  1. Even more puzzling than governments worldwide refusing to admit that the snake bite jabs were causing damage is the constant reporting in this country that “house prices are on the rise again” ,these moron estate agents expect the people to believe that in a near bankrupt country with ridiculously high housing prices and interest rates it’s a good time to rush out and buy an investment property 😂😂😂😂😂😂

  2. I don’t know if it’s possible but if you can, go to TV1s interview with Seeless this morning with the stupid bleached blonde preggie horse and you’ll need no other explanation as to why that shit station is dumping 70 staff, she is a fcuking disgrace and is simply not up to the job, I’ll celebrate if she’s one of the useless bastards to be shown the door.
These pieces of shit so called journalists in TVNZ and TV3 have only one thing on their moronic minds and that is striving for a “got ya moment” with a government minister it’s fcuking pathetic actually.

    • Well I know not a lot about these guys at all but the shooters seem to be of your ilk.
Screwballs etc., given there are other ranges around.
As to their ages I have no idea but I can say this has been going on for a longtime, like years.

      • Members fought in World War One and when they got older, served in the Home Guard during World War Two.

These days, the few members left – mostly descendants of former members – are likely to be seen in their lemon squeezer hats and neat, black uniforms doing marching practice, laying wreaths on Anzac Day or helping at community events.

When Baker’s J Troop, based in Katikati, took over the running of the Tauranga hall – one of only a couple of legion halls left in the country, she says – the rifle club was asked to contribute more to rising rent and rates.

The club had been paying $800 a year for use of the shooting range, hall, toilets, and car park for one night a week, six months a year.

For the 2020 year, the legion increased the rent to $1291. Dickson says they hadn’t had a chance to levy members for the extra money, so agreed to meet the legion half way, paying $1050.

Dickson says the legion wanted the club to pay a share of its outgoings such as rates, insurance and land rent, which it had never done before.

“They want an open cheque book,” he says. “Usually sub-tenants don’t pay outgoings.”

so the rifle club don’t want to pay their way then?

        Just like the Starving Artist.
The world is full of bludgers.

  3. A new 24-hour Macdonalds is coming to our neighbourhood (to be built on the site of an old church). I wonder what the pros and cons will be?
I find their food to be very expensive.
I wonder if the local yoof will hang out there late at night?
Visitors to the Orakei marae will be able to get the traditional food without having to go to Glen Innes.

  4. Barbara Edmonds makes a twat of herself. Fails to realise that the figures she’s using are for rental property bond lodgements, not ownership. Property managers lodge the bonds for their clients, so Barbs has assumed these entities are mega-rich property bastards who own hundreds of properties each, when in fact they are managers.

Labour claimed 346 landlords owned 200+ properties, but official data can prove only one

To make matters worse, the silly bint has doubled down, trying to somehow blame the govt for her cockup:
“We used the data that was publicly available during the election campaign,” Edmonds said.
“If the Government wants us to use their data they should release it before tabling the bill,” she said.”

  6. Sitting in the 🌞 at the Balmoral Reserve, read the shoplifters Court case details on stuffed. Cannot put the link as on phone and haven’t done the cut and paste link on this yet. I noticed how preplanned it all was, very deliberate over a number of times, I would suspect she was stealing as a compulsion and probably may not have even worn some of them. Her lawyer went on about the nasty things people has said to her after her arrest. Well tough baby, that was after and has nothing to do with the reason for stealing. Suck it up. By the way for the North Islanders, Balmoral is just south of Culverden if that helps. Used to be Crown Forestry and now guess who has it.

  7. Nick had just arrived in Gallow’s Gulch and felt himself lucky to find a job as a bartender in the town’s one saloon. It was three in the afternoon on a sunbaked day. Four gamblers were at their table grumbling over their cards. A pair of drunks swayed on the barstools. Another drunk slept on the floor, flies swirling around him, landing on and launching from his face. All in all, an ordinary day.

Suddenly, a man burst through the swinging doors and cried out, “Hondo is coming to town!” The gamblers immediately leapt to their feet, abandoned their winnings, and ran for the exits.

The two sitting drunks spun one-eighty on their stools and, facing the front of the bar, staggered off, breaking glass as they dove through the closed windows.

The drunk on the floor began paddling his way to the door. Even the flies scurried into hiding, one cowering and trembling in the shadows of a booth.

Nick stood behind the bar immobile. He had never even heard of this Hondo. He thought, “How bad could it be?” and “Why would this Hondo hurt a friendly bartender?”

Outside the saloon, there came the sound of rolling thunder. It grew louder and louder and was joined by the whinnying of an approaching horse which resounded like the cry of a banshee. It seemed as though a shadow grew over the day, the sun itself hiding from whatever was coming.

The roar of hoofbeats stopped in front of the saloon, followed by the whoosh and flying grit of a dust storm.

Nick heard a mighty boom as the rider dismounted, and crashing steps as he walked toward the saloon entrance. One arm shot out and a swing door flew from its hinges skittering across the floor. The other arm shot out as the door’s pair flew across the room and into the mirror which came crashing down.

A beast of a man, seven feet tall, and as brawny as a grizzly, stomped across the barroom floor making craters in the hardwood with each footstep. He plodded up to Nick and slammed a fist against the counter which immediately collapsed. “A bottle of tequila,” he yelled.

By now, Nick had lost his nerve and was trembling all over. With shaky hands, he retrieved a full bottle of tequila and handed it to the beast. The man promptly bit off the bottle’s neck and spit out the glass. He chugged the contents in one sustained swallow then hurled the empty container across the room into the empty fireplace.

Nick, his entire body rattling, asked, “More?”

The man shook his head violently. “Heck no, I gotta get out of here. Hondo’s coming to town.”

Anyway, he’s looking for a place to live. Can you help him..?

    • nasska , Tell him to contact me when he gets discharged from critical care.
I was having a couple of beers with a great mate of mine who I hadn’t for several months , he’s got a brilliant set up in his garage with tables ,chairs ,billiard table and large booze fridge .
His Mrs walked in and I immediately noticed she’d lost a lot of weight and told her so , she replied yeah nearly 20kg , this is when my mate chipped in with “yeah and if your cnut fell off you’d lose another 20” , normally she would have just come back with a similar quote but this time she whacked him on the side of his head with such force he fell off his chair, to this day he’s not been allowed to forget his drunken mistake.

    • Paint all the bloody cars in rainbow so we can have a laugh.

saving poofs, one backrub at a time.
      This instead if a payrise.

Hell they do a couple of weeks training on pay about as long as a ‘nail technician’ , then start on a decent sum. This has long been the case for more than 40 years.
They start high then dont have much headroom.
Many are gone after 8 years esp if there is no room to rise like Station Sgt or Detective.

The ones that remain on a ceiling income are sent to road duty.
Handing out tickets for running stop signs. No big skill.
Sitting in the car with a speed camera running.
They may get more$ by moving to a job holding Stop/Go signs.

This is a storm in a teacup .

      No comparison to nurses.
Nurses have to train for years at uni on their own cost.
They are involved in life and death situations every day on duty whereas less than 20 % of cops are.
Nurses are not known for bunking out after 8 years to ‘start a security company’
or ‘defending liberty’ in Iraq or Afghanistan for huge bucks.
They can’t earn extra as private security at concerts and pubs like cops can.

      Hocus pocus.
      Stay over the rainbow, cops.
      Dorothy cares. I don’t.

GREAT REPLACEMENT UPDATE – According to provisional numbers released by Stats NZ today, record numbers of immigrants came to New Zealand in the year to January 2024 and record numbers of Kiwis left.

Migrant arrivals were up 91% on last year to 257,200 and migrant departures were up 30% to 123,300. These are the highest numbers on record for an annual period.

The net population gain from migration in the year to January 2024 was 133,800.

The biggest sources of immigrants were India (51,000), the Philippines (36,500) and China (28,800).

    • If I were a Maori activist, I would be very worried about these numbers of Indians, and “other Asians.” These immigrants are likely to be more racist than the critical race theory mavins would have you believe, and what is worse, they do not do “white guilt.”

The rot set in 50 years ago when the Maori let the New Zealand government allow in so many Pacific Islanders (who still proudly fly the flags of their ancestors’ countries to this day…)

If the Maori were on the ball, they would have focused on maintaining a bicultural nation. But they were asleep on the couch.

      9

      0

        • “… Maori are being ‘diluted’ …”
          It’s worse than that.
Not only is the proportion of people who self-identify as Maori declining as the number of non-Maori increase, the percentage of pure Maori blood in each one of them grows more dilute with each generation.

Make no mistake, an Indian, a Chinese or a Filippino will be pure-blooded and will know exactly who they are. They will also have language skills and cultural knowledge to a level far above what almost all people who self-identify as Maori have.

          8

          0

        • They already diluted by shagging white people.
Most are less than half and whole lot are less than an eighth.
          So 7/8 YTee.
The FTE of Maori true blood is less than 3% in NZ
          This should be better aligned.

The Native Americans will recognize a portion of native ancestry but when it comes to pays out like from Casino profits they have to be at a level like one quarter or a low of 3/8 in some tribes.
1/8 or 1/16 does not cut it. Not even a proportion of payout.

Sadly the massive payouts in NZ go to a small portion of noisy cunts who are almost always more Scottish than maori.

Thousands of miles away, in Mumbai, India, surgeon George Barreto had been noticing the same thing. The observations quickly became personal, he says. Human Rights Commission doesn’t condemn ‘How to train your Pākehā’ post on Te Pāti Māori’s

People who feel “they have experienced discrimination” can lay a complaint, the Human Rights Commission says in response to questions about a controversial social media post on Te Pāti Māori’s Instagram page.

The post infuriated the ACT Party, which said it was waiting for the commission to “condemn this as dehumanising and divisive”.

Earlier this week, a post appeared on Te Pāti Māori’s Instagram page from Eru Kapa-Kingi – who ran for the party in last year’s election. The post began: “HOW TO TRAIN YOUR PĀKEHĀ: A series of responses to racist kōrero for the whānau!”

In a statement on his website on Tuesday, Young said that Spotify “will now be the home of my music again.” The folk-rock icon said that he made the decision due to the fact that Apple and Amazon – which account for most of his streaming income – “have started serving the same disinformation podcast features I had opposed at Spotify.”

A magistrates’ court in the Russian city of St. Petersburg has thrown out a divorce case filed by a lesbian couple, ruling that it has no merit under the country’s laws.

The case revolved around a lesbian couple, identified only as Ekaterina and Elizaveta, who got married back in 2017 in Copenhagen, Denmark, the chief spokeswoman of St. Petersburg courts, Daria Lebedeva, revealed on Wednesday. The marriage has fallen apart, and Ekaterina filed for divorce as her spouse refused to grant it.

The case, however, has flopped, as the magistrates’ court refused to hear it altogether, citing Russian law,

  17. Net Zero, The Digital Panopticon, & The Future Of Food.

The new economy is to be dominated by a handful of tech giants, global conglomerates and e-commerce platforms, and new markets will also be created through the financialisation of nature, which is to be colonised, commodified and traded under the notion of protecting the environment.
In recent years, we have witnessed an over accumulation of capital, and the creation of such markets will provide fresh investment opportunities (including dodgy carbon offsetting Ponzi schemes) for the super-rich to park their wealth and prosper.
This great reset envisages a transformation of Western societies, resulting in permanent restrictions on fundamental liberties and mass surveillance. Being rolled out under the benign term of a ‘Fourth Industrial Revolution’, the World Economic Forum (WEF) says the public will eventually ‘rent’ everything they require (remember the WEF video ‘you will own nothing and be happy’?): stripping the right of ownership under the guise of a ‘green economy’ and underpinned by the rhetoric of ‘sustainable consumption’ and ‘climate emergency’.
Climate alarmism and the mantra of sustainability are about promoting money-making schemes. But they also serve another purpose: social control.

The development on Bonair Crescent in the northern suburb of Millwater has been controversial since the beginning, with the state landlord earlier apologising for “missing a step” and not opening the project for community consultation.

The development was initially the construction of two-storey townhouses on Millwater Street and would add 37 two-bedroom units to the social housing list.

  19. Something has to be done about this shit.

A man who beat his partner to death then cleaned the blood off her, changed her clothes, hugged and apologised to her before calling 111, has been cleared of her murder and instead found guilty of manslaughter.

Richard Mathew Coburn, 26, has been on trial in the High Court at Hamilton this week fighting a murder charge after killing his partner, Paige Tutemahurangi, in their Kahikatea Drive home on July 1 last year.

While Coburn admitted killing his partner, his counsel Roger Laybourn submitted Coburn was guilty of manslaughter, rather than murder, as he didn’t know his punches would result in her death.
