I see Plod were very quick to whip around to the MOH Whistleblower’s home, arrest him on breach of privacy charges, “unauthorised disclosure and misuse of data” and bang him up in the slammer pending his date before a Judge.

Pity Plod were not so quick to whip around to Ruthless Empire’s home, or Cris and Kru Kahui’s home or Kween Thompson’s home and arrest the suspected perpetrators and charge them over the deaths of these young souls.

Somehow all the angst from the MOH seems out of proportion to me, compared to the lack of angst over death rates of young children in this country which seems much more serious than someone exposing the truth.

If one reads my 9:36 am comment in “Investigation Needed” quoting Guy Hatchard [sorry missed putting it into italics as quote] had major reservations as did VFF about the credibility, & seeing it as a major stuff up by Liz Gunn, in particular the quality of that “whistle blowers” data, & did not want anything to do with it.
https://ysb.co.nz/investigation-needed/#comment-371063

So now Guy Hatchard has done his report.

….. If health data shows that there is no harm from Covid vaccines why would the government deny access to the relevant data? ……
.
…. There were a number of charts displayed showing for example that some South Island vaccination sites had been disproportionately affected by deaths subsequent to vaccination.
It was immediately clear from the names of the providers that these sites serviced the elderly, an obvious and unfortunate data bias which has garnered some criticisms. …..
.
……. That doesn’t mean the data leak is invalid, a conspiracy theory, or irrelevant.
There were some very real and concerning questions raised which need answers.
The reaction of the Ministry of Health and the Minister actually points to a conspiracy of silence on their part, not to the whistleblower.
We do have whistleblower protection legislation in New Zealand. It states that: …..

https://hatchardreport.com/what-the-whistleblower-data-tells-us-about-the-new-zealand-ministry-of-health/

The whistle blower protection of Labour Party design, say no more, as we will be “truly” protected by following the supporters of the “kindly” Saints below.

Thank goodness we had Shaun Hendy & Siouxsie Wiles, Sir Ashley Bloomfield, Michael Baker, & the many hard working “Kind” honest public health officials, to explain how they wanted us to comply, as they still work at finding ways to gain even further compliance for the greater goodness of our health,
Also to fully support incorporate Maori Knowledge of understanding in Science, especially in our New Zealand health education systems where nothing is to be questioned.
No information, raw data is to be given, preferably not even made, unless it can be powhiri’ed into existence where it can be all powerful & true for all complicit Aoteearooaans

Earlier tonight, the ministry said the staff member had no clinical background or expert vaccine knowledge, and there was no evidence vaccination was responsible for “excess mortality in New Zealand”.

It’s alleged an individual downloaded a large amount of vaccine-related information, Te Whatu Ora chief executive Margie Apa said.

“The data, as published on an overseas site, appears to have been anonymised. Analysis of the released data is ongoing, but work so far has not found any National Health Index Numbers or personally identifiable information.”

Labour party TV (TV1 ) reported MOH scambling to recover their data – my understanding is downloading datat leaves the original data intact as the download was a copy. Is this TV1 bias – likely – or ignorance of what a download is – also likely.

great post, I think this is a really a substantial threat to their censoreship and silence on any matters that shows harm or death from their experimental poison.
The government and health department can easily diffuse this situation they find themselves in, simply release the data without names of the whole 12 million plus, we know this will never happen, the 2022 excess mortality they cannot hide, they can continue to hide what may have caused it. Will be an interesting court case, hope the guy has a top lawyer, the leaders could well have their arses into court, they clearly have no scientific credentials,

DNA Sequence in Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine Could Spur New Lawsuits: Lawyers
Pfizer is among the possible defendants, one lawyer says.

Pfizer and its partner BioNTech could be open to lawsuits for including a DNA sequence in their COVID-19 vaccine.

The Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act, known as the PREP Act, largely shields COVID-19 vaccine manufacturers from lawsuits, but companies can be sued for “willful misconduct,” which includes acts taken “intentionally to achieve a wrongful purpose.”

“I think what we have here is willful misconduct,” Mat Staver, chairman of Liberty Counsel, told The Epoch Times.
The Pfizer-BioNTech, in testing by outside scientists, was discovered to contain a Simian Virus 40 (SV40) DNA sequence despite the public never being told about the sequence..

MOH claim single figures of excess deaths in NZ but US insurers show significant numbers so who do you believe, I trust US Insurers who have nothing to gain by showing unexpected death payments in excess of their usual experience, but MOH does have reason to manipulate as they see Nuremburg 2 on the horizon.

Most child killers are of an ethnic race but it is only only cis white men create the issues with women, according to the Green spokesperson and leader, things have changed so much in this new age. Why have the new government not stepped in for that. Should be an easy task???? But who is there to replace him with????? Any suggestions?

Where to recruit them from ??

The deck is stacked with woke, special people (female, darkies and even trannies) , as regional commanders and through the ranks, now.

Any recruitment has to be from outside.
But where?

Wait, WTF?

City Rail Link set to cost Auckland ratepayers $220m a year to operate once it opens in 2026.
“The chickens are coming home to roost. The running costs of the City Rail Link alone are expected to account for about 10 per cent of rates paid by Aucklanders in the third year of the 10-year budget,” Brown said.

This was another project started by the treasonous azzhole, Johnny keys.
It has fuckwit Steven Joyce fingerprints all over it.

I went to a session on Friday where local MP Seymour had a presentation by Mayor W Brown.
First time I have seen Brown in person.
I was surprised at how caustic Brown was.
We will see if his probable one term delivers results. He was 76 last year and would be 82 if he completed 2 terms.

His regular praise of dizzy Desley Simpson – Councillor for Remmers and surrounds- wife of long term Notional party president Chump, Peter Goodfellow – former wife of Coromandel MP Scott Simpson- regular voter for higher expenditure and higher rates rather than fiscal restraint – had me flummoxed.
Dizzy Desley is Deputy Mayor and could be in the running for Mayor after Brown.
She is a spendthrift idiot and yet gets voted in again and again by the snobs and knobs of Remuera and surrounds.

He was highly critical of Steven Joyce on two counts. Both valid.
One was the Creation/Configuration of Auckland council. I have been a critic since day 1 ; in fact for more than a year before, as I saw it forming .
the second was joyce’s MBIE.

Auckland Council can not really touch the CCO that is Auckland Transport.
A CCO is a Council Controlled Organisation.
Except it is NOT controlled by Council and in fact insulated as set up by Key/Hide/Joyce
AT – Akl transport – can go off and do fuckwit things — and they do in spades -and the funder of this – Council itself- has no control.
Very messy.
Don’t vote Notional.

Those who support Steven Joyce on here – you know who you are – please write on the back of an stamp what his good credentials are.
W Brown also criticised the Creation of MBIE – another fuckwit Steven Joyce Creation/abomination. Something I have had a jaundiced view on since day 1. It is a self fuelling, inefficient Wellywood bureaucracy.
That a dildo was thrown at dildo S Joyce was very apt.

The CRL is a shocker as I have mentioned on here and elsewhere. It is 2 fucking miles long . 3.2 km. It is fuck all and taking at least 8 years to build.
The England- France Chunnel is over 30 miles or over 50 km and took 6 years and cost the same as the John Key fast tracked – ha ha – wee CRL rail tunnel
The Öresund Bridge connects Denmark to Sweden and is 8 km long. It took 4 years to build. It has road and rail and the users pay- unlike the CRL.
As I have mentioned, the US Trans continental railroad built in 6 years in the 1860s is over 3000 km , over the Sierra mountains and has multiple bridges and tunnels .

It is like that Kunt J Keys has left big shit piles everywhere –
-The Paris accord costing $$$billions a year and only increasing;
-The UNDRIP that has created apartheid in NZ without any protests from HART or CARE;
-the CRL

I think it is ‘light rail’ (aka 19th century trams) up Dominion Rd which have been cancelled. Also maybe trams to the airport. Dunno for certain.

With all the billion$ spent so far and all the holes having been dug all over the CBD druggies’ crash pads, I reckon it’s too late to cancel the ridiculous underground railway – so it’ll still be going ahead as a huge sink to pour ratepayers’ money into.

As it is, Auckland is full of huge double decker buses driving around empty. Just imagine in the future what the idiotic underground railway will look like with all the offices closed down.

They will probably introduce some sort of ‘conjestion charge’ in Auckland in an attempt to drive what few people want to go there into their stupid train system. But this won’t work and people will just avoid the city altogether and it will be abandoned to the addicts and the homeless.

Saggy
Reply to  Lizziep

No Lizzie, the light rail to airport is cancelled. This is the City Rail Link (CRL) which is a train loop connecting Britomart to Newmarket via Mt Eden, or something like that. It’s been under construction for years now. I mistakenly assumed running costs would be met by the revenue it generated, not the poor rate-payer who’s about to be sprung with congestion charges as well for driving the car.

Wayne Brown stated last Friday he wants more people using busses and less central city car parks.
He wants more inner city living and conversion of empty office space to residential.

ALL pubic transport is heavily subsidised in NZ.

a fair chunck of rail is long term closed in Auckland.eg
Ōrākei, Meadowbank, Glen Innes, Panmure and Sylvia Park stations will be closed between 20 March 2023 to January 2024.

Mt Eden Station has been closed for years.
But there are men in Orange vests on walkie talkies ; so that is OK.
Walkie talkies are like 1970s internet.

Cant see any progress in a year.

South Australia Omits ‘Christmas’ and ‘Australia Day’ From Public Holiday Legislation
The legislation declared Easter Sunday as a public holiday and increased the number of public holidays in South Australia from 11 to 12..

The South Australian government has declined to name Christmas Day, Australia Day, ANZAC Day, and Proclamation Day in the new public holiday legislation.

The stated aim of the legislation was to declare Easter Sunday as a public holiday and increase the total number of public holidays in South Australia from 11 to 12.
The Public Holidays Bill 2023 (pdf) mentioned Dec. 25, Dec. 26, Jan. 1, Jan. 26, and April 25 without providing names for these public holidays. Good Friday, Easter Saturday, Easter Sunday, and Easter Monday were named.
The legislation repeals the Holidays Act 1910 (pdf), which references Christmas, Anzac Day, Proclamation Day, and Australia Day.

https://www.theepochtimes.com/world/south-australia-omits-christmas-and-australia-day-from-public-holiday-legislation-5539559?utm_source=Aomorningbriefnoe&src_src=Aomorningbriefnoe&utm_campaign=Aomb-2023-12-04&src_cmp=Aomb-2023-12-04&utm_medium=Aoemail&est=Hx8KuDn7UZKY3kTmXpzY0OpljZbsR11r1r4txS1wtQCDalHhhuGn2q8GuBhF5qU%3D

“Somehow, South Australia has survived for 110 years with the Holidays Act without including these names. Somehow we have managed to work out that we have those holidays on those days,” Ms. Close said.

“Further, amendments Nos 15 and 16 are seeking to prevent the public holiday on Australia Day being moved. It is late, it is after dinner, I am not indulging in culture wars.

“We have 26 January. It is the day that New South Wales was founded by the British. It is the day we have chosen as Australia Day. It is in here. I am not interested in getting into this ridiculous dog whistle of having a different debate within this. This is about worker entitlements.”

I posted about this late last night so it seems everyone missed it.
While the msm are still full of stories about the death of baby Ru they are completely ignoring the death of an extra 279 0-4 year olds in 2022 than in 2021. 76% above the long term average.
I wonder about a couple of things: could the injected substance have anything to do with this and does SB give a shit about it?

Now I guess it is possible that this is misinformation given that it seems to have come directly from government sources.

theres descrepancies in other age groups and also the total aswell. the total is out by almost 600 deaths.
imo id believe official stats nz over some overworked staffer doing oia requests

I don’t see where you get the 600 difference in totals from. However I went to the stats data site myself and it is still showing 249 for 0-4 while the OIA is showing 608. So you are saying that this is just a clerical error? I note that the requester asked for the data to be checked. It is obviously possible that an error has been made but excess deaths are occurring across all age brackets.

Edit: the data on the post goes back to 2000 if you have a look.

Unless the OIA response has somehow been deliberately altered by the poster the discrepancy remains. This only leaves a few options:
Stats NZ has cocked up
The OIA response has been cocked up
There is another database unknown or not available to stats nz and the data is accurate.
The stats nz data has been deliberately altered.
Whichever it is there should be an investigation. If there have been an extra 279 deaths over the 2021 figure there needs to be an explanation.

In support of your conclusion according to Health dept there have only been 254 doses given to the under 4’s in total (though this does seem rather low given the sheepish behavior displayed around the vax) . It doesn’t rule out the vax as the cause though as the majority of deaths by a large margin occur in the under 1 group. Vaxed breast feeding mothers could have been a factor. Whatever the reason there should be some sort of investigation to get to the bottom of it.

Liz Gunn potentially took 27000 or so votes off NZ First – (probably costing them an MP?)

Then she wants Winston to back the whistleblower? Really?

Wonston never signed up to back people who commit crimes. The guy didn’t just blow the whistle – he stole data. Whilst I actually support the bloke’s actions in principle and support his motivation, he has committed a crime.

What kind of position would it put Winston and NZ First in, supporting someone who has committed a criminal act?

The best the guy can hope for is a light sentence from the courts – which is unfortunately, unlikely.

Liz Gunn is a total shit for even trying to lay that on Winston – any respect I had for her evaporated a while back.

Liz Gunn is in hiding apparently.
Steve Kirsch says he has been analysing the data for weeks and it is sound but the interpretation is not. He says his account with the data on it has been taken down.
Jikkyleaks say they have found the problem with the interpretation. The data is sound. But probably best not to jump to conclusions right now. I think it is a time will tell situation.

However, what does stand out is the MOH’’s grossly disproportionate reaction. Makes me ask what are they hiding? If the whistleblower’s data is so wrong, then just release the correct data. Oh they can’t because they have been lying? It will be interesting to see how Chris Luxon and his brand new coalition govt handle this. So far 0/10 for swamp dweller Shane Reti.

Anyone out there could post what happened to the cyber attack people? All computers were down in the hospital and I remember due to having an operation at the time!!!!!!!

jeneral, tell us how its a disproportionate reaction?

accessing, stealing and distributing personal health records is a bullshit thing to do even if it has had personal identifiers removed.
if it were only a handful of citizens data stolen then yes very disproportionate but this covers hundreds of thousands/ millions of citizens data.

its only percieved as disproportionate by nutters who so badly want these feelz claims to be true.
if you reverse it and say bloomfailed was getting arrested and charged you lot would be celebrating while covid karen and ken be screaming its disproportionate response.

i agree tho that the govt could release all data and explain it in laymans terms to the public to end all suspicion and nutter claims.

To IAASB @ 9.29. Whistleblowers supposedly have protection in this country. You don’t arrest whistleblowers for being wrong. Nor do you issue injunctions against the data being reproduced both here and in other countries if it is a nothing burger. Echoes of Brenton Tarrant manifesto. You are welcome to disagree with my opinion of course but do try to keep a civil tongue in your head.

I am not a supporter of Liz Gunn. Like many others I have been suspicious of her motives from the start but on the off-chance that she may actually have uncovered the truth, I’m going to keep an open mind. I certainly wouldn’t trust anything that comes out of the MoH most of whom probably got exemptions!

jeneral, if the claims dont stack up and have just been misinterpretted or exagerated then theyre not a whistleblower just a fraudulent thief.
can also be a whistleblower without the theft of personal data.

im happy to be proven wrong on this but with the available info imo it all appears to be bullshit instigated by nutters.

Sunlight is the best disinfectant. How will the public have the data verified as true and correct if kept hidden? NZDH claim it is “misinformation” which is socialist speak for we don’t want anyone to see this.

Why bother having whistleblower legislation if those who see govt has overstepped it’s boundaries cannot ever expose that tyrannical behaviour?

The personal information of what is supposed personal info, I doubt was even there.
It would be a huff & puff by the media & Ministry to incense the sheeple to feelz the Ministry has their back.
It was in any case all atomized & anonymized.

This part should have maybe taken legal advice on just to be sure.
Probably the only part that may feel exposed, are the geographical vaccination sites that can be figured, but even the people there are anonymized, but I guess they will know who they are & maybe too easily tracked.
But the vaccinators were only given numbers, to keep them anonymous.

The named towns & cities, to name or not to name?

But fuck it, read how they intend to conduct the inquiry! as I posted the other day.
All info will be kept in confidence from the Covid minister on down.
Ardern of no value, does not even have that quiet interview with the Inquiry.
No confidence from me, in like how just what did Bloomfield say to Hipkins, as they will keep their stories.

Wind the bastards up, drip-feed, over time, keep the pressure & stress up, but I know it has to skilfully done.
We can only play with the cards we are given, so nothing is perfect.

I read your earlier post S1. I posted that Liz Gunn video as information. She appears to be very naive of the darkness of some human behaviour. She seems to believe all people will do the right thing even ancient, slippery politicians who are there for their own benefit.

I am very concerned for the whistleblower, that he has been hung out to dry by her naivety, that everything will be resolved once the data was exposed to the world. The left are nasty and vindictive when you expose they cheated. I do hope Winston Smith has excellent legal advice.

Dizzy Lizzy Gunn is an idiot and political bimbo.
I have said this before and maintained it from the start.

What did she ever think the outcome would be?
has she been asleep for the past 6 years of tyranny.

Your last (2nd) para WG. Very well stated.

Anyone else would have not shown the face of this person and altered the voice.
although given there are few people who would have has full DBA access, it would be simple deduction. But no attempt to disguise. Duh!

Gunn is an idiot and deserves to learn a serious lesson.
Given that she worked in media for years and is a trained lawyer this has been unforgivable.

She has set back valid criticism of the VaXXX by a long shot.
She had feedback from multiple parties that this was not a viable data set from which to draw unassailable conclusions.
But went off half cocked.

The world we live in now:
From Eds other article this morning re CHC Shooting
…While legal to do so in their countries, New Zealanders are subject to extremely harsh penalties, even getting harsher sentences that rapists and people actually possessing child pornography….

So yes, things are out of kilter.
Maori killers get home D.
People who merely watched the CHC video when it was not illegal (first 3 days) got prison time.

the 56 year old whistle blower dude is clearly English. He may get prison time and even deported at the end of it.

Downtick me if you like, but this was the path Gunn has been on for two years and it is one hell of an explosion.
The end of Vanishing Point. (1971 film)

i understand what it does vikey, to a non farming curtain fume huffing ole chap like you it may be mind boggling and easily misunderstood.

my point was there is far cheaper alternatives that can do the same thing except set invisible fences but hey if some farmer whinging how tight money is thinks spending a small fortune on tech that dosent recoup anywhere near the outlay then they can go for it and waste their money.

youre obviously one of those fuckwits that thinks because its new and spruiked as revolutionary it must be good and everyone needs it.
tell me, how does drawing a line on a phone screen to set cows fence work when paddocks grow different from front to back etc? poor quality and highquality pastures differ, topped vs untopped… you still need to go out the paddock if youre a good farmer to keep finger on the pulse. same with farm managers and owners who never step foot in the cowshed but whinge scc is too high or getting grades.
you cant run a farm to its full potential from home or a screen, yeah youll have a functioning farm but not running at full efficiency.

Just an idea.
We don’t need any Epsteining or Arkanciding.

You know where you stand now folks. Minister of Health , Shame Reti has said there are no excess deaths.
That is your baseline. Dont get you hopes up of truth and reconciliation. Ain’t happening .
————–
Official line:
There is no evidence that vaccination is responsible for excess mortality in New Zealand.
More than 12.6 million vaccines have been administered to eligible Kiwis and over 3300 people have died from Covid-19.

Only four deaths have been possibly linked to adverse reactions from vaccination.

My response to the official line is — how can you say that when autopsies are not done (you changed the law on autopsies for sudden death in 2022 !) ? Also it is almost certain that the people pushing this line are part of the 11,000 who got exemptions.

Ross. I don’t think that you are correct about a law change. Doctors usually provide the cause of death for the Death Certificate. Where they cannot or will not the death is referred to a Coroner who has a discretion as to whether or not to authorize a PM. There has been no 2022 change to the Coroner’s Act

The 11k got exemptions probably because they knew the mRNA was untested and untried, bypassing the normal 10-15 year approval process, and therefore posed a serious risk. I was told exactly that the week it arrived in NZ, by several medical professionals.

You seem to be very cavalier about calling people nutters. How will you respond if you lose a member of your family, or have them crippled, through someone else’s self-serving and criminally negligent actions, and get no justice, acknowledgement, and no ACC. And then we on here say to you: “Nah SB, get over it, let it go, move on, you are a nutter!”? It would be highly insensitive, bordering on psychopathic.

When people who caused deaths and injuries through malicious criminal negligence and self serving actions, and are still walking free, it is difficult to move on.

But if you excuse their crimes, walk away, and give up fighting for justice, a piece of your humanity dies with it. You need to think about that.

several ysb folk are the later, many incl myself fall between cautious and nutter. liz gunn and steve kirsch theyre on another level again, theyre off the charts and to the moon.

ive got no problems with being skeptical but i draw the line at latching onto every dumbarse nutter claim thats clearly a load of bullshit.
most ysb idiots and other nutters seem to think telegram and other nutter info sites are 100% truthful and never wrong.

I agree that vaccinated people only have themselves to blame. But it does not stop me helping the willing to see the light or seek help to detoxify.

But you still don’t get it, stupid boy. I’m talking about those that carried out the crimes. Injecting someone with a toxic vaccine, knowing it to be harmful, and/or who should have exercised caution to get certainty that it was safe, is no different than some bartender plying a total drunk who can hardly stand with more alcohol and then said drunk drives on the wrong side of the road and wipes out a family member.

Or someone overtaking without checking for oncoming cars and rams into a car driven by someone you know.

If they knew the mRNA could cause death or injury and we condone that by turning a blind eye, then we are not human.

And we are talking about human life here. The corruption of the govt, the debt, the pocket pissing, skimming, backhanders and so on are one thing.

But the deaths, and the continuing deaths are another. And if they get away with it this time, they can do it again.

If one of your family or children gets wiped out by a truck driver who has a heart attack from the jabs, are you going to tell Mrs SB to just move on? I doubt it.

The mRNA affects everyone, the continuing deaths affect everyone, and will keep doing so for 2 or 3 generations. The death toll has exceeded WW2 levels. But the implications for democracy are far greater.

And I’ve never had any time for, and don’t approve of Liz Gunn. Gunn goes off half cocked, shoots people in the foot, and has made enemies of several freedom groups and people. VFF, RCR, Sue Grey, Electoral Commission, for starters.

I’m not even sure which team she is batting for. as she seems like a right wing version of Ardern, with a similar size ego, and everything is about her, and everything she touches turns to crap.

And like Ardern, she is prone to fanciful statements.
“1,000,000 people will vote for me.”
“If I’m voted in I’ll have tax at 1%”
“I was late filing my party applications, so I’ll take the electoral commission to court.”
“I’m going to release the MOAR” – An announcement of an announcement.

With friends like her, who would need enemies.

A 56-year-old man has appeared in court on Monday morning after being accused of leaking large amounts of Te Whatu Ora vaccination data online.

Barry Young, 56, was arrested on Sunday and appeared before Wellington District Court judge Andrew Nicholls on Monday.

He faces one charge of dishonestly accessing Te Whatu Ora databases with the maximum penalty being up to seven years of imprisonment.

He has not entered a plea.

A public gallery full of supporters stood and clapped when Young entered the courtroom. Judge Nicholls told them off, saying “any more disruption and I’ll ask you to leave”.

Young will reappear at 2:15pm when a decision will be made on whether he gets bail.

He yelled “freedom” as he left the courtroom.

It is strange that they are not keeping any form of record for this 2023 year, but still publicly pushing the vaxx.
If the answer was a big fat zero, nil, then they would be showing that, to later show it in the “skite basket” of success.

I see a little bit of work on this page, that is;—
… Revised: 21 November 2023 ….
https://www.medsafe.govt.nz/Consumers/Safety-of-Medicines/Vaccine-safety.asp

Remember when;— It is sort of like when a record was kept who got covid, as initially the vaxxed numbers being low in comparison to the unvaxxed.
All to prove by their numbers that the unvaxxed were dangerous to the community.
Then that suddenly was stopped.
The numbers were showing a problem, & even deeper still, the vaxx did not stop one getting covid.
Then even worse, the vax did not stop transmission.
But, but, hospitalization problems would be fewer if one is vaxxed, then those lying numbers started coming up again.
and so the ongoing saga being foisted on us was ever changing “move along” “squirrel over there” etc …. with no real explanation.

Well they explain, we are expert, we know what we are doing, so accept it, & take your medicine, & to look, question, seek an answer based on, oh well that is old past it information, but you will be dealt with if you continue on that track.

Hopefully the ‘Speaker will be aware of the situation and so not allow TPM to participate in events in the ‘House (Which will of course, send them crying to the supporters about ‘Racism’) , but NZ being NZ, I suspect that an excuse will be made so that they don’t have to swear allegiance.

Rob MacCulloch: NZ’s MainStream Media is deeply manipulative. It now wants to overthrow the new govt

My mother used to tell me a story about how the daughter of a prominent family who owned a large media outlet had applied for journalism school. At the interview they asked her if she had any relatives working in the business. She was young and told the truth. She said her uncle was the owner and CEO of that outlet. She was promptly rejected.

On another note, the reason I started this blog was because the MainStream Media (MSM) began rejecting my articles it saw as critiques of Labour & Greens, and accepting ones that were critiques of National, ACT & NZ First. The articles it did publish were edited without my permission, often distorting meaning, and then published under my name without me seeing the changes (much like Radio NZ was caught for “inappropriate editing” of Reuters articles about Ukraine). Regards media interviews, they were again heavily edited to distort meaning.

I now regard the NZ MainStream Media as running manipulative stories across a range of issues – as trying to push a “narrative”. If you don’t agree with that narrative, it will paint you as a morally awful person. Here are some examples:

https://www.bassettbrashandhide.com/post/rob-macculloch-nz-s-mainstream-media-is-deeply-manipulative-it-now-wants-to-overthrow-the-new-govt?postId=a42efab0-ddb2-450f-af71-0812fbd6f14f&utm_campaign=bdfbe86a-63d8-4806-b535-cd303d830b6b&utm_source=so&utm_medium=mail&utm_content=572d9f47-5a2d-4515-8867-f978cd8fffc4&cid=0e30c3c6-5fa5-4aad-8fbb-f511907bcec4

yeah well that is obvious to anyone with any thought process.

Because of my aversion to watching Liz Gunn I never watched the whole MOAR video. Therefore I missed the top10 batch details.
Barry Young claims that these batches were spread over the entire population not just the elderly. Without age data being provided of course this can’t be verified this but if he is correct this data is absolutely devastating.

Batch ID 1: Total Vaccinated 711, Death Count 152, 21.38% Dead
Batch ID 8: Total Vaccinated 221, Death Count 38, 17.19% Dead
Batch ID 3: Total Vaccinated 310, Death Count 48, 15.48% Dead
Batch ID 4: Total Vaccinated 364, Death Count 37, 10.16% Dead
Batch ID 6: Total Vaccinated 1006, Death Count 101, 10.04% Dead
Batch ID 2: Total Vaccinated 1018, Death Count 98, 9.63% Dead
Batch ID 7: Total Vaccinated 38, Death Count 3, 7.89% Dead
Batch ID 72: Total Vaccinated 5882, Death Count 278, 4.73% Dead
Batch ID 62: Total Vaccinated 18173, Death Count 831, 4.57% Dead
Batch ID 71: Total Vaccinated 11019, Death Count 498, 4.52% Dead
Statistical chance of this being natural 100billion to 1
If this data is wrong in some way Fatty Ora need to show us the evidence. Dismissing this as misinformation
is totally unacceptable. There is evidence from overseas that some batches are deadly so it is certainly possible that this data is correct. Come on Shane Reti front up with the data.

so pfizer only produced batches of what… 1litre of vax at a time?
i call bullshit, batches will be in the order of 10s or hundreds of thousands per run.

why dont you nutters do your own oia requests instead of relying on skewed data fabricated or misinterpretted by other nutters and grifters?
its very very simple via fyi.org to do oia requests.

still i can agree that the simple solution to quell all this nutter bullshit is to release the info.
big problem with that tho is what will you nutter losers do if they did release it and it didnt show you what you wanted to see?
oh yeah i know… reeeee cover up, its lies, reeeee thats not the right data, reeeee show us the data showing its killed 20% of kiwis reeeeeee

NZDSOS have repeatedly requested the data but they won’t release it.
Running off at the mouth again making assumptions.
I for one would be happy if accurate data was released and it showed the vax was safe though I am not holding my breath. Logic says that if they had data which proved their case it would have been released long ago.

Dear Winston
Your time has come to stand up for the people of New Zealand and to show your true allegiance for freedom, truth and justice.

It’s also time for you to callout those in Government who deliberately perpetratrated this unforgivable, and unforgettable, demise upon the people of New Zealand, in return for money.

Genocide is now in your face, and our face.
What are you going to do about it?
“We The People” want answers and a plan of action from you right now.

You need to make this a priority today, before the people rise up in anger and dispell the Government.

I expect that you will ensure that the Police stand down from this point, and that you will guarantee the safety of Liz Gunn and the Whistle-blower.

You were made Deputy Leader first, for a reason, so I beg of you to use your powers appropriately.

Thank you for your attention.
And may God be with you as you fight the demons on our behalf.

Muriel Newman: We are witnessing a remarkable turnaround in New Zealand politics

Despite what the media have been saying, putting together a reform agenda of such detail and importance in less than three weeks – to finally shut the door on the destructive Ardern era – is an outstanding achievement.

To their credit, they have also mapped out how the parties will not only work together but resolve their differences without destabilising the Government and the country.

BAIL GRANTED FROM 1:00PM TOMORROW IN WHISTLEBLOWER CASE

The judge in the case considered the bail matter argued for by Mathew Hague [Frontline Law] and the opposition to bail argued by the Police.

The Police earlier today sought a search warrant to access information stored on a cloud service, and it’s believed that the reason bail is granted from 1:00pm tomorrow, is to allow the Police to complete that task. 1TB [Terrabyte] of information is expected to be recovered from the storage device/s.

Bail conditions will include being unable to use electronic devices capable of accessing the Internet.

The charge relating to accessing government data without permission carries a maximum sentence of 7 years.

Barry Young will reappear on the 18th of December, where he is expected to enter a plea.

Thanks for the update, Braybots. My immediate thought was surely the charge of “accessing government data without permission” won’t stand if working with the data was part of his job? And that data is a horse that has already bolted halfway round the world!

Also good to see you put up the Damien De Ment post. Quite the revelation. I saw it on the White Rose site but wasn’t as quick as you! All the data you could wish for in order to compare notes. Info for the WHO but not for us, eh? I hope Barry Young’s lawyer is aware of this and is equipped to take down the criminals in the previous government and beyond if this data is indeed found to be sound. He’ll have a fierce battle on his hands. Maybe Winston Peters has a few surprises up his sleeve which would help?

“Why Did the Ministry of Health Whistleblower Publish the New Zealand Vaccine Health Data?

Behind the concerns of a NZ MoH database analyst which led him to become a whistleblower and land up in the courts are some very serious scientific questions indeed. These relate to the health outcomes of ordinary New Zealanders and call into doubt the integrity of Medsafe and Te Whatu Ora (Ministry of Health).

It now appears clear from the comments of Margie Apa, CEO of Te Whatu Ora (who has a degree in public admin) that the unprecedented record high rate of NZ excess deaths is no longer being vigorously denied, rather she has assured the public:

“There is no evidence whatsoever that vaccination is responsible for excess mortality in New Zealand.”

“Distressingly, the media, the government and Te Whatu Ora have failed to address the substance of the whistleblower’s concerns and the valid scientific reasons to acknowledge them.

Instead he has been charged in a court with the offence of “dishonestly accessing vaccination data”. None of them have told the public that accessing vaccination data was actually his job at MoH. He was doing his job, spotted a concerning red flag, and went public after much heart searching about the inaction of his employer whose job it is to protect public health.”

Faith by definition is unreasonable. Otherwise it’s not faith. Let’s look at the theory of the Big Bang ( minus the James Webb developments) We are asked to accept that the whole universe was concentrated into a singularity that essentially took up no space. “Extrapolating this cosmic expansion backwards in time using the known laws of physics, the models describe an increasingly concentrated cosmos preceded by a singularity in which space and time lose meaning (typically named “the Big Bang singularity”).[5]” from https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Big_Bang

Now to most people that too is unreasonable. What existed before it? Where did the matter come from? Was it created or did it spontaneously emerge? Philosophers ask the same question about God. Yet one is considered accepted science, the other fantasy. And yet proof of either is similarly elusive and equally hard to fathom. It’s also a bit like consciousness. Are we just the sum total of our brain, ( and thus could we be replicated in a laboratory) or does our mind exist in some ways apart from the chemical components of the tissue that makes up the brain. Religion for me is more than just some “holy” book says. It’s a questioning of these types of issues that may or may not allow for existence beyond our experience. The customs and traditions of the religion are mere trappings and of no consequence to the essential question of is there an “other”.

What you describe is the concept of a God or a supreme creator. What religion does is extend that concept to that of a personal god an individual is ultimately accountable to.

The first could be accepted science, the other is fantasy.

……”Are we just the sum total of our brain,………..or does our mind exist in some ways apart from the chemical components of the tissue that makes up the brain.

The former. The body is a vehicle for the brain. We are but a networks of neurons, neurotransmitters & a bit of electrical activity though some with overactive imaginations come equipped with a God hole.*

In the second part of his preview of 2024, David Hargreaves examines whether a combination of new Government policies, rampant migration and an enlivened housing market could undermine efforts to get the economy on a sound footing.

Can you imagine the combined total populations of Invercargill, Nelson, Gisborne and Whanganui all deciding to get into planes and heading off somewhere? That would be a lot of people on the move right there – and quite an impact if they all decided to go to the same place.

Well, this also happens to be about the same number (it’s in excess of 200,000) of non-NZ citizens that arrived into this country in the 12 months to September. That’s more people than live in Hamilton. It’s more people than live in Tauranga.

Are we going to keep expanding our population at this rate? And what happens if we do? This for me is the ticking timebomb as we look towards the dawning of 2024. This for me is the number one issue by a mile for this country in the coming year and beyond.

Undoubtedly the (uncontrolled?) surge of migrant workers into New Zealand this year has helped to take heat out of our labour market. That’s been helpful for the Reserve Bank and its inflation fight.

But that’s the known part of the equation. The largely unknown factor is the extent to which the demand side of the migration ledger – be it for housing, infrastructure, services and you name it – will have adverse impacts on the economy, not least potentially through inflation.

It’s the number one issue but no political party wants to talk about it.
Just who is dictating high immigration levels?
Australia has had 500,000 in the last year and the UK has thousands of illegal immigrants every month , now being put up in high class accommodation and receiving handouts unavailable to Brits.
New Zealands immigration numbers are unacceptable and National seem deaf to any logical argument that points out the negative impact this has on our economy and country.
In Australia you have people like Dick Smith who has been active in opposing high immigration and the Institute of Public Affairs has produced some good papers on the issue.
Peta Credlin also confronts high immigration and Judith Sloane in “The Australian” has written quality articles on the subject.
We are seeing the slow demise of our country and maybe all western countries.
I can’t see things changing.

akk good fun. Us bad boys get a break. Yahoo.
Hunty don’t spend it all in one dirty night.

More details have emerged about the Coalition’s tax plans with a surprising twist that changes to interest deductibility for residential property investors have effectively been backdated to 1st April this year. Like many others when I was discussing this last week, I assumed that the reference to 2023/24 was to the Government’s financial year ending 30 June 2024 and the increase to 60% deductibility would kick in from 1st April 2024. (National’s own workings released during the Election use a 30 June year-end).

Actually they should refund the money stolen from us before that.

Now having pissed of naaska with the last post here is music to his ears.
Time to legalise and tax marijuana? The Colorado example.

But if we are looking at the question of raising taxes, or essentially getting more tax revenue from tobacco excise duty, then I’m going to pick up a point that I’ve had for some time and ask why not legalise and tax marijuana. Now, yes, there was a referendum which voted against that. But referendums are not binding on governments. I also think there are second order benefits of legalisation including putting a hole in organised crime’s finances.

At present 24 states in the United States of America have now legalised or decriminalised marijuana. One of those is Colorado, which has a population of just over 5 million, more or less identical to Aotearoa New Zealand.

Colorado legalised marijuana in 2014 and have been taxing it since then. The taxes comprise the state sales tax (2.9%) on marijuana sold in stores, the state retail marijuana sales tax (15%) on retail marijuana sold in stores, and the state retail marijuana excise tax (15%) on wholesale sales/transfers of retail marijuana. In addition, Colorado also has fee revenue from coming in from licensing and application fees.

Colorado’s Department of Revenue publishes monthly marijuana tax reports, and between February 2014 and October this year it has collected over US$2.5 billion from marijuana taxes. That’s over NZ$4 billion.

However, whether you are taxing smoking or marijuana, long term, the revenue should decline to nil, because ultimately we want people to not smoke because of the health order benefits. You can see this in Colorado’s marijuana tax revenue which rises quite steadily initially but then since mid-2021, it has started to fall away. This is probably the second order effects of people stopping smoking altogether.

But anyway, on average, the tax take is settling down to about US$300 million a year which is roughly $500 million New Zealand dollars. That’s actually a not insubstantial amount of revenue.

So that’s the Colorado example. I’m not going to say it’s going to happen here under the new Government. But you never know.

The Vatican Party will never legalise marijuana but prior to the election Luxon said he was “happy with the current settings.” That & the results of the 2020 referendum should at least mean that punitive legislation won’t fly.

New Zealand First says all social issues should go to referendums & ACT doesn’t support prohibitions.

But in the end marijuana use will probably keep dropping as the hippy generation die off. Today’s up & coming drug aficionados get their rocks off on highs grown in a laboratory.

I was at J Day in Auckland on Saturday. Marijuana use showed no signs of dropping off.

the tax revenue dropped away as the black market recovered, also initially crime dropped too once legalized but then massively increased.
imo full legalization isnt the way, liberal decriminalization laws would be better as fully legalizing just means big corporates instead of gang bros prey on users same as booze and tobacco industry but we all know which option govt would favour esp once donations and the lure of tax revenue to blow comes into play.

The green economy is far too well established to be affected much by legalization.

Stoners: After decades of persecution, the government wants us to pay tax? Fuck right off.

my canadian mate reckons the legal stuff is shit, all looks n tastes the same… old n stale.
the blackmarket got cheaper over there, top quality is 800-1k per pound now. it ended alot of small time growers as the bulk of black market is now supplied by legal grows pushing it out the backdoor for tax free sales and now weed is far more readily available and cheaper then ever.
great unintended consequences ay!

KNOW YOUR DOPE FIEND. YOUR LIFE MAY DEPEND ON IT! You will not be able to see his eyes because of Tea-Shades, But his knuckles will be white from inner tension and his pants will be crusted with semen from constantly jacking off when he can’t find a rape victim. He will stagger and babble when questioned. He will not respect your badge. The Dope Fiend fears nothing……….

After nearly sixty years of sourcing marijuana through the underground market I’ve pretty much given up any dreams of seeing the herb sold openly & taxed as alcohol is.

I note though that legally prescribed medical bud starts at $13g so $370 oz. Add government taxes/duties & the weekend joint will be a luxury compared with meth.

The black market for weed will not die esp if the age limit is 20 years and over.

Just like yesterday’s “whistleblower’ revelations each finding takes a little chip off the wall.
