  1. My neighbor reckons that we are about to find out exactly what was behind ‘smoke and mirrors’ John keys passing of a law through parliament to allow either the government or the banks to help themselves to up to 50% of your savings on a loan basis without having to even ask permission.
At the time motor mouth Key said ” look it’s nothing to worry about all western world governments are passing similar legislation at this time” ,the protestations at the time were feeble and short lived..

  3. Fonterra freightened. BUT They still didn’t get it right. Did they?
They are still discriminating and supporting the cause of the problem
The vaccine. The vaccine is the spreader.

And they employ how many scientists and micro whatever?
They still couldn’t find the truth.
Their lawyers want firing as well for failing to give good advice. Shoud be sued.
Have they cleared the farmers yet?

Fonterra announced on Wednesday afternoon that its workplace Covid vaccination mandate would be dropped from 1st April. All staff who remain unvaccinated will have to commit to a daily testing programme using Rapid Antigen Tests (RATs), only being allowed to enter Fonterra premises if a negative test is returned. Testing prior to site entry is not required for staff who can produce evidence of being fully vaccinated.

  4. I’ve got a radical new idea. Why don’t we try drilling for oil? Apparently we’ve got plenty of it, now all we need is a refinery. Oh bugger we’re getting rid of our one. The last shipment of crude oil arrived at Marsden Point yesterday. Thanks again Cindy.

      • You’re spot on there Alice. I’m not an anarchistic no government extreme libertarian type and I think that governments have generally worked well in the past in building a country that has been the envy of the world in many areas.

But since the cockroach Peters installed Ardern and her gang, this vile woman’s government has been increasingly showing itself to be the enemy of New Zealanders.

As you say, this is not mere incompetence; it is criminal vandalism. They are actively working towards destroying our country; socially, economically and structurally. And tragically, they have almost totally succeeded.

    • I know that the govt is refusing to allow underground coal mines to open. Coal still burns hot: frozen fire. Inflation, hard inflation, comes when you undermine wealth. Refusing to mine is an inflationary act. Cowardice combined with political narcissism. I don’t think I’ve met a west coaster against mining. I don’t buy the anti-oil anti-mining propaganda blitz. It’s another nudge of nothing created by nobodies.

      • Dead right there Beorn. While we sit there freezing in sack cloth and ashes Jimmy Twomums is getting driven around in his BMW limo with that irritating pious look on his ugly mug. Politicians are supposed to be the guardians of our assets, they are the property of the people and should not be the subject of some halfwit fish and chip wrappers “captains call”. This virtue signaling bullshit at our expense has got to stop. Anybody who suggests drilling and mining at the next election will get my vote.

Oh that settles it then, the police said he’s not facing charges….and made an exception because he’s the prime minister’s boyfriend.
Do we trust the police at that level ? – not any more.
Should we trust them for going against the law ? Yes we can trust them to break the law… And they have again openly…

  6. So some are now showing up as pissed with the govt. Not before time.

Did special briefings for ‘commentators’ help shape a favourable government narrative on vaccines?

    https://www.nzherald.co.nz/business/did-special-briefings-for-commentators-help-shape-a-favourable-government-narrative-on-vaccines/M5JPG5EX5TULPCBPBTPO5S4FZQ/

Officials have released the names of 21 “Covid commentators” who were selected for special government briefings earlier in the pandemic because of the likelihood that they would be called on by media for comment about government work and announcements.

Documents released under the provisions of the OIA suggest that the advance briefings the group received in 2020, were, at least in part, an effort to flatter the Government’s slow progress on vaccine procurement.

In that formula it becomes a “discourse consensus and any body challenging the narrative is creating dangerous dissonance.

  7. If you enjoy the Peter Principle and would like many examples of it in action within the current American system this is quite an entertaining little article from the American Thinker.
An example ” To demonstrate her superior knowledge of Europe (she’s now been once), a radio show asked her to explain the Ukraine situation to its audience. Harris said, “Ukraine is a country in Europe. It exists next to another country called Russia. Russia is a bigger country. Russia is a powerful country. Russia decided to invade a smaller country called Ukraine. So, basically, that’s wrong.”
    Yes, those were her words.

    • Let’s see if the flight becomes a super spreader event.

Still waiting for ‘all the deaths’ Brian Tamaki will be held responsible for after his super spreader event in the park. So far reported cases, zip. Deaths, nada. Journalist credibility, none.

Remember how he was in jail for endangering public health?

      21

      0

      • I attended several of Brian Tamaki’s picnics in the park. For the first, the media coverage – apart from ridiculously underestimating the numbers there – was all about “potential super spreader event.” That line was quietly dropped for later events when the super spreading didn’t happen.

  8. The report is out to guide New Zealand down the “3 Waters” sluice way of :—–

…. Recognising Te Mana o te Wai as an underlying principle
Embracing Te Mana o te Wai as the foundation for a more sophisticated and
integrated approach to providing first class drinking water, wastewater and
stormwater networks will ensure that the health and wellbeing of water and the
    wider environment remain paramount. …..

    https://www.dia.govt.nz/diawebsite.nsf/Files/Three-waters-reform-programme-2022/$file/Governance-Working-Group-Report.pdf

48 pages of giving ever more control in % wise as supposed co-governance with wonderful origininal knowledge & ability to be bought in, ….. with many ‘beautiful’ words and paragraphs of great % of control,

Supposed territorial entities to give the gloss, cover, the power to charge you, to be the enforcers, but when this goes wrong, they will go under a bus, as it will then be said to tranfer total control to maori control will be better.

Costs?, where they will be charged? royalties? koha? mana? perks? Accountability? ….. shushhh, until later.

Once in place, the consequences to change this will be very difficult and even more costly, as it will take major, major compensation to reverse this, as it will then prove to be a very valuable asset to maori.

    • S1, thanks for posting that. I will have a good look at it when I get home from work tonight, but when I see this sort of shit, I know the authors of this report are up to no good and this is not written for the benefit of the Ratepayer or the people of New Zealand.
      Quote
The Working Group first met on 26 November 2021, with the mandate for
members to work collaboratively to ensure the best overall outcomes for
Aotearoa, and the people of each WSE region. The council members have
come together to represent the interests of all local authorities, not their
individual local authorities. Iwi/Māori members have come together to provide
the perspective of the Treaty partner, not to represent their individual iwi/hapū.
We agreed the following shared principles and values for how to work together
      through the process.

      1. Shared intention: operate with the shared intention of supporting the
kaupapa of the Working Group, including by committing to discussing in
good faith how the representation, governance and accountability
arrangements for new WSEs can best enable the achievement of the
      shared reform objectives.
      Unquote

I note nowhere in the above does this report say that they are representing you, the Ratepayer, the one who through your Council, owns the water assets and infrastructure. So your interests are not being considered.

      Weasels, the lot of them.

This seems to be pushed by NATO, US, Eu;rope, to suppress any further facts, evidence, true or not to be bought up for debate & discussion.

Now you may figure that our Parliamentarians do not feel safe, and why the wild claims of “supremacists” the push for more controls as maybe they know more than they let on. 🙁

It brings a greater understanding of the ideology, the insignias, the flags, just who died for what in the past 100 years, and then what continued since WW2. in the name of “Cold War necessity”

Certainly some information, history, the linkage, to be considered.
Though we may not know or figure everything here, it sure shows this one boiling fire, and best not to get to close to that heat.

One wonders in New Zealand, what else is being robbed here too.?

Sorry to bang on about it, but this document has been public since the end of last October and Dr John is only discussing it now. I wonder if the general public knows that the remains of the fuel at Chernobyl has to be kept cool (for how many decades I have no idea).

This is big news in Japan, what with the fuel rods overheating at Fukushima still fresh in everyone’s mind.

Also, Yoon Suk-yeol is the new President-elect of South Korea. I hope that relations with Japan will improve. Yoon is a conservative and wants to abolish women’s ministries in the Korean government. I think the South Koreans are getting serious about trying to get their breeding program up and running. The ROK needs more babies, boys and girls, so get to it!

    https://www.newshub.co.nz/home/politics/2022/03/chris-hipkins-admits-government-doesn-t-know-which-covid-19-patients-are-in-hospital-for-virus-versus-other-illness.html
Chris Hipkins says the Government doesn’t know how many COVID-19 patients are in hospital for the virus versus people in hospital for other issues.

When asked whether he actually knew how many people were in hospital because of COVID, Hipkins said he doesn’t “have that data” but has asked the health system for it.

“We’ve asked the health system to adapt the way it records things so that we get a bit more visibility. That takes a while for them to implement those changes, but we have asked if they can do that so we can see that.”

          • Lada’s are bullet proof. I had a Fiat 124 Station Wagon which probably did 300,000 miles before eventually falling apart. The engine was simple, as was the rest of the car. I had a double throat weber carb on it and it performed well enough for a 1000cc engine. Unfortunatly the steel it was made of was cheap Russian crap, so rust was a major issue and the engine literally fell out. A couple of threaded bolts gave the car a few more years. Of course in Saffa land, there were no WOFS…..

            7

            0

            • In NZ the Dairy Board traded butter for Ladas with Russia from the mid 1980s until 1990 mainly because of their crippling shortages of hard currency. They were never very popular mostly because after a few years on NZ roads you could kick holes through the rusty panels with bare feet. In this they were the same as the Fiats they were based on.

In the early 1990’s some of the newly allocated fishing quota was leased to overseas boats, many of them Russian. At the end of the season some of the crews toured the country seeking to buy Ladas. They were loaded on to the trawlers as deck cargo & carried back to their home port of Vladivostok. Apparently there was a good dollar to be made selling them to car poor fellow Russians.

How they held together with the resultant rust beggars belief.

            • Sootz what part of the country you in? They grow way better during cooler months but if too cold like south of chch then you need to sow them now otherwise theyll just stunt and not grow till spring… if thats the case then usually spring they bolt to seed 🙁

They grow ok in heat, the going to seed thing isnt due to heat but big fluctuations in ground temps, raised beds are worse for it then dug over in ground vege patch.

Im in southland and we have no worries at all growing basic veges like brasicas etc all year round. Frost sensitive stuff we have to get started early in pots and be very vigilant in bringing them inside if it looks risky, here even in the hot house we dont plant tomatoes etc untill early november.

Id say high prices have got many ppl thinking of doing the same but for most theyll lack the skill and attention needed to grow enough to make any impact on the weekly bill. We’re fully self sufficient with veges, only really tomatoes wifey buys during winter everything else is grown then preserved or stored. It took many many failures and heartache to get there tho but we’ve got it sussed now.

              • Like you I’ve always grown a vege garden. Initially because it was about the only way we could afford to eat properly but later because I enjoy it.

Though I’d hate to be doing it in Southland. The only things that grow better in the South are Brussel Sprouts & swedes. I loathe swedes.

                • Love me some swede, was great wintering cows on them, after stepping over the fence and on the way back to the quad bike id pluck a smaller one peel and eat it mmmmm. Same deal with summer turnip.
Kale stalks are great too, peel off the outer layer and the inside is a great eat, i can see why the cows love the stuff.

Youd be suprised what we can grow down here nasska, a good year we can even get a successful kumara although not every year. Weve got 60m2 of tunnelhouse to grow in too which does help alot, its loaded with mostly frost sensitive stuff but itll soon get planted out with winter vege and it booms right through with no slowdown.
Kea would be impressed our potato crop is enormous, could easily feed several households for a year, but kea would cry too as weve fed 20+ cabbages to the pigs in the last week (wifey got seeds mixed up at sowing so crazy amount of cabbage)
Kea could have made enough commie soup to woo both rach and waikato girl.

  20. A little boy and his grandfather are raking leaves in the yard.
The little boy sees an earthworm trying to get back into its hole.
He says, “Grandpa, I bet I can put that worm back in that hole.” The grandfather replies, “I’ll bet you five dollars you can’t.
It’s too wiggly and limp to put back in that little hole.”
The little boy runs into the house and comes back out with a can of hair spray.
He sprays the worm until it is straight and stiff as a board.
The boy then proceeds to put the worm back into the hole.
The grandfather hands the little boy five dollars, grabs the hair spray and runs into the house.
Thirty minutes later the grandfather comes back out and hands the boy another five dollars.
The little boy says, “Grandpa, you already gave me five dollars.” The grandfather replies, “I know. That’s from your Grandma.”

  22. Each Friday night after work, Bubba would fire up his outdoor grill and cook a venison steak. But, all of Bubba’s neighbors were Catholic….and since it was Lent, they were forbidden from eating meat on Friday . The delicious aroma from the grilled venison steaks was causing such a problem for the Catholic faithful that they finally talked to their priest.
The Priest came to visit Bubba, and suggested that he become a Catholic. After several classes and much study, Bubba attended Mass…..and as the priest sprinkled holy water over him, he said, ‘You were born a Baptist, and raised a Baptist, but now you are a Catholic.’
Bubba’s neighbors were greatly relieved, until Friday night arrived, and the wonderful aroma of grilled venison filled the neighborhood. The Priest was called immediately by the neighbors, and as he rushed into Bubba’s yard, clutching a rosary and prepared to scold him, he stopped and watched in amazement. There stood Bubba, clutching a small bottle of holy water which he carefully sprinkled over the grilling meat and chanted: ‘You wuz born a deer, you wuz raised a deer, but now you is a catfish”.

  23. Within the Xtian church there exist certain things that never change. Prayer & boybotherering are two of them.

This time it is the esteemed congregation of child molesters in Gloriavale who are once again in the spotlight. An email has surfaced giving the preferred locations of the abuse:

……”The list includes an old car down by the creek, the hen house, underneath the stage in the main area, all communal toilets and bathrooms, the piggery and value protein piggery office, the old moss shed, Bellevue farm, Waitaki Downs Station, meal plant shed, a bike shed, a sideway beside the engineering workshop and inside the dinosaur in the dining room.”…….

    https://www.stuff.co.nz/national/128003162/police-letter-to-gloriavale-reveals-places-where-harmful-sexual-behaviour-was-rife

It seems that few unfortunate lads were mauled in the milking shed & there were no reports of anyone being bent over the gate & sodomised at the entrance to the commune. These are disturbing omissions which reflects poorly on the conservative imaginations of the sick religious leaders. //

When will those charged with keeping kids safe from perverted abusers in NZ wake up? Bibles are synonymous with buggery!

  25. Does the PM have her head in the sand?

The Prime Minister either has her head in the sand, or she is completely out of touch with what life is like for most New Zealanders.

I’m not giving her the benefit of the doubt. I think her head is well and truly in the sand.

And I’m starting to get really brassed off about it. This ongoing state of denial when it comes to the cost of living in this country.

National Party leader Christopher Luxon called it the “cost-of-living crisis” in his state of the nation speech the other day – and it’s what you and I are living with on a daily basis, aren’t we?

And when I saw that the Prime Minister still can’t bring herself to acknowledge it and say “yes, we are in a crisis situation”, that a lot of New Zealanders are really struggling at the moment, I was dismayed.

    • I had a town day today and we avoided all the discriminating fucks like farmlands etc.
The roar is coming up and i needed a few new bits of camping/hunting gear… one town 2 shops demand i wear a mask no exemptions and the other shop wanted to see an exemption, it was in my pocket but gave them a choice of my money or exemption. Idiots chose exemption so i left.
Ended up at my local store, probs cost me 100bux more then then the big franchise stores but zero questions and freindly service… they got just over 2k of my money for 20mins of their time being respectful descent human beings.

Ive still never worn a mask and still never pulled an exemption out of my pocket (its just there for a shtf situation and they call cops etc)
Also very noticeable is more and more maskless folk at the supermarket but to counter that i also see far more ppl mask wearing in cars driving and carparks. Saddest is watching all the zombie kids walking home from school still wearing masks, poor brainwashed kids dont stand a chance when it comes to social conditioning

  26. Cindy: ashley not enough ppl are dying of covid how are we gunna keep up the charade its super scary and deadly?

Bloomfailed: hmmmm, we will change reporting to any death within 28days of testing positive.

Cindy: i hope thats enough, i think more sheep are waking up.

Bloomfailed: we’ll just backdate a few right now so it looks like a deadly week, the sheep will soon demand 4th and 5th shots.

Can we go back and report any death within 28 days of a vax as a vax death? It would be far more accurate then the covid cause of death.
Also the change means that some deaths will get taken off the tally as i OIA requested that info and i recall one death was 40days after last positive test and pretty sure the was a 33 day one

But can we be sure that even this is the truth.
    Answer, probably not.
Those that died of covid died because covid did what?
Complicated their already dieing process so that it could be blamed?
I.e. clogged the lungs, created the heart attack on already weakened heart.

    Shallow analysis.

“Tāmaki Makaurau has been dealt the toughest blow so far in terms of Omicron impact – we can only hope that the modellers are right and that Tāmaki will peak in the next 10 days. The rest of us will lag a little behind this – there is hope on the horizon!

By now, many of you will have friends or family (like I do) in isolation or even diagnosed with COVID. It is encouraging to hear that thanks to vaccinations and boosters, most are faring pretty well.”

Actually you fucking twat, vaccines and Boosters probably made them more susceptible. I have it and I am unvaxed, and are doing very will thnkyou, probably because my immune system wasn’t nujed by the vax and the regular use of Ivermectin since August last year. No wonder education in New Zealand is beyond fucked.

The historical sector of the DPRK has newly discovered new facts disclosing the cunning and vicious crimes committed by the Japanese imperialists to distort the history of Korea.

In the course of their study to scientifically prove the crimes committed by the Japanese imperialists in Korea, historians of the Academy of Social Sciences recently found out that the obit of Kojong, the 26th king of the feudal Joson dynasty, is at variance with the historical fact.

  33. Nasska….
Have just got this from Bauldy….I’don’t think its been published hence being posted in full without a link…

    From Uncle Craig’s rocking chair

Part four of maybe five about how we got into this Covid mess.
Once WHO declared a pandemic we were left with various world leaders looking to make a name for themselves. Democratic Governor of New York Andrew Cuomo decided to bump up the US death rate by sending Covid sufferers to aged-care facilities, bloody idiot, should be in jail for mass murder. Boris Johnson told us he only barely survived his infection, which makes him look a little silly when 95-year old Queen Elizabeth shrugs hers off as just like a mild cold. Experts told us that 70% levels of vaccination would be pretty good, 80% would be gold standard, so Jacinda decides on 90%, can’t win the Nobel Peace prize by sticking with the pack, can you?
Okay, so this is New Zealand, obviously she will use a massive tax-payer-funded publicity campaign, along with the biggest and most expensive bunch of spin merchants ever assembled by a NZ PM to persuade us that we should get vaxxed. That’s how we do things in NZ, eh? Anyway, everyone knows NZers are big softies who meekly do what they are told.
Nope, not good enough. Jacinda decides to make vaxxing compulsory. Oh, not quite compulsory, but if you choose to defy the Red Queen she promises to crush you. Craig’s okay, he’s retired, otherwise he would be sacked from his job, unable to pay his mortgage, lose his house. But she can still punish Craig, no entry to bars or restaurants or hairdressers or massage parlours. (!!) And the crowning insult, she makes it legal for any tinpot Hitler wannabe in the community to cancel the unvaxxed from anything. So I’m cancelled from the library. Mmm, I know a bit about the Rating Powers Act and it doesn’t allow you to charge rates for the library while specifically excluding you from using it. But apparently GDC still wants to charge me for services they won’t allow me to access. Then my golf club freezes me out after 35 years of faithful membership. President Xi and Vladimir Putin can play there, as long as they don’t park their private jets or superyachts here, but I can’t. A couple of mischievous statisticians decide to have a bit of a laugh by suggesting, for fun, that unvaxxed are 27 times more likely than vaxxed to infect you! And newspaper editors faithfully print it while refusing to allow “misinformation” from people who can actually add two and two. And just to prove that “experts” can know a lot about their subject but still be dumb as a chook outside it, Michael Baker repeats it! Classic.
Okay. If the PM had asked me, I would have got vaxxed. But she didn’t ask me, she told me and she threatened to punish me if I didn’t bow to her edict. Sorry, that sort of arrogance doesn’t work with me. Obviously works with a lot of Kiwis, more than I thought, but it doesn’t work with me. So when our PM weeps crocodile tears about how “New Zealanders don’t protest like this”, I can only respond, “right, they didn’t, till you changed the paradigm, Jacinda. You did this, own it.
Much of life will eventually return to normal. When we have all had Covid, and survived, some people will wonder what the fuss was about, but the PM’s spin merchants will assure you that things would have been much worse without her. Until you realise that the unvaxxed survived too.
And eventually my golf club will say I’m allowed back. I wonder what I will say to them?

    • Thanks Toko. Our friend neatly described me also when he stated:

……”Okay. If the PM had asked me, I would have got vaxxed. But she didn’t ask me, she told me and she threatened to punish me if I didn’t bow to her edict. Sorry, that sort of arrogance doesn’t work with me.”…….

Yet there is another reason I never got vaxxed & never will. A British author, one Ian Watson put it best:

……”If you have to be persuaded, reminded, pressured, lied to, incentivised, coerced, bullied,
socially shamed, guilt-tripped, threatened, punished and criminalized …
If all of this is considered necessary to gain your compliance —
you can be absolutely certain that what is being promoted is not in your best interest.”…….

    • You’ve gotta laff.

Imagine if you were a carpenter and there was no agreed standard as to how long a metre of 100 x 50 was.

      – fortunately such details got sorted centuries ago.

How difficult would it have been for a bunch of health Professionals to standardise reporting procedures for how Covid cases and deaths were to be reported?

Oh Woops ….looks like that work has already been done – 2 years ago

“Underlying cause of death..,,,Motor Vehicle Accident……NOT COVID-19 Death”
That would mean dropping the gun shot victim from our covid deaths.

        “Underlying cause of death…….Myocardial Infarction…NOT COVID-19 Death”
Think of all those past, present and future Pfizer heart attacks….can’t blame them on the virus like they intended.
