  1. Question of the day, When Hunter gets indicted and held in jail awaiting trial will he be Epsteined ??
Answer, absolutely, it’ll get rid of the weeping sore that is his corrupt family’s impending downfall and bring about huge feelings of sorrow for piss pants Biden which will be used to reinvigorate his presidency.
The Democratic swamp has done this twice before with Joey’s tragedies, once when his wife was killed in a auto accident and again when his “decorated war hero” son (who never heard a bullet whistle past his ear in combat) died of a brain tumor which just a couple of weeks ago the dementia ridden old sexual predator tried to blame on Beau being near burn pits in Iraq.
If I was Hunter I’d insist on a single cell whilst he’s in remand, LOL.

      • Kea, I spent a couple of years living and working in southern Germany in the late 70s so I have met many actual Nazis ,most were reasonable older men that you could sit and have a beer with (as long as you had a younger German that could interpret) a good number of them still had intense hatred towards any English speaking person.
When I finally decided to move on from an extremely well paid wire tying ,metal fixing contract where we were manufacturing concrete slabs that were used as cellars for new house builds (mandatory at the time) myself and a South African guy who was also leaving jumped up on one of the big forms and started doing the nazi salute whilst screaming “Achtung Spitfire” needless to say we were escorted out of the factory and actually threatened with arrest by the local police for some bizarre law we had broken, LMAO.

        • In the former GDR I had nationalists giving me the evils, though they were raised to hate Nazi by the Russians. Overall I enjoyed fantastic hospitality.

Most people are fine if they think for themselves rather than let politicians do it for them.

  3. Ancient moa bones found on Manawatū Tararua Highway
Bones discovered during construction work on Te Ahu a Turanga: Manawatū Tararua Highway have been sampled for have been aged to be at least 180,000 years old and possibly up to 345,000 years.

    • When they found Moa bones in a dig, in what was previously a bog, they determined the bones were ~7,000+ years old. More interesting they were in a condition consistent with having been broken and cooked.

Of course the idea that other races were here before the Tahitian Maori, several thousand years ago is just a conspiracy theory. ///

  4. The luxury market that’s untouched by the property downtown – so far

Designed by architect Michael Wyatt, Pokapu on the Remarkables Ski Field Access Road in Queenstown is a luxury property currently listed with NZ Sotheby’s International Realty. A mountain tarn laps the front of the 609 square-metre house, which is for sale by negotiation.

There’s one sector of the property market that appears largely untouched by the downturn in prices, and that’s the luxury sector.

Although, that may change as more properties are listed – and there has been a big jump in listings this year. Trade Me Property sales director Gavin Lloyd says in February there was a 56 per cent increase in property listings over $5 million compared to the same period in 2021.

In February 2021 there was 11 per cent increase in the total number of properties in all price brackets listed nationwide, compared to the previous year.

  5. Why escalating misogynistic abuse of Jacinda Ardern is a national security issue
    Michelle Duff07:48, Apr 09 2022
The escalation of violent gendered abuse and widespread online misogyny may represent never-before-seen threats to national security and our social fabric. Michelle Duff reports

In 2017, then-Labour leader Jacinda Ardern was asked if she planned to have babies. This was sexist – would a man have been asked the same thing?

Last month, a protest attended by thousands was accompanied by incitements to “hang the b…”, and a makeshift hearse. This week, the same in which women counsellors in Wellington described repeated gendered abuse and a man was arrested for threatening to kill Ardern, the Prime Minister’s face was superimposed on a sex workers’ body and posted on Facebook.

    https://www.stuff.co.nz/national/300561708/why-escalating-misogynistic-abuse-of-jacinda-ardern-is-a-national-security-issue

There’s a message there somewhere and it ain’t that the bitch is loved by many.
But Michelle Duff has either been paid to write this garbage or is blind and deaf.
Either way she misrepresents many thousands and appears to be tone deaf to many Kiwi’s, which is what Ardern is.

    Birds of feather stuff.

    • That will be the ‘nudge unit’ on the job again…..spinners gonna spin.
Duffer says men get different treatment, just as derogatory……. John Key was called Don in his day and Luxon is a knob now.
If I said Jacinda is a dick and Luxon is a bitch, is that OK?
Nah, we gotta smear anti vaxxers with misogyny and white supremacy.
      Dah Fuq?

      • On further reflection, key words ‘National security issue’. Hmmm.
And if we are name-calling – Piggy Muldoon, anyone?
        There are numerous examples
        Oh, the outrage….
        https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jester
In literature, the jester is symbolic of common sense and of honesty, notably in King Lear, where the court jester is a character used for insight and advice on the part of the monarch, taking advantage of his license to mock and speak freely to dispense frank observations and highlight the folly of his monarch. This presents a clashing irony as a greater man could dispense the same advice and find himself being detained in the dungeons or even executed. Only as the lowliest member of the court can the jester be the monarch’s most useful adviser.
        In Shakespeare
The Shakespearean fool is a recurring character type in the works of William Shakespeare. Shakespearean fools are usually clever peasants or commoners that use their wits to outdo people of higher social standing.

Far more likely the internet is the modern equivalent of the jester and a representation of the depth of disagreement with policy.

  6. I see that Justice cook abrogated his responsibilities in the case of the Dr’s. and Teachers.

His arguments are rather poor and he strayed from the real case to the theoretical bullshit we expect from the govt.
    He had one job
Uphold NZer’s rights to choose and not be discriminated against.

But he wandered of into the ether and constructed a false premise.
Further rather than take 3 days it took him 5 weeks to do Cindy’s bidding.

If the courts don’t uphold the rights of the individuals and the community then that begins the desent into the community taking the rights into their own hands.
We are on our way down that track.
Bolstered I might say by a police force that is demoralized, short of people and who simply are not there to do for the community what the community expect.

  7. Not content with pregnant women aborting freely after accepting Pfizer’s poison another one of Labour’s muppets takes aim at the unborn:

“Recent studies have shown that babies born to vaccinated mothers are half as likely to be hospitalised in their first six months of life.”
“We are not seeing this as much with Omicron, but the research studies are not yet published.”

Full of waffle, no data and and certainly no attempt to cite a single one of ‘every research published/recent studies etc’.. The doctor couldn’t reference any Pfizer data because pregnant women were not allowed to participate in the trials.

How is it that there aren’t any statistics to show that pregnant women are under vaccinated, yet we are supposed to accept they are?

Driving around locally, there are multiple apartment worksites. So many rabbit hutches will arrive on the market over the next 12 months. Who has $2 million for a rabbit hutch on a noisy road? Who will buy them? Who will rent them?

The elderly want single-level homes; not those 3-story steep-staircase ones in Glen Innes. How on earth will a 65-year-old grain-fed Tongan wahine with a BMI of 30+ cope with the stairs?

    • I even saw “an expert” yesterday suggest buyers can now plan to buy the larger house with all the bells and whistles they thought was out of their price range a few months ago as house prices are falling. Terrible advice with interest rates still climbing and the economy heading for a crash.

Looking at the Max timeline, a rate of around 4% would not be impossible to imagine within 12 months. The rate is 2.70%, up from 1.42% in the middle of last December, some 4 months or so ago.

This means less money for the really important things, like giving billions to Ukraine, Israel, and all the weirdos demanding money for their pet schemes.

    • It is the raw data, WEF WHO UN thinks controls everything;- not what is doing the interpreting of that data.
Then to expect to use it on humans. 🙁
      – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –
However Is this more of a “true step” of understanding, showing that mRNA vaccines are heading to a dead end?
To consider the “chicken or the egg, who is first”
To alter that raw data is like altering the small parts of a CD message, but then how will the player cope with and express those messages.

2017: – Life on Earth originated in an intimate partnership between the nucleic acids (genetic instructions for all organisms) and small proteins called peptides, ….

This past week, funding has been made available to look much further into this.

The most widely-accepted theory, called “RNA world,” is that molecules of RNA
      – DNA’s lesser-known cousin, now slightly better known because of mRNA Covid-19 vaccines
      – self-replicated in the soup, kick-starting life on earth.
More of the building blocks of life such as proteins and DNA came later.

    • Mark D is a real character. A few years ago he had a building in the CBD which he wanted to do something major with ( it was an earthquake risk building) but the Historic Places Trust poked there nose in and said they were not happy with his plans. So he tried to negotiate with them but got no where. In the end he said –if you guys think you know the best way to to do things you can have the building for $1 and you can fix it up. The last I heard the Historic Places Trust ran a mile.
Not sure what the final outcome was, but I think the building is still there. Someone else may have taken it over.

    • Not really the world global financial collapse, but one of the pathways that like New Zealand is following to collapse a nation.

More like claims by marketers that “the world is crying out for organic produce and sustainability”was the pathway for this collapse.
All those “virtual world & latte signallers have no idea how to produce anything, organically or otherwise but enforcing green climate change concepts, makes them feel good, of being do-gooders.

It is the rich peoples imposition of green sustainable// wokery that has “unintended consequences”
Sure they blame every one & everything else.

….. Last April, Rajapaksa’s government made good on that promise, imposing a nationwide ban on the importation and use of synthetic fertilizers and pesticides and ordering the country’s 2 million farmers to go organic.

The result was brutal and swift.
Against claims that organic methods can produce comparable yields to conventional farming, domestic rice production fell 20 percent in just the first six months.
Sri Lanka, long self-sufficient in rice production, has been forced to import $450 million worth of rice even as domestic prices for this staple of the national diet surged by around 50 percent.
The ban also devastated the nation’s tea crop, its primary export and source of foreign exchange. ….

      https://foreignpolicy.com/2022/03/05/sri-lanka-organic-farming-crisis/

Then the blame will be placed on the “incompetency” of old stale farmers not taking up the “new technology” of going organic properly.
Just as Lysenko in Russia following the “true science”, was able to bring about the “Holodomor” another form of the “killing fields” that was in the Ukraine.

This time, though belatedly and truly pressured, at least this government was forced to back off, but even in just farming, it will take a few years to come right, and more than doubly difficult in current times and high prices.

New Zealand is heading down the same track, as by knocking the export sector, is not so noticeable; but “austerity programs” will come when NZ does not pay its way.

Whatever way, NZ reserves of what ever, oil, or gold, or foreign exchange, is squandered.
Then we will come to know our rulers, the “kindly” WEF-UN-WHO via the IMF, World Bank, to bring in many rules, regulations, and laws on their terms & conditions.

  11. MSM Goliath and The Daily Examiner: The Full Transcript
    Updated | 2 hours ago
    Elliot Ikilei
Mainstream media outlets in New Zealand have written multiple articles over the span of the pandemic, almost entirely from a pro-government stance. And those opposing ‘no jab, no job’ government policies have been accused of misogyny, racism, Islamophobia, and other epithets that have become usual in today’s society.

The latest offering is from Senior Writer David Fisher of the NZ Herald, who has written to various independent media.

In the interests of transparency, The Daily Examiner has decided to release the questions and answers between the two parties. (Format amended for reading purposes; no change to wording)

    https://l.facebook.com/l.php?u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.thedailyexaminer.co.nz%2Fmsm-goliath-and-the-daily-examiner-the-full-transcript%2F%3Ffbclid%3DIwAR21nEFSEUbePwmiGB56DPo4iOFnDfmszPfVQuW-Gmhx8efE5JObjnsYks0&h=AT0xBpmw0FKZRtpwAwzhx1Xz94MILGqyg5mH0UPe0LQsahJKCWfm9HDXl-c8BzxhiysoS1Rc19_Tw-hM_qjWAdqKWAT88UENsRuCbY_-OPpxye861K87NBP39PMoqXGW9SMlzhPLhtwA4a8hdCXG&__tn__=H-R&c%5B0%5D=AT2CiFCqUrro5tpyql9UuSGH0H925WOUqBH5WPah68xIkHhRGBgZnMGCg1nD_gg3CupZOZLgHnovfWvkm4Fqzx27-Hii-nyvSDLFbJD1H0E9I767YjLIyOjDhsUajc5_WWJ0R2jy4fXYKpR0njd5yn1B4alT_RJYGdCX_9p_75fFVmeGZihSEbTcwEfkhWOW9mkjvIOgqx6lxw

  12. Most “community leaders” are insufferable, ego driven arseholes with low IQs & hides like those of rhinoceri. Wairarapa has its fair share yet an ex-local butcher, one Rick Long, is an exception. In today’s Wai Times Age he writes:

“Capitalism is a blatant failure” Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern famously declared & then somewhat prophetically presided over the country, allowing eye-watering house prices & rampant inflation.

As a solution, perhaps we need to look no further than the Old Testament, where God gave instructions to the Hebrews on how best to manage their economy four thousand years ago.

Every seventh year the land was to lie fallow. Then after seven groups of these seven years – a total of forty-nine years – the land was to lie fallow for two years in a row.. In the fiftieth year, called the year of Jubilee, not only was the land to lie fallow but all debts were to be cancelled, all indentured servants set free & the land reverted back to the original owner.

So there was a natural flushing out of the economy. At the beginning of a fifty year cycle long term borrowing would be common but as the cycle began to draw to a close money would only be available for a few years & then in the 49th year people would only loan money for one year because on the fiftieth year those debts would be cancelled.”

He goes on to describe how it would effect real estate prices but notes:

“That economic system kept the Hebrew nation going for over 2000 years. Humanity has tried to improve on this but it seems with little success”.

    Food for thought?
