  1. I wonder if the announced impeachment enquiry concerning Joe Biden will cover him having sexual relations with members of his own blood family and actually raping woman in his 30 years in the senate ?
These extra powers given to the house by an impeachment could very well blow the top off the swamp in DC forever, Biden won’t make Xmas 23 as president or be the nominee for POTUS , the black tracker Obama’s Arse must be twitching like an outhouse door in a hurricane as IMHO opinion that filth is the man behind the Whitehouse curtains pulling the strings.
Get the beer and the popcorn stocked up it’s going to be the most entertaining political show for years..

    • Here for your information is what that is about.

Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) announced on Sept. 12 that the House will open an impeachment inquiry to investigate the possible involvement of President Joe Biden in the business dealings of his son Hunter Biden.

“House Republicans have uncovered serious and credible allegations into President Biden’s conduct. Taken together these allegations paint a picture of a culture of corruption,” Mr. McCarthy said.

“Today I am directing our house committee to open a formal impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden. This logical next step will give our committees, the full power to gather all the facts and answers for the American public,” Mr. McCarthy said.

I respectfully suggest you are not the fountain of all knowledge, nor the podium of truth, nor an inspiring uplifting autour.

          • Viking ,FFS it’s taken you 7 hours to come up with that load of shit ,are you the comment czar on YSB Viking ? If you aren’t to offended I’d just say I’ll comment how I like if it’s all the same to you.
Google is not my friend in fact unlike yourself I can happily get through life without Google, I’m not on FB tik tok or any of the other wasted hours tech platforms that consume your life .
As I said before don’t read my comments if they trigger you so badly you old fool.
But at least a little conflict with myself about how badly I post my comments (compared to your brilliant constant plagiarism) has taken your mind off your obsession with the ex pig and failed politician you were assuring YSB was going to be the next PM, LOL.
BTW ,I’m mostly here for the humor, something you know nothing ,absolutely nothing about.

            • You know when you are pointing your finger there always 3 pointing back at you.

It may have taken me a while and that’s because I have several businesses to run or see that they are run in the meantime making the tax to pay you. You should be grateful for my efforts and you should learn to upskill your self as that’s what increases productivity.
You mat not care for Google and you may like to say things without a link but that isn’t the way a blog and people on the blog can get further information about your posts.
Its a continuation of your negative attitude about things. You are totally entitled to be that way of course its your choice but it doesn’t help others to assess said information for yourself.
              So why bother then?

I opted that this morning with genuine desire that others may want to read the info.
If its too early for you go back to bed and sort your attitude towards others.

While you are doing so you might like to look back at what you said about what I have said. Like chippy just lies on your part. Never have I said Matt would be PM. The fact that you called him a pig tells us you probably broke the law and was snapped up more than once.
As for the humour, I think its fairly safe to say that I post more humour than most. That you can’t open tik tock or Fb is your problem
Like I said, Go back to bed and get out the other fucking side each morning.
If you don’t like what is p[ost read on by, I don’t give fuck.

    • The African warlord Obama is also the puppet.
He/she/they is hopeless without a teleprompter.

      Q. How did the chef drown?
      A. I’ll check the teleprompter.

The swamp is a conglomeration of evil pricks that run the show.
Trump resisted the manipulations of the swamp and was roundly attacked -daily -more than once every day – by these filth who come from both demonrat and republican sources; as well as the political staff, advisers and, not limited to, lobbyists.

Biden is a puppet; harris is a puppet and obama was a puppet.
George W Bush was a puppet
GHW Bush was puppeteer – but fortunately R Reagan was able to repel the evil (more often than not) during his 2 terms.

The real news here to be alert to :-
That bald bitch luxon is a soft-cock mega fan of of African warlord obama
      This is concerning.
They are in the same camp and run by the same evil people.
      Key is the local controller.

Exec summary. Never assume obama is smart nor in control of anything.

  2. An entitled Early Settler who has deep roots to this country and we know this because his name is traditional, one Michael Barclay, who incidentally, claims to be a war veteran, having served in some un-named war, gets told to fuck off from a Pub in a foreign country because of his facial scribble.

This entitled Canoe Person states, “I served in the military … for the right to be able to walk down the street, to walk into a hotel or restaurant and not be hassled for who you are.”

Aaaahhh, no you didn’t, you may have thought you were going to your un-named war for that purpose and if that is what the Government of the day claimed they were shipping you off to war for, then sadly you were deluded and you should be taking any claim, you have to the New Zealand Government, not a foreign Government of a country, you, it seems, are not a citizen of.

The Natives of this country, New Zealand, not only to appear, very entitled here, but when they are travelling overseas as well.

All I can say is, if you want to deface yourself, feel free, but you have to accept the consequences of such defacement, just don’t be a weeping, sniveling little schoolgirl about it when the pushback comes.

  3. IAASB. That’s a big list when you consider that only one of the list really matters ” give your Koha (money) to the kaumatua with the envelope”.
The silver lining is that now we know why the maggot Peter’s was so attracted to envelopes stuffed with $100.00 notes especially at the viaduct when consulting about government fisheries negotiations.

      • Howitis , at the time he was seen by 5 or 6 patrons at the club to take an open brown paper bag from a guy I think named subritsky or something similar and stick it in his back pocket ,patrons said it was a wad of cash ,there may have been a court case about the reporting by news organizations at the time but I can’t recall the outcome.

        • Revvy, I think the gentleman you may be referring to, was not Subritsky (he was involved with Waiheke and Hauraki Gulf Shipping) but a Simunovich who was involved, both if my memory is correct, with Kermadec Restaurant and Suminovich Fishing and the very large Suminovich Olive Orchard in the Bombay Hills.

  4. Pass the Tambourine and thank the Lord that it is Christopher Hipkins, we, as a Nation, are subjected too on a daily basis, being in the Dentist Chair with his Gob open and Hipkins always on TV, again with his Gob open, eating a Sausage Roll.

Could you imagine if it was New Zealand’s highest paid Solo Mother, Cindy, sitting in the Dentist Chair with that Gob full of teeth or Cindy at the Pie Shop every day, scoffing a Sausage Roll? Mind you, being in the Dentists Chair would allow her time and silence to plan the finer details of her wedding, I guess.

Failed Ferrari-driving property developer helped import drugs by air and sea

Each charge carries a maximum sentence of life in prison.

It is not the first time Vuletic has admitted criminal charges.

In 2012 Vuletic admitted forging documents, using documents to obtain a pecuniary interest and attempting to pervert the course of justice.

Described by the Serious Fraud Office at the time as a “budding property developer”,

Vuletic began his property development career as a 22-year-old in 2002.

At the time he told a legal newsletter about his new Ferrari: “In this industry [youth] can work against you. Cars speak plainly about success. People seem to be more impressed by what you drive than what you save,” he said.

Four years later, in 2006, Vuletic caught the public eye when he attempted to evict 11 residents from pensioner flats in Orewa, so he could redevelop the properties.

    • kea in yesterdays hys someone posted a link to the nz depression, i watched it last night and was quiet interesting. your govt backed housing ponzi was alive and well over 100yrs ago and inevitably made nz financial situation farworse when shit hit the fan, seems zero lessons get learnt they just double down and make it worse.

interestingly enough those that got pummeled by it largely looked after themselves, they lived in tents, foraged/hunted their own food to get by etc now they get handed thousands of dollars and a “free” house or motel.

maori were complaining the govt left them alone to sort themselves deal with it in a traditional maori way too… oh how times have changed, now they want govt to leave them alone and do things in a traditional maori way.

have a look when youve got a spare 20mins.

Or a bottle of whiskey to an alcoholic, because it is believed he will know how to handle it.

Many skilled New Zealanders leaving to go to well paid jobs.

Will it balance the number coming in. Maybe.
Questionable quality it seems so with the number double, quadruple & more bunked in a few houses in Auckland.

      Skills? Highly Productive?
As they will call GDP is up to gloss over that real GDP per person will become more dismal.
Why is GDP per capita is rarely discussed?

Then the “equalizer” of applying more taxes, fees, levies, permits, infringement fines, to gain what is yours, as you now owe the community, & they know best how to control & redistribute. (buying the vote)
All in the name of continuing the differing versions of ongoing “kindness” & “well-being”

  8. With the average 30-year fixed mortgage interest rate now over 7 percent and a shockingly low inventory of homes available, Americans are looking for second or vacation residences out of the country more than ever. According to a report from Coldwell Banker, 92 percent of high-net-worth Americans actively looked at real estate overseas last year and two-thirds (67 percent) of those surveyed said they already own residential property outside the United States, according to Mansion Global. So, what country is experiencing the highest rate of American home buyers? Mexico.

“Buying a home is not as cheap in Mexico as it once was, but you get a lot for the money,” Certified International Property Specialist for Worth Clark Realty Daniel Seidel told The Epoch Times. A Mexican native, Mr. Seidel says there’s a lot to like about buying a second home in Mexico. “When you experience the culture, the food, the people and the fact it’s just a short plane ride away from the States, it’s a popular choice for my clients. If you live there half-time, it’s ideal. My advice is to work here, make money, go there and spend it.”

New Zealand is the recipient of some of that hence Luxons bounty on houses for non resident buyers.
Too gutless to say Residents only.

    • I personally think Luxons idea will work. If you were a wealthy American looking for a bolt hole in a place you have probably never heard of there are far worse places than here, and what does another 15% matter? Grant Robertson has already turned our dollar into the Pacific ruble. Owning digs you visit once a year could become quite a fashion statement on the golf courses of the good old U.S.A. mind you, I hope Riccardo reads the bit about cheap houses in Mexico I think that burrito stuffer wants my job.

  9. Major Australian grocery chain Woolworths is reducing the amount of cash that can be withdrawn by customers as the country continues its gradual shift toward a cashless society.
A company spokesperson has said that cash withdrawals will be reduced from $500 to $200 due to a lack of people using the service to make transactions.
“From mid-September, we will be reducing the limit of cash customers can withdraw from our stores per transaction,” a Woolworths spokesperson said.

go read ysbs other threads Eds put up today. your comment is a good example but we all do it, ya could be right but imo its due to societal changes and attitudes toward cash use instead of wef/OWG pulling puppet strings. ive paid for stuff in cash over the past couple years at places like noel leeming, workwear shop, a lil hardware store and its been the first cash transaction in many months. at noel leeming the young chap at the counter had worked there 4mnths and never had cash transaction and theres no cash trays at the till, didnt know what to do and they had to go out back and retrieve the cash tray to give my change.

Unfortunately the peasants will give up their freedoms readily for a bit more convenience without considering the consequences of not having cash as an option. FFS there are already imbeciles having chips implanted which lets them bank and shop with just their hand. How convenient.

Back in the 1970’s I was being interviewed by 2 detectives about an incident, they were playing the Good Cop / Bad Cop routine, The good Cop was saying I know this has nothing to do with you, just tell us who did it and you can go, the bad cop was shouting close to my face and banging aggressively on the table, saying I was guilty and he was going to lock me up.
When he was mid rant I calmly said, I almost joined the force, I passed the medical, Passed fitness , Passed aptitude test, and everything.
Bad cop asked why didnt you get in?
I said, They found out my parents were married.
Both cops turned away as they found it funny and as they headed to the door and bad cop looked back and said, go on piss off !

I told her to give me some time to think about it and I would call her back. Before I could even call her back my Aunt Calls me and says she’s lying and not to give her the money! She goes on to say that my cousin actually wanted the $300 to get her boyfriend out of jail so they could be under the same roof for his birthday… 🤦🏽‍♂️ I thought about it, and decided to give her the $300 anyway because we all need help at times. I called my cousin back and told her to come and get the $300. A few hours later, I get a call from the County jail and It was my cousin crying, screaming, and asking me why I gave her counterfeit money…! I told her I just really wanted to make sure that she and her boyfriend were able to spend his Birthday together under the same roof as she wished

Hogs occupy the same pest spot in America as possums do in New Zealand. The problem is so bad in some states that you can by law use any means to kill hogs. Even the massive culls now underway are only to keep the status quo. The damage these animals can do to soil and crops is massive.

  13. An Atheist dies in a car crash and wakes up in a big dark room with a sign above a single door: “Welcome to Hell!”

“Shit! So the Godnutters were right after all!” the Atheist thinks, opens the door – and is stunned by the view!
A marvelous beach! Crystal blue water, white sand, palm trees, the sun is shining and all around there are people laughing, having fun and listening to happy music or enjoying excellent food and drinks. Lucifer, dressed in a Hawaiian Shirt, greets the Atheist, hands him a fantastic- looking cocktail and says cheerfully:

“Hey! Welcome to Hell. Have a drink, have a snack. Take a look around and enjoy yourself! See you later!”

Totally speechless at first, the Atheist finally starts to take a look around, is greeted everywhere, listens to people´s stories about their mortal lives and takes a stroll down the beach.

After a few minutes into the walk, he starts hearing cries of pain, wailing, shouts, and screams and decides to follow that noises. Finally, the Atheist arrives at the rim of a big, black hole, takes a look down and is scared to the bone!

Down there, the place is all fire, sulphur, brimstone! Rivers of lava, gnarled trees, and among it all the lost souls, being tormented forever by demons and devils.

“Whoa! Take it easy!” Lucifer jumps right in to prevent the Atheist from falling into that pit and he stumbles backward, drops into the sand and stammers:

“Wha… what the HELL is that place?”

Lucifer looks down, shrugs and says: “Oh, that´s the Catholic´s department. They wouldn’t have it any other way.”

  14. Transferred from above –put it in the wrong thread.

I went looking for the Redbaiter tweet video that SB referred in the piece above today’s HYS. I could not find it (yet) but I did find this really interesting short video with Judith Collins. With what we know now I think I understand why the b…ds thought Judith had to go. She was onto the what was going on with the Maori issues, before the last election.

Listen carefully to the questions from the little kids —completely sucked in by the propaganda.

Also yesterday I came across reference to Winston Peters putting up a Bill in around 2004 which attempted to remove the so called “principles of the Treaty” from all legislation. I did not realise he had done this. The Bill was defeated. So he was onto it a long time ago.

How much did that lead to the viscous animosity between johnny keys and W Peters?

” The new study on stalagmites in caves of the Pyrenees shows that modern climate change is nothing compared to normal fluctuations in the last 2,500 years, when it was at times much hotter, colder, and more volatile. Rapid shifts between temperatures were common.

The researchers looked at 8 stalagmites in 4 caves and local lake levels, but they also compared their results with other European temperature proxies and reconstructions and the pattern is consistent across the region. The Roman Warm Period was much hotter than today, and for hundreds of years as well, even though coal plants were rare. Apparently, there was a reason Romans were dressed in togas.

The Dark Ages were very cold, especially around 520 – 550AD — which may be related to what the researchers call a “cataclysmic” volcanic eruption that took place in Iceland in 536AD. It was followed by two other massive volcanoes in 540 and 547AD. This effect is apparently visible in European tree rings which showed “an unprecedented, long-lasting and spatially synchronized cooling”. “

      A T-500 series

To be fair on them, google is not blocking access to actual climate stories
      ————-
The Dark ages were ‘dark and cold’ …..
Several late Quaternary studies have recorded cold and disturbed climates centred during the mid-first millennium AD and discussed these conditions under the term ‘Dark Ages Cold Period’ (DACP). A review of 114 palaeoclimate papers indicated that cold climates were common in the Northern Hemisphere between AD 400 and 765. There are also suggestions that some regions may have been relatively wet during the DACP, while those around the Mediterranean and the China/Tibetan Plateau indicate coinciding droughts. A set of environmental responses, however, indicate a delayed DACP interval (AD 509–865) postdating the actual climate signal…..
      —————————
      for real heat

Even after those first scorching millennia, however, the planet has often been much warmer than it is now. One of the warmest times was during the geologic period known as the Neoproterozoic, between 600 and 800 million years ago. Conditions were also frequently sweltering between 500 million and 250 million years ago. And within the last 100 million years, two major heat spikes occurred: the Cretaceous Hot Greenhouse (about 92 million years ago), and the Paleocene-Eocene Thermal Maximum (about 56 million years ago).

Now António Guterres that is real heat. Boiling maybe.
What planet do you live on
What time period are you living in?
      ————-
just google ‘how many ice ages have there been’
      and this is the answer

At least five major ice ages have occurred throughout Earth’s history: the earliest was over 2 billion years ago, and the most recent one began approximately 3 million years ago and continues today (yes, we live in an ice age!). Currently, we are in a warm interglacial that began about 11,000 years ago.

how hard is that to understand.

If the WEF was going to send us a robot from the future surely we could have got something better than the T-500 with the working name of luxflakes.
But then again fundamental Christians (like the big flake) believe the world was made 6000 years ago so all this other stuff is irrelevant.

A “nervous” driver was captured on video struggling to navigate a narrow Auckland Harbour Bridge lane.

A truckie travelling behind the driver filmed them hitting warning poles before mounting the kerb as they appeared to worry about hitting the upcoming separation barrier on the right.

“Welcome to New Zealand,” a caption on the video reads with an NZ flag emoji.

  19. Election 2023 analysis: New Zealanders will see through Chris Hipkins’ ‘change’ charade

Hipkins may have a ‘back to basics’ approach. But what he has so far delivered is just tinkering. It is certainly not a radical shift from the Ardern times or what people perceive Labour as currently standing for.

This lack of genuine change being offered by Hipkins becomes all the starker when comparing his policies with Labour’s usual bedfellow, the Greens.

  20. Dave Seymour announces ACT law and order policy. Soppy wet criminal loving powder puffs ain’t going to like it.

    https://www.1news.co.nz/2023/09/13/live-act-announce-law-and-order-policy-for-election/

    Some added suggestions for Dave.

1- Compulsory 3 years jail for corrupt prison officers. To be served in general population.

2- Have a law protecting emergency service personnel from assault as in Britain. Except make our law tougher.
    https://aace.org.uk/news/protecting-the-protectors-law-protecting-emergency-services-workers-comes-into-force/

3-The option of caning for minor offences. No court time. No waiting for a sentences to be delivered. Over and done with quickly. Great option for feral boy races, middleclass wannabes and assorted other low lifes like shop lifters and ram raiders.

4- Compulsory jail for drink drivers. That will stomp that problem on the head quick smart.

5- The introduction of free-flow defence for police officers. If a gun or taser or any other means of defence is not available and a police officer is being attacked, especially with a weapon, he/she will be able to abandon trying to restrain an offender and instead use any self defence move or object available to maim or kill the attacker.

6- The introduction of discretion for police when dealing with citizens who have used self defence to protect themselves. The police decision will go before a civil panel before police drop or instigate any charges against an individual.

7- Introduction of a citizens posse to help police. They will be rostered and used should officers come under attack where it’s not suitable for armed offenders squad or military intervention. Eg breaking up a huge party. Dealing with violent protesters.

    8

    • Yeah. Nah.

……” 3-The option of caning for minor offences. No court time. “…….

Not while I can still riot in the streets. Courts are the only thing between us & a police state. The real rot has set in since NZ Police have been given discretion. Any further moves to make them prosecutors, judges & executioners should be resisted before we all end up living in Mega City One at the mercy of Judge Dredd & his cubicles!

      • ”A wet dream for psychotics & ultra conservative religious fruitcakes to take over the streets. Fuck that!”

That’s a knee jerk reaction. No doubt such an idea would need to be thought through thoroughly. I think it would work very well if given a chance and the right people are choosen. And that chance may come sooner rather than later with the protests I predict.

”Courts are the only thing between us & a police state. The real rot has set in since NZ Police have been given discretion.’

I wasn’t clear with my explanation. Sorry. That would be an option for the offender to choose. Canings would be on Sunday for those choosing such an option and pleading guilty to the charges before a judge via video link.

        • Anyone who would volunteer for such a task would automatically be the wrong person.

Something similar was actually trialled in the country town I lived in forty odd years ago. The idea was that civilian volunteers would ride along in police cars on busy evenings only as backup but the theory didn’t come within cooee of the practise. The volunteers were all jumped up wannabes who inflamed otherwise resolvable situations.

Those who the police were after who would grudgingly put up with a cop’s questions or attitude went out of control when the civilians got involved. Most of the heroes gave up after they’d hit the deck a few times. In one memorable incident the local garage proprietor noted for his knowledge that his shit didn’t stink had his nose half removed by a half handcuffed pisshead.

Few were sorry when the trial was binned.

          6

          0

          • OK, that was a problem in that experiment/ experience. But such a posse doesn’t need to be on the frontline( literally).

For example, have you noticed during large demonstrations, when some feral is arrested on the frontline, it takes 4 cops to hold him down and handcuff him. That’s 4 cops out of action with their heads down open to assault should the front line defence break

What if the citizen’s posse behind the frontline took care of handcuffing and processing under the command of police supervisors?

Natural emergency. Looting? Citizen’s posse under police supervision keep order. So instead of a handful of cops(if you are lucky) trying to keep control over a large area, you could have 50 posse members under police supervision spread over a larger area.

My point is, nothing is going to change if politicians keep tinkering and people keep thinking why not instead of let’s look at new ideas.

I couldn’t care a stuff if all my ideas are proven wrong. I have no ego in the game. I’m for the victim and protecting our loved ones from evil people. We need ideas. And we need politicians to think outside the square.

            • Worth recalling “Massey’s Cossacks” who were recruited to break the 1913 strike. There is no shortage of relevant reports on the net but https://pocketsights.com/tours/place/Battle-of-Featherston-Street-%28Corner-of-Featherston-and-Grey-St-1913%29-15483:1845 will give an idea of what can happen when civilians are used against their fellow citizens.

……”On 5 November crowds of strike supporters clashed with more than 800 mounted special constables. The specials were riding from their base at Buckle St to Lambton station (near today’s Wellington railway station). Their mission was to escort racehorses from the station to the wharves so they could be shipped to Christchurch for the New Zealand Cup race meeting.
On Willis, Ghuznee and Dixon streets, stones were thrown at the specials, who responded by charging and batoning the crowds. The battle began in earnest on Featherston Street, where specials charged strikers. Pro-strike tram drivers tried to ram specials on horseback, and metal spikes and detonators were thrown at horses’ feet. Eventually the specials broke through and took control of the wharves. “…….

              • Apparently special constables are still legally able to be recruited unless this law has been repealed.

                https://legislation.govt.nz/act/public/1957/0087/22.0/DLM313771.html

                Quote:

”Every special constable shall be under the control and direction of the senior member of the Police for the time being acting in the locality in which is situated the place for which he was so appointed, and subject thereto shall, for the purpose of exercising the functions for which he was appointed, have such powers, authorities, immunities.”

Mirrored exactly how I envisaged the power structure.

Unfortunately in these woke times I believe you would get your wish of not having special constables help out regular police.

    https://twitter.com/i/status/1696074879903432945

Someone on KB said that National had ruled out the Greens earlier in the year. But I did pick up that Luxon has said that he will make the Climate Change Minister part of the Cabinet (ie. not outside Cabinet).

Interesting looking through KB –there seem to be more supporters of ACT compared to National. Similarly on BFD I’d say there are more NZF supporters than National.

“A recent study by AUT’s Centre for Journalism, Media and Democracy revealed the lack of trust New Zealanders have in our media.

82% consider it to be biased and in line with the political leanings of its newsroom.

73% consider it over relies on opinion rather than fact.

The most extraordinary statistic revealed 69% of New Zealanders avoid reading or listening to the news, the highest percentage in the world. By way of contrast 29% of Germans, 20% Finns and 14% Japanese have similar distrust of the media. “

Taxpayers money poured down the drain of a bit a lightweight fluff that spread lies, no doubt.
And the soft cock geezer wot was there, went on to tell more lies for blood money about Elders/Hanover Finance company where people lots multi millions and was never held to account.

  25. NZ’s Big News Story should be …
NZ’s Big News Story should be “Treasury Pre-Election Update shows plummeting consumption per capita”

I can’t make sense of the Finance Minister’s statements today regards the “Pre-Election Economic and Fiscal Update” by the NZ Treasury. He claims the country is in better shape than expected and that the “forecasts showed New Zealand would avoid recession, with wages keeping ahead of inflation”.

So here’s my question – GDP growth up to June 2024 is forecast to be just over 1% (the forecast has been raised slightly from 1.0 to 1.3%). On the other hand, it is also stated immigration is now running at 100,000 a year, corresponding to an increase in 2% of our entire population. But if total GDP is only growing at a bit over 1% and the population is growing at 2%, then GDP per capita must be declining (since GDP per capita equals total GDP over population size).

The leaders of Russia and North Korea met at a remote Siberian rocket launch facility for a summit that underscores how the two leaders’ interests are aligning in the face of their separate, intensifying confrontations with the United States.

The two men began their meeting with a tour of a Soyuz-2 space rocket launch facility, at which North Korean leader Kim Jong Un peppered Russian President Vladimir Putin with questions about the rockets.

The leaders’ decision to meet at Vostochny Cosmodrome, a major satellite launch facility, suggests that Kim is seeking Russian technical assistance in his efforts to develop military reconnaissance satellites, which he has described as crucial in enhancing the threat of his nuclear-capable missiles.
