical help gets assigned to an arrogant, know-nothing nurse practitioner.

          • My trust in certain Doctors has zeroed, but in others that knew the game, and told Jacinda to “Stick the vaccine (that she herself never had) in Uranus.”, my respect has been maintained.

I still have respect for those, that overnight were forced to make a decision to take the vaccines, or defy the mandates and have 30 staff out on the street , without no job, no income, mortgagee sales and financial carnage. Many refused to become a jab clinic, Many of these have now refused to take the boosters, taking gardening leave or hiring replacements.

All in all, having dealt with a number of Doctors and Nurses in the last 2 years, I was never shy in subtly leaving the communication open for them to speak their mind “Off the Record”.

Similarly I do not dis-respect most police. Just the ones that use violence without a second thought. They are probably as violent in their private lives as well.

  3. I saw a headline yesterday about the PM and a cesspit of disease in wellington. As I started reading I was surprised that it was talking about the protest part organized by those 3 Auckland mums , that has a couple of dozen cases related to it ,not Vic uni with its 500 odd cases of covid and being the first month of uni for the year there will be VD running rampant amongst them.

  4. A guy walks into a pharmacy and says to the pharmacist, “Listen, I have three girls coming over tonight. I’ve never had three girls at once. I need something to keep me ready and keep me potent.”
The pharmacist reaches under the counter, unlocks the bottom drawer and takes out a small cardboard box marked with a label **Viagra Extra Strength** and says, “Here, if you eat this, you’ll go nuts for twelve hours.”
The guy says, “Gimme three boxes.”
The next day, the guy walks into the same pharmacy, limps up to the pharmacist and pulls down his pants. The pharmacist looks in horror as he notices the man’s ‘member’ is black and blue, mangled and chunks of skin are hanging off in some places.
In a pained voice, the man moans out, “Gimme a bottle of Deep Heat.”
The pharmacist replies in horror, “You can’t put Deep Heat on that!”
The man replies, “No, it’s for my arms, the girls didn’t show up.”

  6. Vladimir Putin goes to visit a school in Moscow to have a chat with the kids.
He talks to them about how Russia is a powerful nation and how he wants the best for the people.
At the end of the talk, there is some time for questions.
Little Sasha puts her hand up and says “I have two questions:
Why did the Russians take Crimea? And why are we sending troops to Ukraine?”
Putin says “Good questions…” But just as he is about to answer, the bell goes, and the kids go for lunch.
When they come back, they sit back down and there is room for some more questions so another girl, Misha, puts her hand up and says,
“I have four questions. My Questions are:
Why did the Russians invade Crimea? Why are we sending troops to Ukraine? Why did the bell go 20 minutes early for lunch? And where is Sasha?”

  7. In April 2018 Rissole, Mrs Rissole and Young Rissole went to Kathmandu and hiked the Himalaya (amongst the spring growth of cannabis indica teeheehee), then went to the Tarai, or lowlands, of Nepal and stayed in deep tiger and rhino jungle. Then flew over the snowy Himalaya to the brown Tibetan Plateau to Lhasa (12,000 ft). Acclimatised in Lhasa 3 days, then to Base Camp Everest (North Face) 6 days. Highest elevation 17,500 feet. (It was incredible to see antelope at this altitude and many crows in the thin frigid air. In fact Rissole was greeted at Base Camp by a crow.)

This is the Rissole family’s proposed next mad adventure 2023. It would seem ‘do-able’:

    • Been there, done that. I consider myself lucky to have been in Nepal four times from 1975 to 1987. I never went to Tibet though I very much wanted to when I was younger. I turned down an invitation to go when I worked in China in the eighties, I hate what the commie bastards have done to the country and I have too much respect for HH who I met during his first visit to London in the early seventies.
I went to Tammanrasset in 1973 and across the desert to Djanet to see the cave paintings particularly the one of the spaceman. Truly amazing.

“The desert is beautiful” the little prince added.
And that was true. I have always loved the desert. One sits down on a desert sand dune, sees nothing, hears nothing. Yet through the silence something throbs and gleams.
“What makes the desert beautiful” said the little prince “is that somewhere it hides a well……”

The Little Prince by Antoine de Saint-Exupery. Be sure to take a copy with you. I read my copy while at Pere Foucaults hermitage. The scenery up there is breathtaking.

    • I have a cousin that plays the bagpipes but at least they lived on an isolated farm for when the dogs used to ‘sing’ along, many a good time was spent at the Caledonian Society dancing to the Gay Gordon until we did our genealogy and found out that any links to Scotland were in the mists of time, on that side of my family, that is Argyle.

I get a catch in my throat when I hear the bagpipes at parades etc but if I had a neighbour that serenaded me with the bagpipes on a regular basis (more than once), I would be ringing noise control.

  8. Builders of the Transmission Gully motorway north of Wellington have sent a second letter to the Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency saying the road is now fit for public use.

In December, builder CPB HEB sent a letter to Waka Kotahi in which transport engineer Jon England said the road may “safely and conveniently be used for public traffic”.

Ensuring the road is aligned properly and that the lighting “is in good and efficient repair” for safe public use is one of the 100 safety and quality assurance tests which was required before the road can open.

“The letter reconfirms that one of these 100 tests, which had been passed in December 2021, has been re-passed after the recent pavement and surface repairs undertaken by the Transmission Gully builder CPB HEB,” Waka Kotahi transport services manager Andrew Thackwray said.

  9. So if you think your Electricity and Power costs are high, think again they are only going to bolt up.

Power companies last year had a profit increase of an average of 60%.

    Stuff state,
“The results have come out as a first wave of households face the effects of a government decision to phase out the requirement for power firms to offer low daily fixed charges to customers who use less than about 8000 kilowatt-hours (kWh) of power a year.

Some customers are facing substantial rises in their power bills from April,”

Household using less than 8000 kilowatts per annum are most domestic homes.

But this Government has done away with low daily fixed charges so now you, the customer are being bent over and right royaly reemed out by a dumb Government, it’s ignorant Minister Michael Wood and rapacious Power Companies.

I hope you all enjoy the good Rogering, Cindy, Michael Wood and this Government is giving you all. You are all but mere peasants and should enjoy and be grateful for it.

    • I get an estimate from the power company each week of what they estimate I will use in the coming week. Unless there is a very icy cold snap coming this week, my power has gone up in the last week by $10.00 so $40 a month???? Bastards, who would have expected that? We will all be living on the bread line before too long. That is what communist lives are like, we are going to be fighting for the last crumb of food or? Bloody government spending money like there is no tomorrow, making rich richer but the people apart from government ministers FJA politicians or government workers will be on the very poor spectrum. 14. You can tell if a media outlet or press release is woke or not by the following:
    – The use of “Kyiv” instead of “Kiev”
    – “Aotearoa” instead of “New Zealand”
    – Use of macrons for the replacement of English terms with their Te Reo equivalents
    – Use of chunks of undefined Te Reo cultural- and protocol-related terms (that no-one outside of a marae would know the significance of)
    – The use of Te Reo greetings at the start of English texts
    – The use of Te Reo terms for taxpayer-funded State entities, such as “Te Ratonga Tirorangi” and “Toitū Te Whenua,” whose original English names are far more transparent and understandable to 99% of the population

  16. On the subject of the Russian ‘propaganda’, I’ve been following RT News on Telegram for a couple of YEARS and I’ve found them to be an interesting channel for all kinds of news and topics from all over the world.

    https://t.me/rtnews

Now that the Russians have attacked Ukraine it’s even more interesting, but you know what? I can’t detect any ‘propaganda’ or bias in their feed. RT News is carrying all kinds of reports from all sides; news of American and Europe sanctions against Russia, statements from Boris Johnson, Russian and Ukrainian military operations and their results, Russian and White House press releases, worldwide economic fallout, cyber attacks and even reports of anti-war demonstrations in Moscow!

I read from other sources that RT is being banned in different countries – but to my mind, RT is one of the most informative news sources around and far exceeds CNN BBC etc in every way.

I’m not a cheerleader for Putin. I’m just calling it as I see it. Have a look at their stream and tell me what you think.

The US Fed is making some announcements that might take crypto lower.
If it goes below 28K, that’s the time to buy. Personally, I prefer the other cheaper crypto. You make more when they go up than relying on bitcoin. FYI there are over 12,000 to choose from.

      • True that Ed, i dont trust crypto and prefer shiney metals but still threw a couple grand at a few random cryptos as a punt, All in the 50cent- $1.80 range.
My theory was id seen my brothers massive mistake (hindsight is wonderful aint it) when he sold all his bitcoin many years ago that he had mined, almost 700bitcoin and he was stoked he got a great price of…. 30cents per coin. That was back in the day when a shity graphics card on your computer could mine several bitcoin per day.
And yes i rubbed it in big time a while back when it surpassed 90k nzd.

A 50cent coin only has to go to $1 to double my money vs bitcoin gaining 63k to double my money. My theory is same with gold n silver hence why i heavily favour silver but still dabble in both just in case.

Bitcoin was percieved to be a massive joke and near worthless at the start, 12k bitcoin for a pizza lol thats a damn expensive pizza at todays exchange rate.

  23. Taxpayers Union.

The response to Jordan’s call to arms has been fantastic. We are now halfway to our target needed to properly take on the Government’s Three Waters / co-governance.
A few people have asked: what if we lose this case? First, the reason we’re asking for your support is to ensure the very best QCs and legal minds can be engaged, and second, this case will either defeat those trying to mischievously extend the meaning of the Treaty to overrule democracy or expose what the Government is really intent on doing.
To put it another way: this case will provide New Zealanders with the legal shield against co-governance, or expose the dragon we need to slay at next year’s election.
But in order to proceed with this judicial review against Three Waters / co-governance, we are counting your support.

My brother had Covid last week. Omicron struck him and his whole family, save for one child.

He was asymptomatic, bar a dry cough and a tickly throat. All of which he said under normal circumstances he would’ve gone to work with. It lasted 3 days, he said he wouldn’t even rank it in the top 10 of head colds. So, from where he sat, it wasn’t worth the fear and angst afforded it.

NZ Post has acquired Fliway Group, extending its parcels business into larger items and broadening its logistics and supply chain capability. Fliway is one of the largest fully integrated logistics providers in New Zealand and specialises in the delivery of items that are typically too big to be carried by courier networks but are still transported as individual items rather than in bulk. It is headquartered in Auckland and employs over 400 people. Flyway is currently in logistics hell and unable to meet all its delivery promises. NZ Post acquired Fliway from Yang Kee Group, a Singaporean logistics enterprise who purchased it in 2018 from New Zealand owners.

  30. Despite Willie Jackson saying co-governance was “nothing to be scared of”, the co-governance mantra continues to expand – this time Auckland’s regional parks are the focus.

The Draft Plan for the management of Auckland’s regional parks includes proposals to bring in co-governance or even iwi management in whole “to one, more than one, or all parks

These parks were created for all New Zealanders and visitors to enjoy with the elected Council responsible to ratepayers for their management. This does not need to change.

We need you to make a submission at http://www.handsoff.nz. https://www.hobsonspledge.nz/r?u=UYQJghe-rnoJ_q9eP1qiGWp1ealz3DUOqrdwBsll9_ya7iYRssksNF8WPTD3nL28bogm6nu8QLaqYqHJBZLYE5LSwJpLWdOn_x8pl5zE2XfVMWY4ymwor4kDUtapD3novz__YTN91CkdfoYW3DsHpiLzEDemkR19J4W9I7i9o48&e=992a1e3f3d4ccc91c4915144c5b71923&utm_source=hobsonspledge&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=220228_hands_off_our_regional&n=2

Auckland Council needs to know that co-governance is not the solution it is purported to be and should not become a default position.

If we need better outcomes, we need better solutions and this should not involve undermining the democratic voice of ratepayers. You can make your voice heard.

    >>> Click here to submit <<<.”https://www.hobsonspledge.nz/r?u=UYQJghe-rnoJ_q9eP1qiGWp1ealz3DUOqrdwBsll9_ya7iYRssksNF8WPTD3nL28bogm6nu8QLaqYqHJBZLYE5LSwJpLWdOn_x8pl5zE2XfVMWY4ymwor4kDUtapD3no8A07YylmUrTGCGvilOLrOQ&e=992a1e3f3d4ccc91c4915144c5b71923&utm_source=hobsonspledge&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=220228_hands_off_our_regional&n=3

We must show Auckland Council that separatism by stealth will not go unnoticed or unopposed.

New Zealanders have had enough of being divided and we need more opportunity to work together. We cannot afford to lose more local democratic control and public access to treasures as we saw in the Ureweras and Lake Waikeremoana.

    Thank you for your support

PS. For the avoidance of doubt, this submission request is independent of Hobson’s Pledge, but we support this effort to protect democracy and the interests of ratepayers.

The reopening of New Zealand’s border could see “a large net outflow of Kiwis” during the rest of this year, economists at the country’s largest bank say.

  32. The word on the ground is that the pigs are going to raid the Wellington Protest either tonight or tomorrow morning, According to Sue Grey, there are rumours Coster’ s been told his job is on the line if he doesn’t act. If people in wellington could keep us posted on developments that would be good. I suspect if the cops do raid its going to be a fuckup and many will get injured. If that does happen, then it must be open slather on the pigs moving forward….
