  1. “The Government’s plan to crack down on ram raids has been given a stinging rebuke by Attorney-General David Parker, who says it is inconsistent with the Bill of Rights Act (BORA) on multiple grounds.”

Sorry. I’m a little lost here. What does he mean? What is he trying to prove? Is it deflection?
Scrotes are breaking the law. Where does the BORA come into it?

    • Mikey, here is one of Parker’s excuses and a reason he claims this Bill will violate the Bill of Rights Act.

“the right to freedom of expression.”

I did not realise that Ram Raiding was “a Freedom of Expression” but guess you learn something everyday.

How dumb am I? I thought a Ram Raid was straight out wanton vandalism, theft and destruction, violence and a path to gang membership. How stupid of me not to see it as a “Freedom of Expression?

      Then Parker says this.

“They are unlikely to understand the impact of their actions or to comprehend criminal proceedings,”

But in the same “Urgent Sitting” of Parliament while he is talking about 16 year old’s not “comprehending any criminal proceedings”, this Labour Government and David Parker as Attorney General, under “Urgency” are passing Legislation to allow 16 year old’s to Vote in Local Body Elections that make decisions that affect all Ratepayers.

Spare me! Either Parker and Labour are being disingenuous, are lying or both. And if he is only meaning 12 or 13 can’t “comprehend criminal proceedings” at what age do they then “comprehend criminal proceedings”, 15 and 3/4, the day before their 16th Birthday, the Tuesday after they turn 14. This just shows Labour and Parker deserve the 14th of October and what is coming to them on that day.

    • What about the rights of the humans whose lives are being fucked up by those little feral scrotes?

Interesting that grumpy old Parker is taking another shot at his own party’s policies though. Trouble at t’mill?

  2. This guy goes to the pet store not really sure what he’s looking for but just browsing when he comes across a parrot in the back. The sales associate comes along and says oh look you found Chet. He sings Christmas songs. The guy goes oh really? Sure says the associate. You take a lighter under his left foot he sings one song put a lighter under the right foot he sings a different song. The guy thinks that’s pretty cool so he buys Chet and takes him home. He’s really curious at this point so he grabs a lighter and put it under the right foot and Chet starts singing “Jingle Bells”. Cool! Puts the lighter under the left foot and the parrot sings “I’m dreaming of a white Christmas”. Then he gets a thought what if I put a lighter under both feet? Grabs a second lighter and gets this… “Chet’s nuts roasting on an open fire”…

  4. An elderly lady was somewhat lonely and decided that she needed a pet to keep her company. So off to the pet shop, she went. She searched, and nothing seemed to catch her interest except this one ugly frog.
As she walked by the barrel he was in, he looked up and winked at her! He whispered, “I’m lonely too, buy me and you won’t be sorry.” The old Lady figured, what the heck, as she hadn’t found anything else.
So, she bought the frog and went to her car. Driving down the road, the frog whispered to her, “Kiss me, you won’t be sorry.” So, the old lady figured what the heck and kissed the frog.
Immediately the frog turned into an absolutely gorgeous, sexy, handsome young prince. Then the prince kissed her back, and you know what the old lady turned into?
The first motel she could find…She’s old, not dead!

    There hope out there Lizzie.

Get set for the last ‘blue supermoon’ until 2032

Stargazers are about to be treated a blue supermoon: a rare lunar spectacle that won’t be seen again in New Zealand’s night skies for nearly a decade.

The rare display, appearing on Thursday, will be the biggest and brightest moon of any this year – and also the second super full moon to appear in a single calendar month.

While a blue moon occurred once every two to three years, one that coincided with a supermoon was rarer.

The last blue supermoon was in 2009, and the next wasn’t due until 2032.

  7. A decision by the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) government to decriminalise the use of illicit drugs, including heroin and ice, has sparked alarm from authorities.

From October 2023, heroin, meth, and cocaine will be decriminalised in the ACT, but authorities are warning the move could promote drug-fuelled culture in Australia’s capital territory.

Decriminalisation involves the removal of a criminal penalty for using or possessing small amounts of drugs. It differs from legalisation, where drugs are regulated and allowed to be sold and bought according to government rules.

    https://www.theepochtimes.com/world/authorities-criticise-move-to-decriminalise-use-of-cocaine-heroin-and-ice-in-canberra-5482238?utm_source=Aomorningbriefnoe&src_src=Aomorningbriefnoe&utm_campaign=Aomb-2023-08-29&src_cmp=Aomb-2023-08-29&utm_medium=Aoemail&est=IWdL%2BYoV4d%2BXtYPr5kRSLXZe0h%2F8NVcmx8lzhrFxJ5kwcdh4kYYpXZk8%2FNVaLw0%3D

Que a lot of police whinging. Just decriminalising the small use with a fine instead. Still not legal as such.

    • I am here Viking, I did not get up too early this morning and when I did the heat pump light was blinking as it was too cold for it to keep going, then had to take the dogs out, it was very frosty out at the dog park as well, its very cold in Hamilton this morning but sun shining. Cloudy skies as well. Yep Yep I am still alive Saggy for better or worse.
Be careful out there you all know the rest……… I am off to the supermarket hope it isn’t a day when it gets hijacked by a tribe of ferals. I hope to buy a tub of Delmaine chilli jam its my favourite thing at the moment and its not often you can get it, not sure if its so popular it flies off the shelf or they don’t make very much of it? On cheese and crackers or cold meat its delicious. That is my tip for the day. Enjoy life while you still can.

    • More likely the opposite – the parents don’t care. A mate was telling me about a gang member he was working with the other day. The bloke used to give his eight year old son a hundy and tell him to get lost. The kid would end up cruising with boy racers till the early hours of the morning!

      • Yep. We pay women to breed them.

Benefits are not for kids. They are for women. Feminist man haters (and their simps) did this to replace the male provider with the State. There are no winners. Men are worse off, women are miserable, the kids are train wrecks.

        Simps are to blame.

    • … Children aged 10-13 can’t be charged unless their offending is very serious and car theft doesn’t reach that threshold. ….
So not only taking the car, reckless, dangerous, speeding, ramming etc.. is also not serious?
So is aggravated robbery, injuring people ever serious?

…. a 14-year-old passenger from the stolen car appeared in Youth Court. ….
…. breached the conditions of her bail and it wasn’t the first time. ….
…. showing signs of promise …..
… “If you don’t know, how can I trust you?” the judge asked, before giving her a last chance warning.

The repetition of this proves there is not even one Einstein brain cell in NZ’s Judiciary.

The real issue as Kea points out, that New Zealanders Aotearoians go along with this, by supporting political parties to put up the legislation in supporting break down of family.
That is to have responsibility & accountability.
Covered by the industry basis of Poverty creates Crime.

It is Crime that creates Poverty !

      • Edit as this is in the wrong context.
…. That is to have responsibility & accountability. …

That is to REMOVE responsibility & accountability.

Another form of conning the people to further costly wealth distribution, in keeping many others dependent on the State, and themselves in a form of fear, by that terrorism tactic.

Then the word salad from the industry of experts, Judiciary, on crime who account for nothing, producing Cultural Reports etc. even by gangs themselves.

Another form of devious malfeasance, a “kindness & well-being” industry based on corruption to push people far away from the concept of responsibility & accountability in so many ways.
To remove independence but to pressure people to be in the community collective. 🙁

  8. Big day for National. Their tax policy will either make them , or break them to a certain extent. Labour will have a team on standby ready to dissect this tax policy down to its nth degree. Leftwing media will have Jenna Lynch and Jessica on standby. They will tell us what we don’t need to know in a breathless tone. Well Jessica at least. 9. An ex-CIA operative named Arti had a younger sister always getting into mischief.

Arti’s sister was beautiful, you see. She would use her looks to get things she wanted, but when she got in over her head, she’d always fall back on big brother Arti’s special set of skills to help her out. And since he retired early (after becoming partially disabled saving the President’s life from a would-be assassin), he always ended up helping her/enabling more exploits.

One day, his sister met an 80-year old billionaire and began dating him hoping to cash in from his Will when he croaks (“hopefully soon” as she put it). She told Arti this on the phone and he immediately becomes wary. “Sis, you know this is a bad idea. Once again, you don’t know what you’re getting yourself into!” She blows him off, enjoying her 5-star hotels and private jets, and then the big day came – the old geezer proposed with a diamond the size of a ring pop. She enthusiastically said “Yes!” and they married on his private island in the Pacific. It was a ridiculous sight – a slumping, 80-year old magnate and his beautiful, dolled-up bride, 50 years his junior.

But things change very quickly. Before the marriage, she was living lavishly – using his platinum credit card to her heart’s desire, driving luxury cars (or better yet, being chauffeured), and travelling the world in style. But after the honeymoon, the geriatric fat-cat laid down some rules for his wife – a $5k monthly LIMIT on the platinum card, ONE international trip per year, chauffeur only on WEEKENDS, and more – it was too much for her to bear. And even worse, his health was seemingly improving! He was always bragging about his perfect health report from his doctor and even running 5ks and swimming laps in their indoor pool. He had top-of-the-line medical professionals and physical therapists on call 24/7 for any slight deficiency or physical malady. “I can’t die! My work is too important!” he would joke, but his wife started to think it was true.

After a year of this, Arti’s sister called him up. “Brother, I can’t take this anymore. He tracks me everywhere I go, limits my spending, I can’t even have my girlfriends over to our private cocktail bar! I feel like a prisoner. You have to help me…” “And what do you propose, oh genius sister of mine?” Arti replied sarcastically, having heard this plea many times before. The phone went silent. “Arti I…I need you to kill him.” Arti hung up. He wouldn’t entertain this. But his sister was desperate. She called back repeatedly and insisted on her demand, pestering him for months. “If you kill him, I’ll give you any sum you need to leave the country, form a new identity, live on a remote island – anything you need! The Will is going to make me a fortune enough for both of us!”

After months of thinking, Arti once again failed to say no to his helpless sister. He agreed to one last assassination, then he was done helping her for good. He began tracking the old man’s routine, following his entourage discreetly trying to find the best method to take out the businessman. He discovered there was ONE occasion when he was all alone – each week, there was an Amish farmer’s market he would go to anonymously to take in some privacy and brush shoulders with the common folk. There were lots of stalls and trailers and carts that obscured everyone’s view. With his fibre wire, a well-timed strangulation would take less than a minute and he could walk away in the crowd, home free.

Then the day came. He followed the old man through the farmer’s market, ensuring no guards were with him. Then, after a half hour or so, the old man turned a corner toward the edge of the market and Arti’s heart began racing. He couldn’t believe his luck – the old man…was going to take a piss! He intentionally walked to a place out-of-view to relieve himself and Arti took his chance. His fibre wire was around the old man’s neck one second, and the job was done. His arteries had been severed and he bled out before he suffocated. Arti turned to make his getaway in the blended crowd and froze – a man with an armful of corn was staring at him – a witness. Arti had no choice. He lunged forward with his fibre wire and strangled the life out of the witness as well – but not before the victim was able to let out a warning scream and attract attention. The plan failed. Arti tried running away, but his escape was foiled due to his partial disability and he was in police custody within the hour.

To make a bad situation even worse, the old man was never planning on making his sister a rich widow – she found a hidden copy in his safe, which read, “to my selfish wife: I’ve always seen through your cold, material heart, and to teach you a lesson, I leave you $1.00.” A billionaire and a blameless bystander – dead for so little. While the plotting widow would eventually become infamous, initial reports focused solely on the double-murder, as summed up in one newspaper headline:

“At the Farmer’s Market, Arti Chokes Two for $1.00”

  10. With the multi million dollar tribal settlements, one would think that the tribes would be paying to rebuild their own marae. Upgrade them or even build new marae if you didn’t have one.
So how come it’s always other people fronting up with the cash and not been able to use the facilities, except in a state of emergency?
Even then you have to wonder how many after taking in tribal members for free food and lodgings,

Huge, Chilling Study on mRNA Genic Serums’ Serious Adverse Reactions

An anthological research summarizing all the most important studies on the pathologies caused by the antiCovid mRNA genic serums was published on June 17, peer-reviewed on July 17, accepted on July 24 and published on August 17 in the specialized journal Biomedicine of the authoritative Swiss medical journals MDPI.

It is entitled “Spikeopathy”: COVID-19 Spike Protein Is Pathogenic, from Both Virus and Vaccine mRNA.

Australian University Research Based on 253 International Studies
It was published by Australian scientists Peter I Parry of the Children’s Health Clinical Research Unit, Faculty of Medicine, University of Queensland, South Brisbane, Australia, Astrid Lefringhausen, Robyn Cosford and Julian Gillespie, Children’s Health Defense (Australia Chapter) , Huskisson, Conny Turni, Microbiological Research, QAAFI (Queensland Alliance for Agriculture and Food Innovation), University of Queensland, St. Lucia, Christopher J. Neil, Department of Medicine, University of Melbourne, Melbourne, and Nicholas J. Hudson, School of Agriculture and Food Sciences, University of Queensland, Brisbane.

It is a colossal work of scientific literature based on 253 studies in which the most significant ones are cited on the toxicity of the Spike protein and of the vaccines that trigger it in the body through mRNA vectors, published in the last two years by the scientists we have repeatedly mentioned on Gospa News since the first months of distribution of these new experimental and dangerous pharmacological biotechnologies at the beginning of 2021.

In fact, the works on autoimmune diseases by the American biophysicist Stephanie Seneff, a scientist at the prestigious MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) in Cambridge, an by is compatriot cardiologist Peter McCullough , those on the risks of cancer by the British oncologist Angus Dalgleish, those of the genomics expert Kevin McKernan on the cellular replication of DNA Spike plasmids in the human body, those of the American chemist Alana F. Ogatawho was among the first to denounce the dangers of Genetic sera mRNA Moderna (source 52), and obviously the disturbing and revolutionary one by the Italian biochemist Gabriele Segalla on the toxic nanoparticles of the Comirnaty vaccine by Pfizer-Biontech could not be missing.

This is a shocking reading that should lead the world health authorities to immediately stop the administration of mRNA genie serums as the toxicity of Spike is now ascertained.

In the 1980s FDA and some critters were pushing a dodgy drug and not allowing less toxic, less risky drugs to be used.

          • Settle down. Much is made of Bishop Brian opposing mandates & it is true that he was one of the few Kiwis of note who had the guts to stand up to the Covidians. What is ignored is his thinking behind his actions. Eg

            On Covid:

            # Interpreting Ephesians 2:2, which refers to “the prince of the power of the air,” Tamaki said some evil spirits invaded human bodies.

“Satanic spirits control invisibility on a certain level where they can energise.”

            # “Satan has control of atmospheres unless you’re a born-again, Jesus-loving, bible-believing, Holy Ghost-filled, tithe-paying believer,”

            On Cyclone Gabrielle:

            # “That flooding was a result of depravity,” he told followers.

            # “Don’t hate me for this… I see the perversion that is linked to bad weather.”

            On the Kaikoura earthquake:

            # “the world “convulses under the weight of certain human sin”.

            • Meh.
              ACT -ACT- ACT -ACT !
              It’s the only way out!!!
“Under ACT’s fully costed Alternative Budget, Labour’s removal of interest deductibility for residential landlords will be reversed immediately, taking effect in April 2024. This will ease pressure on rents and simplify the tax code.
Landlords have been hit with a double whammy of rising mortgage interest rates and increasing interest deductibility limitations during a cost-of-living crisis. The pressure on landlords and tenants is severe and they need relief now, not in the future.”

but is Bishop Brian any worse than the pricks that push tranny shit to 8 and 9 year olds?
              Mask mandators.
              Uni ‘teachers’
              climate idiots.
              I think not.
And they are backed by mainstream with an active cancel culture.
The Bishop gets a lot of flack but has pretty much copied the Mormon model that essentially gets no mainstream flack.

Bishop Brian stood up to the lock down loonies and even went to prison for it.
More moral fibre than any MPs who may have wanted to talk to parliament protesters (excepting M Pugh)

Sigh, if you want a job done properly these days you have to do it yourself. So let’s join some dots, shall we, @jamespeshaw and @NZGreens ? So you “co-founded” the UK company Future Considerations Ltd, right?

And not only were you a “co founder”, but in your words it was basically “my company”, right?

Now, let the record show that Future Considerations Ltd UK was actually “founded” in October 2002. Any internet sleuths want to tell me when @jamespeshaw first appears in the records of that company, and – more intriguingly – when he disappears?

“New documents show our new national health service was brought into being by a horde of contractors hired for tasks they might not have been suited to do and paid high wages they might not have earned.

An audit at Te Whatu Ora Health New Zealand has found its corporate office included around 1100 contractors, consultants and other temporary workers as of December 2022 – six months after the new agency launched.

    • Kea, the reason why Maori farms are big and the biggest polluters is because IWI have been able to get their hands on all the old Lands & Survey / Landcorp / Pamu large farms. These once went to prospective young farmers Colonialist or Maori by way of a Ballot. Not now, if an IWI want one of these farms which your Taxes pay to develop, they can get it, with funding provided by way of a suspensory loan. Colonialists do not get a look in.

From Whakamaru, through to National Park on the Western side of Lake Taupo, all the (many) Landcorp Farms, with one exception (this being a farm still in Landcorp ownership at National Park) have all, without exception, have gone to IWI, by way of a Trust.

Colonialist young farmers no longer get a look in, but just about all these IWI owned Stations and Farms are Managed by Colonialists. I know, I have had to deal with them in the recent past employment.

‘Labour has failed to adjust tax brackets in six looong years, not even once’

Well little Nicky, notional failed to adjust tax brackets even once in NINE LONG years from 2008 to 2017 even when we had -ha ha -a rock star economy.
there was no tax cut and nor was there any attempt or even an announcement of an announcement to adjust tax brackets.
It was a NO NO for Nats
      Even when raised with them

there has been NO tax cut this century in NZ (tax swap in 2010 where rates were rolled back but offset by GST rise that gave 5 % inflation)
The 180,000+ 39% envy tax has not been removed
The 39% trust tax has not been removed and these are often set up to protect minors and other beneficial reasons .

there is lots of shit that Gnats ‘are going to look into’.
Means nada, not a sausage, Nien mein fuhrer.
      Fuck them.

it is a dog’s breakfast of labour lite policies delivered by the Teal Trifecta
We are knocking on the door of Scandinavian socialism under the Gnats.

Shows how shitty the current situation is when this crap has some appeal.

    https://i.stuff.co.nz/southland-times/news/132841793/terrible-bluff-oyster-season-blamed-on-lack-of-feed-in-ocean

Same happened with the mussel farms once clampdowns on farm runnoff, sewerage, meat processing waste stopped entering the rivers.
Not that its a bad thing but just saying, theres unintended consequences for every action and inaction made.

More details have emerged of the communications breakdown in the hours leading up to the devastating Hawke’s Bay flooding that killed eight people.

A Civil Defence Facebook post reassured residents earlier that night that they didn’t need to evacuate despite emergency officials being told one hour beforehand of “serious concerns” about rising river levels.
