    • As predicted, Labour and the Coalition will turn on the victims. How long before the media does? Two maybe three days? Longer?

    • What a disgraceful pos Peters is.

The evidence from where he sits indeed, like his phoney law suit or the evidence he saw about the budget leak? The man is a phoney blow hard!

He’ll await the QC’s report, the one that is not going to be published as indicated by PriNZess this morning on RNZ. Then with reference to JLR, he was the perp who was given a chance to rectify matters, but instead went nuclear with the help of Slater, Lusk and Peters. Not comparable, go and rest you brain, liver and kidney with your mate Johnnie Walker.

      • Why would these females and males except Jacinda’s plan it can only end in more hurt and humiliation from the Labour Party with the help of the sex deviate. The reason Robertson has apparently kept his tongue is he is donkey deep in it and the sex perpetrator has some powerful allies in the Labour Party. Jacinda’s main aim is to get this inquiry to whitewash the facts release only what is necessary to keep everyone happy.

    • Jacinda on ZB – reverts to uhhmming and ahhing when she get caught in the lie

Here is the PM on Mike Hosking this morning, I’ve been commenting positively on how socialist Cindy has been working hard on her uuhhhhms and ahhhs.

However, the moment Mike presents the lie that she’s caught herlsef in (ie the fact that Mike raised it with her 5 weeks ago and she denied it last Monday), she reverts to the old hesitant speech patterns peppered with uhhm and ahhhs. I think they are ‘tells’ showing she’s being economical with the truth.

As always, socialist Cindy’s lack of intellectual horsepower is shown up as she is once again reverting to the only problem-solving tool that she knows – she has put in place a fucking “process”. Such autistic one-dimensionalism demonstrates that she has no idea of what’s right and wrong or how to be leaderful when presented with leadership moments – she can only ‘put in place a process’.

I find the continual reaching for ever more inquiries to be cynical in the extreme. If the first one didn’t work, why then would the next? And if, as we all are coming to suspect, there is a systemic problem with sexual abuse in the Labour party (consistent with what we see in socialists across the western world) will socialist Cindy’s answer be to trigger even more inquiries ad infinitum?

This is all about treating us, the voters like we’re stupid sheeple and the more they play for time, the more I am worried that Labour and her globalist NWO masters are cooking up an atrocity to distract us sheeple from the fatal abuse culture that permeates Labour.

The real problem with the government is that socialist Cindy is a puppet, a Manchurian candidate with not one whit of what is required to lead a country.

Occupying… ruins … once great civilisation.

Speech too I would think as those two things definitely feature in criticisms of Jacinda, and Simon too but then he did Law and doesn’t umm or arrgh..

    • The more bombastic Peters is, the more of a bluff he’s trying to fool people with. Why our thicko journalists never call him out over it is a source of amazement.

The more he blusters, the more he’s lying. It’s the one transparent thing about this government.

    • Especially jet fuel. They might be able to do without the other things but flying to junkets are the highest priority for the self-respecting Greens. Whether it’s the head honcho of Greenpeace flying to work (and back) to our very own Climate Change Minister, flying everywhere sets them apart from the common man.

(Or Al Gore, Prince Charles and Harry etc.)

          • Many years ago (like back in 1992, at the time I was living abroad), I was visiting friends and round the kitchen table we were talking politics (as usual). During the conversation, the matriarch of the house (who shall remain nameless, as those who know the history of the ECB National Party will know whom I am talking of) complained bitterly how Murray was never in the electorate “now that he was a Minister”. My helpful comment was along the lines, “rather Murray being a Minister than Garry Knapp still being our MP”. For which I got the matriarch’s glare.

    • I imagine that she’ll be giving Prime Minister Abe a right talking to for his country’s blatant white supremacy in banning Islam in their peaceful, terrorist-free, civil nation.

Then again, as far as we know Abe isn’t into covering up violent sexual abusers in his party – so maybe he’s a good dude after all.

  2. The ministry has been working closely with Gisborne iwi Rongowhakaata to ensure the stories of Captain Cook’s first encounter with Māori in Tūranganui ā Kiwa are told from a tangata whenua lens.

The Rongowhakaata trust general manager, Amohaere Houkamau, told RNZ last year the commemoration would give the iwi a platform to tell their story, and seek an apology for the atrocities brought upon their people when Captain Cook arrived on their shores.

    • Do the Kiwis descendant from Captain Cook not deserve to have their stories told from an European lens?

There’s too much discrimination in NZ lately. Much like South Africa went from Apartheid to Truth and Reconciliation, NZ has swung from being a reasonably well balanced country to one of positive discrimination in favour of minorities.

Don Brash has the right of it; we’re one people, one country. The sooner we remove the racism of Maoridom from government and start treating all our people the same, the better.

      • I don’t think Capt. Cook had any children that had children of their own.

        https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/James_Cook

Cook married Elizabeth Batts, the daughter of Samuel Batts, keeper of the Bell Inn in Wapping[10] and one of his mentors, on 21 December 1762 at St Margaret’s Church, Barking, Essex.[11] The couple had six children: James (1763–1794), Nathaniel (1764–1780, lost aboard HMS Thunderer which foundered with all hands in a hurricane in the West Indies), Elizabeth (1767–1771), Joseph (1768–1768), George (1772–1772) and Hugh (1776–1793, who died of scarlet fever while a student at Christ’s College, Cambridge). When not at sea, Cook lived in the East End of London. He attended St Paul’s Church, Shadwell, where his son James was baptised. Cook has no direct descendants—all of his children died before having children of their own.

Wellingtonians keep on voting with their chardonnay glasses and so they deserve the sky-rocketing rates, the urban gridlock, the lack of parking, the broken bus services, white elephant council investment strategy and the fucking rainbow crossings.

Their only relief will come when Robertson moves to the list and Lester steps in to the Wellington Central Labour safe seat and yes, the dumb fuckers will vote him in as their MP.

  5. Why did the UK get a good one and we got Golly G?

If you are interested in Brexit as the greatest political soap opera there’s ever been, then may I commend this youtuber to you.

I must issue a warning here, the liberal fascists (who may be watching YSB with horror as viewing numbers go up) will have pegged all the regular posters here as rayshist, white supremacist, alt-right, islamophobic nazis – so following this channel is going to confuse them. This youtuber’s name is Mayhar Tousi (his channel is the fastest growing conservative channel at the moment). So just to be clear he’s a bit non-white (which I know for all of us on YSB is as immaterial as if he’s from Mars, because all we care about is the content of his heart and not the colour of his skin).

In fact, he’s the offspring of Persian refugees (actual refugees as opposed to country shoppers like so many of the faux Persian refugees flashing their not-really bombed-on, holocaust-defending victim cards for left wing political gains).

Aside from the fact that I enjoy Mayhar’s common-sense, non-hysterical analysis of what’s going on with Brexit, I am continually astounded that the UK was so lucky in getting this young fellow at the same time as we were so cursed with our own Persian import. Why did we get the vicious, hate-filled, racist, misandryist pig and they got the common sense, calm, rational one?

    • the liberal fascists (who may be watching YSB with horror as viewing numbers go up) will have pegged all the regular posters here as rayshist, white supremacist, alt-right, islamophobic nazis

I’m a liberal. The people you describe as “liberal fascists” are not liberals. They’re fascist authoritarians and stand for the opposite of freedom, but they’ve gulled many people into believing they are liberal.

Reclaim that word for the people who are true liberals.

      0

      0

      • Agreed Pascal. You are a ‘liberal’. I suspect in the pure sense of the word I’m a liberal.
        Cindy is a ‘liberal fascist’.

Language is always evolving to keep pace with culture. To be honest, I don’t think the old model’s for describing political inclinations have any place in the post-truth world of today. My personal belief is that, as a degenerating civilisation, we are devolving into two distinct and realigned camps:
        – good
        and
        – evil

The good is characterised by all the traditional virtues of western civilisation (individuality, nationhood, equality of opportunity, freedom of speech, democracy, humour, satire, laughter, family, love).

The evil is embodied by globalism (late stage abortion, conformity, neo-feudalism dressed up as federalism, hate-speech policing, undemocratic statism, offence archaeology, intersectional politics, equality of outcome, envy, destruction of the family, hate).

In the new, post-truth world, there is no reclaiming to be had. Humpty dumpty can never be put back together again. We are watching the next iteration unfold, we need to be ready to adapt to what that might look like – with new labels, compounding old words (like the hate-filled fascists on the “left”) to create new insults.

But that’s just my opinion, different from yours but I think there’s room for both in our tolerant, alt-right, rayshist, white supremacist, islamaphobic YSB bubble. 🙂

        0

        0

        • True that. Good vs evil is perhaps a bit polar from my viewpoint, but I agree with the virtues you are listing so all good.

  7. Duncan Garner: Heat is on Grant Robertson over Labour sexual assault allegations
    https://www.newshub.co.nz/home/politics/2019/09/duncan-garner-heat-is-on-grant-robertson-over-labour-sexual-assault-allegations.html

“Grant knows because Grant has to know. Grant is the gatekeeper, the keeper of standards, he likes to run the show, and he likes to know the gossip.”

“He has so much to do with these young staff members. But Grant knowing everything is a curse in this instance because, if Grant knew, then I have to think Jacinda knew and then Brand Ardern collapses.”

    0

    • “I believe I have acted in every stage as the person you would expect me to… I stand by my integrity.”

She’s not wrong there. The majority of us would have likely expected her to lie about events, hide her involvement and otherwise behave exactly as she has. She’s kept the level of integrity expected of her.

Somebody should probably warn Jacinda Ardern that what people think of her is not quite the picture her inner circle and all those kindergarten visits have painted for her though …

      0

      0

      • Agreed. If I’d been asked at the start how socialist Cindy would’ve handled it – I would have said she’d:
        – duck, dive, vacillate and waffle and generally do anything decisive or effective, then
after things blew up in her face
        – lie, deflect, excuse herself, lie a bit more and be generally unaccountable, probably throwing in a bit of victim behaviour herself before finishing up in an orgy of victim-blaming.

So in that regard, truly Jacinda has acted at every stage as I would have expected her to.

So now that we’ve established (from the horse’s mouth herself) that she has a strong command of the ‘bleeding obvious’ does she have any integrity or anything leaderful to offer up to end this weeping sore of an international embarrassment? Or is she going to trust to hope and wait it out?

        0

  9. James O’Brien v Jacob Rees-Mogg On Brexit –
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DF3OQkWEyZA
    22 mins

Listen to this interview discussing WTO trade with the interviewer having no interest in listening to trade. The example is beef.
Remember James O’Brien, it was Britain who had a nationwide outbreak of Bovine spongiform encephalopathy, commonly known as mad cow disease. (a transmissible spongiform encephalopathy and fatal neurodegenerative disease in cattle that may be passed to humans who have eaten infected flesh. BSE causes a spongiform degeneration of the brain and spinal cord.)

    0

    • Thank you WG – what an appalling little prick that O’Brien fellow is? I suspect James O’Brien might have a bit of a dose of Mad Cow disease himself.

Idiots like him are the very personification of why trust in the media is at an all time low. He’s clearly made his mind up that he loathes Rees-Mogg and that everything he says is wrong, it’s tough to see a reason why you’d actually interview a person if you already know everything about a subject and your only objective is to pick a fight.

He’d not be out of place at our very own flagship of dumbfuckery in journalism – Stuff.

    https://thespinoff.co.nz/politics/16-09-2019/two-statements-on-the-labour-party-inquiry/

        Who though?

The police have become a political animal and it would need to be somebody that can force actual, non-redacted pieces of information from Labour. Good luck with that.

        0

    • He’s a leftie. Look how they have all responded the same way, deny, obfuscate and lie. Nothing to do with me, look over there and blame the complainants. In the past women were called hysterical by these lying pricks. I can’t imagine how the 12 complainants would believe accusing a chosen party member from the PM’s close circle would benefit their passion to rise through the Labour party ranks. It doesn’t ring true as a set up by the complainants.

      0

      0

    • Because it allowed Jacinda to say that since there were conflicting accounts that she must allow the QC to investigate. If proven, if he is practicing and is found out in a lie, I wonder if the Law Society will investigate?

“I’ll also continue New Zealand’s leadership on the Christchurch Call to Action to eliminate terrorist and violent extremist content online.

“A stock take on the progress made by countries, technology companies and civil society on the Christchurch Call will help to ensure we maintain momentum on the next steps.”

This from a Prime Minister that helps her party hide sexual abuse. She has no credibility left.

  14. Shoppers lash out at vegan protest inside Countdown St Lukes
    https://www.newshub.co.nz/home/lifestyle/2019/09/shoppers-lash-out-at-vegan-protest-inside-countdown-st-lukes.html

“Get that out of my face, I’m disgusted you guys are even here in my supermarket while I’m trying to buy my food,” one man said.

Another woman took issue with being filmed and followed Rippon while shouting they did not have permission to get her on camera.”

So the protesters are intimidating shoppers going about their lawful business. I will be avoiding Countdown until they stop these protesters entering their premises.

    0

    0

    • This brings to mind the discussion about safe spaces for protests around abortion clinics. The protesters should not have been inside Countdown, disrupting people shopping. Their right to protest does harm to the rights of people wanting to buy meat.

They should have been standing a few paces outside handing out their leaflets and speaking on loudhailers, etc. That way both sets of rights can be exercised without infringing on each-other.

However, I suspect their intention was not a peaceful protest but a confrontational one. That’s why they wanted to be where people choose their meat so they can be in their faces and bothering them. That’s no longer peaceful, but confrontational.

      0

      0

    • I won’t be avoiding Countdown at all. If I see any vegan fuckface in my local Countdown I’ll give them a real piece of my mind. Probably start a riot TBH.

A few years ago I created a ruckus by loudly telling 3 Muslims who were praying on the floor in Lynnmall to fuck off. It got very heated and when security arrived I told them to eject these people and tell them our shopping centre isn’t a mosque. The Muslims quickly left.

Vegans? Try it on you cunts.

    • Tell them to Fuck off. I don’t care if they want to starve themselves to death eating mung beans, but hey will not tell me what I can eat and what I can’t. Smelly, commie cunts, the lot of them.

    • Yup.
I listened to 4 min 15 secs of bleating muslims on RNZ last night……. by mistake.
Upshot was, if you get bullied or teased you can bring your extended family here on the taxpayer.
      Cheers Labour.
I was just wondering, you know, while thought is still un-policed, if I can work longer, pay more tax, eat way less and have my very existence deleted due to the colour of my skin ? It’s happening?
      Cheers Labour.

  15. Maori anti-Cook claims
These self proclaimed Maori historians are making stuff up and relying on stories past down like Kunta Kintai
Will this be the history taught in our schools?

    • Melahi had posted a comment which wasn’t showing up on Have Your Say. That led her to believe that she was being censored on YSB, the home of free speech. (May very well have been the login / cache issues – we’ve all seen those)

The responses weren’t to her liking, so she somehow managed to delete her own post after the normal, timelimits had expired. I suspect it was through some mechanism in WordPress; at which point Editor took over.

  17. Melahi thought she was being targeted by Ed or something paranoid and has left in a huff. Hope she comes back sometime.

  18. I don’t think zhee was able to generate enough traffic to zherr various blogs via YSB so zhee got the pip and left. Pity though… zhee was a good writer and put up some interesting material.

    • You’d certainly want to be on solid tucker before you read the crap.

Yet it shows that two years can turn a show pony into dog roll. 🙂

  19. As Agnes’ heart stopped her conscious being discerned a brilliant light & she followed it down a tunnel.

It became an escalator & at the top of the escalator she found the famed pearly gates to Heaven. To the side of the gates was a hole. She glanced down the hole & saw that it was a chute down to Hell. She could see an enormous room with a banqueting table loaded with crayfish, steak, caviar, vintage wines, fruit, Cognac, & other such fine fare. An orchestra played & the room was filled with the sound of carousing from the happy adulterers, tyrants, murderers, rapists, homosexuals, paedophiles & Kiwiblog moderators.

Then the pearly gates swung open & St Peter welcomed her into Heaven. Before long she was with God & Jesus but puzzled that Heaven seemed empty. After a while Jesus said to her ,”Agnes, I’m going to open a tin of corned beef so we can have sandwiches. Is that OK with you?”

Agnes replied “Lord I am puzzled, I saw Hell & the Godless people live in great luxury. I have led a good life. I suppose that I had hoped Heaven would be better than Hell?”

Jesus sighed & replied, “I know but it’s just not worth the effort of cooking for the four of us!”

  20. The victims are becoming more and more invisible. Like ghosts.
I bet labour wishes those nasty apparitions would disappear forever.
    Tough shit!
    Not gonna happen.

  21. And now the media are rejoicing Cindy is to meet Trump. Handy that a something, anything came along to replace the difficult questions Cindy has been facing for the past week or more over ‘scandal gate’. The fact that the distraction is the most hated person on the planet for lefties seems to have been conveniently forgotten. What a joyous and timely distraction. ?

    • If she calls him “orange man bad”, he can always call her “red commie, lying bitch worse!”
Melania might whisper a few choice words in her ear.

  22. Winston Peters labels Labour sexual assault claims ‘innuendo’, NZ First MPs back him up

    https://www.newshub.co.nz/home/politics/2019/09/winston-peters-labels-labour-sexual-assault-claims-innuendo-nz-first-mps-back-him-up.html

“Winston Peters has wasted no time wading into the Labour Party investigation, calling the allegations “unfounded fiction”, an “orgy of speculation”, and “innuendo”.

Winston looking for some media coverage by putting himself in the middle of the mess!

      • The “unfounded fiction”, an “orgy of speculation”, and “innuendo” had something to do with his hospital visit. Penis extension I think.
So yes, the media whores are likely “to go after him”.

    • The media are too scared of the old buzzard’s bluster and obfuscation. He knows he can get away with his wild statements and the back up of his NZF clan. His hatred for Paula Bennett and scoring points against her seems to have been the catalyst for his outburst rather than the Labour victims themselves.

    • After the meningococcus vaccine shortage up north they were never going to admit to not having enough MMR on hand for the measles outbreak. And, wasn’t there a limited number of flu vaccines this year? The Minister of health has been assuring us for weeks there is no shortage of measles vaccine but that some areas have taken priority over other areas for delivery. 52000 doses have just arrived in the country. If that isn’t a shortage then what do you call it? ?
