  1. I guess it’s already been reported here but ‘I’ve shit my pants again’ Joe Biden has done a 180 turn on his ban on drilling for gas and oil on federal land, will our little emaciated piglet of a PM do the same ?

  2. Landing page at Stuffed. 29 yr old with no family history or previous issues. I have an inkling as to what may have caused it. maybe I should become a doctor.

  3. Kiwiblog is interesting this morning.
DPF seems to have finally woken up to how utterly fucking evil Labour’s ‘He Puapua’ agenda is and is suggesting we may be headed for a Civil War!
Personally I think Civil War is unlikely. Considering New Zealanders complained but quietly complied with the world’s most absurd Covid lockdowns and are still cowering behind their masks etc they are unlikely to complain too much when Jackson and Mahuta take full control and set up their Maori-only Government.
New Zealanders are sadly now a nation of woke wimps.

  4. Read this and then read the analaysts, Russian Media etc. https://www.nzherald.co.nz/world/russia-ukraine-war-conflict-far-from-over-as-new-strikes-hit-kyiv/D57E5UQQET3KFFHWZNYRGEZDN4/

I like the optimistic “In southeastern Ukraine, the pummelled southern port city of Mariupol is holding out, but the situation is critical, the Ukrainian president’s office said.”

Holding out??? Not from what the POWs are saying…

and the “The Russians also have taken captive some 700 Ukrainian troops”

Over 1300 surrended in Mariupol alone… Russians estimate 20,000 dead Ukarnian troops over all.

MSM are a waste of time.

    • Can’t confirm the accuracy of the numbers but this is what the Russian MOD are claiming. Slightly different from the NZ Herald

In total, since the beginning of the special military operation, 134 aircraft, 460 unmanned aerial vehicles, 246 anti-aircraft missile systems, 2,269 tanks and other armored combat vehicles, 252 multiple rocket launchers, 987 field artillery and mortars, as well as 2,158 units of special military vehicles have been destroyed.

❗️The entire city territory of Mariupol has been completely cleared of militants of the Nazi formation “Azov”, foreign mercenaries and Ukrainian troops. The remnants of the Ukrainian group are currently completely blocked on the territory of the Azovstal metallurgical plant. Their only chance to save their lives is to voluntarily lay down their arms and surrender.

▫️Let me remind you that in Mariupol at the time of its encirclement on March 11 there were: the 36th separate marine brigade, the 109th territorial defence brigade, the 503rd separate marine battalion, a company of the 53rd separate mechanized brigade, units of the 17th anti-tank brigade, Nazi formations “Azov”, “Aidar”, “Right Sector”, police and state border service units, as well as foreign mercenaries.

▫️The total number of this group was about 8,100 people.

▫️During the liberation of Mariupol, 1,464 Ukrainian servicemen have already surrendered. The number of surrenders is increasing daily. Including those who escaped from the territory of Azovstal.

▫️According to their testimonies, the total number of Ukrainian servicemen, Nazis and foreign mercenaries who took refuge on Azovstal does not exceed 2,500 people. Thus, on April 16, in Mariupol alone, the losses of the Ukrainian group amounted to more than 4,000 people. Therefore, Zelensky’s recent statements to the Western media that the irreplaceable losses of the Ukrainian military during the operation allegedly amount to 2,500-3,000 are a common lie for him.

      • Theres also over 100k nazis in the eastern parts of ukraine, russias pullback on kyiv was so they could go back and thouroughly purge the nazis once and for all from areas they rushed through.

The russians seem very dedicated to the task of finding and eliminating every one of those scum nazi cnuts, slowly and methodically they are flushing them out and dealing to them along with the enormous task of demilitarization.

The ukrainians esp azov are comming across as massive cowards, they hide behind civilian targets and occupy places like schools, kindergartens and hospitals. Sounds like real brave things ppl do when theyre winning//

    • The reason I don’t hunt in the Ureweras, is that I don’t want my truck stolen, smashed up, or burned. Even though it’s very straightforward to obtain a permit from the “guardians”. DOC huts have also been burned, and that was even prior to the Tuhoe arrangement. Since the Tuhoe have been in charge, I believe many of the walking tracks are closed due to disrepair, even around Lake Waikaremoana, and toilets and huts unusable. Even though the tax-payer is throwing coin at the “co-governance” model.

No, I don’t want Maori in control of our DOC estate.

      • Saggy@0936

The possibility does however raise IMHO an interesting question:

If an area was in fact under Maori control, what (If anything) would stop under- the-counter deals with ( For instance) mining or fishing companies to allow access to otherwise ‘Protected’ areas?

It would not be an ‘Unknown’ occurrence and the kickbacks-involved would be lucrative to the favoured tribal leaders…

And if caught, would the tribal leaders scream ‘Racism’ and ‘Treaty rights’ to avoid prosecution?

        They are interesting ‘Possibilities’…

        • Komata, this is the great problem with Iwi now getting exclusive control of bits of the coastline. They will be able to grant themselves exclusive use for such things as Aquaculture and Mining Licenses to the exclusion of all else and to the detriment of the rest of the country. Of course no Taxes will be paid as these businesses will be run through some Trust..

One has to blame the National Government of John Key and the former Ngai Tahu negotiator, National’s traitor of the country at that time, Christopher Finlayson for this impending disaster.

These deals will end up worse than the Sealord Deal where there are no Maori owned vessels but Sealord Charter in Russian and Ukrainian vessels and crew where much of the processing of the caught fish is done offshore.

      • Saggy, I beleive that you are out of date.
The tracks are back open again. The bullshit before was caused by the way that the original split between the Forest service and Doc was mismanaged. The forest service did all the track maintenance in the park and the roads. When doc came along they sacked all the people and ran rough shod over those that lived in the park. It pissed them all off. They handed out the jobs to others as well.
        So began the war.

Prior to that we could leave our vehicles for a week and never had a thing touched.
I was hopeful that would return but yet to see it.
The other thing they didn’t like was the way “tourists” were allowed to camp and shit anywhere. Doc never got control of that. It became very unpleasant especially in some of the littler camp spots. Loo’s were never looked after.

        Amazing place just the same.
Moari call it spiritual and I have to agree.
If you have never been there for a camp then you have missed an experience of a life.
Of course there is a lot of history around the Lake and its territory. Not all favourable to the English governors.
The formation of the lake itself was earth shattering. 3000 years ago the biggest earthquake ever in NZ. The boulders are still lying around.
Camp at the lake is good now. If you have never been there put it on your list. Get a trip on a boat and see the place.

Bookings will open Wednesday 4 May 2022, 9.30 am for the season from 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2023.

    Ardern April 2020 – Easter

‘”We do consider both the Tooth Fairy and the Easter Bunny to be essential workers”.

Prime Minister of New Zealand Jacinda Ardern reassures children ahead of Easter – but admits “it’s a bit difficult at the moment for the bunny to perhaps get everywhere.”‘

The amount of people in tweet (https://twitter.com/Channel4News/status/1247451809276403715?s=20&t=2IlShfGRv0slZB_v7XFx0g) that admire Ardern is incredible. If people wonder why we have such poor politicians in power, perhaps they need to look at thmselves first.

  6. Sam died and left $50,000 in his will for an elaborate funeral.
As the last attenders left, Sam’s wife, Rose, turned to her oldest friend, Sadie, and said: “Well, I’m sure Sam would be pleased.”

“I’m sure you’re right” replied Sadie, who leaned in close and lowered her voice to a whisper: “tell me, how much did it really cost?”
“All of it” said Rose. “50,000.”

“No!” Sadie exclaimed “I mean, it was very nice, but really…….$50,000?”

Rose nodded. “The funeral was $6500. I donated $500 to the church for the priest services. The food and drinks for another $500. And the rest went towards the memorial stone.”
Sadie computed quickly: “$42,500 for a memorial stone? Exactly how big is it?”
    “Seven and a half carats.”

    • My dear old mum was a child in the 1930’s and her mother kept her away from other children with chicken pox, measles etc. resulting in mum contracting measles at 16 and she had a miserable time suffering from it. When my little brother was born many years later both he and mum caught chickenpox post-birth while still in hospital. Mum had a severe adult reaction to what would have been a fairly mild illness as a child. Virus’ never sleep. What goes around comes around. Just delaying the almost inevitable.

  8. Fact check: “ The Ukraine crisis is driving inflation and a food shortage “

Fact: The sanctions against Russia, and Covid lockdowns, imposed by power mad Western communists, caused the issues.

A virus didn’t destroy our freedoms and economy. Ardern did. Russia is happy to sell grain, fertiliser and energy. But fanatics like Ardern won’t buy it.

    • Sooty, I regretfully have heard the Wedding Singer on the wireless. I concluded the first time I heard her, was that she permanently had a sore throat. I do not think her singing will ever improve even if she had lessons from my good friend, the greatest Australian singing coach, Voila Ritchie, sadly no longer with us. Voila would have recommended another source of income for this Wedding Singer.

  11. Gab.com’s Offer To Elon Musk
    April 14, 2022

This morning Elon Musk sent Twitter’s Board an offer to buy the entire company for $40B+. As I wrote last week, anything that explicitly has the aim of bringing more free speech to the internet for more people is a good thing.

Twitter has legacy problems that Gab doesn’t. They are fully dependent on third-party infrastructure. We are not. We “built our own,” everything. Hosting, email services, analytics tools, ecommerce, payment processing, all of it. We built it all.

You also have to consider that bringing free speech to Twitter isn’t as simple as buying it. Apple and Google do not allow free speech, so if you stop the censorship they will kick Twitter from both app stores. We already solved that problem and overcame it.

Twitter operates in countries where mass censorship is required by law. They have offices in these countries. They have no choice but to comply with the censorship demands of those countries or risk being shut down, fines, etc.

We understand this very well and have dealt with it, telling those countries to get lost.

Then there is the problem of Twitter’s community itself. It skews massively left and thus anti-free speech. If you allow free speech on Twitter again, those people are absolutely going to leave because their fragile worldview can’t handle the reality that free speech brings.

Another problem Twitter has that we don’t: total dependency on ad dollars. Gab’s business model is not 100% dependent on advertising. We have several other revenue streams including GabPRO, the Gab Shop, and GabPay our payment processor.

As a good friend pointed out rightfully to me this morning: “I highly doubt they will accept his offer. They would rather shares go to zero than hand over narrative control. If they do accept they will sabotage internally and to whatever degree he makes good changes Twitter will get the Gab treatment from the globohomo.”

In light of these truths, I’d like to offer Elon a counter offer to his very expensive and overpriced Twitter deal.

    Elon,

I founded Gab in 2016 because I believe in its potential to be the platform for free speech around the globe and I believe free speech is a societal imperative for a functioning constitutional federal republic.

However, since founding Gab I realized that in order to provide a free speech platform you must also have free speech internet infrastructure. Gab has since transformed from merely a social network into a free speech internet infrastructure company. We built our own servers, our own email services, our own payment processor, and so much more not because we wanted to, but because we had no choice if we were going to continue to exist.

What we are missing at the moment is an ISP. I fear that the next big leap of censorship is at the ISP level, with ISP’s blocking access to Gab.com. You solve that problem with Starlink. Together we can build infrastructure for a free speech internet.

I am willing to offer you a Board seat along with equity in the company in exchange for you selling your Twitter position and investing $2B into Gab. My offer is my best and final offer.

Gab has extraordinary potential. Let’s unlock it together.

    CEO, Gab.com

      • Viking, there was a shitload that seen the writting on the wall last year when the travel bubble opened and many made the move then.
During that period the southland rural/agricultural community left in droves esp the younger folk, aussie had great incentives to attract rural staff (3.5k bribe) along with wages that just shit all over anything nz farmers could pay, 2 days work in aussie will land you a weeks equivilent on a nz farm… why fuck around in this shithole, if youre not tied down its a no brainer to flee.
Ive done my time there but i must say its getting very tempting to go back for seeding and harvest, if i can convince wifey to go do a harvest we could both go for 3-4 mnths and not have to work the rest of the year, wifey could walk back into her old job and earn 3.5-4k per week after tax… i miss having a sugar mama lol

Good luck to those who go, any who are on the fence just go for it you can always come back if it dosent work out or you get homesick

        • yep but for everyone that leaves there’s one either arriving or coming back,. The mines are not what they used to be. Being automated and run from town with few on the job. Not much cop if you have a family. Just talked to two Maori chaps the other day. Both back for their family sake.
There’s always a tractor to drive, same in the states.
Live in the city and its not so great.
And their politics and their behaviour, especially in Melborne during the covid lockdown, were way worse than Cindy’s.

          • True that, the cities are shitholes no matter what country.

Most i know that have left to go mining are doing so in places like papua new guinea and cambodia for 3month stints, aussie mines only really pay the big bux for underground and 2wk fifo sux arse.

Most aussie mine money is to be made in the development/ setup phase, once in production mode the wages are comparable to most other jobs over there but with added h&s bullshit.

The farmjobs are pretty cool tho and most farms have pretty good gear now, farm i was on is now $38 an hour starting rate plus fully kept, thats for newbies, exp operators get quite a bit more.
Nz a newbie will get minimum wage, shit weather and a homo boss thats stressing and lossing his shit.

  12. Nasty.

Police in the US say a northwest Georgia man killed his grandmother by stuffing her in a freezer while she was still alive.
    https://www.1news.co.nz/2022/04/16/us-man-accused-of-leaving-grandmother-in-freezer-to-die/

Police said they believe that Cumming was injured in a fall in December and that instead of getting her medical attention, Tincher dragged her through the home. Criminal charges say Tincher “heard and saw numerous bones break.” He then wrapped her in plastic bags and placed her in a large freezer, with the charges saying Tincher “acknowledged her back broke going into the freezer.” Charges say there was “no altercation or provocation” leading up to the acts.

“From what we determined, at the time, he believed she was still breathing and had some movement at the time she was going into the freezer,” said Floyd County Investigator Brittany Werner told WAGA-TV.

“He said she was the only family member that gave him the courtesy and love and attention he needed,” said Werner.

    • From IAASB’s link:

…..” Some of his driving offences included one occasion when he accelerated heavily into the oncoming traffic, and along a residential road where school children were forced to take evasive action to avoid being hit by him.

Police abandoned the pursuit on that occasion, but Price continued, crashing into two occupied vehicles, one of which had young children inside, then taking off.

When police did find him, he had 2.5 grams of methamphetamine on him, a metal knuckleduster in his car, and blood tests taken showed he had meth and cannabis in his system.”…..

But he was a good boy. //

While i view our police in general as utter scum this time theyve finally got something right, theyve saved 100s of future victims and probably saved several lives by taking out a POS like that.
1 scummer down only about 100k left to go… note to nz police, if you let a few shots rip into the funeral procession esp the burnout crews or the ones on the wrong side of the road youll make a good headstart at chipping away at that 100k scummers left to take out
