  1. 12 noon in DC and the bandy legged CNUT prime minister from NZ that refused to send missiles that will be discarded in 12 months because of their use by date to Ukraine is sitting on her boney arse wondering why why why hasn’t piss pants given me a meeting yet ??
Any meeting organized now will be seen as political itch scratching as in “she’s here and making a fuss we’d better organize something ”
FFS, how embarrassing and degrading for this country, and now the arse licking US ambassador is rushing to the despicable creatures aid and our proud Media travelling with her are reporting “the ambassador rushing over to try to organize something is normal behavior it happens every time”
AND MOST OF NZs SHEEPLE DON’T KNOW HOW FARCICAL THEIR COUNTRY HAS BECOME and don’t care .

    • Not with you on further weaponising Zelensky’s Azov nazi terrorists but 100% on the further embarrassment the equine dictator is inflicting on our country. The gutless POS is obviously in self protect mode, hiding from NZ at any cost (fake Covid & self isolation) just in case some wrong think reporter challenges her (unlikely) on the state of the country – economically or socially. The US trip was purely a PR exercise that was causing some discontented rumblings within her following, so they tacked on the idea of the poopy pant meeting to take away some of the heat, I hope the demented idiot blanks the horse faced cunt.

      • Harry ,I’ve never taken a political stance on the dwarf Putins murder of thousands of innocent old men old women and children nor have I taken one with our obsolete stinger missiles going to Ukraine, just stating what has happened to annoy the piss pants administration , and refusing to send diplomats home or bring ours home is also a big problem despite what the beached whale Mahuta says, it makes me wonder if all our diplomats in Moscow are Maori ,maybe the gig over there is just to lucrative to walk away from.

        • Furry muff Revy. No fan of Putin here either.
What is happening to the Ukrainian people is a travesty for sure but as usual they’re merely consumables in another US (Democrat) motivated/funded political game. The problem for NZ is actually taking a firm stand either way; support US 100% & piss off China or piss off US & stand back. Fortunately, as I don’t trust them to make good judgement, Arden & Co don’t have the bollocks to take a side so we stand with feet either side of the fence waiting for the barbed wire to break through our undies. I’m ok with ditching China but is the US open to pick up the 20 billion trade tab? Doesn’t look that way so far, does it?

    • Like the piece about the dear leader. Definitely not the bit about Ukraine, I do not think we should get involved in matters arising with that country, there are a lot of them that are downright evil and it is not our business to support them. So still ticked up for you as most of the content I agreed with.

      • I note a lot of her speech seemed to be about the spread of disinformation which is one of the few things she would appear to be well versed in. The best thing she could do to stop that is resign, but as usual she is looking through the telescope the wrong way and blames anyone who doesn’t agree with her newspeak and blatant lies.

        • I can’t believe the bitch got up in front of Harvard and took credit for her gun reforms, which were totally misdirected, and subsequently we see the worst gun crime the country has experienced.

“However, it was her comment on New Zealand’s move to ban mass assault rifles and gun reforms after the Christchurch terror attacks that got her the loudest applause.

New Zealand’s prime minister Jacinda Ardern says her country’s swift change to gun laws after the 2019 mass shooting in Christchurch was a “pragmatic” response, where “we saw something that wasn’t right and we acted on it”.

  2. More than 18% company failures in 2022 from construction industry
    https://www.1news.co.nz/2022/05/26/more-than-18-company-failures-in-2022-from-construction-industry/

The industry is facing a multitude of problems, including labour and material shortages and increasing costs.

China’s recent lockdown and slowing down at Shanghai’s port have added to the world’s supply chain problems.

A number of companies have gone into liquidation recently, including Wellington’s Armstrong Downes.

And just a few days ago, Tauranga house building company Oceanside Homes went under.

1News has seen the liquidator’s report, which reveals numerous creditors owed almost $500,000. Climbing debt is blamed for the company’s eventual collapse.

  3. Americans leftards are messed up, just a few weeks ago they were outraged as hell about the possibility of losing their “rights” to murder babies…
This week theyre screaming out to do something to protect their babies being murdered while at school.

Perhaps they should look at the gendered mental illness their ideology spread to the shooters mind and messed him up. Was the school a random target or had that been the place that push him toward his gender confusion?

  4. How or where do they “get rid of more than 200,000 tonnes of waste containing cyanide and toxic fluoride”?

The Tiwai Point aluminium smelter clean up and closure costs have reached $687 million, after earlier making provisions for $352m.
    https://www.1news.co.nz/2022/05/26/tiwai-point-smelter-doubles-clean-up-closure-costs-to-687m/

The massive jump in costs was due in part to it promising to get rid of more than 200,000 tonnes of spent cell lining waste, that contains cyanide and toxic fluoride, by 2029.

Oscar-winning actor Kevin Spacey has been charged with sex offences including assaults on three men following an investigation by police in London, Britain’s Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) said on Thursday.

Police said the alleged offences had taken place between March 2005 and April 2013, with four incidents taking place in the capital and one in Gloucestershire. They involved one man who is now in his 40s and two men now in their 30s.

“He has also been charged with causing a person to engage in penetrative sexual activity without consent. The charges follow a review of the evidence gathered by the Metropolitan Police in its investigation.”

    • It would be interesting to see the Police Manual for dealing with situations like this. Perhaps the Texas Police are instructed to act in the way that they did.

On the other hand, if the standard operating procedures call for rapid action when a shooter is detected on school property and the police waited for 40 minutes, then it would beg the question “why”?

      12

      0

      • ….waited for 40 minutes, then it would beg the question “why”? ….

Wait ….. To allow the shooter to run out of ammo, …
Wait ….. as the shooters gun will over heat, …..
Wait …. as an over heated gun is more liable to jam up ….
Wait ….. as the shooter may shoot himself ….
Wait …. it was a “NO gun Zone” so to go in with a gun is illegal.

….. Shelter in Place, that is lock downs are considered the “best practice” ….. so very protective, safe & effective.

Maybe the police’s gun permit was still waiting for renewal?

      • Interesting, that, O-sen. The Chch Mosque shooter was arrested by two UNARMED police officers who rammed his car off the road, then hauled him out of the driver’s seat and arrested him, if I remember correctly.

By comparison, umpteen Texas police, armed to the teeth no doubt, apparently could only stand around for an hour or so wondering what to do.

  10. https://www.newshub.co.nz/home/new-zealand/2022/05/police-association-fears-killer-beez-tribesmen-feud-will-escalate-to-shoot-out.html
The Police Association has laid the blame for shootings in Auckland and several scraps in the Far North squarely at the feet of the Tribesmen and Killer Beez gangs.

“Police have seized a record number of firearms, but as I’ve said many times before – that genie has got out of the bottle and there are so many fire arms out there that it’s going to take a lot of time to get back on top of that.”

Security expert Chris Kumeroa explained Covid-19 pressures had exacerbated that spike.

“Last year you saw an increase of 800 patches, so that’s fairly alarming. I guess in light of deprivation and the desire to want to fit in, as more and more people become unemployed or distressed, that may be an easy option,” he said.

    • If a culture has a strong affinity for “learned helplessness” (eg. a culture where waiting for one’s elders to make life decisions for you or provide you with opportunities is considered the norm), then people are going to expect the State to provide for them.

If the State doesn’t fulfill this role (in their eyes) then members of that culture will likely turn to “authority substitutes” (such as gangs) for opportunities, social status, and getting stuff taken care of.

      What do you think?
Are people who look up to strong authority to show them the way in life more likely to seek answers in gangs (if the State is not up to the task)?

    • Open & Transparency ?? in sending & ordering New Zealanders over the top, into a war zone, with no consultation..

All for there “feel good” virtuous signalling, when there could be major consequences.
They do not consider that what they are doing is putting things into play to kill Russians by giving guns & training.
Ardern believing Russia will not or can not do anything in retaliation.
So what are Computer hacking, to harvest governmental etc., with all power of Russia behind it, that decided to wreck havoc, and even profit from.

Maybe a spare Russian submarine, quietly disrupting the electric cables in the Cook Strait.
War can be very deviously fought, to hinder, to waste the time & energy, by creating other problems to antagonists, the shit stirrers of NZ, in this fight.

At the same time Putin is said to be “crazy” “mad man” and they could be right, so why poke the Bear if they believe that.?
As a little bit of polonium can go a long way, and travels a long way across borders where Putin figured someone was troublesome.
So why risk New Zealanders if they believe that of Putin?

…. ✸ …. taken in the largest number of refugees, and the Hungarian people are happy to help. ….
….. but they do not want to pay the price of the war,
because it is not their war and they will not benefit from it.
They know full well that war is accompanied by sanctions, rampant inflation and economic stagnation; they know that war always impoverishes people.
We must not yield to the siren voices, however tempting they may sound.
Our aim is to restore peace, not to continue the war, because that is what is in our national interest. Hungary First!

  11. David Parker is a knob.

David Parker called out by Ryan Bridge over gun comment after recent Auckland shootings
    https://www.newshub.co.nz/home/politics/2022/05/david-parker-called-out-by-ryan-bridge-over-gun-comment-after-recent-auckland-shootings.html

AM’s Ryan Bridge has called out Labour’s David Parker after the minister suggested he’d “rather it was a shotgun than a semi-automatic” being fired at a house.

“I’m sorry, minister, for innocent people who have had their homes shot up this week, they will find that comment abhorrent, I would think,” the AM host said.

“Some of our viewers this morning have been a bit upset that [Ardern’s] out there promoting our gun laws, while we’ve got a spate of shootings in Auckland,” Bridge put to Parker.

Parker responded by saying he had recently spoken to a police officer who said he felt “a lot safer” going to shooting incidents “knowing that gangs are much less likely to have semi-automatics”.

But Nicola Willis, the National deputy leader appearing alongside Parker on AM, suggested New Zealanders being shot at won’t be worrying about what type of gun is being fired.

“When a gun is shot at your house in the middle of the night, it’s a bad gun,” she said.

Parker jumped in, saying: “To be honest, I’d rather it was a shotgun than a semi-automatic, personally”.

Director-General of Health Ashley Bloomfield has tested positive for Covid-19 in Switzerland.
    https://www.1news.co.nz/2022/05/27/ashley-bloomfield-tests-positive-for-covid-19-in-switzerland/

He is currently attending the World Health Assembly in Geneva, Switzerland.

“Dr Bloomfield tested positive on Thursday and is now self-isolating in Geneva. This will mean a delay in his return to New Zealand. He is experiencing mild symptoms,” the Ministry of Health said in a statement.

Health Minister Andrew Little left Geneva earlier this week, and both were following all health precautions.

It comes after Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern recently recovered from a Covid-19 infection.

Covid-19 Response Minister Chris Hipkins and National’s Christopher Luxon have also tested positive recently.

  14. Oops, Josie Pagani won’t be getting a gold star from dl. Who wrote dl’s terrible and condescending speech?! Talk about superior, elitist and out of touch. 😏

Political commentator Josie Pagani hits out at Jacinda Ardern’s savage dig at ‘keyboard warriors’
    https://www.newshub.co.nz/home/politics/2022/05/political-commentator-josie-pagani-hits-out-at-jacinda-ardern-s-savage-dig-at-keyboard-warriors.html

She challenged the roughly 8,000 students graduating from the esteemed ivy-league university in Boston to choose how they address “being baited, or hated”.

However, political commentator Josie Pagani noticed a ‘jarring’ description of keyboard warriors in the Prime Minister’s speech and questioned whether it is time for the “be kind” message to run its course.

Ardern said: “In my mind, when I read something especially horrific on my feed, I imagine it’s written by a lone person unacquainted with personal hygiene practices, dressed in a poorly fitted superhero costume – one that is baggy in all the wrong places.”

Pagani said she thought “this is not very kind.”

“She attacked the keyboard warrior in a slightly sneering way,” Pagani said.

    • Because being male or female is what people are. Gender reassignment is a mental disorder, so difficult to establish how nutty some one was with only skeletal remains to go on.

If anyone thinks gender reassignment is NOT a mental disorder, they should spend some time in a mental hospital where people gained entry by re-assigning themselves as Napoleon, Jesus Christ, Elvis etc. Identity re-assignment or personality identification has been going on forever. Its a mental disorder.

Judge: “Your client is accused of urinating on the No5 bus, and then rubbing his exposed body part on the leg of a female passenger. I also note the accused is homeless and of no fixed abode. Defense Counsel, you represent the accused. How does he plead?”

Lawyer: “I move that the case be dismissed on the basis that the accused identifies as a male poodle. And it is legal here in NZ that people be treated according to their chosen identity.”

Judge, after pondering that reply: “Fine, the charges are dropped. Bailiff, take the “male poodle” to the dog pound, and have it neutered, and micro-chipped. . And pass on the instructions that If no-one wants to buy it or give it a home within 90 days, have it put down. Next case.”

    https://www.newshub.co.nz/home/new-zealand/2022/05/police-name-and-release-picture-of-extremely-dangerous-person-of-interest-in-mt-albert-homicide-probe.html

Police have revealed 22-year-old Christian Eteuati as a person of interest in the killing of a man on a Mount Albert walkway in Auckland.

Police opened a homicide investigation on Thursday after a local man’s body was found near the Roy Clements Treeway at around 6:45pm on Tuesday.

Police believe a knife was used in the “brutal attack” ad the victim was not known to Eteuati. The victim sustained multiple injuries.

    • ….. Det Insp Barry said they aren’t aware of the suspect having any gang links and refused to comment on whether he has a criminal record. …..

I am aware in part that it may be considered a contamination of a future trial.
Makes me wonder if this is another Child Commissioner’s Becrofts child, as all crimes committed as children can NOT be bought up, so everything has to be suppressed or censored to show how innocent they are.

The police did not specify that he was of the male sex, but gave a pronoun, “his”.

These days I am surprised that Det Insp Barry was not asked if the suspect was a little bit pregnant?

What’s in it for him, taxpayer funding?

Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern’s speech has fuelled a fresh call for the Government to do more to police social media companies in New Zealand.
    https://www.1news.co.nz/2022/05/27/arderns-harvard-speech-fuels-calls-for-social-media-oversight-in-nz/

Internet NZ chief executive Andrew Cushen told 1News that social media platforms are continuing to radicalise people and the Government needs to step up and regulate them.

“I think the Government is missing an opportunity here, only Government can act to force social media to do better, we’ve seen good work happen over the last three years through the Christchurch Call but we are still seeing this harm occur now too.

“We accept regulation in other forms of media so why not social media as well?”

Cushen said that social media algorithms often drive people deeper into more extremist content in ever-darker corners of the internet and said that’s how the platforms make their money.

“Asking them to do things differently is fighting what these entities are…. we have to get under the hood of these algorithms but the challenge will be that the social media entities won’t do that of their own volition.”

The recent spate of gang-related drive-by shootings comes at a time when gang membership numbers are exploding, a rehabilitation leader tells

Plus some insights of how things are going in NZ.

Did you hand your firearm into the police very cheaply? as the price seems to go better than house price lifts.

    2

    0

    • Nah we didnt hand them in cheaply, the cops/govt massively overpaid and they had to to get at least some compliance.
There were plenty of cashed up folk at the time tho offering bloody good money far outpaying what the govt was, who knows how many ppl went down that path tho?

The rifle i handed in i wasnt even going to but after a mate looked up the pricing list it was a no brainer. I paid 700bux for the thing and they paid me just over 4k for it, sold that and went straight to the shop and bought a couple more new rifles that were legal.
My mate bought his gun brand new 8yrs earlier and got several hundred bux more then original purchaase price and it was well used.

The buyback overall was a massive fail, only 56k firearms handed in. While that sounds like alot just remember that 100k SKS and FN rifles were bought into the country long before the likes of gun city etc started mass importing ar15s, ak47 style rifles plus in the 56k confiscated many were shotguns and small calibre rifles.
Just think of the hundreds of thousands of semi autos and pump/lever actions circulated in NZ over the last 50 yrs, imo i doubt the cindy bux buyback even got 25% of them.
