If New Zealand were to join Australia, how would it be done?
a. Would the whole of NZ become a single new Australian state?
b. Would the North and South Islands become two new separate Australian states?
c. Would a combination of a) and b) above be merged with an existing Australian state? For example, all of New Zealand is merged with Tasmania? Or the South Island is merged with Tasmania and the North Island is merged with NSW?

Te Whatu Ora Waikato said it was at 103% occupancy on Monday with 143 patients in its ED at 6pm, one of the busiest periods it has experienced.
