  1. Morning Troopers,

“Ardern appeared unconcerned by the polls.

“My focus rather than being on polls is on people,” she said.””

  2. My focus is on the people and keeping them under my command she said. I want them locked up for as long as I can, and keep them under police control. The police have shown what they are capable of so that should frighten them. FJA

    • Nasska, to avoid this make sure you sign up to my “Ensure you get To Heaven” Plan. There is a small joining fee, and then you send me your logins, passwords, and Pin numbers, I store them securely for you so that this situation doesn’t eventuate. The plan has backing with reliable Nigerian Lending Institutions, and we return a small profit to members on the anniversary of their deaths, I’ll send you details shortly….. I am currently in negotiations with the Pope to arrange a dispensation for Atheists. He has been most understanding.

    • Pretty sure not many 10-40 year olds were expecting heart attacks. I know 2 people who out of the blue got Bell’s palsy, like a stroke, 40’s. I don’t know that many people. The kids dropping on the sporting fields might want to have another look at the stats, if they survive.

    • I started using horse paste in August last year. I have covid now, probably picked it up in Wellington on Thursday or Friday. Had zero symptoms until Sunday night but only a mild sore throat. My son had a high fever on Monday and he tested positive, On Wednesday Ihad a mild fever and felt achy so I tested positive, but that has been the sum total of symptoms. My wife has a mild head cold. I really believe that the ivermectin has prevented a worse out break, ( we all started taking 5mls twice aday from Monday). Further I gave some to a friend who was looking awful on Thursday, she reckons it kicked it in three days , What irks me is the bullshit line that most are experiencing mild symptoms because of the vaccinations and boosters. Most are probably sick because of the fucking vaccines,

  3. A few days ago I invited normal people to guess when the unsold properties on Trademe would hit 31,000. We are now at 31,087. How did you do?

I wouldn’t worry about groceries and fuel costing a little more. People are already getting hundreds of thousands off the price of houses. Hopefully we will join the civilised world where average house prices are 3 X average gross income.

It doesn’t appear the market cares if you get all angry and feeelz at Kea for accurately predicting this in the face of hysterical denials from the – property will never go down and this time it’s different- crowd 😏

    • Unsold houses dosent equate to a market collapse bro, but it is an contributing factor/symptom.

Stop jumping the gun bro, be patient and wait another 3-6 months and youll be able to squawk “told ya so” as loud as you can from all the unsold rooftops.
A perfect storm is now brewing thanks to the western world sanctioning themselves to “punish” russia man bad.
Its the cost of living that will be the straw that broke the camels back, i wouldnt want to be a renter tho either as it leaves one highly exposed to their landlords financial situation.

How many bridges has cindy built so far? Might be a few folk calling them home soon.

        • FOMO + double income per household + low interest rates + rising costs of building materials + net immigration
are all drivers of housing prices

Of these, FOMO and low interest rates are evaporating. Immigration is net negative.

Wait until people start losing their jobs.

            • That atmosphere in Auckland surrounding housing reminds me of Tokyo in the very early 1990s.

“Land only goes up in value.”

And then for 30 years it didn’t*

*Prime real estate will tend to hold its value far better. It’s the 2nd- and 3rd-class locations (where populations are declining) that are really hit hard. In Japan this would be the mountain and coastal villages, isolated and far from the urban centers, where the average age is 65+ and schools are being closed down.

              • I am sorry but immigration in Japan and NZ is completely different Odakyusen. That pressure since 90’s has been significant in Auckland.

Tokyo n 90’s was tricky getting into a realestate office let alone being permitted as an alien gaijin to rent a 1dk etc…….

                • Funtime,

Immigration is something that the NZ government and most locals are happy with. On the other hand, significant immigration would rip the fragile fabric of Japanese society apart.

When you have a strong sense of identity and know that your culture and language are unique, you are less likely to want to have all that you hold dear changed by outsiders. I can therefore sympathize with the stance of many Maori.

When you know who you are, you will want to stay who you are. When you have no idea who you are, you can become anybody.

  12. NZDSOS

A great big thank you, New Zealand.

Two weeks ago, we reached out to you for financial help. What a great response! Kiwis came together to help those in need and to help build back our country to freedom.
The online helpline is continuing to employ doctors, nurses and administration staff that were mandated out of jobs and are helping those injured by the injections.
NZDSOS is also continuing its work in bringing information to the people from experts and doctors who have everything to lose, yet still counter the government / pharmaceutical narrative. We cannot but ponder that the advice from experts who are paid to model and make predictions that support the monetary and political gain for a few, maybe less than honest.
Our court case is done and dusted and we await the ruling from Justice Cooke. We presented affidavits from highly qualified national and international experts and believe our arguments far outweighed those of the Crown. Legally, we have not left one stone unturned.

    • It really does not make much difference what operating system you use, although Windows snoops more, but all your movements online are tracked through search engine requests, DNS lookups and browser activity. Unless you throw away your mobile phone and your computer and go back to pen and paper, you and your thoughts are being tracked, indexed, cataloged and watched. Might be easier to train you, your family and friends to communicate telepathically!

Better still, if you live rural, catch up for drinks and BBQ’s frequently. Have family bonding sessions with solid silver pitchfork sharpening training over beers.

  13. Woods, a nasty, elitist socialist

Michael Wood hits out at National after Simon Bridges confirms party would remove top tax bracket
    https://www.newshub.co.nz/home/politics/2022/03/michael-wood-hits-out-at-national-after-simon-bridges-confirms-party-would-remove-top-tax-bracket.html

MPs usually earn between $160,000 and $180,000 a year, while Ministers earn between $250,000 and $300,000. The Prime Minister’s salary is set at $470,000.

But Bridges hit back at this, saying Wood was suggesting someone earning $80,000 a year was rich.

“What Michael is actually saying is that someone on $80,000 with a family in Auckland is actually rich. That they are doing really well but we actually believe in a cost of living crisis they deserve a grand back, it’s not going to make them rich but it will give some meaningful relief.”

  14. With inflation, $80,000 (annually before tax) in 2022 would surely be about the same as earning $40,000 in 2007.

How much have some prices increased in the last 15 years in your experience?
    – Petrol
    – 1 kg of mince
    – Rent on a 2-bdrm flat
    – Monthly power bill
    – Doctor’s visit
    – Hourly rate to have an electrician fix something

  15. Bollocks for brains Matthew Hooton pens an article today in the Ferald. “Boomers must share youth’s Covid burden”. Apparently its the older generations fault that the government printed money and the bad older people need to be fleeced of more money, code for more tax.

Well Hooters my boy, I didn’t vote for this pack of brainless fuckwits in government, it was the younger generation who voted in their droves for Labour. Its a lesson in cause and effect, something seemingly missing from their education.

          Dear Mr Seymour:
What do YOU care? You’ve made your position on Covid very, very clear, so don’t now come telling us that you’re concerned, because ALL of New Zealand know that you are only interested in YOURSELF and in promoting the socialist agenda that Ardern, your own party and the Nats have embraced. You have shown that you DON’T care for us, and because of that we ALL know that all this FAUX-CARING is all window-dressing to get you re-elected!! We AINT going to fall for it, so why even bother? Go and amalgamate with Ardern; we KNOW you want to!!

      • Am I missing something? If water has to be pumped uphill to be released later to generate power how is there any net gain in energy?

        There isn’t a net gain, it’s a net loss.
The same rationale has they believe that if they print enough money fast enough that NZ’s debt problem will be solved.

“The giant puddle that could power NZ.” If it were true then Mallards sprinklers could have solved NZ’s energy problems.

Here, I spend 50,000 GW pumping water up hill at an efficiency rate of say 80%. Allowing for evaporation, seepage and leakage, we lose another 15%. And another 15% in the generation process. So look how clever I am, I have generated 28,900 GW from 50,000 GW.

        Tossers, all of them.

        13

        0

      • Youre on to it curious, weve got to use hydro storage from other dams to generate electricity to pump water up a big arse hill to create more hydro storage for when the other dams are empty from using up their storage to fill the other storage…

Factor in losses from hydro generation, then pumping losses, then evaporation and then more losses from generating again it equals a fucking retarded plan and to top it off its near the bottom of the south island and the power is needed up jaffa land way.

They could at the very least pick a spot closer to the powers needed. This is the most retarded hydroelectric plan around, theyd be far better off daming more rivers in bumfuck nowhere and add real capacity that resiviors full up naturally.

He was caught and arrested – hence why the Whangarei court has come up again as a place of interest.

When he was FIRST charged he was with the two guys who have already been in court LAST year.
