  1. But, but, (And in respect of the top meme, and according to dl, chippy, luxflakes, seeless et al), that was THEN and it was an EMERGENCY don’t y’ know, and this is NOW and things have moved on; it’s a TOTALLY DIFFERENT SITUATION (and we shouldn’t be worried!)!

Unfortunately there are STILL many Kiwi’s who will believe them…

Despite that, have a great day and DLTBGUD.

  2. While I very much doubt I will be supporting the well dressed Mustelid with the gold tooth, Peters response to Willie Jacksons criticism of him, is exactly the right one and will no doubt garner much support from potential voters.

Peters said after Jackson criticised his interview with another Mustelid and well known Weasel, Jack Tame, that Peters was a national disgrace and “an insult to the nation.” Peters said, that “it was not worth his time responding to Jackson’s post”.

”Willie’s on his way out and he knows it.”

A pity more people like Luxon & Seymour don’t have the dangly clock weights to tell the MSM to get stuffed with their gotcha questions and aggressive interview styles. I am sure the public want to see more mongrel from this lot of politicians, which for some reason only people like Brian Tamaki, Matt King and Winston Peters seem to have the ability to display and put the paid for MSM lackeys like Jack Tame, squarely back in their paid for, box.

As it is, it is a bit rich for Willie Jackson to criticise Peters. Jackson a well known Flim Flam Man and snake oil salesman has been known to be rude and push back on his interviews with Jack Tames, so it seems OK for Jackson to do so, but not Peters. Hypocrite!

Disclaimer: It is with great hope, that I get to see Willie Jackson given the arse card and thrown out of Government and Parliament on 14th October.

    • Yep, so he and a lot of others can wallow in their own river of filth.

Be good to see the promoter of the river of filth arsewipe given the heave ho as well.
But I’m sure there are some masochistic people in Auckland that like smelling and rubbing their faces in that piece of used shit house paper that will still vote for him.

BUT you watch, the next Govt. will dish them out a bunch of perky jobs because that’s what they do.

When will they wake up and realise this is WAR.
War like we have never had before.
Rid the place of these arseholes.

  3. TAH, ,Jackson being the dishonorable Native arsehat he is would clamber upwards over all his labour caucus wierdos to maintain his position at the trough so he’ll still be there on the 15th of October.
This is a man approaching retirement that hasn’t done a damn thing in his entire life except bludge of taxpayers and ratepayers since being expelled from school at the age of 12 for being “unteachable” LOL.

  4. At least Winston stands up to people he had a go at that Rebecca woman, someone sent me the other day. He told her she was rude and disrespectful. Oh the joy of it all. It was on YouTube. . Only 12 more days/sleeps and it will all be over and we will surely get liarbor lite with see less doing what posturing he can do, and then Winston will be either in front or behind with their parties, and nothing will change except things will get financially harder for all you poor working people. Beneficiaries will continue to get their money ,and thieves etc will continue to roll out of court as like there has been a small incident, lovely boys,/girls such potential, etc etc. Perhaps another lockdown and definitely face masks on at all times. Oh the joy of it, we will have an all out communist country, the hand book from 1984. We, in the main won’t notice any thing different from the liars and robbers that were here the last 6 years.
Have a wonderful day sorry to bring doom and gloom upon you so be careful out there …….

  5. 🚨 NZ housing: Average asking price drops, record low new listings in nine regions🚨

Average asking prices are continuing to drop, despite months of speculation the bottom is in for house prices.

    https://www.newshub.co.nz/home/money/2023/10/nz-housing-average-asking-price-drops-record-low-new-listings-in-nine-regions.html

No you’re not. Why would you be delighted at getting a low price now when in 6 months you could have received 25% more. You’ll see. The facts are there.
“The country has gone from a loss of 20,000 people a year ago to a gain of 52,000 in the past year.
Alexander says that gain means 1% more people in the country, and it looks like it is going to get bigger.”

  6. Good to see Chipkins is doing his bit to save 80 million people by putting himself in quarantine. I’m waiting for the attempted speech from the royal death bed in a last ditch attempt to gain the sympathy vote. Meanwhile we have the hideous Sepuloni running around having delusions of grandeur and telling the masses everything is fine. If she’s number 2 Labour are truly rooted.

Australian House Prices Smash Records, Fully Reversing 2022 Lows

Home buyers and sellers have expressed confidence in Australia’s housing market, leading to the full reversal of the most rapid decline in house prices in recent history.

National prices recovered to reach peak levels from 2022 lows after climbing 0.38 percent in September and by 4.31 percent this year, according to PropTrack’s Home Price Index report released on Sunday.

Buyer and seller confidence is on the rise with a significant increase in choice in the major capitals, PropTrack senior economist Eleanor Creagh said.

“Home price growth has been driven by record levels of net overseas migration, tight rental markets, and a housing shortage,” she said.

  8. Malaysian doctors are calling for a royal commission to investigate COVID vaccines. • …The members of the Royal Commission should consist of academics, experts, business experts, economists,

Well that looks like another WOFT like other countries.
The academics have been the problem
Here we had the academics lying and spouting shit, for which they got NY honours very promptly.
The big bullshit numbers were initially out of a London University.

What are experts and business experts???
Economics are always an overpaid tealeaf reader.

      It will be useless.
doing this after the fact is no panacea.
You had to be clueless to not know in the 1960s and 1970s in NZ there was rape and sexual abuse going on is children’s homes, mental institutions, ordinary hospitals, schools.
Having an inquiry in recent years has done nothing to alleviate or remedy that abuse.
These convid so called inquiries are just as useless.

If you don’t hold people to the fire at the time, for their lies it is a WOFT.
No-one will lose their job via the rear vision mirror .
The ones that did speak up in the last three years. are the honest ones and they lost their job and were generally pilloried and ostracised and this continues today with media hitting on political candidates who validly questioned stuff 2 years ago.
      Dr Sam Bailey et al.

      No inquiry will fix that.
don’t get excited about such kangaroo courts
Dont get excited that Chicken Kiev seemore will ”allow the pubic to define the terms of inquiry”
      dont make me laugh.

You had the current Prime Minister saying ..we will hunt them done
You had the previous PM saying we will divide them out of mainstream society and send them to Coventry

The big issue was people esp. politicians spouting shit they had no idea on; and shilling for unproven experimental medicine to be forced on people when there was no analysis, no peer review data .
This is what happens – chicken little -when you call things a crisis then start astro turfing.
      there will be no accountability.

Any inquiry will be a waste .
      Just like so many others.
Even the Erebus inquiry 40 years ago turned into a farce and the truth teller destroyed. Things don’t change.
Under Seemore and luxon- complicit in the lies and promoting a medical procedure they had no idea on – there will be no better result that the Erebus inquiry.

The Malaysian inquiry wont yield anything useful.

      8

      0

      • What’s wrong howitis , you seem very negative lately?

The inquiry may not yield what we would all like, but it is still worth having a go at it, even if it is just a few positive ( from our point of view) things that are highlighted. The Malaysians are not in some backward third world country.
The more countries that have a go the better. I am surprised how far South Africa has gone with it.

  9. A guy walks into a pub and asks the barman for a Guinness; a guy sitting at a table says “Excuse me, I couldn’t help noticing your accent, would you be from Dublin?”

“That I am” says the guy at the bar

“That’s grand, I’m from Dublin myself!” says the guy at the table “let me pay for that and I’ll join you, what part of Dublin are you from?”

“I’m from the Northside” he says

“Now that’s a coincidence” says the other guy, “I’m from the Northside myself, Barman, two more Guinnesses!”

“Whereabouts on the Northside” asks the guy

“O’Connell Street” says the other guy, “Barman, two more Guinnesses!”

“I don’t believe it! I’m from O’Connell Street myself, Barman, two more Guinnesses!”

    “What number O’Connell Street?

“Number 74 O’Connell Street, Barman, two more Guinnesses!”

    “I don’t believe it, I’m from…”

The next night the landlord and the barman are chatting and the landlord asks the barman how the previous night went.

The barman replies “Pretty quiet, the Murphy brothers were in, pissed up as usual”

      > that way to UN (incl. WHO)

i read the notional party ”tax policy”

      I know right !
Basically it is an adjustment of tax brackets PLUS Three benefit increases.
      Socialism rules.

Not a thing about addressing poor productivity.
A country that could build roads, dams, huge forests, and power stations 70 years ago can now not build dams, only build joke-laden windmills and things for power production and roads with hundreds of people and dozens of large vehicles can only build ten metres a week of road, at best.

She was stretched full-out on the back seat and I wanted to impress upon her that she must remain there.
I walked to the curb backward, pointing my finger at the car and saying emphatically. “Now you stay. Do you hear me? “Stay! Stay!”
The driver of a nearby car, a pretty young blonde, gave me a strange look and said.
“Why don’t you just put the handbrake on?”

ACT leader David Seymour has hit back at Te Pāti Māori, accusing them of turning a candidate’s home invasion into a political issue.

Te Pāti Māori said in a statement on Friday the home of Hana-Rāwhiti Maipi-Clarke, its Hauraki-Waikato candidate, was invaded and vandalised – saying it was a “politically motivated attack”.

Māori leaders call on Luxon to condemn ‘racist’ comments, ‘race-baiting’ policies made by potential coalition partners

Seymour has been accused of race-baiting on the campaign trail and Te Pāti Māori alleged the home invasion was “what happens when right-wing politicians race-bait and fearmonger for votes”.

But Seymour hit back when he appeared on AM on Monday, saying the comments by Te Pāti Māori are politicising the incident and could lead to “inciting further political violence”.

      • I personally don’t think you should be able to vote early without a valid reason, you should not be allowed to enroll within 3 months of an election, you should not be allowed to vote if living offshore or in prison. In some countries people line up all day just to vote but we just seem to keep making it easier for the lazy and indolent to have their say. Strangely, all those groups tend to vote left.

  15. ACT supporters be warned. During an interview with Simon Barnett and James Daniels on Newstalk ZB, David Seymour claims Zelensky is the world’s best leader. “He’s phenomenal. I’d love to meet him.”

And while you’re reeling from that little gem, Davos Dave also declared that the reason he’s single is because he’s married to parliament.

Really? There’s clearly something terribly wrong with Dave. Can it get any worse? Possibly so brace yourselves.

A tremendous savings on the government budget in a number of ways.
So is it Justice delayed, is Justice denied !? but then put to rights.

An interesting take is are the young people native Swedes? or are they immigrants? but maybe Not of the “Religion of Peace”?

So those young people, may also gain a cultural report, & of course their age may be a mitigating factor too.

    • …. But I’m getting desperate 🤨 ….

I know what you mean kea.

List 1 Winston knows how to opportunistically play it,
List 2 Shane Jones was a Labour Party member. 2005-2014 then NZ First 2017-2020
      https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shane_Jones

Shane Jones would be the only one where Winston Peters would not apply Waka Jumping Legislation against in NZFirst, and they will look after each other.

But Shane will do really well out of any deal WP makes, and would enjoy being a big Fish in a Labour, Green Maori set up.
And so would Winston Peters ! being the big fish in that small pond, with far fewer challenges to his “authority” which make life much easier for the old fella.

      3

He doesn’t need to even try winning Northland if Winston wins over 5% for NZ First party vote as Jones will be included in returning to parliament to continue his troughing. If they only pick up a point to join the Wallabies on 11, Fiji will advance due to having won their pool clash, sending Australia home before the quarter-finals for the first time in history. -caused The 1994 Northridge earthquake
      -Started the Vietnam war
      -killed JFK
-caused the space shuttle to explode

      -killed the shah of Iran
-never paid a dollar of tax
-Was not born in the USA

      0

        • Personally I rate insurance companies lower than politicians & used car salesmen. This opinion has in the past attracted fire from the usual fuckwits who consider them honest business people & friends in our hours of need.

Backing for my stance came from an unexpected quarter, that being David Garrett who confirmed that insurance companies employ legions of inhouse lawyers whose sole purpose is to find or invent specious reasons to deny claims.

If they go to that extent to get out of parking lot scrapes & scratches the mythical deity alone knows what they’d conjure up to worm out of lifetime disabilities occasioned by a government forcing its citizens to inject a poisonous substance.

Anyway – there was no way it was worth it. The cost for full insurance was outrageous. So I got 3rd party.

            5

            0

            • vehicle insurance is like a bad lottery, we seem to have not too bad of premiums but to change to only 3rd party only saves about 80bux so may aswell get full cover.
my 2 toyotas are each worth the same on paper to insurance as my mates hilux of the same age yet the combined premiums of my 2 are less then his single hilux. 2 previous drink drive dosent help him and i guess hilux must have a higher amount of claims made nationwide? giving it a bigger risk factor. when i had hilux the premiums were extrortionate aswell.
wifeys 2 cars are well under a grand to fully insure both aswell, the house insurance on the other hand… ouch, although our life, trauma and med insurance is probably near same as the house premiums.
depressing when you add up the amount spent on insurance that you hope you never need to use! but i know damn well what would happen the week after i cancelled a policy to save money, that lil cunt murphy wouldnt resist applying his dumb law.

                • only really the vehicles are in that category, house needs to be insured, if you have a mortgage/family then life insurance is a no brainer.
health insurance with the state of todays healthcare system is also a no brainer and has been used several times now… takes 12+ months off the waiting list. pay $500bux and get surgery next week not next year.

same dairy farming, we used to pay almost 10k per year insurance for everything but all that was justified in a single claim when my numbnut worker fucked up.

      • Ed Dowd has already presented some pretty damning evidence from the insurance industry. So far the industry doesn’t seem to be prepared to speak out about it. Maybe when they start to lose large amounts they will speak up.

    • yeah but at the end of the day hes just a politician, and a wise one that knows how to read a room and play voters.
he stands up for ordinary kiwis now but in 13days he’ll only stand up for what he wants, like the rest of the politcal scum average joe citizen only matters for 8-10wks every 3 years.
seymour fucks me off more and more every day but i still trust seymour more then winnie.

        • winnie may be good for nz and side with act to force a much needed change in direction from govt. but more likely will just play games and hobble any progress.
it dosent matter if hes been in the red or blue team his greatest achievements/claims have been stopping this or stopping that. dosent matter if its good or bad he just gets his thrill from holding coalition party hostage.
i dont see winnie and seymour working together even if its for a cause they both on the same side like ending co gov or race based policy. 100% winnie will play games, i doubt seymour will bow down or play winnies games.
there could well be another election by xmas 2024.

  22. Yesterday, scientists in the United States revealed that beer contains small traces of female hormones. To prove their theory, they fed one hundred men twelve pints of beer and observed that 100% of them started talking nonsense and couldn’t drive.

  23. Over the course of the last half-century a curious reversal has taken place. Back in the 1970s a small minority of the population (most of them university students and trade unionists) lamented the fact that their “progressive” views on everything from foreign policy to women’s rights; the environment to Apartheid sport; were rejected by a substantial majority of New Zealanders. Since then, however, the political evolution of the nation has reached a point where the causes of minorities have become the convictions of the majority.

The best guess as to what made society’s key institutions suddenly feel powerful enough to challenge – and even to overrule – such deeply embedded cultural and political concepts as science and democracy, is the Covid-19 Pandemic. In responding to their global and national crises, the governments of the Western nations rediscovered the ease with which emergencies can be used to “persuade” their populations to accept policies which, in normal circumstances, they would otherwise stoutly resist.

  24. The cutting edge behavioural analytics NZ banks could use to shut down scammers, and which big bank has signed up

A scam victim may scroll aimlessly on their mouse while awaiting instructions on where to send money.

On a mobile phone, the phone may be moved up and down from a bank customer’s ear as they get fed a bank account number by a money mule herder.

Behavioural analytics are now being used by banks, including one in New Zealand, to help catch scammers — and how we use our bank’s apps and websites can give away clues that we’re being scammed.
