  1. The Labour Party and how to deal with what they call sexual harassment. Labour President Nigel Haworth barred complainants and witnesses in the alleged bulling and sexual harassment case from one of Parliaments main buildings. Leaked emails show Haworth, and other senior officals instructed the woman, all Labour Party Members to stay away from Labour Party Offices in Bowen House, where the man at the center of their complaints works. One witness was ordered to stay away from the entire 22 story office block which house’s Minister’s, MP’s and Public Servants.

Jacinda is up to her eyeballs in this, what a way for a President and Prime Minister to behave yet if happened to her all hell would break out.

  2. Absolutely disgusting way for them to behave. Shows the mad queen in her true colours. After the hoo haa they created regarding the pony tail business anyone would think they were squeaky clean and yet they are mired in shit. Frowning and smiling won’t get her out of this mess.

  3. This is a reason I was not happy with Amy Adams as Leader. She approved or instigated the $900k payment to Bain and Karam. It was compensation by another name. Binnie’s report was rightly binned and the judge from Oz found he was more likely guilty than innocent so there is no way he should have a cent.

  4. Aesop Fable for Cindy
Farmer Brown had a very tall tree in front of his house. A young magpie was next to the tree, jumping up and wildly flapping its wings, then falling back to earth. All the farm animals watched him, and a bull walked up and asked the magpie, “what’s the problem?”
The magpie answered “I’m trying to fly to the top of the tree and my wings aren’t strong enough.” The bull answered “eat some of my crap, it is very nutritious and will give you strength.” The magpie did as the bull suggested, then tried again and flew all the way to the top of the tree. To celebrate his success, the magpie puffed out his chest and began cawing loudly to let everyone know. Farmer Brown heard the noise and looked up to see the magpie at the top. He aimed his shotgun, pulled the trigger, and the magpie fell dead at the base of the tree.
Moral: bullshit may get you to the top, but it won’t keep you there.

    • If I was woken part way through an eleven hour flight and found that the aircraft was at 3000 feet, as highlighted by Stuff and that the seatbelt sign had NOT been put on I would have abused the staff in a sexist, ageist, socialist, fascist, communist, Christ knows what ist manner, because the staff had never ever heard of the Jetstream.

    • Because people fill in what they want. Maybe true maybe false. Look at the census, how many Jedi in NZ. How many attack helicopters. DPF runs polls and he does not like Trump and also was on the wrong side of every election world wide!
If you believe in polls, I have got a bridge to sell you, or my uncle in Nigeria is having trouble getting his money out!

  5. The comments is another reason why National will lose.

Well and good to engage on social media, but Lefties generally have nothing to do but fight on social media. Putting out a press release with 10 lefties negative to 1 righty?

Not going to hit the message home. Where are the staffers and party members defending and responding?

  6. I think many peoples disaster/doomsday plans would be woefully useless.
Having a disaster specific tote bag hanging near the front door would require some pretty special tarot cards.

The problem will always be with those prepared for disaster.
    Fending off those that aren’t.

We all assume we would be 100% fit and healthy when shit hits the fan.
It really comes down to dog eat dog and survival of the fittest.

  7. The last line should have been picked up by the defence
“Both McLellan and Wilson thought their evidence would be helpful to David Bain because it showed he wasn’t at home when the computer was turned on.”
Not saying he is guilty or not but if the Police had already lined David Bain up they would not have been that interested in anything that contradicted the established line.

  8. I was impressed with Mark Mitchell on Friday night at the Huntly RSA. He answered every question. I got the feeling that National now realises that they should have changed their position when Labour greatly changed the number of banned firearms. I was pissed off like many on National’s support of the government on firearm confiscation. However, one can either say too little too late or lobby National on the second lot of firearm legislation which National is going to oppose largely.

I was not so happy with Mitchell’s response to my question about the plea bargain but to be fair it has not been discussed by the caucus. I do not think they will push this as hard as they should.

For those who want change, the best way to get it is to join a political party that is not in government.

  9. I hate to say it, but Mrs holy has finally shown signs of impending dementia. She was talking on her iPhone to her deaf old mum, who wanted some info on how to do something with her iPhone. Mrs Holy makes the statement “hang on a mo, I need to go and find my phone so I can talk you through it” and she gets up from the sofa and goes out into the kitchen to look for her phone.
I yell out the obvious” you are using it” amid fits of laughter.

  10. My biggest concern in any major disaster like this is when the Civil Defense and Police take over. At that point everything turns to a cluster fuck. I was a witness to a motorcycle accident in Ponsonby many years ago. A few of us had started directing traffic around the non fatal scene and traffic was moving reasonably well…until plod arrived and caused absolute chaos closing of roads and causing a major traffic jam. Idiots. Remember the time they closed a major Auckland road for hours as someone could not find the fucking camera? What the police need to do is look after the vulnerable and keep scum away. Most other people will survive as we have something known as survival instincts. They have worked for the last few million years ever since we stood up and stared the old sabre tooth down…

    • And they play to concerts that create lots of garbage. I have never heard nor seen one of them tell their concert-goers to take their rubbish home as we do in our parks. When that happens I might listen. Till then he is just an ugly that never could sing.

    • The fiddlers and the diddlers of hollywoody are afraid. Their cache of children is being cut off methodically.
Best defense is an offence. Change the narrative.
Watch the outspoken, like Rob Reiner (Meathead off Archie Bunker)and De Niro, they are the ones who shout the loudest because they have the most to hide.
They don’t give a flying f..k about the climate. Now… being accountable for your actions is a whole new kettle of fish.
Let’s just watch them squirm. For now.

  11. WG.
I don’t know what you think about Millie.
But, jeez she doesn’t seem like an ideal spokesperson for domestic abuse victims.
    Partner murdered, gang connections etc
Why are her choices suddenly societies fault?

She also warned other women not to ignore controlling behaviour or red flags in the early stages of a relationship.

    “Wake up,” said Elder-Holmes.
    WTF!

  12. Muslim student calls out educational institute for uploading ‘Islamophobic’ lecture content

The quote — sourced from a prominent anti-Muslim activist and presented without qualification in online lecture material — left Ms Quddus feeling “disempowered” and bewildered that a claim she described as “sickening in its bigotry” would be part of her tertiary studies.

“Given what happened in Christchurch, and a huge movement we have of far-right extremism and political campaigns that seek to vilify most Muslims, within that climate it’s not very helpful to be discussing these things in a way that seems like it supports these ideas,” Ms Quddus said.

    https://www.abc.net.au/news/2019-09-08/islamophobic-content-alleged-in-holmesglen-institute-lectures/11483392

Oki dokey… ignore the facts…got it.

    • Where can I download the content?
This is what happens when you let a certain percentage of muslims into our beautiful western countries.
They start to demand and dictate things.
Forgetting the fact that they don’t contribute anything to the country.

    • It seems to shut down debate and discussion on the topic as the words
      ~ “islamophobic”
      ~ “negative ideas”
~ “steps to address the issue and prevent it happening again”
~ “this incident as a catalyst to further review its professional development in diversity, cultural safety, and competency with the Institute’s educators,”
~ “experience learning in an inclusive way and in a place that is committed to positive action.”
~ “enter mediation with the institute but worries that her experience is not an isolated one”
~ “something systematically wrong in the system that led to this happening,”
~ “It’s really a tip of the iceberg situation in my opinion.”
~ “inclusion of the materials suggested a level of prejudice exists in the Australian community”.
~ “means that they’ve been very naive and frankly rather slack”.
      ~ etc.. etc….

That way the doctrines of islam are to be seen as benign and not to be discussed.
A very “peaceful” stealthy way of jihad; using the “pen as the sword” and using all the politically correct, muli-cultural, safety and health systems etc..,, yeah right.

    • I wonder if that muslim student can re interpret this?

Former Pakistan cricketer Javed Miandad threatening India while holding a sword: Pehle main balle se chakka marta tha, ab talwar se insaan maaronga (If I can hit six with a bat, why can’t I swing sword.. I used to hit sixes with bat, now I’ll kill humans with sword)…
      https://twitter.com/navneet_mundhra/status/1168048060674371584?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E1168048060674371584&ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.jihadwatch.org%2F2019%2F09%2Fpakistan-former-cricketer-threatens-india-if-i-can-hit-a-six-with-a-bat-cant-i-kill-a-man-with-a-sword

The moderate muslim must be joking, yeah right.

9:3 A proclamation to the people from God [allah] and His apostle on the day of the greater pilgrimage:

God [allah] and His apostle are under no obligation to the idolaters. If you repent, it shall be well with you; but if you give no heed, know that you shall not be immune from God’s [allah] judgement.

Proclaim a woeful punishment to the unbelievers,

9:4 except to those idolaters who have honoured their treaties with you in every detail and aided none against you. With these keep faith, until their treaties have run their term. God [allah] loves the righteous.

9:5 When the sacred months are over slay the idolaters wherever you find them. Arrest them, besiege them, and lie in ambush everywhere for them. If they repent and take to prayer and render the alms levy, allow them to go their way. God [allah] is forgiving and merciful.

9:6 If an idolater seeks asylum with you, give him protection so that he may hear the Word of God [allah], and then convey him to safety. For the idolaters are ignorant men.

Yep, all will be ok; when you are guided by the followers and listen to allah, and do not forget to pay the jizyah

  13. Kiwiblog moderation is working well!

    Maggie Pie:

    ~ ALERT ~
Just a frendly reminder to the group – new series of MAFS starts tonite 8:30 on Three straight after the auction final of The Block at 7. I’ve already had dinner and off now for a early shower.
    Talk tomorrow

    Me:

    Maggy:

new series of MAFS starts tonite

Do you know if MAFS will feature “two beautiful young daughters dressed in modern western tight jeans and blouses , revealing lovely supple body proportions , including small but ample breasts”? If not, then Stephieboy will probably go to bed early 🙂

I posted my comment at 7.45pm. It’s now 9.05pm and my comment is still in moderation.

After-dark Kiwiblog banter used to be enjoyable, with give and take on both sides, but now it’s an oasis of silence.
