    It’s a long read, but as it show the journalist’s ‘Gotcha’ mindset, I think it is worth posting. Noticeably at the time of it’s release, Mr Lynch had not replied to the questions put to HIM!!

I am here” or something along those lines. Of course, any paid minion in the propaganda division could have access to his Twitter account.

      And on Thursday (I think) according to NewsGrub the Red Witch appeared on one of her approved morning radio stations, and stated that “Clarke was home folding the washing at 6.45 am… and yes, he is allowed to go out to the dairy.” Take from that what you will….

    • They pick on those that appear weak, my wife got told to leave a shop yesterday as they didnt accept exemptions so i went in 5mins later to make a point… not 1 word said to me and i browsed the isles for a good 10mins before leaving.

      Same at the vets theyre notorious mask nazis and none around here will let anyone in maskless, bowled on in on thursday and no worries yet the day before my wife got made to stay at the door while they treated my dog.

The dogs went mad as they are not used to seeing people with face coverings so it was a novelty for them. Hard to hear what they were saying for the barking. WTF? I had more than a few visitors during past lockdowns and intend to also do if we are ever in the unfortunate position of having them again. People on the other side were very following of the law of dl and as soon as they went to work their son had friends around each day they were long gone by the time the parents came home.     • Definitely worth a read, thanks Viking. The Pill was probably designed to sterlise women. 10 years on the Pill that was supposed to also help acne (Diane 35) caused serious health and reproductive issues for me when I went off it and I decided not to go down the emotional IVF rollercoaster (to be honest, I didn’t want to bring a kid into the world in the late 1990s/early 2000s. And very grateful that I haven’t). In any case, from my late teens to my late 20s, my GP downplayed the risks, and ignored my suspicions that this was causing the bad side effects I was having (especially when one of the side effects was depression!). It took me 2 years to get her to refer me to a surgeon, who confirmed what I already knew. And when I opted for natural medicine post surgery, and refused Big Pharma options, my GP and the surgeon wiped their hands of me! All I can say is thank god for natural medicine and good nutrition because it changed my life. No wonder I haven’t wanted to be anyone’s medical experiment since then, and weep for the young women who were forced to take the clot shot 1, 2, 3 or more times.

Not long back from a trip to the North Island to see our son at Ohakea, while we were there we decided to go on a we tiki tour up around New Plymouth and cut back through the forgotten highway, Stratford to Taumarunui, Bugger me about half way through we stopped at at place called “The Republic of Whangamomona” thought we had better checkout the pub, first thing the lady behind the bar said as we entered, ” Bloody great to see strangers come in here without a mask on, We immediately go off to a great start, I said seeing as you are a republic we don’t need to worry about all the bullshit rules. I even met the President John Hurley [ local farmer ] they struggled to find Presidents, they keep dying off , the last one was Billy the goat apparently, anyway we decided to stay the night, the locals were great. One thing was for sure, no one had anything good to say about Jacinda Ardern. We now have two new Passports.

    Penn State University scientists have already tested it on mice and said the results were ‘encouraging’.

    Rodents given two doses of the so-called ‘aerogel’ had more antibodies in their lungs, nose and throat than ones given a fake vaccine.

    The researchers hope the targeted antibody response approach will be able to neutralise Covid at the point of infection.

We are pleased to report that after a barrage of international criticism, the Royal Society has dropped its investigation into two Fellows who signed the now-infamous Listener letter last year.

    This is a big win and a massive change in tone from the Royal Society. The Free Speech Union has stood by these academics from the beginning, and our supporters have generously given thousands of dollars to cover the cost of their legal fees.

Key findings of the panel include that “there was no evidence that the Fellows acted with any intent of dishonesroyal society buildingty or lack of integrity” and that “the matters raised are of substance and merit further constructive discussion and respectful dialogue”.

    In the scandal’s early days the Society released a now-buried statement which claimed:

    “The recent suggestion by a group of University of Auckland academics that mātauranga Māori is not a valid truth is utterly rejected by Royal Society Te Apārangi. The Society strongly upholds the value of mātauranga Māori and rejects the narrow and outmoded definition of science outlined in The Listener – Letter to the Editor. It deeply regrets the harm such a misguided view can cause.”

    So we’ve gone from ‘deeply regretting the harm such a misguided view can cause’ to acknowledging that that view expressed in the letter merits further constructive discussion and respectful dialogue!

    Graham Adams, who wrote a series of pieces for us covering the controversy, gave his opinion in an article for the Platform that the Royal Society had no choice but to drop the investigation if it wanted to avoid further embarrassment.

    No doubt preserving the Society’s international reputation was weighing heavily on the investigation panellists, with international heavyweights like Richard Dawkins and Jerry Coyne having warned that the Society would be an international laughing stock if it continued this witch hunt. Coyne has written extensively about this saga and gives his musings on the Royal Society dropping its investigation in his latest blog post.

    Did Nanaia Mahuta bungle transparency? Or lie about what Crown Law told her? Do we need to worry about what they told her? What did they tell her? Or is a Cabinet Paper cover-up just ‘business as usual’?

    Something strange happened in December after we filed our High Court application for judicial review. Crown Law asked us to redact information that was previously in the public arena.

    I have put the full story at the end of this email – for those of us who like to dig in to the detail. But for those who want the facts, here they are:

    At the heart of our case is what the Minister told her Cabinet colleagues about their obligations to Maori. This we believe, is the centre of her claim that there had to be co-governance.
    This advice is in the Cabinet papers that were all proactively released online last year, which we referenced in our Statement of Claim.
    That advice would have looked absurd and self-serving. If it was just her assertion, with no connection to supply clean water. So her papers claimed that Crown law advice supported her.
    Once we filed, Crown Law asked us to remove our references to their advice in the papers.
    We refused.
    The papers were taken down from the government website and reloaded with the legal advice paragraphs redacted.
    Crown Law advice is usually privileged – only the Government gets to see it. But you can waive privilege if you release some of it publicly.
    The Minister did waive privilege by using the prestige of Crown Law to give her claims credibility.

    So we have now filed an application asking the Court to direct Crown Law to give us all of the advice. We think if the Government is going to give Maori effective control of the water assets, claiming “the lawyers say Treaty”, the public (and the Court) have the right to know why, exactly.

    Applications like this are costly. This one may tread new ground, and our QCs have been backwards and forwards over the precedents to be satisfied this one is warranted. We would really appreciate your support to keep fighting for transparency and accountability in the 3 Water proposals.

  59. Went to French Pass. The little store by the wharf had a let’s go Brandon sign and Covid free. The lady had great legs and no mask. Wekas wandered around the shop.

    I flicked a line off the rocks. Pretty much a fish every cast. I kept one. A big black stingray was hanging around by my feet. I fed him spotties I’d caught and kept for bait.

    Life is different in remote rural settings. It’s free and organic.

    False and misleading – that’s how our COVID-19 vaccination statistics have been described by industry experts.

    It comes after New Zealand’s second-largest DHB showed a first dose rate of more than 100 percent.

    Canterbury could lay claim to the title of ‘COVID vax capital of New Zealand’, leading the second dose rates with almost 99 percent, and first doses even higher.

    According to the Ministry of Health, more than 100 percent of people over the age of 12 are at least partially vaccinated there.

    • It’s OK, the 100% they are talking about is 100% of the “eligible”. If you refuse the jabs, they simply add you to the ineligible list. Problem “solved”.

      According to Doomfield and HipSkins, less than 100 people in the entire country qualify for a vaccine exemption. So 0.002% are ineligible. That makes it 7 people in Christchurch that are ineligible.

      So what about the other several thousand who are unvaxxed?
