  1. Old Boris gave so many people high hopes of a new political beginning but ended up being just another lying useless CNUT that nobody will admit voting for anymore.
We here in NZ have had an endless procession of identical leaders ,every one of them as far back as I can remember were entitled self loving selfish shitbags that left our Country in a worse situation than when they took office
Politicians are Real estate agents, used car salesman and gang members rolled into one stinking piece of human garbage that stupid people vote for, including myself as recently as the last election when I supported Seymour only to have him turn Woke shortly after his successful campaign ,to be fair I don’t think he’s yet signed up for the Ti Reo courses that seem to have become mandatory in that filthy shithole in Wellington.

On Māori inter-marriage and future implications

The rates of partnering between Māori and non-Māori are high and always have been.

    Historically:

“Intermarriage with non-Maori contributed to the rapid growth of the Maori population in the post-war period. As at 2003, almost one-quarter of Maori children were born to non-Maori mothers, (Statistics New Zealand 2005).”

In 2013 fewer than half of Māori men had a Māori partner:

  3. A lady goes to her priest one day & tells him:
”Father, I have a problem. I have two female parrots, but they only know to say one thing.”
“What do they say?” the priest asked.
They say, ”Hi, we’re hookers! Do you want to have some fun?”
    ”That’s obscene!” the priest exclaimed,
Then he thought for a moment……
“You know,” he said, ”I may have a solution to your problem. I have two male talking parrots, which I have taught to pray and read the Bible…
Bring your two parrots over to my house, & we’ll put them in the cage with Francis and Peter. My parrots can teach your parrots to pray and worship, & your parrots are sure to stop saying that phrase in no time.”
”Thank you,’ the woman responded, ‘this may very well be the solution.”
The next day, She brought her female parrots to the priest’s house….As he ushered her in, she saw that his two male parrots were inside their cage holding rosary beads & praying…
Impressed, She walked over & placed her parrots in the cage with them…
After a few minutes, The female parrots cried out in unison:
“Hi, we’re hookers! Do you want to have some fun?”
    There was stunned silence…
Shocked, one male parrot looked over at
the other male parrot & says…
‘Put the beads away, Frank, Our prayers have been answered !!!

  4. Several people dead in Copenhagen shopping mall shooting, Danish police confirm
    4 Jul, 2022 05:55 AM
A shooting at a Copenhagen shopping mall on Sunday left several dead and injured, police said.

The suspect, who is custody, is a 22-year-old Danish man who was detained near the Fields shopping mall, said police inspector Søren Thomassen, head of the Copenhagen police operations unit.

    • Try as they might, those fuckers have lost this fight. Who believes anything they say anymore?
There is a glut of flu vaccines in the country as more and more people are slowly waking up to the fact the mad bitch masquerading as our PM is our biggest liar ever
When you go into Bunnings and mitre10 maskless and see over half the staff also maskless, you realise you are on the winning side.

      • I saw that Michael Baker and David Welch (who appears to replaced Sean Hendy as the nation’s Chicken Little of modellers) are once more trying to terrify everybody into wearing masks and never going outside again. I don’t think anybody’s paying any attention though.

  5. Demonstrating why the right, the trickle down is coreect when it come to people and the economy.

Amidst predictions of a political “red wave” in the upcoming mid-term elections, an economic wave has been building for years with no end in sight as companies flood out of blue states and into red states.

Contrary to expectations that states would bankrupt themselves by cutting taxes, an influx of companies and new residents often boosts state revenues from property taxes, sales taxes, and personal income taxes, even when the percentages are reduced. Florida attracted 624,000 new residents in 2020, along with more than $40 billion in income, equating to an estimated $23.7 billion in new tax income. Florida has enjoyed two decades of net in-migration, amounting to a total income gain of $197 billion.

When jobs leave, people leave with them. According to the U.S. Census, Democrat-run states California, New York, New Jersey, Michigan, and Illinois together lost 4 million people between 2010 and 2019, the so-called “leftugees.” During the same period, the states with the greatest influx of people were Florida, Texas, Tennessee, Ohio, and Arizona.

States have been able to attract companies by cutting taxes, reducing red tape, and establishing right-to-work policies. In 2013, North Carolina passed a landmark tax reform package to cut corporate and personal income taxes. The business income tax there is now 2.5 percent and will be phased out entirely over the next several years.

    https://www.theepochtimes.com/more-companies-join-the-great-migration-to-red-states_4572422.html?utm_source=mr_recommendation&utm_medium=left_sticky&slsuccess=1

North Carolina’s latest budget included a deal to phase out corporate income taxes while also giving teachers a raise and even padding its “rainy day fund,” Schalk said. “North Carolina has been able to do that because not only have they been bold on lowering taxes, but they’ve also gotten the spending side under control.” And when companies move in, they bring intangible benefits with them as well.

“Any sort of civic organization loves it when they hear that a blue chip company like Caterpillar is relocating to our state,” Hamer said. “It means these executives are going to be serving on all sorts of different boards of directors, the local art museum, opera, or the chamber of commerce. When companies relocate their individuals, they become deeply ingrained in the community. They contribute time and treasure to activities that make the community more vibrant.”

    12

    • A comment on this.
Some of the things that have been left out of this story is that Texas has eliminated the personal income tax and has a requirement in the Texas Constitution that the state must operate with a balanced budget. Texas cannot spend more than it takes in in revenue.

      15

      1

      • The reverse is also true for states that are losing businesses and population, creating a vicious circle where continuously hiking taxes fails to bring in more revenue because the tax base gets depleted and quality of life suffers. According to a report based on IRS data by Wirepoints, an Illinois-based economic research organization, the cost of losing companies and people is stark for states like Illinois, which has lost population for 21 straight years.

Since 2020, that state has lost a total of $535 billion in income that moved away, which equates to about $25 billion in lost tax revenue during that period, and $4 billion in 2020 alone. Illinois’ problems include a loss of 114,000 residents in 2021, a string of 21 consecutive years of state budget deficits, a $313 billion deficit in public pensions, and the second-highest property tax rates in the country.

“Illinois is stuck in a vicious downward spiral it can’t hope to escape from without fundamentally changing how it governs,” the Wirepoints report states. “Structural property tax reform, reductions in pension debt, slashing units of local government—the state needs to do all these things if it wants to convince Illinoisans to stay and persuade other Americans to move in.”

wow souinds like New Zealand is copying Illinos.

Wonder where Luxons favourite city is.Oh yes chicargo where crime is the daily pasttime, shooting and murder. No hope for that little turkey.

    • The State employees underpaying into their pension funds, and the promises by the State to top up those funds as a form of wage increase.

Chickens and Roost will burn & shit, over that Roast, into impoverishment.
Those States will be looking for any & all Federal funding, but the Feds tie every knot of control into that State.

  6. So every time I see the ‘Russia is bad’ talking points, I just roll my eyes. So much fucking propaganda. I see over on Kiwiblog someone did a guest post about free speech and how because of it they changed their mind over the Russia/Ukraine conflict. Was tempted to post back on there, something I haven’t done for a very long time, but so much retarded thinking it hurts. Maybe I could have just posted this link 🤔 https://t.me/defensepoliticsasia/2246

Warning, graphic content shown in another post above that one. If you don’t want to see shot protestors in Uzbekistan, don’t scroll up.

    `Never trust a Maori with a briefcase.’
Even another maori should not be so trusting ‘eh Bro, … Bro? Bro?’

It seems something was triggered and stirred that journalist to open this up.

Now all one needs is the “Mahuta-Corp” opened up, in which Ardern has confirmed that she has confidence in.
Just as she has confidence in Kelvinator.
Burn them up, in going along, neigh, supporting this corruption!

When Warren Buffet makes billions buying things when they are at their lowest, it might pay to have a proper look and not cherry-pick what the MSM feed you. Why you believe them when they criticize crypto, and not any other shit about the vaccines, Cindy, etc make me question your sanity

        • Crypto is collapsing under its own corruption, wiping out Trillions of gullible investors.

The Crypto argument “You should invest in Crypto because the banksters are terrified of it”, is a Brer Rabbit argument.

We are in the shit because thanks to the banksters we moved away from intrinsic value (gold) backed currency. Moving further away from intrinsic value backed currency does not solve the problem any more than than pouring gasoline on a fire will quench it.

A market collapse that loses trillions only loses it for a specific group of investors. Those that sold to the gullible investors at a high price in the first place, gained trillions.

    • S1, TVNZ did a very poor job on any investigation into Matthew Tukaki.

The man is both a Charleton, a Liar and a man who can not be trusted particularly with other peoples money.

      The man is just dishonest.

Why TVNZ did not bring up this (links below), near on $1.0 million dollars being divertedin 2021 from when Tukaki was at the NZ Maori Council, from the Maori Council to the National Maori Authority and where there is now a Police investigation into the disappearance of the funds by Tukaki?

And why did TVNZ not bring up Tukaki’s current Chairmanship of the Registered Charity (CC22946). This is the National Maori Authority for which Matthew Tukaki is Chairman.

Take a quick look at the most recent returns of the National Maori Authority (CC22946), as on the Charities Commision website under the Chairmanship of Matthew Tukaki and ask yourself how an organisation can have such little income and such large expenditure. Look at this:

      Year Income Expenditure

      31/12/2018 $4.00 $14,450.00
      31/12/2019 $2.00 $6,100.00
      31/12/2020 $1.00 $1,282.00

Now you could say, this organisation could have funds in the Bank but it must be shit load of funds in the Bank because the above is a trend for previous years, spending far more than income shown.

How can a Trust and Charity you are the Chairman of spend considerably more than your income is and still not be questioned.

TVNZ should have made these simple checks.

    • Thanks The Ancient Hooligan.
I think the Maori Cabinet, and the rest of the elite on that gravy train, feel a train wreck coming on., 🙂

One would think that Matthew Tukakis is being thrown under a bus.
      .
Is that to protect the greatest corruption of “Mahuta-Corp”, and the “Maori” Cabinet scammers?
Sort of inferring, squirreling around, that they are capable of sorting out corruption, but do no need to look over there.
      .
Have to protect poor old Kelvinator too, or is his ‘use by date up’?
Mahuta temporarily stepped down so Mahuta could get sections of her family ensconced on to the taxpayers tit.
      .
This has been smouldering for some time, but no msm journalist wants to expose the confidence of Ardern in the corrupt Kelvinator and Mahuta.
      .
Matthew Tukaki, in an interview with E-Tangata in 2019, said too much?? like telling some good old stories, and nobody investigated more?
      .
…. I had no job to go to in Australia, but I knew something about recruitment, so I rang a recruitment agent in Australia, a guy named Justin, and I put on this thick Australian accent.
The one thing I knew about recruitment agents is that they all go to the pub on a Friday.
So, I’m like: “G’day mate. I met you at the pub last Friday.”
      .
I mean, I’d never been out of the country before. I hadn’t met him at the pub on Friday. I was calling him from New Zealand before I even had my passport in my hands.
      He said: “Oh, yeah, yeah.”
Recruiters — they love to lie.
He said to me: “What job are you looking for again, Matt?”
I said: “Anything in sales and business development.”
He said: “I’ve got something for you.”
      .
A week after I landed, I had my first job interview and got my first job in business development, selling software education training.
And it was magical because the insecurity I had about my financial situation was all of a sudden gone.
      .
Here I am, earning this magical number of $65,000, plus superannuation. When I was in New Zealand, I was on $25k per year.
All of a sudden, I had this amazing job gifted to me because I used the same technique that Māori have used for a long time, which is the art of storytelling.
I told a story to get myself into a job that I had no skills or qualifications to do.

      https://e-tangata.co.nz/korero/matthew-tukaki-making-it-up-every-day/

I think the Maori Cabinet, have figured a bit too much of a story, so under the train to avoid derailing their gravy train.

    • Tukaki is the latest in a long line of Maori shysters, shucksters and charlatans to be caught with his pants around his ankles and his asshole stuffed full of public money. Maori culture is a large part of the problem. Maoris have a long tradition of elevating greasy, dishonest racketeers to positions of authority.

Hey mate, how is the lawn mowing business going, any UN connections?

Read the arrogant accusation to the “huas” in the side note

I think Matt Tukaki here is proving that there is no photoshop, as he likes to be cosy.
And it seems Matt is going to unwittingly & arrogantly expose much more. 🙂

Any good journalist should be ripping these connections wide open.

“Health Minister Andrew Little who recently appointed Tukaki as the Director of Suicide Prevention and Children’s Minister Kelvin Davis need to explain how he got these roles, whether they stand by his appointment, and have confidence in him?” 🙂

  9. Two professors of Economics were walking down a road when they saw a dead rat.

The older one said – “If you eat this, I’ll pay you $10,000”. The younger one makes a quick cost-benefit analysis and eats the rat.

The younger professor experiences a bad after-taste and wants the older professor to experience the same. Suddenly he sees another dead rat on the road and dares the professor to eat it for $10,000. The senior professor, eager to recover his reckless bet, eats it.

After a few minutes of walking silently, the younger professor finally says – “Looks like we’ve both eaten a dead rat for free.”

The older professor remarks, “But don’t forget, we just added $20,000 to the GDP!”

    • Thanks Toko. From your link:

……”Raised by a violent schizophrenic communist father, my brother and I became schizophrenic too, adding LSD and marijuana to the mix in our teens, along with living on the street, burglary and smuggling on the wharves of Wellington NZ. I became a committed follower of Christ after a suicidal period, receiving a brand new life from the Lord Jesus for free in 1979.”……

Not an inspiring background story. I don’t think that many experience cures from schizophrenia though some learn to handle it & more benefit from medication. Obviously he’s found the non existent Skyfairy so that’s not a good sign.

Still, it changes little. If he’s mentally ill he belongs in a psych ward……not prison. “Sabotage” is a bullshit charge designed to obfuscate & suppression of all details stinks like a crayfish left on a car seat for a week in summer. Since he’s been held in custody for over six months, effectively isolated from family & supporters I will take a lot of convincing that he isn’t, to all intents & purposes, a political prisoner.

      • Nasska…agree with your sentiments, but I had been giving the sabotage charge some thought…there used to be a crime of ‘criminal damage’ which covered the intentional damage of property that could/did result in injury or death. That is no longer on the books and I was thinking that with Philip they have used sabotage for an action that would have resulted in a charge of criminal damage a few years back.

The EPIRB was stolen off the boat the other week…if the utter low life responsible for the theft had smashed it up instead of stealing it, the old criminal damage would have been applicable if caught..seems like ‘sabotage’ can now be used for such a situation.

Further speculating that something in this act has come into play..https://www.legislation.govt.nz/act/public/1992/0046/latest/whole.html

        • There’s pity all that I can locate by way of explanation of what “sabotage” was meant to include at least as the NZ Crimes Act goes. There’s a clue offered in the Australian version which is probably fairly close:

……”‘Sabotage’ refers to situations where you are alleged to have deliberately caused damage to a public facility with the intention of destroying the property, or causing major economic loss.

A ‘public facility’ broadly refers to any government facility, public infrastructure facility (such as a water facility, energy facility or sewerage treatment plant), or a public transport facility, including public transport vehicles.

‘Public facilities’ also include public places such as parks, lakes or rivers, and public computer systems such as those used to provide banking or other public services such as Centrelink.

It is important to note that the term ‘public facility’ also refers to privately owned premises where they are used to provide public services – for example, property belonging to privately owned energy companies.”……

Sabotage section 79 (NZ Crimes Act)
“(1) Every one is liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 10 years who, with intent to prejudice the safety, security, or defence of New Zealand or the safety or security of the armed forces of any other country, lawfully present in New Zealand,—
            (a) impairs the efficiency or impedes the working of any ship, vehicle, aircraft, arms, munitions, equipment, machinery, apparatus, or atomic or nuclear plant; or
            (b) damages or destroys any property which it is necessary to keep intact for the safety or health of the public.”

Boiled down, my money is on him having been charged as follows….
“On or about (date) with intent to prejudice the safety/security of NZ, damaged/destroyed (insert whatever-ever fits your fancy), property that is necessary to keep intact for the safety/ health of the public.

ie…he has willfully damaged/destroyed property that could have resulted in injury or death to the public.

      .
…. His first charge? Wilful damage. His second: Sabotage.
      .
Not violence, not drugs, not fraud, not treason, not incitement.
      Wilful damage. Sabotage.
      .
On the 8th of December 2021, at 7 am, the police raided the Phillip family home, arrested Graham, lifted all electronic devices, and promptly sent him to jail. ….
      .
…Graham has been denied for the third time for his bail …

      ‘paraphrased’
An issue was how in the 2nd lock down he wore a scuba googles and a snorkel.
A sort of the question. why do you say I do not comply?
      .
Telling the police during a lockdown that “New Zealand is a free country, so why should I tell you where I am going?” but finally relented as more police arrived, told them he was going to the supermarket, and “When I come back, I will show you what I bought at the supermarket”.
      .
You will find that he was ahead of his time as a comedian, like wearing a life-jacket, and “so should you, as you may cause me to drown”.
      .
Hearing all this, seems a motive, the police & now the judiciary do not like “the mickey taking out of them”
      .
The charge sounds like he “wanted to bring some electronic cables down.” and whatever he did was unsuccessful according to his wife.
      .
So Graham sees things wrong in the prison system, writes letters about it, so prison management would seem to be very unhappy with him, putting him in cells with violent murderous offenders.
      .
Talk about the jailing has made it into a cruel & unusual punishment of suffering that seems to have an intent, to finish him off.
      – – – – – – – — – — — – – – – –
nasska, you are right, if he has mental problems, then off to the psychiatrist and a mental facility.
But the Police, Judiciary & Corrections are now proving to be complicit in this corruption.

At the end of the day, Justice delayed is Justice Denied.
Habeas corpus denied is Justice Denied
Not even officially Charged,. and so Suppression of Charges, also seems to be Justice Denied & used for “whatever” political purpose.

Was anything violent to another person?
How is it classed to be sabotage?
Endangering Public Health?? Does he have a dangerous contagious disease.
Was his mocking & ridicule too much for the humorless authorities.
Just what are they covering up, not wanting exposed?

Will Graham Philip’s mind, thoughts & questions contaminate others…
The only thing Aotearoans are allowed to believe is how great Dear Leader & the Party is.
      That must not be questioned.
Perhaps maybe as the New Zealand education & social welfare systemically takes out the ability for people to think for themselves.

      https://www.stuff.co.nz/national/128987742/call-made-for-international-jurist-to-inquire-into-nzs-judicial-independence

I know that the Graham Philips case is is not the reason for this inquiry, and sadly I doubt it will be in the frame of reference to bring it in to that scope, but then again, hope springs eternally, that if even a glimmer to an overseas jurist may trigger things.
After all this also seems to be a miscarriage of justice, and human rights.

    https://www.newshub.co.nz/home/politics/2022/07/immigration-adviser-tuariki-delamere-warns-businesses-in-for-a-shock-as-immigration-changes-take-effect.html

A new accredited work visa system has opened today, but one expert is warning employers are in for a shock as the application process isn’t as simple as it seems.

Immigration New Zealand (INZ) is already struggling with a backlog of visas, and with employers desperate for staff, immigration adviser and former Minister Tuariki Delamere said there are real problems with getting migrant workers.

The first step of the application process is for an employer to be accredited, which is fairly simple if an employer has no ‘red flags’.

Of course. The Mad Queen’s team of $55,000,000 only print authorised press releases from her propaganda department at Bullshit Castle. Anything else is considered misinformation & will be rewarded with five years at a residential re-education facility situated alongside the Lake Grassmere Saltworks.

There is gunfire every night in the streets of the country’s largest city. The health system is on the verge of collapse. Somewhere around 40% of school pupils regularly play truant. Cabinet Ministers openly talk of replacing elected democracy with an apartheid regime. In the face of widespread opposition a law is pushed through the legislature seizing the water assets of local councils and handing them over to the governing party’s racially-selected mates. Mainstream news media are silenced with strings-attached public funding. High-ranking well-paid positions are given to family members of Cabinet Ministers. Supposedly independent and impartial judges take their instructions from government officials, and decide cases not by the law but by racial ideology. The government appoints an extremist anti-white bigot as co-leader of a new ‘violent extremism research centre’.

The Third World? Well, look in the mirror, New Zealand. This is us.

We don’t have a government ,we have a total undermining of our democracy by the elected Labour arseholes in cahoots with the racist Moori caucus (which should not exist) and the extended race based gatherings of various eewee that are undermining every part of this once well ordered system that had its faults but following a succession of gutless governments of both hues we have ended up reaching tipping point.
It may be too long to wait until next year for the election because the country may well be facing a situation where the next election will be manipulated in some way to ensure the continuing takeover of NZ.
      Is it too late?

  21. Roger J Kerr says just why New Zealand would be taking up such an aggressive foreign policy stance against our largest export/import trading partner, China, beggars belief

The implications for the Kiwi dollar are negative as offshore investors observe New Zealand going down an unexplained path of potentially upsetting the Chinese to the point that they ban some of our exported product, as they have done with Australia. The PM always states that it is the export sector that has got the NZ economy through the rough Covid period, however her recent foreign policy actions are jeopardising that very sector. It makes no sense at all!

For the sake of social and economic wellbeing within New Zealand, the Prime Minister would be better off spending her time leading a trade mission to China (to repair relationships), promoting New Zealand to the world as a place to immigrate to as we have a chronic labour shortage and spending a couple of weeks in South Auckland with community/charitable agencies to understand the causes of the child poverty she so publicly vowed to reduce.

  22. All Tauranga City Council staff to get 4 per cent pay bump, five weeks leave

Changes to Tauranga City Council’s salary budget will see a minimum salary increase of four per cent for all staff.

A written statement issued by council says the minimum salary of any full-time employee will increase to $55,000 – more than 10 per cent above the current living wage, which increases to $49,000 later this year.

There will also be additional increases as required to bring people to the correct point in the salary range for their job grade.

Changes also included a minimum of five weeks annual leave for all staff – regardless of position and service.

The salary budget increase comes following a review of council’s remuneration strategy designed to assist recruitment and retention of quality staff, council said.

Council had spent several years reviewing its remuneration strategy, with input from the Public Service Association (PSA) and external remuneration professionals.

“The aims of the review were to increase the transparency of decisions affecting remuneration, ensure that staff are paid fairly and that pay rates are competitive,” council said.

Commission chair Anne Tolley said the review and resulting salary increases would play a crucial role in the council’s ability to deliver on the city’s Long-term Plan.

“Over the next nine years, we will deliver the most ambitious Long-term Plan this city has ever seen. We have a huge amount of work ahead of us to ensure this community gets the city it deserves.

“We need to ensure we can retain and attract the right people, with the right skills, experience and commitment to do the mahi,” she said.

Collective agreement being sought from country’s second-largest private early learning provider
Katarina Williams and Piers Fuller17:09, Jul 04 2022

Teachers at the country’s second-largest private early learning provider – which was forced into a high profile backdown over an illegal contract proposal in 2020 – are chasing a collective agreement to secure improvements to both pay and working conditions.

Evolve Education Group, which owns several well-known brands including Lollipops Educare, Active Explorers and Little Wonders, has been given a bargaining notice by members of the New Zealand Educational Institute (NZEI) Te Riu Roa union.

In what was being considered a first for the sector, Evolve – which operates 111 centres nationwide – is being asked to provide qualified teachers and leaders with pay parity to their kindergarten counterparts.

Evolve is also being asked to deliver a pay scale for non-teaching staff and unqualified teachers starting at the living wage rate of $23.65 an hour, to offer increased sick leave, and to provide improvements to professional leave.

    https://www.newshub.co.nz/home/new-zealand/2022/07/general-surgeons-have-grave-concerns-about-state-of-new-zealand-s-health-workforce.html

General surgeons have written an open letter to Health Minister Andrew Little expressing what they say are “grave concerns” about the state of the health workforce.

They said some hospitals are essentially just doing acute trauma and cancer surgery, with the number of cancelled planned surgeries ballooning.

They’ve been cancelled due to staff shortages, and it’s not just the lack of nurses causing problems.

“We need anaesthetists, we need nurses, we need anaesthetic technicians. We need the whole kit and caboodle.”

Dr McKie’s been a surgeon for 28 years.

“The extent of the problems and pressures now are probably as great as it’s ever been.”

In a rare move on Thursday morning, Seymour praised Ardern for her speech.

He told AM early while there are large issues at home, there is a need to build connections around the world.

“NATO is an organisation for people who believe in free and democratic societies and while I’m generally a bit critical of Jacinda Ardern, I’m very pleased that New Zealand’s Prime Minister has been invited to speak at NATO.”
