  1. Blimy Saggy could you not sleep? I know, its excitement as the new government starts tomorrow and lots of changes. Going to be exciting I can’t wait for the many things Maori that are going to change/stop, the Om?????? Tamariki has lots in store for them as well. Maybe we won’t be the baby killing country of the world either in the future of this government. No three waters, the list goes on and on. Thank goodness for Winston without him Act would have not negotiated a good deal at all. Listening to Rodney yesterday was a real eye opener for me. Thank goodness for grumpy old men I say.
Have a great day and be careful out there, things have not changed yet.

    • Man we dodged a bullet. The Irish Prime Minister Voldemort is trying to ramp up hate speech laws to attack people who complain about getting stabbed. America is trying to appeal to the White Boys after 20 years of slagging them, so that they can go and die in the middle east again. Trudeau is still basking after arresting the Truckers who protested. England waiting to enact revenge on a Tory party that has immigration at record levels. We are a bright beacon to the world. There’s more Winston in this Government than the Wets in National. I hope every press conference he keeps punching media between the eyes. Wonder who got the media portfolio in the end, after Winnie promised to cut off funding and kick them all to touch?

  2. Seems the Natives have light fingers, even in a Museum where they lifted artifacts, claimed to be precious to the aforementioned, Natives. Complete Arseholes!

I note that despite CCTV, Plod has not spoken to the perps, or the family member who returned the nicked item. Why so slow?

“Museum curator Chanel Clarke earlier this week was critical of those that stole the taonga.”

“I have no doubt that those people who came in here have ancestors, have tūpuna, that are in this gallery. They probably have ancestors who fought and this is not the type of behaviour that is becoming of their whānau,”

      • As T, business advisor on all things antifouling, I would suggest you direct this large opportunity to the good people of Tasmania. They need this vessel full of angry people of which you allude too.

          • Off course they are ripping passengers off. Under our biosecurity regulations, it means that hulls of all vessels entering New Zealand waters must be clean. If not, bye-bye.

Most of the hull cleaning should it needing to be undertaken, is done about 10kms off Tauranga by divers. Passenger just have to sit around enjoying the distant view of the country formerly known as Aotearoa until the vessel is clean enough and has passed inspection, before they can then berth, disembark and enjoy the close up delights of New Zealand.

            7

            0

          • I have read they stop somewhere out by Mayor Island and the divers duck under and clean the hull. Not sure how effective that would be given the size of the ships.
What bothers me more is that they are scrubbing the shit into water in the bay and it gets swept up and down the coast twice a day. Who knows what goes where?

Then I think about all the container ships and log ships and refrigerated Kiwi fruit ships, which to my knowledge just rock on in from all parts of the world. Are they cleaned?
            Where are they cleaned.
Sure they have anti fouling but whose word do we take that they are actually clean?

Meanwhile our Regional Council, which has responsibility for our coastline and our harbour, and its funding organization, Quayside Holdings are using the funds ( mostly generated from their 51% shareholding in POT), to prop up property developers at the expanse of the Regional Council, its responsibilities and the ratepayers. Watts and Hughes and Carrus in a new office building and The Lakes developers by buying their shopping Mall.

Does the shareholding in POT influence the treatment of shipping?
Why has the Regional Council, who own Quayside Holdings, allow them to use the money for purposes other than the Regional Council Responsibilities?
Can the developers themselves not fund their own property holdings?
I don’t know but it seems to be questionable.
No doubt they won’t be transparent about these things.

  3. The Labour Party are going to be absolutely beside themselves with rage tomorrow.

I see another excellent lady with one of Labour’s chinky sounding names, will enter Parliament after Andrew Bayley’s massive win in the Port Waikato By-Election. If you have to have List MP’s, then the quality of Nancy Lu, will be worth having as an MP.

    • Thanks for that WG.
When Trump takes over again that will change the world.
It will show so many nations that big or small they can be great, can treat their citizens and other nations with respect.
It will show people that they can rid their countries of the nasty and the people of the world can be friends.
I belonged to Lions International for 21 years and always the theme was about helping other people and the communities we lived in. I met so many people from many countries all with the same respect for their fellow human beings.
In NZ (and other countries suspect), the totalarians took over and have destroyed all of that with their control of everything even sopping Santa parades and giving kids lollies.

They have created fear and control.

They have continued that with the covid message.
They continue that by removing property rights and so on.
That’s what always attracted me to ACT, especially when Rodney was there.
Seymour was on to the job until he allowed himself to be hoodwinked, controlled, whatever over the jabs.
He failed to do proper due diligence and swallowed to lot hook line and ballast weight.

Worse he has failed to accept he was wrong and say sorry despite many urging him to do so. ( Including many in his party).

I could live with that if it was genuine.
But he won’t because the power to him was more important than his basic principle towards his fellow citizens.
Thats why his result was not what it could have been.

HE FORGOT AND GAVE UP ON HIS MOST CORE VALUE.

And that’s the values that Trump expouses.
Like him or not based on your perceived image of his past, gained mostly from the controllers who influence the “news”,
These videos show what its all about.

When Trump returns to the White House and we stop killing people in other countries we shall see a change in the world leadership.
The Trudeau’s, will be gone along with all their mates in other countries and organizations like the UN..
The religious will be out in their place, not as rulers of the world and its wealth but as a place of solace to those who need it.

      The Vikings will rule again.

The big question will be who will do this in NZ, Australia, and China and Iran and Israel. We can already see it happening in Europe, it has been ongoing for sometime in Russia, despite what the CIA and its controllers and sycophants have told you.
It is happening in the Americas. Will it ever happen in South Africa and its neighbours? I don’t know. Its seriously too tribal and will take aTrump like person and not a Mandela to change that country.
It can happen as Putin has shown.

Who do we have in NZ that fits the personality type to achieve greatness again?
We have any amount of controllers and religious and power hungry that get emprty tanks but just who can provide us with the leadership necessary to Make NZ Great Again?

Becuase we were the best little country in the world, once.

Mkae you suggestions in the comments.
(without being rude I might add.)

  6. Picked up a pair of these for knocking around in. Light and flexible. Wide foot shaped forefoot. Grippy sole and waterproof breathable. Ended up wearing them yesterday on a 25km + hike through tough bush and mostly alpine tops. Outstanding. Even handle sidling which is a killer on light flexible boots. Super comfortable.

Ideal if you want a good bush hunting boot or light hiker. Clearance sale.

  7. I have quickly read new agreements along with many commentary’s on the promising coalition.
Two things come to mind that are important but in manifestos and the agreements seem to be missing or have not been elevated to the prominence they should hold.
    Immigration policy.
    Local government Act .
Surely there are questions to be asked about the high level of immigration and how the process is being dealt with.
How do they process 100000 applications in one year , in depth, with our sovereignty in mind.?
Who are the people employed to screen future New Zealanders?
The Local Government Act needs action.
Get rid of the power of general competence for a start.

It is a joke to them
In 1992 they wrecked Auckland Regional council (Warren Freer/Bolger) by smashing its teeth in & killing it .
never touched any other Regional councils.
Then in 2010 created the Super Shitty which has never been, and will never be, functional.

Lets see if these wankers actually do some thing good in local Government
      It has never happened yet.

      • All true but what really screwed the pooch was Helen Clark’s General Power of Competence introduced by the Localism Act 2011.

It gave absolute wankers the chance to involve councils in things other than water, roads, sewage & libraries. They’re now totally out of their depth.

If Maori are systemically disadvantaged because of systemic racism, then why is Joanna (Mihirangi) Forbes claiming to be oppressed? Surely her white “privileged” bull dust would expire after Duncan Garner dropped her like a hot wannabe kumara

  10. Things that go bng are dangerous.
Who Knew. well apparently not wildlife controller.

A WorkSafe investigation into an Auckland Airport worker who lost the top of their two fingertips in a workplace accident related to geese control two years ago found they did not have adequate training.

On November 15, 2021, a staff member with the Auckland Airport wildlife team was monitoring geese near the airport’s runways.

The victim fired a cartridge from a pyrotechnic launcher towards the geese from the open driver’s-side window of their stationary work vehicle.

As a result of firing the launcher, the victim suffered serious harm, including a laceration to their right-hand palm and loss of two of their fingertips on their right hand.

  11. Of course politicians want a longer four year parliamentary term. Just think, NZ could have had to endure TWO EXTRA YEARS under the chaotic trolls of the Ardern Labour regime.

      • Might just make people be more responsible in their voting.

One of the good things about this election is that several parties were very clear about their policies while some including the old ones continued with the usual confusion of sound bites.
Now that they have had to commit to real stuff and not sound bites and the agreements are public they will be kept up to a least some of their commitments, it might be a pleasing change.
( you watch there will be behind-the-scenes horse trading about stuff. At least it will require 3 not 2. It will happen as sure as night follows day).
No changes at the whim of one dictator like we have had for 40 years.

We still need more and in particular a constitution the limits the power of the govt. and especially the executive and prevents them from making “secret” laws and rules and imposing them like they did with covid rules.
        Not acceptable at all.

    • its a bullshit excuse they use that theres not enough time to get shit done cuz 3rd year is eaten up by campaigning… a good fucking track record and keeping promises is the best way for an party to campaign! why the fuck do we need to give them an extra year to hoodwink and bullshit us just dont break so many promises ffs and get re elected.

    • The politicians are trying to arrange a sinecure, and making it more weather tight.
Often they talk about transparency & being open.
      So let it be drafty.

This MMP is not for a House of Representatives, but to be a House of Parties.
We have no real effect on who can go on the list. Only the total number on that Party list to go into Parliament.

Good then let one half of the electorates, alternating to an election every 2 years for that 4 year term. 🙂
Would make life much more interesting. 🙂 At the same time they get their 4 year term. 🙂
I think if we had say one half of the electorates coming due for an election, the other half can continue, doing that rollover every 2 years.

Not sure how to then sort out the Parties, on the Party vote that creates the list MP’s but some one may pick up on some of my concept & figure a bit more.
The devils in the detail, & some issues will need to be balanced out, like the proportionality of parties, or in some way unhitch that in some ways.
Still when more time reflect on this.

      5

      • The American system is like that.
Spend all their time fundraising which in itself creates the problem of whose funds and what favours and the other half of the time campaigning.
Better I reckon to follow the Swiss model, have 4 or 5 years terms but that we have a constitution and a written signed manifesto from each party so we know what they plan and then have to have a referendum on anything outside of what they clearly comapign for.
Make them set a per capital wealth and health education goals for all.
Make then set debt goals as a country.
refuse to allow them to just borrow and hope.

The following statement has been attributed to Mnr Wilders:

“I have a message for all the Muslims in the Netherlands who do not respect our freedom, our democracy and our core values, who find the rules of the Quran more important than our secular laws. GET-OUT !!”

He couldn’t have made it any clearer, and in my younger days I knew such an action as ‘Buying a fight’.

Cue rioting in the streets from the ‘Instantly aggrieved’ minority to whom he is referring, and loud, Muslim-supporting and useless statements from the EU in Brussels, and no doubt outside all and any Dutch Government Embassy or Consulate worldwide

It will be interesting to see how this pans out, especially as the Dutch military operates on a very liberal ‘I’ll obey or I won’t’ personal choice system, and many servicemen/ women may not obey the orders they’re given.

      7

      • Very proud of my Dutch Ancestry…. In fact that photo of Jan van Riebeeck arriving in Cape Town those many years ago (April 6, 1652) brings back many sweet memories. (According to modern New Zealand historians, that’s soon after the Maori left as they realised that Real Blacks were no match for them….. )//////

    • The Dutch Parties can form a government with out Gert Wilders Party if they are determined to keep up the “cordon sanitaire”, so it is a “Victory Defeat”

Komata may be on money, if the muslims play up.
Like play a street game of the “pass the koran” as in a game of football.
Although the anti Wilders Parties have already taken to the streets in protest against the election, with the accompanying Palestinian flags & chants.
Will some of those other smaller see they will lose more votes in the near future than what they will gain being so liberal in supporting that?

It will be the smaller parties, even the socialists parties that will have to seriously weigh up the “fight”, if the “aggrieved minority” really does “Kick off”.
That is when Wilders support rocketed in October, when the anti Israel pro Hamas did the protests after 7/11 leaning to blatant anti-Jew even with in Holland when the Palestinian flags went to a Jewish monument.
But it is not just the Palestinian flags, it is the rainbow & trans-gender flags of the woke.
Chanting in “Solidarity, None can be free until Palestine is Free, from the River to the Sea. Solidarity”

Gert Wilders has shown the light, Trump has shown the light.
To see how the “Never Trump” and now the “Never Wilders” will play for keeps.

Is it enough to pressure the Dutch public to tighten up on those liberal Dutch parties behind the scenes.?

    • Gert Wilders understands the basis of Islam.

“We have imported a monster into Europe and this monster is called Islam”, says PPV leader Geert Wilders. What do you think?
      https://twitter.com/i/status/1728428055809622026
2 mins 11 secs : Approx a few years ago.

So he has moderated, a bit, but what he has seen & figured out, can not be unseen either.
Gert Wilders calls it as he sees Islam,

Also noting how many politicians etc., only sell soft cover stories.
Note the numbers he picks up on and the % of just what is, or is not a devout muslim.
      Well said Gert.
Who will take note of this here in New Zealand?

    https://www.1news.co.nz/2023/11/26/thousands-of-government-jobs-to-be-cut-new-minister-suggests/
Incoming Minister for Regulation David Seymour says he expects thousands of “back office” jobs to be slashed from the public service as ACT and National agree to reduce agency headcounts.

He cautioned the numbers suggested now and in the past remained “ballpark” and that the new government hadn’t yet consulted with department heads or officials in order to produce a more concrete estimate.

  15. https://www.1news.co.nz/2023/11/26/new-govt-mini-budget-to-be-released-before-christmas-willis/
Willis, who will soon take ministerial reins along with colleagues, has now received briefings from Treasury officials about the state of the country’s books.

Willis said she would time the mini-budget to happen at the same time as when Treasury officials usually open the books at the end of a calendar year — the annual Half Year Economic and Fiscal Update.

“It’ll be necessarily limited — emphasis on the word ‘mini.'”

It’s fair to say that the outgoing government has left us with some nasty surprises. There are some fiscal risks that are pretty significant that we’re going to have to work hard to manage.”

I reckon ACT and NZ first should show Luxon the “negotiator” the value of real value. I’m looking forward to Waitangi day when Winston shows his true credentials. Luxon will probably wilt

      • At least Pharlap admits the major fuck up, but it has cost each New Zealander a shocking amount.

It was a great foreign minister trip for Winston Peters to be had in flying to Marrakech Morocco.
Among the dignitaries to sign New Zealand up to the UN Global Migration Pact.
A binding pact that means that talk of any issues of migrants are to be be muted, suppressed, basically controlled by the media, with government over sight.

It actually could have been worse if not for Covid, fucked up quarantines etc.. but now as we see. that handbrake is off.
So a replacement society is in, & has been increasing wildly.

It seems like create the problem like Ardern, then become the solution, 6 long years later.
Setting in play the costly Gross National Product while reducing the GDP per capita.
I have seen where the opportunities, have been taken up by migrants, where the dead hand of the state, supplies so much welfare, that it is not worth while to start or continue a business.
Instead it becomes easier to join a gang.

That is why many New Zealanders are seeking an exit, that actually is destroying New Zealand even more.
Sure things will change, but this has been is reckless disregard to the consequences.

        • I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again.
Ardern needs to be dragged back to NZ and held accountable for the damage she and Labour have done to the country. She was top dog. She must be held accountable.

        • Agreed. Hopefully Winston will rectify his short comings.

From the past election, I didn’t vote for NZ first (Winston First) but in hindsight, I wish I did.

          Too many Wong’s don’t make a …..

Winston should be the MP for broadcast, broadband and free speech because heaven forbid if the likes of Ricardo Mandezzy/sleezy or Golriz the faux reffo have a say in democracy.

It’s the ol’ saying…”if my auntie had balls, she’d be my uncle”. Maybe Ricardo should have migrated to Cuba instead of NZ and maybe Golriz and her supposedly oppressed family should have migrated to Palistine

      • Labour had how many years in opposition while the rock star economy was pumping along? What did they do for those 9 years? I’ll tell ya.
They turned up to eat their lunch and collect a paycheck. Bludging scum.

Man steals ambulance then crashes into building in Hamilton
    https://www.1news.co.nz/2023/11/26/man-steals-ambulance-then-crashes-into-building-in-hamilton/

A man receiving treatment from paramedics stole their ambulance before crashing it into a building in Hamilton this afternoon, emergency services say.

Upon arrival, a man became aggressive while being treated by paramedics which forced them to “flee the scene on foot to a safe location”.

“The patient gained access to the ambulance and crashed it into a nearby building,” a St John spokesperson said.

    lets see:

    Ambulance: European invention
    Medicines: European invention
    Paramedics: European invention
    Sealed Roads: European invention
    Petrol: European invention
    Ability to Drive: European teaching
English Language (The common tongue in NZ ): European invention
Police/ Law enforcement/ Courts: European invention
    etc., etc. etc.

On the basis of the above, what happened will be seen to be ENTIRELY a direct consequence of ‘Colonisation’ and such retribution as MAY occur will be apportioned appropriately.

There simply COULDN’T be any other cause ////////////////////////////////

      • The call is to de-colonize so that re-indigenizing can be done 🙂
You can hear this in the first 10 seconds.

        1 min 1 sec : 22 Sept. 2023 : Parliament : Marama Davison.

I sort of recall but can not find again when I think it there was also in another tweet of Marama Davidson.

Rather funny when one hears that this new coalition are taking maori back to the 1800’s..

Perhaps the real issue is that It is always the revolution to be completed, which they look to ride to power & control.

To rouse major angry feelings then ride that activism;— is that no body can be free, like the maori, like the trans-gender, & now not until Palestine be free, from the river to the sea, so Solidarity is demanded to achieve this “Freedom”.

So it is also to be applied to Climate Change too, in rat-shitting ways, to Water, Carbon, Air, Land, etc.. using forms of Urgency to Emergency.

The amazing ability to have the great solutions, while another problem in urgent need of solutions arises.

  18. They say demographics are our future. That could be in part where we drag in other cultures too.

…… To summarise: if the adverse demographic factors of exchange migration and the fertility gap continue on their current scale, the ethnic Germans in Germany and Austria will have emigrated completely or died out within the next 100 years.
Only Switzerland and possibly East Germany could retain their historical ethno-cultural identity for longer.
The results of this analysis emphasise the urgency of a timely democratic right-wing government takeover that relies on drastic measures such as a “welcome culture for children”, a no-way migration policy and a comprehensive remigration agenda to save the future of the German people.

But the adjustment of powers & controls will come about much earlier..

As in Europe, will our grand children have other duties to be in compliance with the rest of the community in the near future.
Like the total application of “Jahala” which is being in played for another culture in the revision of history.
