  1. Fani Willis can “ remove herself and her lover Nathan Wade from the case if she wants to” FFS that’s apparently what the cowardly Judge has come up with ,,American justice is dead in the gutter..

….. You can reasonably suppose that this was our government’s effort to disable the truth, especially as it conflicted with its own policy and activities —
      — from supporting BLM riots to enabling election fraud to mandating dubious vaccines. ….

…. A society hostile to truth can’t possibly remain civilized, because it will also be hostile to reality. …..

    • As is ours.
I’m fast approaching the view that Lawyers should never be judges.
Mostly they have no sense of responsibility to the community but more to their vested interests. and personal values and opinions.
Perhaps all trials should be jury and pay Jurors well for the job.

      8

      • In Japan there are no juries in trials.

Judges are all law graduates, but they train to become judges from early in their careers. I don’t think that they practice law and then become judges.

Perhaps “career judges” who are untainted by “filthy lucre” would be better than what we have now?

      • V2, in my opinion, Lawyers are the only people paid to lie.

To back my argument up, one only has to look at the spurious and dishonest arguments Lawyers happily put up on behalf of their clients, claim it as fact and then accept their clients coin for it.

No morals, no responsibility and no ethics. They to me, add nothing of value to society and because of this, should not ever become Judges.

          • No Howi, a Media Critter is not paid to lie, they lie of their own free will, it is their choice to tell the truth or be dishonest and accept money for the act.

A Lawyer on the other hand is paid by their client to lie, to be manipulative, distort the truth, be obtuse and bend honesty as much as they can get away with to their clients advantage.

All the above you cite all have the option to tell the truth and are paid to do so, the fact that most of them don’t is of their choice and as such reflects upon them personally and their profession.

    • aussie is about to face thier future.
The Chinese are now buying higher grade iron ore from other countries It takes less energy to produce the steel from that ore.

      https://www.interest.co.nz/business/126837/charlie-huang-explains-how-china%E2%80%99s-green-steel-push-could-crush-australia%E2%80%99s-dirty

As well china is building Nuclear power stations to upgrade its energy stsus.

aussie is only prosperous because of the ore and coal. without those two majors the mining industry while still big is slowly in decline./
Even the Lithium is now being produced in more places. Eg up in the Great lakes area in America.

aussies bukll run is beginning to wain.
It will be left with sunshine, droughts, floods kangaroos and ex Kiwi’s

you wait and see in 5 years time.

      • ,Viking ,as usual Vikeys hair trigger goes off half cocked.
        Some of Australia’s buried riches,
        (1) The worlds largest depository and producer of iron ore,
        (2) 3rd largest coal depository,
        (3) Largest exporter of LNG ,
        (4) The world’s largest gold reserves,
        (5) 4th largest grower of export grains,
        (6) 2,000,000 tons of red meat in 22/23 a record ,
        (7) amongst the largest copper ore deposits in the world,
        (8) 47 % of known lithium ore,
        (9) by far the worlds largest and best quality bauxite producer,
        (10) 1/3 of all the world’s uranium ore and the best quality.
And dozens of other precious and semi precious resources available in world leading amounts so Vikeys doom saying for our near neighbours are like a lot of his posts ,shot from the hip and missing the target completely,LMFAO.
And I didn’t Google that list it was sent to me weeks ago by my youngest son who works in the gold mining industry in central western Australia.

        16

        0

        • Has gold increased in value given the costs to mine and the fact that the worlds population is beginning to shrinking and adding in the inflation that erodes everything value. i.e. will gold buy more house today than it did 80 years ago in equivalents?

As I pointed out Aussie may have coal but the biggest users of coal for energy are moving away from coal. I guess you didn’t read the article.

Lithium is being mined elsewhere like I said an is rapidly going out of favour because to the risks attached to its use. I small battery can bring down a building.

Cooper is being replaced by fibre and other composites. Even plumbing doesn’t use much these days. Copper is used in electronics but watch that space.

As you know you are going to be made to eat bugs so red meat is off the menu. apart from that they have to sell the shit and its bloody awful meat compared to grass feed. so sooner they will have to feed all the grain to the catlle as the climate warms, (and you know it is just going to do that),
Most of the world either eat goat or sheep. The yanks can grow more beef better than the Aussies and so can the Arggies. So maybe not that lucrative.

Grains are yield dependent and therefore price dependent. I think I saw the other day that wheat prices had dropped way down. no riches there. America has a grain problem and so does Uklraine and Russia . All can top up the world’s supply if they want.

LNG will be used in the Asian economies for a while until they get their energy sorted. Thats what the problem was with the Pipeleine that was blown up. America didn’t want the Russians supplying the Germans, so bang and now America exported it to Germany much to the Germans displeasure.

They may have the biggest pile of bauxite but like lithium, copper and coal etc they are subject to further discovery and the political and commercial demands that go with these things. Even if they grew their own smelters, which they won’t, they then are competing with other producers for a slowing worlk market. ost of the companies that own the rights to these resources are not aussie owned these days.

When the price of stuff get too high, customers look for other suppliers or different products.

          time will tell.

  2. It is amazing how quickly the MSM have forgotten yesterdays news on the Green Party, for today, not a word or whisper in the NZ Herald on the shambles that is Darlene Tama or the Green Party. No objective reporting, no investigative journalism, silence.

Now if this was Sam Uffindell or any other National MP their actions would be front page news for months and the hounding of them would be relentless. The bias of the MSM and the stench from their hypocrisy is very pervasive.

In the meantime the next Green Party MP to replace Dalene Tama will be this wonderful specimen of humanity. Francisco Hernandez. An academic who has never achieved of any value or done anything to raise the net worth of this country.

    God help us!

“Francisco Hernandez is a climate policy expert with a background in student politics. He is the “most successful failed Green candidate” for Dunedin.”

                • Fear not. Around the world, the birthrates in most countries are below-replacement levels.
Although the total population may increase, this is due in most part to older people living longer. Over time, the proportion of elderly increases, and the proportion of women in their child-bearing years declines.
For example, in Japan 36.4% of the total population is aged 60 years or older. (Ref: https://www.population-trends-asiapacific.org/data/JPN) In New Zealand, the corresponding figure is 23.1%

If the number of children born per year continues to decline (as it is in Japan), over time the death rate will grow as the ever-increasing proportion of elderly reach the ends of their natural lives.

Over the next 50 years the Japanese population could easily halve. Moreover, the decline will not be uniform across the country. Rural towns will be devastated. Tokyo, Osaka and the main metropolitan centers less so.

Ref: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S6jVLLtoQS4 (Japanese population declining overall)

“The sudden nosedive by a Latam Airlines plane on a flight to New Zealand this week that injured 50 passengers could have been caused by a switch on the pilot’s seat being accidentally pushed.

The Wall Street Journal reports US industry officials were briefed on early evidence from an investigation into the reason the plane nosedived.
The report said a flight attendant hit a switch on the pilot’s seat while serving meals in the cockpit. The switch caused the seat to push the pilot into the controls and force the plane into a terrifying nose dive. “

Conditions affecting the nervous system — such as strokes, migraines and dementia — have surged past heart disease to become the leading cause of ill health worldwide, a major new analysis said on Friday.

More than 3.4 billion people — 43 percent of the global population — experienced a neurological condition in 2021, far more than had previously been thought, the analysis found.

Harvard doctor says animal products are essential for mental health – in blow to veganism: ‘The brain needs meat’

Meat is essential for warding off depression and anxiety, a top nutrition expert has revealed, sending a blow to veganism.

Dr Georgia Ede, a Harvard-trained nutritional and metabolic psychiatrist and author of Change Your Diet, Change Your Mind, studies the relationship between what we eat and our mental and physical health.

And despite the health halo that vegan diets have been given over the last few years, she claims that giving up meat could be detrimental for mental health.

‘The brain needs meat,’ she told KIRO News Radio.

    • …Meat is essential for warding off depression and anxiety,
      —–
Meat (meet) a vegan or vegetarian and that is not hard to work out.
The anxiety bit is why they are easily triggered by pronouns and shit.
The lack of protein is why they are are followers and will buy globby warming, convid, vaxx and all the scams.
      Reduced brain development
Gates and Co – get people off meat – real processable protein- and onto vegeburger shit and they are more complaint.
      Pretty linear.

300 years ago in pommyland the laird of the manor kept protein intake down to keep people compliant and weaker.
When these people were dragged into war they were encouraged to plunder and eat the food sources of the conquered.
Win-win for the warmongers. ‘Beat these people and you can have a good feed’. Win = Feast.
Big punishments for capturing free range game at home even if not from farming stock.
      Back to the future.

      • “… Meat is essential for warding off depression and anxiety,…”

That goes a long way to explain the behavior of “caring” people.
It must be a vicious circle. They want to be nice to the poor animals. Concern over “not being nice” makes them depressed and anxious. But then they don’t eat meat and so this makes them even more depressed and anxious.
Or does this tend to be a female trait. We know that as an aggregate (not individually), females suffer more from anxiety and depression than males.

    • ‘The brain needs meat’ or does it actually need the essential amino acids (in eggs and meat)?
Plants do contain a lot of protein, but protein is composed of amino acids.
The advertising line “packed with protein” doesn’t mean anything if the protein is lacking essential amino acids. (But most people cannot remember high school biology.)

There are nine essential amino acids (that humans can’t synthesize in the amounts required):

Histidine: Helps create the neurotransmitter histamine.
Isoleucine: Involved in muscle metabolism and immune function.
Leucine: Aids in protein synthesis and growth hormone production.
Lysine: Plays a role in hormone production and energy generation.
Methionine: Supports tissue growth, metabolism, and detoxification.
Phenylalanine: Used to produce other amino acids and neurotransmitters.
Threonine: Essential for protein synthesis and immune function.
Tryptophan: Precursor for serotonin, a mood-regulating neurotransmitter.
Valine: Important for muscle repair and energy production.

Common examples of the limited ESSENTIAL amino acids in plant-based proteins include lysine, methionine, isoleucine, threonine and tryptophan.

      Grains are deficient in lysine.

In a surprising revelation, a poll by Curia Market Research commissioned by the Taxpayers’ Union, shows the prospect of a Treaty Principles bill enjoys broad support across New Zealand.
60% favour the bill against a mere 18% opposition, which translates into a 3:1 ratio of support to opposition, according to The Facts.

Breaking it down by party, the National Party’s followers show a 4:1 approval ratio. This raises the question as to why the Party has offered limited support when their voters overwhelmingly support the bill.

Surprisingly, Labour supporters are even more enthusiastic, with a 6:1 ratio.

The proposed bill, seeking to define Treaty of Waitangi principles, including governance rights and equality under law, resonates widely. From urban to rural locales, and across genders and ages.

More correctly, the Referendum was a Yes/No on a conditionally passed Bill.

  10. Full show. The Pierre Kory segment is the first 50 minutes.

“Just watched Pierre Kory speaking with Tucker. A magnificent man with balls and integrity the size of the pyramids.
The smears he and his cohort endured in the media would break many strong men but they endured and are still putting the truth out there.
We know all the stuff here, we know what they did, but he details it with such clarity and eloquence. If you knew nothing about the issue you would still recognise the smell of truth.
I think we all have Covid atrocity fatigue now but to hear it all revisited lucidly confirms this fraud was the largest genocide ever perpetrated on humanity and it’s still running.
We are only seeing the tip of the iceberg, the excess deaths and what Kory calls not long covid but as he explains it, long vax. Long vax makes sense, do watch this it’s unmissable.”

    • Thanks Alice. I watched interview other day and posted it in Ed’s latest covid post. That one on YT has been edited. Dr Kory has been advocating against the jab from the beginning. He is highly qualified and has seen through “The Science”, no longer trusting big pharma or those running it. I’d earlier watched Dr Kory interviewed by R. Brand and then again by Tucker, who’s interview showed why he is held in such high regard.

Toward the end of the interview Dr Kory talks about “long covid” and how he is managing the real damage caused by the spike protein in his many patients. He also says big pharma have been suppressing the use of Vit.D for years as it is a much required cheap supplement that would help prevent potential patients becoming ill.

The interview is worth the time. Even for sceptics like you SB – you will learn something new and that is always a good thing.

In a recent High Court decision, Justice Cheryl Gwyn granted Māori customary rights (aka Customary Marine Titles or ‘CMTs’) for five areas along the Wairarapa coastline. CMTs grant holders influence over certain activities within designated zones extending from high-water springs to the 12 nautical mile limit.

The case follows from a Court of Appeal ruling in 2023 where the dissenting judge in that case had expressed concerns that it would become easier for Māori to obtain CMTs.

The current case saw Māori groups agree on geographical divisions, facilitating the allocation of CMT by Justice Gwyn. Despite arguments from the seafood industry regarding historical fishing practices and access limitations, Justice Gwyn upheld the Māori claims, citing insufficient evidence of disruption or lack of access.

To date, just over 200 court applications for CMTs have been filed by iwi and hapū nationwide, while 385 applicants have pursued CMT through direct negotiations with the Crown.

NZ First deputy leader Shane Jones expressed firm intentions for the coalition to revert the law “to what Parliament intended” but there has been no concrete action as yet. (tick tock)

  13. Here’s How FREE SPEECH Was Just Killed In America.

Once it became evident that the COVID-19 biowar was launched by the Zio-Anglo-American Axis, which takes orders from the Khazarian Cabal, Israel knew it was just a matter of time that the Covid ‘vaccine’ genocide was traced back to them. After all, who else has the overwhelming power and influence worldwide to carry out such a depopulation scheme–IN BROAD DAYLIGHT–and then effectively cover it up?

    • In a nutshell Ed. Once we fade from the memory of friends & family it’s as if we were never here. The religious nuts banging on about the next life regrettably won’t be disappointed by the absence of a harp & cloud since once they’re dead they’re gone & dusted like the rest of us who didn’t obsess on what doesn’t exist.

Why the fuck humans can’t enjoy the one suck of the sav that they get has me beat.

    • The only people that history remembers are the Tyrants, and the Saints. I have seen that philosophy discussed before, no one will remember a damn thing about you or that you even existed. However, Nuke a city, wipe out 6, 20 or 60 million people and you will be immortalised in books and documentaries and films… The good people are remembered too, but not as much is written about them, too boring. So take the young ladies advice, don’t sweat the small stuff.

  14. Calls for a boycott are intensifying on X following Tyson Foods’ announcement earlier this week to shutter a pork processing facility in Perry, Iowa. This move will eliminate 1,276 blue-collar jobs. At the same time, the mega food processor has expressed interest in hiring tens of thousands of illegals.

“While this decision was not easy, it emphasizes our focus to optimize the efficiency of our operations to best serve our customers,” a Tyson spokesperson said in a statement to Food Dive.

Perhaps the optimization part of the supply chain is better explained by Garrett Dolan, who leads Tyson’s efforts to eliminate employment barriers such as immigration status, told Bloomberg, “We would like to employ another 42,000 [migrants] if we could find them.” (that shouldn’t be a problem as open boarders has allowed 10 million + in already)

    • Not really new.

See the book ‘Fast Food Nation’.
      On my Bookshelf today.
The book not the movie. That was atrocious.

Places have long used immigrant labour.

  15. Japan is bringing back nuclear power as a key energy source, looking to protect its energy security in the wake of the energy crisis that led to surging fossil fuel prices. The resource-poor country which needs to import about 90% of its energy requirements, made a U-turn in its nuclear energy policy at the end of 2022, as its energy import bill soared amid the energy crisis and surging costs to import LNG at record-high prices.

The Japanese government confirmed in December 2022 a new policy for nuclear energy, which the country had mostly abandoned since the Fukushima disaster in 2011. A panel of experts under the Japanese Ministry of Industry has also decided that Japan would allow the development of new nuclear reactors and allow available reactors to operate after the current limit of 60 years.

Restarts of nuclear reactors, high natural gas inventories, and increased renewable power generation have dragged Japan’s LNG imports to multi-year lows in recent months.

    • Fukushima was the excuse the greenies/country wreckers in Teutonic land used to kill productivity.

Fukushima really was a black swan event .
( Yeah there is rumour, and mainly that, that this was created by a deliberate energy device, who knows)

You cant make long term decisions based on one off events that are not repeated.

The US though, use this tool all the time; mainly to start wars. ie project off one-off events.

The standard of living rise from just over 100 years ago came from 2 source things
-Cheaper more efficient, accessible -via transmission or transport- energy (200 years ago you had to chop down a tree, let it dry out, to start a fire to – do clothes washing, cook food, keep warm etc)
-recognition of a middle class. Just like middle management is the corporate memory of a company; middle class is the mass that sets standards.

Both of these have been under fire in the last 20 years.

  16. In the latest attack on transgender madness in women’s sports, former University of Kentucky Wildcats swimmer Riley Gaines and 15 other female athletes have filed suit against the NCAA alleging violations of federal Title IX law arising from its insertion of man-to-woman transgender athletes into women’s competition.

Infamously, man-to-woman transgender Penn Quaker Lia Thomas was not only allowed to compete against women, but was also given use of the women’s locker room.

“The NCAA’s most basic job is to protect the fairness and safety of competition, but instead the NCAA…continues to openly discriminate against women”.

The lawsuit was organized by the Independent Council on Women’s Sports, a group that exists to “promote and protect women’s sports.” The plaintiffs, who also include track, tennis and volleyball athletes, are demanding that the NCAA make rule changes to bar biological males from women’s competition, revoke awards previously given to men who beat women, and also pay “damages for pain and suffering, mental and emotional distress, suffering and anxiety, expense costs and other damages due to defendants’ wrongful conduct.”

    • Sport generally has very shonky top management.

Soccer (Football) and Swimming are 2 that really excel in this area.

With the recent rise/revival in NZ athletics it is important to never forget that The NZ Olympic Committee and NZ Athletics acted like fuckwits in 1960 and not allow Arthur Lydiard into the village.
His athletes won the ONLY athletics medals.

      —————-
…The 1960 Olympics in Rome have historical significance for New Zealand, then a little known country of just over 2 million people. Murray Halberg and Peter Snell both in black singlets won gold medals on the track within an hour of each other.

Not long after that their friend and training partner, Barry Magee won a bronze medal in the dark in the marathon.

As well as all being Kiwis and friends. All three men were trained by the great coach, Arthur Lydiard (who had to pay his own way over and was not allowed to stay in the village or watch his athletes.)…
      —————–

We have never rid ourselves of the Ces Blazey’s of the world.
And Boxing, Don King and co.

Still, sport keeps the Hooker P off the streets and away from crime.

  17. RUSSIAN ELECTIONS: BALLOT BOXES ON FIRE, VANDALISM, TERRORIST PLOTS.

It’s been quite the first day for Russia’s elections – from alleged disappearing ink pens at polling stations to multiple arrests across the country for lighting ballot boxes on fire or dumping into them. Putin has accused “Ukrainian terrorists” for these disruptions. And America thought they had election problems?

  18. Oh Canada: Parliament Moves To Impose Potential Life Imprisonment For Speech Crimes.

The Online Harms Act, or Bill C-63 increases the potential penalties from five years to life imprisonment. It also increases the penalty for the willful promotion of hatred (a dangerously ill-defined crime) from two years to five years. The proposed changes constitute a doubling down on Canada’s commitment to reducing free speech for citizens despite criticism from many in the civil liberties community.

Twenty-five of 31 Central and South American countries have negotiated infrastructure investments from China, and 22 of those nations, most recently Honduras, have formally signed onto the BRI program.
Chinese companies, either owned or subsidized by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), operate mines in Mexico, Argentina, Peru, and Venezuela, electrical grids in Peru and Chile, 5G wireless systems in Costa Rica, Bolivia, Brazil, and Mexico—80 percent of Mexico’s telecommunications equipment is provided by Chinese companies—space launch and satellite tracking facilities in Argentina, and the world’s largest embassy in the Bahamas.

  22. Women say they were removed from Air NZ flight due to their size

Angel Harding has complained about treatment from a flight attendant after boarding for the flight from Napier to Auckland last Friday.

The plane turned back during taxiing and all the passengers were taken off. Harding said she and her friend were subsequently not allowed to reboard and they were told that in future they should book two seats each.

  23. How long before this early settler gets the boot from maoridom?

Property valuer and property investment coach Inez White (Te Arawa) says negative rhetoric passed on by previous generations has deterred whānau from living on Māori land, papakāinga or in small rural communities.

“Our families don’t want to live in our neighbourhoods, you know the Māori neighbourhoods. The ones that are right next to our papakāinga. They aspire to live in the middle-class neighbourhoods, and that’s ingrained and entrenched snobbery and we are just not acknowledging it anymore. Time and time again there are affordable places to live and we are just turning our noses up at them.”

    • She makes a lot of sense but she ignores the main reason Maori don’t necessarily want to live next to their whanau. The ones who have sufficient gumption to buy their own homes don’t particularly want to rub shoulders with the losers who keep renting. They see them as negative influences on property values which they are.

Ambitious Maori are like ambitious people of any creed, colour or race.

    • Maori as proven seem to be part of the highest % of criminality,
And that sure points to where & who are the many victims of their crime, whether petty or more.

If you have things sorted to be able to buy a house, then what type of people do you want your children to consort with?

I remember as a teenager figuring out the concept of the “Crab Bucket”.
That a few of 5 year olds should have still been in nappies.
Later clicked that as 15 year olds they barely had 9 year old brains, & too often that life cycle had already repeated with a 13 year pregnant cuzzie.

If lucky as 30 year + old may have figured they have missed the bus, & the repeated opportunities.
But then many go on to live life pushing their frustrations on to the next generation.

Occasionally some see it, and basically shift a full region or to Australia, if they have managed to pick up some skill.
They know innately they have to stay clear of that clinging family drag-down to make the most of things for themselves & for their family

  25. Australian doctor suspended for Covid vaccine and mask comments – ordered undergo ‘education and mentoring’

The Medical Board of Australia applied for disciplinary action against Dr Sambell for comments he made at a Special Electors’ Meeting called to oppose the WA Government’s Covid-19 mandates in the Shire of Denmark in March 2022, and an interview with Scorpion Media Group in 2022.

In his speech Dr Sambell said he saw “countless cases of vaccine injury” while working as a doctor, referred to the Covid-19 vaccines as “experimental medical therapy”, and said colleagues with similar views had been censored, gagged and threatened by the government.

“I witnessed a flood of medical conditions we see every day — cognitive decline, stroke, heart attacks, blood clots — within days of patient vaccination,” he said.
