      • It is worth remembering that Chicago has some of the strictest gun laws in the whole of the United States.
        Perhaps someone could point out to the police and our government that mis-directing the police and concentrating on making it difficult for law abiding sporting shooters to persue their hobby and legitimate sporting interests is not going to stop gang bangers shooting each other in feuds over illicit drugs and other criminal enterprises.
        We already have all the firearms laws necessary for the police to do their job, indeed until the government under Ardern started messing with our gun laws and giving police officers the power to make up regulations on a whim they were widely acknowledged in the rest of the world to be the best, most effective and cost effective gun laws of any country on the globe.         • Last week when I saw my GP I ‘confessed’ I’d been using broad spectrum hemp oil instead of an expensive (taxpayer funded) prescribed medication. The hemp does a much better job and is not full of a nasty synthetic chemical cocktail. My GP told me if I have trouble accessing it he can prescribe a similar product but it will cost more. Nah, I’ll stick with what I’m using as long as it’s available.

    Something strange happened in December after we filed our High Court application

    I have put the full story at the end of this email – for those of us who like to dig in to
    the detail. But for those who want the facts, here they are:—

    ✭ 1. At the heart of our case is what the Minister told her Cabinet colleagues about
    their obligations to Maori.
    This we believe, is the centre of her claim that there had to be co-governance.
    ✭ 2. This advice is in the Cabinet papers that were all proactively released online
    last year, which we referenced in our Statement of Claim.
    ✭ 3. That advice would have looked absurd and self-serving.
    If it was just her assertion, with no connection to supply clean water.

    ✭ 4. Once we filed, Crown Law asked us to remove our references to their advice in
    the papers.
    ✭ 5. We refused.
    ✭ 6. The papers were taken down from the government website and reloaded with
    the legal advice paragraphs redacted.
    ✭ 7. Crown Law advice is usually privileged – only the Government gets to see it.
    But you can waive privilege if you release some of it publicly.
    ✭ 8. The Minister did waive privilege by using the prestige of Crown Law to give her
    claims credibility.

    So we have now filed an application asking the Court to direct Crown Law to
    give us all of the advice.
    We think if the Government is going to give Maori effective control of the water assets, claiming “the lawyers say Treaty”, the public (and the Court) have the right to know why, exactly.

      At the warehouse a maori dude that pulled up next to us, he had a mask exemption on a lanyard and headed toward the door, i was relieved to see a normal person… then seeing so many masked goons he pussied out went back to his car and swapped his exemption for a mask.   47. SO BAD, I took my Mrs to a private clinic in the center of Browns bay shops this morning as she had to have a Covid saliva test no more than 2 days old for her admission on Wednesday for her private surgery that we are self funding, a full hip replacement,
    yes it was open on Easter Monday and unbelievably busy .
    I sat in the car and noticed 4 ”for lease”signs on windows just in the small area I could see.
    Meanwhile as we were leaving our residence to come over here we were privileged to witness the 757 taking off from Whenuapai at $40.000 an hour with apparently 14 of the stick insect Arderns best mates on board, FUUUCCCKKK.

    • Cycled through to Clyde and went to the bike shop. Was asked to leave because I didn’t have a mask. I can’t believe how stupid people are. Had just stopped in for a bite to eat and no comments about a mask. Stupid man in the shop had friends who had who were quite bad with Covid. I expect triple jabbed.
