  1. Morning all, another lovely morning here in the winterless north. Just starting to rain and expected to get heavy with thunderstorms by this arvo. A perfect day for going to work to make some money for Cindy to waste.

  2. Cracks in Ardern’s ‘caring’ brand as Kiwis struggle with cost of living’

(Advance Warning: Video contains self-justifying BS from government ministers)

A very good morning to you all, my fellow ‘rebels’.

The surprisingly-objective ABC video I’ve posted below will no doubt be of interest as it shows the realities of life in South Auckland and how the Aussies view dl and her ‘caring’ ways.

Stay strong and have a great day.

  3. Be careful if you are a male golfer.

A golfer was involved in a terrible car crash and was rushed to the hospital. Just before he was put under, the surgeon popped in to see him.
“I have some good news and some bad news,” says the surgeon. “The bad news is that I have to remove your right arm!”
“Oh God no!” cries the man. “My golfing is over! Please Doc, what’s the good news?”
“The good news is, I have another one to replace it with, but it’s a woman’s arm. I’ll need your permission before I go ahead with the transplant.”
“Go for it doc” says the man. “As long as I can play golf again.”
The operation went well and a year later the man was out on the golf course when he bumped into the surgeon.
“Hi, how’s the new arm?” asks the surgeon.
“Just great,” says the businessman. “I’m playing the best golf of my life. My new arm has a much finer touch and my putting has really improved.”
    “That’s great,” said the surgeon.
“Not only that,” continued the golfer, “my handwriting has improved, I’ve learned how to sew my own clothes and I’ve even taken up painting landscapes in watercolors.”
“Unbelievable!” said the surgeon, “I’m so glad to hear the transplant was such a great success. Are you having any side effects?”
“Well, just one problem,” said the golfer. “Every time I get an erection, I also get a headache.”😂

ome days it is just painful.

It’s tough to get out of bed, to pretend to my kids that everything is OK, and that our country is a safe and fair place to live. I cannot count the times when I have completely melted down in the last ten months, while driving alone so that they can’t see the heartbreak I feel – the broken heart that I don’t want them to see.

    ===================================
There are a lot like this.
The ones that rolled over in the end had to to pay their mortgage.
    Brutilized by the State.
Two classes of person remember. Yep that’s what it is.

  5. Man who only lived in NZ for one year allowed to stay in Australia after ‘savage’ attack
A 40-year-old New South Wales man who has spent the past seven years behind bars following a robbery so violent the victim suffered permanent hearing and vision loss was set to be deported to New Zealand despite having spent only a year of his life in Aotearoa.

But the Administrative Appeals Tribunal – considered one of Australia’s last chances for those who have been denied citizenship or ordered deported under the nation’s 501 immigration policy – has issued a reprieve, allowing him to stay in his adopted homeland with his Australian wife and children.

Waiting for the day Immigtation and “Sarah” stop these bastards from boarding their flight back.
They can do it as is obvious from what they did to others during the pandemic so called and lately to Arvi .

  6. Oh dear.
Why Victoria University’s intimate relationships ban makes life awkward for creeps

Victoria University of Wellington has become the first university in the country to prohibit intimate relationships between staff and students.

As I silently sobbed while reading the policy, you could argue the move is one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind.

The university is committed to fostering an environment where members of the community behave in a respectful, impartial, and transparent way that demonstrates sensitivity to actual or perceived unequal degrees of power, the policy reads.

The purpose is “to establish the expected standards of behaviour and the processes to be followed when members of the university community have an intimate or close personal relationship with a student, or another member of the university”.

    https://www.nzherald.co.nz/business/sasha-borissenko-why-victoria-universitys-intimate-relationships-ban-makes-life-awkward-for-creeps/R72OIDWCYJIKV5AVJJACN7BVEA/

BUT and there is always a but with these stinking lefties ain’t there.

The policy prohibits members of the university community from initiating, entering into and/or being in an intimate relationship with a student, where they have direct responsibility for, or involvement in, that student’s academic studies or emotional safety and wellbeing.
    Political correctness gone mad?

Creeps the world over will be feeling increasingly awkward, saying it’s political correctness gone mad. What’s next for the fun police, they’ll say, where socialising, texting, or heaven forbid – the odd compliment or inadvertent graze against a leg is now prohibited.

But no fear, dear creeps, the policy prefaces the grey area by stating the university recognises that socialising on a platonic basis between members of the university and students, or between colleagues, is often a positive aspect of life at the university.

Potential creeping can be protected too, where the policy aims to protect members of the university from allegations of actual or perceived conflicts of interest, and to limit circumstances where a position of power may be abused.

So it’s banned but then its not banned if you do it nicely?
    Where’s the woman libbers?

It also recognises that appropriate personal relationships can form in circumstances where there is no opportunity for an abuse of power.

Potential creeping can be protected too, where the policy aims to protect members of the university from allegations of actual or perceived conflicts of interest, and to limit circumstances where a position of power may be abused.

The policy came into effect on September 1, and those who’ve previously shacked up with other members of the university must disclose said relationship within a month. Not knowing about the policy will not be a valid reason for failing to make this, or any other disclosure.

“This is a standalone policy, which supports the university’s commitment to ensuring it has safeguards in place to prevent conflicts of interest, abuses of power, and sexual harassment,” the policy reads.
    Delicious definitions

What does this mean on a practical level? Cue the delicious definitions section. The nature of a “close personal relationship” is defined as where the connection goes beyond a casual acquaintance.

Intimate relationships are defined as a consensual romantic or sexual relationship. It could be brief and includes one-off or sporadic encounters, the policy reads.

A “hello” in the street probably would be considered casual, whereas a smooch or a one-night romp in the lecture theatre (I imagine this is prohibited for health and safety reasons) would have to be disclosed.

Abuse of power is defined as when a person uses their position of power or authority in an unacceptable manner – namely, grooming, manipulation, coercion, putting pressure on others to engage in conduct they’re not comfortable with.

Grooming is described as a gradual process that someone in a position of power uses to manipulate someone to do things that they may not be comfortable with and to make them less likely to reject or report abusive behaviour.

    • When I was tutoring at Uni I had some stunning students and the age difference wasn’t that much.
Had a great time and my boss did make some comment at one stage about me going out with a degree student. Took no notice.
      Had a ball in fact.

    • I was involved at a university in a postgraduate professional capacity when I met a tasty little student some years my junior and embarked on a relationship that has now endured for 25 years. There was a very serious power imbalance in the whole affair and still is, entirely in my wife’s favour.

Now, I’m hardly saying that vulnerable young women shouldn’t be protected from creeps, just that not everybody can be measured with the same ruler.

  8. 500 children living in Christchurch motels as city’s housing list quadruples
    Steven Walton05:00, Sep 05 2022
The number of people waiting for social housing in Christchurch has quadrupled in the past five years – hitting 2040 households in June.

It is estimated 35,000 households are also under “housing stress”, where more than 30% of income is spent on housing.

One social housing provider says about 500 children are living in city motels with their families.

“Motels are no place to raise children,” Christchurch methodist mission executive director Jill Hawkey said.

Yet the police have plenty of money for armed raids on law abiding people. something is wrong with the equation me thinks.

Then of course there is Rotorua. which featured last night on Sunday.

  9. All these people who have their surgeries postponed and have lived in agony for a long time have only two people to blame.

I wish they would point out who they are and be loud and clear about who is to blame. These two have worked hard to ruin the infrastructure of this country. They are:

    Jacinda Ardern Labour Prime Minister.
    Andrew Little, Minister of Health.

The two most useless pricks this country has ever seen.

  10. Morning Troopers,
Driving South from Warkworth yesterday afternoon. Two cop cars hidden at the top of the passing lane on the Pohuehue Viaduct hill. I mean, really? Apparently there’s so little crime going on, that they have to nab people overtaking on passing lanes. FS, on a short passing lane, if you attempt to overtake someone who’s doing 95, by doing 100, you’re going to run out of track. Now THAT is dangerous.

    15

    0

    • Saggy, you are lucky to have a passing lane so close to Auckland. Savour it.

Here in the King Country and Ruapehu District, if you are travelling either north or south from seven kilometres south of Waiouru to Eight Mile Junction (just south of Te Kuiti) SH4, a distance of 185 Kilometres there is only 1 short passing lane at the Hiwi Hills 40 kilometers north of Taumarunui.

So for 185 Kilometres, either way, North or South on SH4 through Ohakune, National park and Taumarunui, there is little opportunity to overtake in a 2 hour period. And they wonder why there are accidents.

    • The police could be reassigned to patrol South Auckland at night.
The disadvantage would be an increase in offences attributed to “oppressed” people. This would be evidence of police “racism” and could embarrass the government.
Solution: step up patrols in parts of the country where there are few “oppressed” people, so that the enforcement stats achieve the desired outcome.

Equality of outcome is everything, you know!

Offenders gained access by smashing glass at the entrance, it is unclear what was stolen.

Bloody hell. After a night of ram-raiding, they’re even breaking in to grab a quick curry on the way home.

  12. A UK correspondent writes:

    Dear Normy Sheep.

Now that some of you are finally beginning to question the COVID Hoax, the associated lies, the bogus testing, the experimental injection that isn’t any kind of a vaccine and the passport that’s designed to enslave you, can we interest you in thinking about some of the other globalist scams and media propaganda campaigns?

Refugees are NOT welcome here. They are overinbreeding parasites and enemy troops. And three stupid women holding up a banner does NOT represent the opinions of the majority of British taxpayers no matter how much the media lies about it.

There is no climate crisis. There are climate taxes and climate regulations. Carbon credits and net-zero schemes based on subsidised ‘renewable’ energy. But these have nothing to do with saving a planet and everything to do with controlling a poorer population.

Immigrants are NOT a net benefit to white countries. Many are from a Continent with an abundance of every natural resource, the most fertile land on the planet, no shortage of manpower and they had the whole of human history to make a go of things. With all those terrific advantages their technology began and ended with the stick which they found under a tree and have barely been able to upgrade. Such people will NEVER be a net benefit. America discovered that they weren’t even much good as slaves.

Islam is NOT a religion of peace. Moslems are following a rabid death cult made popular centuries ago in a desert by a bandit paedophile to keep his gang of murdering scum motivated. And nothing has changed in the 14 centuries since. War has not changed Islam. Crippling poverty has not changed Islam. Fabulous oil wealth has not changed Islam. The pandering and appeasement by Western politicians who sacrifice our children to moslems will not change Islam.

There is no ‘cost of living’ crisis. It is an OVERTAXATION POLICY to support a growing parasitocracy of pointless bureaucrats, entitled cronies, imported overinbreeding third world dross and the WEF minions.

Monkeypox is the next manufactured crisis that will only take off IF YOU BELIEVE IN IT.

The Prime Minister is denying Labour is favoured by gangs after a member urged their followers not to vote for National because of the party’s promised crackdown on organised crime.

Jacinda Ardern faced questions on Monday over whether the call highlighted a view her party was softer on crime than the Opposition – a suggestion she rallied against.

To slip the renewal of the hidden draconian laws, which could be called up by an “Order in Council” if a flexing of more control & power is felt to be needed at a later date.

Are NZ’s Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) already in negotiation with the drug companies.?
Would an order for more vaxxes already be in the pipeline?

When face book is putting on some New Zealand’s posters these types of warnings.

    .
So under that type of “could contribute to physical harm” and the “Epidemic Notice” will the warped Public Health, ethics, modelers, police, judiciary system bring on further controls to New Zealanders and go crazy, like the police arresting, charging etc… as if you had just wounded injured, nearly killed many in a community and endangering many more, by “waving that Placard”.
    .
We see how the “Fire & Fury” Stuff doco, went.
The research and publishing hit jobs on what are called “anti vaxxers” and one who supports Voices For Freedom VFF for democratic local body elections.
The continued banning of procedures for first & early treatment, maybe in combos, in using re-purposed safe drugs like Ivermectin HCQ plus other formulations.
    .
Can the autocrats set up a fear scenario, to bring about the pattern of scaring the ken&karens, to become stasi, further triggering them to push for forms of mandatory, leading to a refreshed need for a form of a data passport, locked in with carrots, (vouchers for whatever) & sticks, (canceled, shamed, instant fines, costly legal warfare, arrests, bail controls, jailed).
    .
I think it would create major social upheaval if they try.
However never underestimate that they may bring more tricks into their system, so with out too much worry, to stand firm and seek the truth,

  19. Oh dear, how sad, never mind.
Seems the AG has chosen to do some interesting work in the year running up to the election.

“It may be too soon to tell how the public spending watchdog John Ryan will be remembered when his term finishes – but there are signs he is starting to get under the skin of the Government.

And looking at his work plan for the current year, it is easy to see why.

Quite apart from the financial audits for public organisations, there are discretionary projects for scrutiny, chosen by the Auditor-General, which focus on some key areas for the Government:

    • The role of the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet in co-ordinating the Covid-19 response;
    • How well Treasury’s Wellbeing report, due in November, describes changes to wellbeing;
    • Reviewing the effectiveness of the child poverty work programme;
    • How effectively the Ministry of Education understands and addresses educational disparities;
    • How mental health and addiction services are meeting the needs of young people;
    • How well-placed the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development is to lead the housing and urban development system;
    • Examining how Treaty settlement commitments are being monitored and honoured;
    • How well the public sector is performing in Auckland.”

Who is giving credit to Paul Majurey, is it on a sort of promise? what assets, who’s assets for getting finance from. for the $850m-$1b of Housing Developments?
Can he be using any of the Hauraki iwi assets in the Treaty Settlements that he negotiates, as those settlements are still not signed off by Parliament.
Can he leverage or use it as collateral for finance?
Those outstanding Treaty Settlements are valued well over $500m but probably more.
What money is used to fund his share of the Ockham Marutuahu partnership?

The projects are in addition to the mandatory audits of 3360 public organisations, ranging from school boards to Air New Zealand, research projects and various inquiries that arise through events.

Ryan’s reports are largely direct in their language and do not require much reading between the lines.

Last week he issued a letter that was bluntly critical of how the cost of living payments had been administered and in which he described as “unacceptable” the notion that IRD may never know how many people had been wrongly given money.

Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern publicly disagreed with aspects of it and did not concede that any criticism was warranted.
Ryan says he is always alert to the tone of his reports.

“I am extremely conscious of the tone and I think one of the hallmarks of the Auditor-General over the years has been a strong sense of balance,” he tells the Herald.
“You review the facts, you draw a conclusion but you also see the context that that conclusion is drawn in and provide as much balance to your conclusion as you can. I think that’s a really important part of the role,” Ryan said.

“To have impact, you need to be seen to be fair in what you say as well as direct.”

He said he has to put aside the fact that reports will be used politically.

“Part of my role is definitely to call it as it is.”

Quite often he concluded there had been a job well done but that didn’t get widely reported.

For example? The IT transformation project at Inland Revenue.

Ryan is midway through his seven-year term. Since 2001 it has been a single term so there is no temptation to go easy with the criticism in order to seek reappointment.

The Auditor-General is answerable to Parliament, not to a minister or Government.
Ryan was appointed in 2018. He is the son and grandson of milkmen from Petone and went to Hutt Valley High, then Victoria University.

He has worked in a swathe of private and public sector agencies, including Price Waterhouse, Solid Energy, the Ministry of Justice, the Department of Corrections, the Building Industry Association and the Ministry for Primary Industries.

And he has been on governance boards for the Royal New Zealand Ballet, Wellington’s Aotearoa New Zealand Festival of the Arts, the Wellington Jazz Festival and a Kapiti astro-turf facility.

  20. On this very wet day here is some essential viewing posted last night. Kirsten interviewed by Liz Gunn on her ‘Open Letter to Parliament’ with serious questions she has had no reply to.

    https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=504961041467170

In this in-depth interview series with Kirsten Murfitt of NZLSOS, we highlight the key points and outline the crucial yet-to-be-answered questions from Kirsten’s excellent Open Letter to Parliament, which she penned on 22 July 2022. Here is Part 3.
You can download, read and share Kirsten’s letter here: https://docdro.id/XhkeZ0H
You can read her OIA request from August, 2021 here: https://docdro.id/Aar4Uzv
Please utilise the steps involved at the end of the interview in order to put pressure on the government to answer our important questions – The 3 main questions are:

    • Bert::—- I get your frustration, but we must work at where we can, and expose the stupidity

      – The 3 main questions are:

1.) Why doesn’t the Government require mandatory reporting of deaths and serious adverse reactions, following the administration of a v*c*ine which has only provisional approval?

2.) Why does the Government refuse to investigate the safety and contents of the v*c*ine, given both the emerging overseas data and the court-ordered release of Pf*z*r’s documents?

3.) Why did the Government market the v*c*ine as “Safe and Effective”, when it knew that neither of those statements was true?

      To give timely results.

To monitor, gather data, collate, and share it for all to see so they too can do an analyses on the Covid disease, and then also on the vaccinated.

  22. More from the liar-in-chief this morning. A ‘little bird’ told me IRD advised the clown car not to increase the KSaver fees but they ignored that advice.

PM Jacinda Ardern concedes Government should have been more transparent over scrapped KiwiSaver tax changes
    https://www.newshub.co.nz/home/politics/2022/09/pm-jacinda-ardern-concedes-government-should-have-been-more-transparent-over-scrapped-kiwisaver-tax-changes.html

But she said it wasn’t the Government’s “intention” to hide the proposal by not including it in the press release.

“He was of course making judgements over what he thought would be of the most public interest. Look it should have been included, there were a number of other things that should have been included so I am not going to argue with that.”

Ardern said while she “doesn’t believe” she saw the release before it was published, the KiwiSaver changes should have been included.

“This is something IRD started work on in 2017, it was consulting on with those affected and as I say I believe it was October 2020.”

    • If a few tankers of refined diesel heading to New Zealand are diverted for such life saving needs in the UK & Europe.
Just when will NZ’s fuel rationing start?
The UN-WEF global controls of the IMF, World Bank will decide, how many tankers of fuel will be allowed to go to NZ.

Will provide good cover for self rationing, in saving lives else where.
Ardern knows there are millions of lives to be saved in Europe, How can you say NO?
Just who can say No to that NZ “emergency rationing” plan.
And the wonderful spinning on so many reasons, why “emergency” fuel rationing to be bought in.

Less wasteful travel and it helps Net Zero emissions, all part of growing Green, Putin caused it, Saving the Planet, and do not forget, that NZ will be punching above its weight, leading the world.

    • Alice, it is very sad what is happening to this country. Unfortunately, it seems to me, our younger New Zealanders are not voicing their concerns and just sitting by and letting New Zealand be given away to the Maori elite for their own benefit.

It is almost getting too late for the young New Zealanders to get off their arses and raise any sort of voice. Whether it is apathy, laziness or ignorance, I do not know, but it will soon be too late and they will no doubt say, but it was my parents generation that let this happen when they themselves did not bother to utter a sound.

It seems to me, it is generally the older New Zealanders, like yourself, Uncle Bob, Viking Saggy, S1, SB, Lizzie and the many other contributors here and on other blogs etc which are questioning the demise of this country and offering any pushback. The rest are silent.

As to your post, the contents of David Rounds article is disturbing. Thanks for posting and keep up the good work.

We are becoming a remnant, with still an essential job, of passing on data, knowledge, experience, where we can.
Not easy, as the the best example is to be doing, showing the consistent principle, not just in saying.

      “Corruption?
This is corruption. There is no other word for it. It may all be quite legal, but then corruption often is. This is what we expect in some shabby little African republic, where we read that the cousin of the president’s wife has just been appointed to the board of the big oil company that has been granted the drilling rights…”

One big difference between Japanese and NZ TV is the focus by Japanese popular TV on food. There is always some program about food on Japanese TV.

If NZ were like Japan, you could expect the following programs.
    – NZ’s top 40 fish & chip shops (a 3-hour special)
    – The story of a 3-generation meat pie shop in Taihape
    – The legend of the great Ohakune carrot. TV1 traces the history…
    – NZ TV personalities rank their favorite restaurants (a 2-hour special)
    – NZ’s top cooking schools and their graduates
    – How you can boil better potatoes
    – The perfect beetroot for Kiwiburgers (a 2-hour special)

    • I’m quite happy with the mask mandate. The Good Lady and I have never worn them and we are both yet to catch whatever masks are supposed to stop us from catching. Mask wearing identifies the weak-minded and the gullible who live amongst us, who in normal circumstances would have slipped under our radar. Living in a small community, they have been clearly revealed… the longer the masking goes on, the more they are inconvenienced for their stupidity.

Its great to walk into a supermarket and run into a complete unmasked stranger, so this mask BS has also revealed the thinkers amongst us, albeit in much smaller numbers.

      • I too have never worn a mask and I agree with you Toko about the joy of running into unmasked strangers and talking briefly with some of them. • Thanks Brigadier General Rissole.— A good article, as it reveals the conundrum of being a New Zealander.

…. whether the state has been captured by those who do well out of constant restructurings – the permanent managerial class who need not care about whether anything in government actually works, only that they get to produce reports on the next wave of mergers and de-mergers. ….

      with many more good points.

“Is it time for Labour to rein it in”?
      Seems like forever Labour. 🙁

Sounds like nobody currently in Parliament, considering the gauntlet of MMP, has the ability to “rein it in”.
That nobody even born yet, considering going through the education system, will “rein it in”.

Maybe a glimmer of hope, the “home schoolers” then with tenacity, perseverance, determination, unshakable principles, may soon emerge with some good mentors.

  25. The Government will today announce steps to make it easier for police to stop gangs and criminal groups hiding their assets to avoid seizure laws – and to stop criminals using KiwiSaver to shelter cash obtained through crime.

The NZ Herald understands the changes to the Criminal Proceeds (Recovery) Act outlined today will allow police to target those with links to gang and organised crime figures who may be being used to shelter assets or cash which are the proceeds of crime.

It will extend the law to cases where police believe ownership of assets, such as luxury cars or property, are put under the name of an ‘associate’ in an attempt to hide them and avoid the forfeiture provisions.

It would require those with a link to a gang or crime figure who did not have the income to afford such assets themselves to prove how they paid for them, or risk losing them.

Police would not have to prove somebody had benefitted directly from a specific crime, but would have to point to a lack of income and an association with an organised criminal group.

It is also aimed at targeting the leaders of criminal groups who may not have directly committed a crime themselves but benefit from its profits of it.

    https://www.newstalkzb.co.nz/on-air/mike-hosking-breakfast/audio/lance-burdett-former-police-negotiator-says-law-change-on-gang-assets-will-serve-as-a-great-deterrent/

  27. An email sent to me today.

Proposed changes by NZ’s APPALLING Labour government …

This is a concise summary of just a few of the changes being addressed for the most part by non-constitutional means. Might be a good idea to spread the word as silence infers agreement and I doubt any Kiwi worth their salt is in agreement with this brief list.

JACINDA ARDERN – A TSUNAMI OF CHANGES IS COMING

Hi to all concerned New Zealanders,

Has Jacinda Ardern become a puppet to the tribal elite? After the opening paragraphs we list some facts from the Government’s He Puapua 2040 plan!

By deliberately concealing the He Puapua agenda for tribal co-governance from voters during the election campaign, Jacinda Ardern has knowingly orchestrated an illegitimate abuse of power.

As a result of the rollout of this illegitimate agenda, a cultural takeover of New Zealand’s most fundamental social and constitutional values is underway.

Our established democratic order is being swept aside by an incoming tide of race-based tyranny. Following is but a sample – remember these are taken from the Government’s own plan. Some parts have already been enacted.

    1. A SEPARATE MAORI HEALTH AUTHORITY;

    o Funded by the Taxpayer.

o With veto rights over the entire health system

o Maori patients are now being prioritised over non-Maori.

    2. DEPT OF CONSERVATION LAND:

o Government documents have now emerged showing a plan to transfer the ownership and control of the entire Conservation Estate to Tribal Authorities

o The Dept of Conservation has now formed an “Options,

Development Group” (ODG). This group has made a recommendation to give control and governance of DOC to Maori.

    3. LAND & BUSINESS:

o Exempting Maori land from the requirement to pay rates.

o Iwi businesses now worth several billion dollars do not pay taxes.

o Taxpayer funding to upgrade maraes.

    4. EDUCATION:

o Rewriting the history of this country to suit a Maori agenda in the Education curriculum. The rewritten curriculum shows pre and post European Maori to be a different person than what was observed and recorded by early Europeans.

    5. LOCAL GOVERNMENT:

o The abolition of the right of local communities to hold a binding referendum on Maori Ward Seats on Councils

o Local Government Minister Mahuta is now undertaking a review and it appears likely to lead that 50% of Council seats will be held by Maori.

    6. GOVERNANCE:

o Two complete Governments that overlap.

o A new written Constitution based on a new interpretation of the Treaty of Waitangi.

o At least five per cent of all Govt procurement contracts must now go to Maori businesses. All government departments/agencies must now provide a report that shows at least five per cent of the procurement for goods and services was from Maori businesses.

    7. JUSTICE

o A Maori Court system, where offenders with a Maori ancestor will be treated differently from other offenders.

o Maori Jails, where inmates with a Maori ancestor will be treated differently to other inmates.

o Western Common Law being replaced by Maori “tikanga” (Maori customary & practices). See Justice Churchman’s Decision May 2021

o Where people of Maori ancestry will have greater legal rights

    8. WATER

o Granting Maori rights to ALL fresh water

o Giving Maori access to funding for their legal costs to claim the Seabed & Foreshore, from mean high tide out to 12 nautical miles.

o Opponents to Maori claims must fund their own legal costs.

    9. MEDIA:

o Maori language and culture are now being forced into Government Departments, Local Authorities, and state funded media.

o The guidelines for the media in the government’s latest funding of $55 million dollars to them, now prevents an opposing point of view to the government’s race-based program being aired.

THE ABOVE IS JUST A SAMPLE OF WHAT IS IN THE HE PUAPUA 2040 PLAN.

New Zealanders across the land are being falsely accused by radical separatists of racism and discrimination against Maori when they question what is the He Puapua plan about.

“If we are to salvage our democracy, we have no option but to get out of our comfort zones and engage in protest by means that may not come easily to us.”

Spread the word. Do not be afraid of being called a racist. Speak out.

We want equality. We need to stand up and fight this plan.

    • All good, as that is what the tenants, first home buyers, a considerable majority of Labour voted for.
They have rights to more government money, particularly the rich to be taxed more & redistributed, to flow through to their hands.

More money through the restructured to be unaccountable by the Labour government owned Kiwibank.
Those tenants will be confident that National will not be able to turn the money flow off, as they too will bail out those bankers as too big to fail, particularly when it is government owned.

    https://www.newshub.co.nz/home/world/2022/09/bed-bath-beyond-cfo-plunges-to-death-at-new-york-s-jenga-tower.html
Bed Bath & Beyond Inc’s chief financial officer fell to his death from New York’s Tribeca skyscraper known as the “Jenga” tower on Friday afternoon, police said, just days after a lawsuit alleged he was involved in a “pump and dump” scheme.

On Friday at 12:30 p.m. ET (1630 GMT), police responded to a 911 call and found a 52-year-old man dead near the building who appeared to have suffered injuries from a fall. Police identified the man as Gustavo Arnal.

On Aug. 23, the company, Arnal and major shareholder Ryan Cohen were sued over accusations of artificially inflating the firm’s stock price in a “pump and dump” scheme, with the lawsuit alleging Arnal sold off his shares at a higher price after the scheme.

The class action lawsuit listed Arnal as one of the defendants and was brought by a group of shareholders who claimed they lost around $1.2 billion.

  30. In July last year, before the roll out of the clot shots to the under 40’s in Australia, a 38 year old healthy
Japanese/Brazilian university student died of myocarditis, fortuitously (for the govt) at the time the NSW vax campaign had stalled.
Her death was reported as a result of a covid related heart attack and that she was unvaccinated.

Turns out that she had caught the coof from her fully vaxed flat mate and that she was able to get the shot being under 40 on the grounds that her flat mate was a health care worker.

Her brother (NOK) engaged solicitors and insisted on a postmortem, but the hospital where his sister died convinced him that they would provide the legal representation and no PM was ever carried out…

An incredible story of deception by the NSW health authority and the media.

  34. One the 14 July, I made an OIA request to Coronial Services for the following information:

    1. The monthly number of deaths in New Zealand reported to the Coroner
for the consecutive years following and including January 2015 to the
    present time. (July 2022)
    2. The monthly number of postmortem examinations carried out in New
Zealand from January 2015 to the present time.

On the 12th of last month I got a reply extending their response advising,
“A response to your request is being prepared. However, due to the need for external
consultation a response cannot reasonably be made within the original time limit.
Accordingly, I am extending the time limit for response to this request by 12 working days
under section 15A of the Act and will respond to you by 29 August 2022.”

I would have thought that the information I was seeking would have involved a query taking a minute or two on a departmental computer that certainly would not have involved ‘external consultation’. This external consultation must be pretty involved as their extension time has come and gone without a response from the most transparent government ever.

    • It seems that once again there will not be much time for consultation with a select committee, taking in submissions.
After all Labour was voted in to be the majority, so knows it only needs to go through those motions.

NZ’s Kiwi Saver will also become subject to forfeit orders.

Bearing in mind now every transaction we do over $10,000 triggers things to be personally photo ID and triggers what ever department of what ever.

…. The changes to the Criminal Proceeds (Recovery) Act would:

☠ Allow police to seize assets from people with proven association with a criminal group, who have insufficient legitimate property to acquire assets worth more than $30,000
☠ Assets seized from criminals based overseas will be able to be taken permanently unless the owner can prove they obtained it legally within two months
☠ Allow assets seized to be retained for longer than 28 days while a court considers a restraining order
☠ Allow seizure of funds held in KiwiSaver schemes, meaning criminals can’t hide illegal funds in their KiwiSaver ….

  35. How would you reform welfare in NZ?

    – Women on welfare may not become pregnant? (Draconian, perhaps…)
    – Welfare to be limited to 6 months.
    – Drug addicts can register, and receive free “medication” as part of a program towards recovery
    – Criminal activity means a loss of welfare

  36. A frog goes into a bank and approaches the teller. He can see from her nameplate that her name is Patty Whack.
“Miss Whack, I’d like to get a 30,000 loan to take a holiday”…
Patty looks at the frog in disbelief and asks his name. The frog says his name is Kermit Jagger, his dad is Mick Jagger, and that it’s okay, he knows the bank manager…
Patty explains that he will need to secure the loan with some collateral…
The frog says, “Sure. I have this,” and produces a tiny porcelain elephant, about an inch tall, bright pink and perfectly formed…
Very confused, Patty explains that she’ll have to consult with the bank manager and disappears into a back office…
She finds the manager and says, “There’s a frog called Kermit Jagger out there who claims to know you and wants to borrow 30,000, and he wants to use this as collateral”… She holds up the tiny pink elephant. “I mean, what in the world is this”…?
The bank manager looks back at her and says, “It’s a knickknack, Patty Whack. Give the frog a loan. His old man’s a Rolling Stone”…
(You sang it, didn’t you? Yeah, I know you did.)

  37. Cash-short builders are taking longer to pay their bills and are beginning to credit check their suppliers as the construction industry defaults on its debts

New Zealand’s construction industry is feeling the financial crunch, with a disproportionate number of liquidations and rising number of credit defaults in the sector, according to new figures.

The latest to go bust is Auckland residential builder KB Project Management. The collapse of the company has reportedly left more than 45 workers in limbo.

The company has been put into liquidation. Liquidators Steven Khov and Kieran Jones issued their first report last week, showing the company has nil in cash reserves, but is owing nearly $16 million to unsecured creditors, including $15.8m to trade creditors. The balance is owed to Inland Revenue.

  39. High Percentage of COVID Deaths Had 3rd Shot, More Excess Deaths After 4th Shot
Once people catch on to the correlation, governments stop updating the data
BY Xiaoxu Sean Lin and Health 1+1 TIMEAugust 29, 2022 PRINT

Currently, many countries around the world are promoting the second COVID-19 vaccine booster shots for the elderly, many of whom have already received their first booster shots. Under these circumstances, the transparency and openness of information about the safety of booster shots has become a very important issue. Amid this discussion, recently, data on the numbers of COVID-19 infections and deaths after vaccine booster injections in two Canadian provinces have been removed.
Removed Data: 76% of People Died of COVID-19 Infections Had Booster Shots?

  40. CDC Backtracks on COVID Guidance as Damning Studies Mount
BY Joseph Mercola TIMEAugust 26, 2022 PRINT

While it’s refreshing, considering how hard health officials have fought to segregate, bully, demonize and dehumanize people, it’s still like a slap in the face. And it’s not over yet – prepare for the biggest vax drive in history, and another round of gaslighting.
    STORY AT-A-GLANCE

August 11, 2022, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reversed its COVID-19 guidelines, thereby vindicating every “misinformation spreader” out there
The CDC is now advocating for taking personal responsibility and for everyone to decide for themselves “which prevention behaviors to use and when (at all times or at specific times), based on their own risk for severe illness and that of members of their household, their risk tolerance, and setting-specific factors”
The CDC is also giving up on discrimination based on COVID jab status, stating, its “COVID-19 prevention recommendations no longer differentiate based on a person’s vaccination status because breakthrough infections occur.” They also admit natural immunity exists and works
Testing is now reserved for those who “are symptomatic, or have a known or suspected exposure to someone with COVID-19,” isolation is only for those who are symptomatic and have tested positive, and contact tracing is now restricted to health care settings and select “high-risk congregate settings”
The CDC’s about-face appears to be politically motivated, to give the Biden administration a “win” before the midterm elections. Post-election plans include “the biggest vaccination campaign in history,” so tyrannical overreaches may later resume, even as mounting data show the COVID shots are causing depopulation

Without fanfare, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, August 11, 2022, reversed all its COVID-19 guidelines. In fact, many have noted it appears the CDC wanted to bring as little attention to it as possible.1 This is understandable, considering the new guidelines more or less admit the original rules were in error, without actually stating as much.

The new guidance is listed in the CDC’s Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report (MMWR) under the title, “Summary of Guidance for Minimizing the Impact of COVID-19 on Individual Persons, Communities, and Health Care Systems — United States, August 2022.”2 As noted by Jeffrey Tucker, founder and president of the Brownstone Institute:3

“It would have been fascinating to be a fly on the wall in the brainstorming sessions that led to this little treatise. The wording was chosen very carefully, not to say anything false outright, much less admit any errors of the past, but to imply that it was only possible to say these things now.”

    • …. so tyrannical overreaches may later resume, ….
When you see realize that hundreds of millions of doses have been ordered & the research on it is negligible, in my link below.

Most bemusing when after that August date, this then pops up in the further purchases of mRNA in the hundreds of millions of doses with this rejoinder.

…. no assurances whatsoever on safety or efficacy.
These acts of reckless regulatory malfeasance are unprecedented, and Americans should understand clearly, that administration of these vaccines, whether voluntary or under some form of duress such as an employment or school mandate, places the liability squarely on the person who accepts these shots into their body. ….

I hope some one can keep on what NZ is ordering! probably through MBIE and get the word out, as then we will know that a most devious campaign of vaxxing is on the go again.
Many of us figure something is seriously wrong with ongoing attacks on VFF, CounterSpin, the media hit jobs like Stuff Paula Penfolds doco of “Fire & Fury” then the ongoing supporting media articles.
Something is smouldering, and there has been no real-back down.
The masking issue is just a part of a “bait”, but watch out for what will go through in the “switch”.

  41. COVID-19 Vaccine Effectiveness Plunges Against Omicron: CDC Data
    By Zachary Stieber
    September 1, 2022 Updated: September 1, 2022
    biggersmaller Print
    0:004:52

COVID-19 vaccine effectiveness for all age groups has been much worse against the Omicron virus variants than earlier strains, particularly the currently dominant subvariants, according to U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) data presented on Sept. 1.

The data, much of which hasn’t been previously published, show that the protection against both symptomatic infection and severe disease isn’t as strong against Omicron, which emerged in December 2021, and its subvariants.

Data from the CDC’s Increasing Community Access to Testing, a no-cost testing program, showed that vaccine effectiveness for a booster compared to a primary series against symptomatic infection waned rapidly across all age groups, going under 50 percent within two months and turning negative around six months.

A fourth dose, or second booster, upped the protection, but the shielding quickly dropped to less than 40 percent, according to estimates for those 50 and older.

Estimates drawn from the CDC’s VISION Network showed that emergency department and urgent care visits rose over time for the vaccinated, with adjusted vaccine effectiveness estimates for 5- to 11-year-olds dropping to 18 percent 150 days or more after the second shot from just 51 percent 14 to 59 days after a primary series.

    • It would seem they want to keep vaxxing, despite warning signs of NOT being “safe & effective” and with No liability for injury or death, and now endangering one’s health for if they do get Covid-19.

The continuance of this vaxx program, lining people up as if they are in a Concentration Camp.
The conditions of being threatened that you will not get other treatment by a hospital.
The conditions that you may not even be allowed to go to the Supermarket to get food.
The conditions that you may not be allowed to work, so how do earn enough $ to purchase food, particularly in an urban area, or apartment block.

All in the name of Public Health, which sounds great, when they use for the good health & safety of the community .collective.

    Re Graham Philip….
I went to the Amazon site to find the book he wrote on his brother who carried out a murder in Oz in the early 80’s that Amazon had been advertising. Its no longer there, but they are advertising another one of his works that may have interest to the Brigadier https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1976875617/ref=dbs_a_def_rwt_hsch_vapi_taft_p1_i0

For those interested in the brother’s actions that Graham feared that he was also capable of due to inherited schizophrenia, have a read of this…warning- not for the faint hearted. https://www.heraldsun.com.au/news/law-order/the-case-of-the-cannibal-killer-david-philip-accused-of-eating-murder-victim-kyung-eup-lee/news-story/d86f8406d0c70eb4caad1b041206fde4

    • Thanks Toko. The more I read of the case the less I know. Just this afternoon I was following this thread https://www.reddit.com/r/newzealand/comments/walinf/taup%C5%8D_man_graham_philip_charged_with_sabotage/ after seeing the news that he’s now remanded in custody until late next year.

I reckon that he’s probably a fruitcake BUT:

      1) He deserves competent legal representation. (I note that he’s changed his lawyer).

      2) I’ll take a lot of convincing that the charges need to remain secret squirrel.

      3) He like any other prisoner deserves remand facilities where their lives are not threatened & Spring Hill management have failed in this respect.

      4) He was arrested in Dec 2021. Regardless of his guilt or innocence a two year wait for a trial is beyond excessive.

      5) I don’t trust this government because they don’t deserve to be trusted. The case still stinks of political involvement.

I’ll be watching for any developments.

  43. Roderick Mulgan & Patrick Winkler: Chilling effects of outlawing hate speech

About a year ago, the Government proposed new laws to control “hate speech”.

Various spokespeople, including the Prime Minister, struggled to say how their own legislation would work – before tactically retreating. The traditional position is that speech should only be illegal if it advocates someone is actually harmed. Merely being offensive is not enough. The distinction is workable in practice and vital in principle, as being “offensive” can mean many things.
