  1. So James Shaw has quit the Green Party co- Leaders role and will without doubt will quit Parliament shortly, probably at the same time his resignation comes into effect.

As the Climate Change Commissioners position becomes vacant very shortly, this is almost too much of a coincidence, especially, as it was only a few weeks ago, that James Shaw and the Governments Climate Change Minister, MP for the North Shore, Simon Watts, travelled to COP 28 in Dubai together. It would be a very convenient time for Watts to put the idea to Shaw to resign from the Greens and subsequently be offered or appointed to the position of Climate Change Commissioner.

So I wonder when Simon Watts is going to call James Shaw and make that appointment or offer, or has he already?

Nude Nut has said in the past, that James Shaw was his most admired Government Minister when Nude Nut was in opposition, so nothing would surprise me about this Jack-up. But here is a warning to Nude Nut and Simon Watts, from an ordinary, poor white boy, from the bush.

Neither Nude Nut nor Simon Watts should make that call, if you have any ability to read the room at all as you may not like the reaction from your voting public.

    • With the French farmers cutting off food supply to Paris NN will need to listen for Macron squealling over the French farmers siege of Paris. I hope the rats are nice and plump for when Parisians are required to hunt for their food as they had to under the last siege of Paris by the Germans. Will this siege technique spread to other world wide cities if draconian environmental regulations are not dropped?

    • “the psychologist reporting to the court believes that high-performing sport has not well-handled failure for athletes to meet their goals.”
So we are well into the generations of everybody gets a participation certificate so now a comfort blanket must be handed out to everybody who doesn’t get to stand on the top of the podium.
We had the 148th Caledonian Games here last weekend, I notice entries are down, again. Various shows around the Country are gradually running down as participates and entries are declining year upon year. Rugby club numbers are in a downward spiral and this is all despite our ever increasing population.
      The good times have been.

      • I don’t give a flying fcuk about the sportsman who should have his name outed. It’s the kid that was subjected to promo images then had sex. Hey she may be a kid who has all sorts of sexual knowledge, who knows????? but mmmm NO it is not OK for this to happen and I don’t give a flying fcuk about the psychologist either. It is not OK for a person to have their name suppressed and no conviction just because they are a sportsman.

  3. https://www.newshub.co.nz/home/money/2024/02/number-of-kiwis-falling-behind-on-credit-payments-nears-half-a-million-new-data.html
Worrying new data has found the number of Kiwis falling behind on credit payments is nearing half a million as households continue to struggle under tough economic pressures.

The latest Centrix Credit Indicator found consumer arrears climbed in December to 12.01 percent of the credit active population. This arrears level is 6.1 percent higher year-on-year, tracking closely to 2018 levels after coming off historic lows.

That equates to 439,000 individuals falling behind on payments, 4000 more than in November.

There are over 20,800 mortgage accounts past due, which is up 21 percent year-on-year, with many loans due to be repriced in the next 3-6 months, the report said.

Furthermore, the number of households behind on retail energy payments in December 2023 rose to 4.9 percent, compared to 3.5 percent in December 2022.

Personal loan and BNPL arrears also rose in December (9.3 percent and 8.4 percent respectively).

  5. ROMANCE WRITTEN BY A BLOKE:

“I’m a bad girl” she whispered “Punish me in a way only a real man can!” “Alright” I said & left my wet towels on the bathroom floor.

“I want it now against this wall!” she ordered “And keep it up as long as possible”. “Don’t worry” I said “I know how to put up a shelf”.

At the touch of her lips, it grew long & swollen. I sighed as she squeezed & pulled expertly. It was the best balloon giraffe I’d seen.

“How do you feel about using toys in the bedroom?” she asked. “Fine” I said “But I can’t see how we’re going to fit a Scalextric in here”.

Her body tensed & quivered as she felt wave after wave flow through it. I probably should’ve told her about the new electric fence.

She leant over the kitchen table. “Smack that bottom” she squealed “Smack it hard!” “I am” I said “But the sauce just won’t come out”.

Her body trembled & shook. “I can’t wait any longer, do it now!” she cried. “OK” I said & got the winter duvet from the airing cupboard.

The sombre music to give feelz is not really needed.
But the facts are bought up about what Remdesivir, plus mixing in & all to gain EUA some other tested.
Then a bounty for a hospital using Remdesivir on top of diagnosing Covid, and every day on a ventilator.
Also touches on Australia’s administration of Remsdesivir.

The New England Journal of Medicine seemed ok with the initial trials of Remdesivir.

What hit me a few years ago was when a pushy vaxx doctor here In New Zealand told me that if I had breathing problems & tested positive for Covid-19, that the only medicine he would give me was Remdesivir.

    • Insiders call it “Run-Death-is-Near”. Gilead and Fauci teamed up to slam this one through the cash registers. They needed to rush before people found out about the deadly consequences. Part of the operation was to slander Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine.

At US$3000 per shot, a lot of money was to be made. The invisible hand knew it was a toxic drug, that had been trialled as an Ebola cure, and rejected as poison.

      • They had also tried mRNA as a vaccine for Ebola, and it also failed spectacularly, but they fudged the results and made a ton of money for Moderna shareholders, incl Fauci and Gates, and become the ‘proof’ that mRNA was a successful vaccine that could be later used against Covid.

So Remdesivir failed to treat Ebola in the Congo, and Moderna’s mRNA failed to treat Ebola in the Congo, but Ivermectin was highly successful.

Which stands to reason as Ebola, like Malaria, polio, etc etc, is spread by microscopic parasites that have infected the host insects that carry the disease. This is very well known in African countries that before you treat any disease you treat for parasites. If you are on active duty in Africa, you have to take daily anti-parasitical medication.

Even the corrupt NIH admit that 85-90% of all diseases are caused by parasitical organisms.

  7. Political Round-up: Christopher Luxon needs to raise standards in the Beehive – Bryce Edwards

Arguably, such problems became much worse during the last Labour Government. But now these democratic problems – which can lead to corruption, cronyism, and a dysfunctional society – are at the office door of new prime minister Christopher Luxon. He needs to decide whether to continue as a “business as usual” leader, allowing sloppy behaviour and low ethical standards in government, or else stamp out creeping corruption and generally raise the standards in politics.

The integrity problems of the last Government
The last Government was probably one of the least democratic and transparent for a long time. It had continued integrity problems, many of which contributed significantly to Labour’s demise in 2023.

World leaders given treaty jolt on Covid anniversary

Wavering world leaders were told Tuesday to speed up efforts to agree a global treaty on avoiding a new pandemic catastrophe — four years to the day since Covid-19 was declared an international emergency.

Countries have spent more than two years working out an accord on making sure countries are better prepared to deal with, or head off, the next pandemic.

The 194 World Health Organization member states wanted a treaty finalised by May this year when they started negotiations in December 2021 — when the Covid-19 death toll was in millions and health systems had been crippled.

But the momentum has sagged, time is running out and countries are still at loggerheads.

    • Brings to mind Alex Belfeild “Voice of Reason” jailed for 5 years for ‘stalking’.
      ‘Lest We Forget’

….. Belfield was convicted in September 2022 for four of eight stalking charges at Nottingham Crown Court.
      He was sentenced to five and a half years in prison;
before sentencing “he was allowed to deliver a closing speech deriding the case as a ‘BBC and police witch-hunt’ and describing himself as ‘the No 1 anti-BBC journalist'”.
He told the jury “I am offensive… My human right allows me to speak words that are not to everyone’s taste”.[8]
      .
The judge noted that while Belfield acknowledged the distress he caused the victims, he showed more concern during the proceedings about being treated unfairly and how the process impacted him (Belfield) personally.[9][8]
He currently resides at HMP Fivewells just outside the old market town of Wellingborough.

      https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alex_Belfield
      .
Current residence at “His Majesty’s Prison (HMP) Five Wells”.

HMP Five Wells: Justice secretary to ‘look into’ conditions at prison exposed in Sky News report

      3 mins 05 secs : Oct 4, 2023 :
      .
Justice secretary Alex Chalk said he will probe conditions for staff at a Northamptonshire prison after an exclusive Sky News report.
      .
Speaking from the Conservative Party conference in Manchester on Breakfast with Kay Burley, Mr Chalk said he has already “given instructions” to investigate HMP Five Wells.
      .
Three prison guards told Sky News that the state-of-the-art super prison run by security firm G4S is under-equipped and short-staffed.

      .
Such a “kindly” prison where the inmates now run it.
So hopefully Alex has his wits to survive a few more years incarceration.

Coalition Government lifts minimum wage to $23.15 which the Council of Trade Unions says is a cut in real terms
    1st Feb 24, 3:42pm by Dan Brunskill
The Coalition Government has agreed to increase the minimum wage to $23.15 in April, a 2% boost that’s less than half the forecast rate of inflation for the year ending March.

National’s coalition agreement with New Zealand First committed to “moderate increases to the minimum wage every year” while the Act Party campaigned on freezing the minimum wage.

Cabinet’s decision to increase the minimum wage less than inflation effectively lowers the base rate in inflation adjusted terms.

Minister for Workplace Relations, Brooke Van Velden said this was justified as the minimum wage has been increased much faster than average wages or inflation over the past 20 years.

She initially recommended a 1.3% increase to Cabinet, alongside a 2% and 2.7% option.

The New Zealand Government’s Chief Scientific Advisor is so ignorant of science that she thinks sex isn’t binary. i love his “saftey third” idea/campaign. hes got a bunch of vids on rules to life etc that are also spot on, then for something different if you have time to kill he has alot of short episodes (5-10mins) of his series “the way i heard it” in which he tells a story about real life events and ppl in a unique way.
