  1. So, the Judiciary and a Dud Judge think because Plod is doing their job, they are profiling Early Settlers. Plod is looking for Black Power members and a firearm in Whangarei following an incident..

Plod stops a car with two Early Settlers, sees a Bong on the front seat and did a warrantless search under the Search and Surveillance Act 2012.

During the course of that search, Plod found a bag under the front passenger seat which had a firearm and ammunition in it. Plod then invoked a second warrantless search for firearms. Plod arrests the two Early Settlers. At the Trial for possession of firearms and ammunition charges the Judge claimed Plod had racially profiled the two Early Settlers and as such the evidence they found of the two, having a gun and ammunition in the vehicle, could not be used as it was improperly obtained and that, the Early Settlers despite having a gun and ammunition in their vehicle, were going about their lawful business.

Righto! Now I would have thought that invoking a “warrantless search for firearms” if legally invoked, did not mean that Plod was racially profiling anyone, but just doing their job. So more bad bastards seem to be able to roam around free, aided and abetted by a dud Judiciary.

No doubt Judge Greg Davis came from the ranks of a Criminal Lawyer before ascending to the lofty position of Judge and felt some empathy towards the two Natives “who were going about their lawful business”, carrying a gun and ammunition under the front seat of their car in a suburban street, hence his decision.

Case dismissed. Oh, by the way, I guess the Natives got their gun and ammunition back too.

  2. TAH ,There you go TAH, another shocking example of “WE ARE FUCKED”
I’m not being overly pessimistic just honest ,I doubt anyone on YSB over the age of 50 actually thinks that things are going to improve after October 14th.
Look at a list of the 120 “leaders” in government and WEEP for our country.

  4. 🚨Important PSA🚨

    How to Outsmart Property Spruikers

I recently read a financial planner’s tips on how to outsmart the property spruikers. It had a lot of what to do but not “how” to do it. For example, “Become educated”. “Research an area”. “Seek independent advice”. “Find what impediments there have been to a future buyer”. “Learn how to negotiate”. “Don’t get emotional”.

So I thought, what a great opportunity to let you know that in the Club, free of charge now and forever, we educate you on the “how”.

The first thing is, get the home address and phone number of the person who is giving you advice – whether a financial planner or a property real estate salesman or a spruiker. Watch the con men run from all these sectors.
Realise that the tenants know more about the values of various properties than the valuer! By offering to pay more rent they are telling you that there is not enough supply in the area and they’re anxious to secure the lease. This is an excellent indicator that the area is worthwhile exploring further.

Next, confirm this with at least two other letting agents and find out what type of property is most popular to investors.

  5. ****. lives in New Zealand. He was sick of the world, sick of COVID, Russia, China, global warming, street crime, fentanyl, illegal immigrants, racial tensions, worried about losing the election and the rest of the disturbing stories that occupy media headlines.

**** drove his car into his garage and then sealed every doorway and window, as best he could. He got back into his car, wound down all the windows, selected his favourite radio station, and started the car.

24 hours later a worried neighbour peered through his garage window and saw him in the car. She notified the emergency services, and they broke in, pulling **** from the car. A little sip of water and, surprisingly, he was in perfect condition, but his Tesla had a dead battery.

**** is a Labour Party Candidate.

  6. Good morning, heard on the radio news as I was driving along that act dropped a further two points in the latest poll Oh goodness me Davos Dave should have been thinking seriously about how his falling from grace, is a result of his policies and the fact that he did not bother to visit the protesters and signed with dear leader. his policy regarding the Ukrainian war etc, etc, etc.
Have a great day everyone at least the sun is out and no rain forecast today at least in Hamilton. And it’s getting to 20 degrees. Just a reminder………. be careful out there if the mongrel mob are able to drive around with gun and ammo in their cars and its racist to stop them, you could be wacked before you know it……..

    • I don’t think Davos Dave has the nouce to join the dots of why they are dropping in the polls. His support for vax mandates and Ukraine show he is more interested in pleasing his Davos masters than the New Zealand voters.

    • i cant believe how many butthurt losers are in favour of labour green poo govt or a stronger nat govt and prefer less seymour and winnie influence.

butthurt nutters will end up doing more damage then blame politicians and other voters for it… seriously retarded butthurt nutters.

          • The only difference between liebour and notional is the degree of the apartheid.
And notional were huge on the apartheid in 2008 to 2017 with massive payouts to tribes and signing UNDRIP.

On every other major issue they are on the same track.
Mass immigration; lockdowns, Net Zero and selectrix cars nonsense.

A couple of fluffy differences like regional fuel tax – only affects Auckland .
Notional are not overly PRO Crime like liebour.
            Notional are into increased welfare.
            Net Zero focus on productivity.
            Typical of a lefty goo-mint.

It is still agenda 2030, full steam ahead.
Surveillance, controlled banking, controlled movement, reduction of food production , citizens fed guilt by the bucket load via media filth as the delivery system.

Notional have not fulfilled election promises in over half a century.
            Why would they start now?
The WEF Chrome dome is managed locally by johnny keys and HE never delivered on erection promises in 8 years.

It is deck chair movement time on the Titanic

          • If I was going to an auction & going to chuck a few bids in, I would never take any of you with me.
As they will just blab, about the need, the desperation, the finances, like how much the banks would loan, or how much deposit, or so easy to sell up some vechicle or whatever.

Then the auctioneer & agents will just run up the bidding, to well past “on the market”.

Have you ever seen an auctioneers face after finding the counter bids in the sky, running you up, and you just start talking to a friend, or just walk away.
The funny thing is they cannot admit they ran you up, so they have to lie & say “Sold” or it becomes “passed in”.

Absolutely hilarious when the agent sidles up to you, to say that the deal has fallen through & since you expressed an interest, they will accept your lower bid.
The look is priceless when you tell them, you are starting at your original bid. 🙂 or go & find the other bidder. that is if they are still interested, // 🙂 they are the ones who become desperate,

So all these dour hall monitors, inane ignorant Party whips & agents on this blog, take a running jump.

This is the only time that the voter has the most amount of power, to perhaps move something.
Why do so many sell themselves to the politicians so cheaply?
I know one only gets Promises, promises. but for me, can we cement their feet in that?

Simply put, we have been disenfranchised by not having much choice, as it does seem to be a Uni-Party.

Talk about swallowing rats, did you see how the Democrats voted to kick the Republican Speaker out, & yet he had done the most in supporting the Republicans.
Behind the scenes, are we much different in NZ?

    • The drop will be the intransigence of ACT.

Over 80% of adults will not even know of his support for Ukraine, and if they do, they are media filth brainwashed so will think it is OK.
The majority wont care about him not visiting protesters in a three week period 18 months ago
Never overlay your views with others.
The old ..walk a mile in their shoes; applies here.

There is a pool of undecided voters.
They are looking for a place to vote. They literally find the fluffy, indecisive luxon repulsive.
Not someone they want to lead them.
This is not only from the media takedowns, but from luxon’s own presentation; and to a degree his putdown of his own MPs .
Pugh, Hipango, O’Connor. If he cant be decent to his own MPs then why would he be decent to the people of NZ?
      Ans. He wont.
Like another globalist puppet, Mike Pence, openly said a month or so back, He does not care about them.
They are ants in this globalist game.
People have detected it. No charisma is a real handbrake; as Candice Owens spelt out in a recent interview.
In the USA a chrome Dome does not get look in.

so, for various (valid ) reasons they don’t like luxon

They want a place to park their vote. they look to ACT. Seems right of centre, cut out the Special People hoopla. Seymore seems like a nice young man with good teeth and good policies.
so a pollster phones up; yep, yep they support ACT.

Then the true colours come out .
      arrogance being a key one.
      So they are withdrawing support.
Looking for somewhere to park their vote.
there are lot of undecided. What will they do this fortnight….?
      TBA.

      My call is
      Notional 37-40%
      Liebour 27% +/- 2%
I’ll say ACT 11% +/- 2% but harder to read as their long term core is low; having got half of one percent in 2017
Maori likely 2.5 to 3.5% range
Greens at 12% and possibly higher as liebour voters park their vote there this time.
NZ Fist prob 7% but is the wildcard that may pick up votes from those annoyed with the other parties.

We will see when the globalists count the votes and decide who ‘wins’ 🙂

clearly hipkins knows , after openly criticising the Electoral Commission , that they dont count.

  7. 5 year old son, after watching a story of an Emperor on TV:
“Mum, I also want 7 wives, one will cook for me, one will read for me, one will go for walk with me, one will sing for me,one can bath me….”
    Mum smiled and said:
“Then night time I don’t have to accompany you to sleep”.
After some thought, son said: “Not possible, I still want to sleep with you mummy!”
Moms eyes fill up with tears of happiness:
    “My sweet son!”
“Then who will sleep with your 7 wives?”
    “Let them sleep with daddy!”
Dads eyes fill up with tears of happiness:

  8. No one talks about the POSITIVE things that the Labour & National parties have done for NZ. I mean, if you wanted to experience the food, the atmosphere & the culture of some third world shithole country you used to have the rigmarole of arranging vaccinations against all their filthy diseases. Then you had to arrange with the bank to get some foreign money, either find or renew your passport & book expensive flights, hotels, a rental vehicle……. the list went on.

NOW all you need is get in your car & drive to Auckland.

  9. Going to vote this afternoon. I’ll be across the cook strait on election day. I still don’t know who I am voting for, only I definitely know whom I am not voting for.

      • I don’t tell anyone who I am voting for Kea. I will tell you that the Maori party, Green Party and Labour Party are definitely off the list though. I can’t vote for any party that has racist policies or think that socialism is the answer to any question other than what’s the most retarded economic system.

        8

        0

        • BM says
…or think that socialism is the answer

So you will not be voting notional

Three of the four elements of the ‘tax policy’ is more welfare
-WFF in-work tax credit increased by $25,
-increased eligibility for Independent Earner Tax Credit and
          -FamilyBoost
……paid for with public sector cuts

The fourth is a belated adjustment the tax brackets. This is NOT a tax cut.
This is meant to be paid for with cuts in public service.
          This will not happen.
          Did not happen in 2008+
So the cost of government will increase
          No bedder than liebour.

Then there is an announcement of an announcement
          new taxes on
-foreign property buyers ….will not deliver , so easy to get around , when notional had lawyers and accountants on board they would never have proposed this silly wee 12 year old’s um, ah solution
          – offshore online gambling, …May work ; lets see how they tax transactions on the internet, esp when people go on VPN !!
-user-pays immigration levies, …Wont happen as they say ; will buckle as they realise we need more petrol station attendants, bottle store attendants and uber drivers, all critical roles ///

          Notional IS socialism.
          with racism lite.

  10. Wellington’s City Council have formally severed connections with the real world. Their idiot Green Mayor Tory Whanau has announced the purchase of the land under a derelict inner city theatre for an undisclosed price:

“We cannot make any comment about the specifics but want to be clear that any proposed decision is fiscally prudent and driven by huge benefit to the city centre.”

  14. Thinking of voting TOP ?

there is this weird endorsement on linked in
    I wont name the poster.
    extracts
    ———————————

Kia ora New Zealanders! I’ve got some stuff I need to share about Raf Manji.
This is not a political post. [Moi: actually yes it is ] I have no interest in telling you how to vote.
I just want you to have good intel when you make your choice.

Raf is one of the people I’ve known the longest in NZ. We met in 2006-ish when were both involved with a predictive analytics startup. The company didn’t go anywhere but we remained friends. [they did not predict it would fail ! ]

When the earthquake hit and I started working on TEDxEQChCh, Raf was right there alongside.
    [follows a silly story ]

He chaired the Student Volunteer Army, unpaid, for 2 years. He ran for Council — a job he definitely did not need — because he thought his skills could be useful. Christchurch was so lucky to have Raf’s finance experience in those post-quake years.

He totally gets climate change and was working on it long before I met him [hardly an endorsement, the sub-zero temps in the North Is the last two nights in October tell you there is no globby warming ]
    — he had a company called TruCost that helped companies put a monetary cost on their environmental footprint. He spoke at TEDxChristchurch in 2016 about universal basic income, human rights, and civic responsibilities. [Tedx horseshit, UBI etc ]

Most people don’t know the role Raf played post the mosque attack. [blah blah ]

[Moi: remember folks, it is not a political post; ha ha ]
Please, please, vote for the person and the party that are most aligned to you and what you care about. But also know, if you vote for Raf in Ilam, or party vote TOP – The Opportunities Party — this is what you’ll be getting.

  15. 2 ticks ACT trendsetters..or suffer the consequences of a clusterfuck. 👇

“Winston Peters has said he won’t go with Labour this time, but he surprised us all before when he chose Jacinda Ardern/Labour over Bill English/National – despite saying before that election he would go with the highest polling party. This means that the result of this year’s election is far from certain.

Chris Hipkins was trying to claim he won’t work with Winston Peters. But he’s already walking that back! He told media earlier this week that “of course” he would pick up the phone to Winston Peters after the election. And in his position, who wouldn’t?!

And we all know Mr Hipkins’ colleagues are desperate to cling to power and that Mr Peters will trade the two large parties against each other – at huge financial costs to the taxpayer.

Which bloc is more likely to buy Winston’s support in the closed-door negotiations after the election? And at what cost to taxpayers?

While the Taxpayers’ Union doesn’t endorse any particular party, it’s our job to expose bad policy and hold the Government to account. The New Zealand public still doesn’t appreciate the fiscal disaster looming thanks to Grant Robertson’s reckless fiscal management. And the path of undermining democratic accountability in favour of race-based unaccountable ‘co-governance’ needs to be exposed. “

    • Name and shame
      A complete retard

…Climate researcher Gianluca Grimalda faced a stark choice: compromise his vow to avoid plane trips or lose his job.

Earlier this year, he’d spent just over a month travelling from Germany, where he is based, to Papua New Guinea to conduct fieldwork. To minimise the climate pollution of the journey, he opted for trains, buses and ferries and only flew when he couldn’t find another option….

So, a months supply of food, farts and poos and all the fuels used on trains, buses and ferries and he claims he is saving stuff. haha

…The researcher said he’d clashed with his employer before, over his participation in civil disobedience protests through the Extinction Rebellion movement. He and other scientists glued themselves to the floor of a Volkswagen visitor centre last year, and he was part of a blockade of an Italian airport used by private jets….

      here’s the kicker :-
He made it to Kolkata, India entirely on the ground. Finding no alternative, he flew to Bangkok and again between Singapore and Papua New Guinea.

….the only use for him now is for the Papua New Guineans to use him as food supply

  16. I have been thinking about this revelation that 11,000 got jab exemptions. The MSM will not touch this. The main political parties, except NZF, will not say boo to it. It cannot be left to be swept under the carpet, The average Kiwi needs to be made aware of it.

I suggest a petition is set up to have Bloomfield’s knighthood removed. It probably will not get to the point of anything happening to Bloomfield but if it gains enough traction the MSM will not be able to ignore it and Bloomfield may even say something to defend himself. That is, the goal of the petition will not necessarily be for it to succeed (but it would be great if it did) but more to get everyone talking about the issue and so more people are aware of the treachery.

    9

    0

    • the way its worded did 11k get covered by exemptions or were 103 exemptions granted to cover a couple hundred of the 11k?

i read it a few times and can be interpretted a couple of ways, are covid nutters sure theyve got it right?

      2

      0

      • From 13 November 2021 to 26 September 2022, a total of 478 applications for Significant Service
Disruption exemption (SSD) were received. 103 applications were granted, covering approximately
        11,005 workers.

Please note that it is not possible to provide the exact number of workers that were covered by
SSDs. This is because it was possible for an organisation to submit an application to cover more
        than one worker.

        2

        0

        • i dont interpret that as 11k getting exemptions, i think theres typos as the last part contradicts the 11005 worker figure.
imo i think the 478 applications covered the 11005 staff, 103 applications granted covering an unknown number of staff… could be wrong but thats my take on it, if youre wanting someone to take it on you need 100% certainty otherwise its just more covid nutter shit and the pro covid media would tear them to shreds.

          1

          0

      • Good to question Iaasb.
The bureaucracy always looks after itself in the wording to be deliberately ambiguous & also to be very limited,
Even to seem to open up rabbit holes or squirrels over there but bottom line, they protect their arses.

Just like the Mt Erebus Inquiry, that became so political, & then find out it was AirNZ itself that gave the wrong co-ordinates to the pilot.
In the meantime AirNZ kept fighting throughout, that it was all pilot error, while so kindly helping the reasons why it must have been so.

        Based off this link

I can see the dilemma, but with having allowed/created 103 applications for 11005 workers which seems to be in a bulk numbers, where some of those workers then had the choice to take up the vaxx?
Like about 100 workers per application.
Who put those applications for that average number of 100 ?

Was it just the people in health?
Though we know the police, the army & teachers were never grouped up like that.

Also noting what is this Significant Service Disruption SSD?
How did that come about, to be done in one application?
How did they know there was a SSD if workers took the vaxx?
So would it in part be so that some workers of their own choice decided to get vaxxed up anyway? despite maybe knowing or not knowing there was this form of exemption.

The other part is this sort of a more time extension, to allow the vaxx by date to be extended.
Or was it that a supposed critical service would have closed down or so hampered that normal people would have become aware of major problems in people refusing the vaxx? so the application for exemptions was granted just to quieten things down.

Possibly key personnel were enough in number, that if their jobs were terminated as unvaxxed to wipe out a whole team.
Like a few intensive care nurses, refusing to be vaxxed so then a whole surgery team or more would need to be stepped down.

Still with out getting carried away, the systemic public health system in so many ways seems to have a stink.
The difficulty in part, we know something is rotten, but at the same time, no one wants to look.
Sort of difficult to put a finger on it, and becomes very putrid when one tries to follow their nose.
But now again the wind swings around and brings another disgusting waft, that hits the senses again.

  17. Oh, that’s a shame. 👇 😂😂🥳

“ANALYSIS: A likely torrid election result for Labour is promising to decimate its ranks, with senior MPs Willie Jackson, Andrew Little and David Parker among those facing political oblivion.

Labour received yet another dire poll result on Wednesday night. A 1News Verian poll showed the party being supported by 26% of those surveyed, almost half the support that won Labour 65 seats in 2020, and a result the party received in a The Post/Freshwater Strategy poll a month ago.”

    https://www.1news.co.nz/2023/10/05/te-reo-translations-on-tauranga-bins-painted-over-in-racist-act/

Bins in Kulim Park, Pilot Bay and Marine Parade were all vandalised, with yellow paint being splashed over the translations describing what each bin is for.

Council Commission chairwoman Anne Tolley labelled the act as “racist”, saying the police have been notified and such behaviour won’t be tolerated.

Same. Fresh squid is amazing. What do they catch there?

I am going down for a look at that place and to interview sheep around the Mataura River region who have been drugged raped.

        • im unsure what they catch there, ive shot blue moki, blue cod and the odd greenbone over the years a km or so further along so im guessing the same there?
at slope point when the seas ok they can jump/wade across to a rock thats supposedly the best fishing but thats also the spot where people get dead.

if you end up down those parts theres lots of other good fishing spots all around the south coast and catlins. if the conditions are algood ill go dress up as a seal and go get ya a feed of paua since parrots cant swim 🙂 the new boat wont turn up till late november tho so cant take you out to rape the blue cod until its built.

mostly moo cows next to the mataura river, theres a few sheep in places but theyve sworn an oath of silence. the sheep down wyndham way seem to walk funny so perhaps start your quest their and one may spill the beans… dont forget your velcroe gloves!

              • There’s plenty down there to suit my taste. Id be far happier there than on some stinking hot Thai beach with everyone wanting my money. Though I think they beat Southland when it comes to the local boozers.

  19. So none you can work, or don’t want to, none of you have got off your arse to do anything for yourselves, like put a roof over your head, none of you can be identified except for the male control freak and you can’t even make your bed in the accommodation that the Taxpayer provides with you, you lazy bastards. You just have your fucking hand out and beg for more and more from the Taxpayers of this country.

Time for you to get off your combined arses or fuck off back to where you came from. I am over bludgers like you.

  20. Told youse that the notional version of the ‘tax cuts’ is a load manure
    ——————–

…Labour’s finance spokesman Grant Robertson says National’s tax plan is a “scam” with an analysis by the Council of Trade Unions (CTU) showing just 3000 households would receive the $250 a fortnight relief touted by National as going to the “average family”.

National’s finance spokeswoman Nicola Willis has bit back, saying the claim was always with the caveat “up to” $250, but admitted>> the 3000 figure was correct.

She said about 1.4 million New Zealanders would get tax relief of about $30 a fortnight, but there were bigger savings for families with children….
    —————–
    So $30 a fortnight. 15 bucks a week for a household.
this is not much bedder than the GST on Fruit and vege scam.

Whilst Robbers son is really bad, I cant see this trained churnalist, Willis, with a with first-class honours degree in English literature being any better.

Whilst Billy English had completed an honours degree in English literature he also did a Commerce Degree plus worked in Treasury. He had a grounding, and it showed. He was a good Finance Minister. Good back room operator. Not a front man.

Shows how out of touch Willys is.
Everything is quoted in fortnightly amounts. That Is public service pay. When I have had a salary it is weekly or monthly. Never fortnightly. She is in the bubble.
Their ‘tax package’ is basically just a rise in benefits .

I can’t post the link because although I can see it, I keep getting told the post was deleted.

    Ani O’Brien@aniobrien

If you’re going to act like a feminist hero & warrior for the downtrodden you probably shouldn’t cut your child support drastically because you got a new gf.

    Hey
    @chrishipkins

You have admitted publicly multiple times that you don’t see your kids much, they are with their mum most of the time. So how come you only pay $160 a week child support for them? $80 per kid a week. On a $471,000 salary?

Police: Te Pāti Māori candidate’s home not target of racial attacks
    https://www.1news.co.nz/2023/10/05/police-te-pati-maori-candidates-home-not-target-of-racial-attacks/

“The individual was invited inside but she was not available so they returned home. Another person from the home then went to the party member’s home and asked for their name and phone number so he could update them on Maipi-Clarke’s campaign,” the statement reads.

“This afternoon, this individual has been issued a trespass notice and is bemused and disappointed by the whole situation.”

“First there was zero evidence to their claims that race-baiting from political rivals caused the incident, now it has been confirmed the incident itself was not a ram raid or a home invasion at all. It instead sounds like they were the victim of an election hoarding theft, as have many other parties in the area.

“They have misled the people of New Zealand so they can smear their political rivals on the election campaign. This is politics at its lowest ebb.”

  27. Tatua offers farmer-shareholders record payout for this season’s milk supply

    Thu, 5 Oct 2023, 7:33PM

Independent milk processor Tatua has announced a record-shattering payout for their farmer-shareholders.

The company has paid out $12.30/kgMS for milk supplied last season, beating out last year’s $11.30/kgMS.

Tatua chief executive Brendhan Greaney says the company’s had an odd start to the year, with fluctuating commodity ingredient prices having an impact on their overall earnings.

    So it can be done.
