  1. I saw a clip on Al Jazeera the other day about a refugee (all black and muslim men) cam in Bosnia Herzegovina
they were obviously trying to get to Germany or Sweden or the UK.
But the government has ut them in camps.
Now its snowing and some sickly white female EU official came on the article and said the camps are in hunmane and should be closed.
What she means is that some countries should take the scum. (give them a house and a benefit and some blonde women to rape)
They should juts be sent back as an example to others.

    • Totes pissed off with Mr & Mrs Soper this avo saying Faafoi’s mistake was putting it in writing.
That makes it discoverable under OIA evidently.
He should have just popped down the corridor for a quiet word and no one would have been any the wiser.

FFS, how much corruption is tolerated in the Soper household?

How about Faafoi NOT use his position to influence decisions that are outside his remit?
Bloody crooks, the lot of them.

  2. When will the Coalition learn that no mater how devious or dishonest you are the truth will always catch up with you.
    https://www.newshub.co.nz/home/politics/2019/12/i-m-on-it-bro-messages-show-kris-faafoi-offering-help-to-friend-jason-kerrison-over-immigration-case.html
Kris Faafoi probable one of the few Ministers that has done his job better than most is another that has succumbed to trying to help his mates overturn a Immigration decision that is in conflict to the Cabinet Manual rules. Another of Labours entitled that think there friends should have different rules than others.

  3. In the future, will NZ land lords have to take tenants just as the government orders?

….. Stockholm after the block was closed, only to be re-opened again for migrants to replace them.

Residents at Dianagården were told they would have to leave because the toilets in the facility were 5cm too small to comply with regulations.

However, soon after the 48 apartments were emptied, they were filled with newly arrived migrants.

“It was later revealed that politicians planned that immigrants would instead move into the premises,” reports Fria Tider. …..
    https://www.teaparty247.org/sweden-makes-way-for-migrants-by-displacing-these-vulnerable-citizens/

The Swedish government is signed up to the UN Migration Pact, and is obviously fulfilling its obligations, as per Greta. Maybe she can stay living on a bit of a boat?
Former CEO of trucking company Scania does not sound too happy with the influx of migrants either, and sees major troubles in the future.
Now back to work, and pay more taxes, and do not forget to close that car door after you. 🙁

  4. So the protesters have moved on from OMV office in NP.
Did they take their shit away?
If they left it behind, are they bee charged clean up costs?
How come it took three days to be moved on by the police?

  5. They believe like Greta, they have the answer for everything, white washing , green washing, brain washing all and sundry, keep on like Dr. Goebbels in so many different movies.

…. the hero asks a good question about Venezuela: “Why is this country in the midst of one of the greatest humanitarian crises in history?”….
….. “Nationalist pride,” not socialism, is named as the culprit — and the politician who will fix things is an activist running “on a social justice platform.” ……

    https://www.ocregister.com/2019/12/04/why-does-hollywood-smear-capitalism-promote-socialism/

As the article shows, in so many ways and in many different movies, sometimes subtly and other times blatantly, Hollywood is pushing for the international globalist socialistic controls.

  6. How about the REAL quotes of the year

As one would expect from the Censorship University of Massey, their annual quote of the year voting options are heavily weighted in favour of extreme wokeness and discrimination against the enemies of the lunatic left.

Not surprisingly, the MSM propaganda arm is swinging into action to try to ensure that we don’t have anything funny or satirical sneaking through and this year is all about making sure we all know that (despite evidence to the contrary) Brentan Tarrant was a NZ white supremacist and that guns (not people) kill honestly, totally, completely innocent muslims.

After the soreness had passed from all my eye-rolling, I got to thinking about what the real quotes of the year should be so here are my initial nominations:
    1) Jacinda Ardern: “I don’t have that information” (in response to just about every single question she addresses in Question Time)
    2) Jacinda Ardern: “I absolutely reject that!” (in response to every single instance where an interviewer catches her in a lie)
    3) Jacinda Ardern: “I only heard about that today when it was reported in the Spinoff” (Do I even need to explain that one?)
    4) Jacinda Ardern: ““We’re here because our world is warming. Undeniably it is warming,” (Her nuclear (lol) moment when talking about the Zero Carbon Act – despite the fact that no one disputes there’s been no appreciable warming since 1998. Warmists even have a term to describe the ‘no warming’ problem – they call it a “Pause”)

I also think there should be another category of quotes that certain people have STOPPED making, Here are my nominations for missing quotes:
    1) Jacinda Ardern: “Most open and transparent government evah!”
    2) Jacinda Ardern: “Year of Delivery”
    3) Jacinda Ardern: “I’m confident the reviewer will deliver the report on time”
    4) Jacinda Ardern: “We’re going to fix youth suicide”
    5) Jacinda Ardern: “We’re going to build 100,000 houses and fix homelessness”

But that’s just me. Anyone else have any to add to either category?

  7. “So is everyone in Thailand rich and happy and living in a nice house? with a car and free health care?”

In response to Diggy yesterday..yes, all Thais can attend the public hospitals over there, even myself can wander in but I choose to have insurance. There is no welfare as such but the older folk receive about $35 a month from the government, family usually take care of them after that. Its so cheap to live, everybodies doing something to make a buck to get by. Families take care of each other all of the time.

Thailand is a very very rich country. The thai baht currently sits at an all time high and has been one of the best performing curriencies around Asia this year. TheThai royal family is the wealithiest royal family in the world and from memory King number 9 had the worlds largest diamond. King10 is running the show now so I guess he will have it tucked away.

It is such a great place to be. No restrictions as in do what you please ( within reason of course) the.sun shines everyday like clockwork and where Im located, temp constantly sits between 25 and 37 deg. Lovely sea breeze as well.
Each time I return to NZ I feel the smothering effect of government, sticky beaks, H&S and the word ‘safe’ being continually bandied about. I look at NZ now and I am very concerned with the direction that it is going. Ive never seen such blatent corruption in our country before. I watch question time when I can back in Phuket and it is blatently obvious mallard despises National and covers for liarbor.. Worst speaker ever. Anyway must move on, shopping to do.

  8. Paris Targets

    https://www.newshub.co.nz/home/new-zealand/2019/12/world-doomed-to-3c-temperature-rise-if-everyone-copied-new-zealand-report.html

So we are one of the best and yet that is still not enough.
There are many (just about all ) countries worse than us for CO2 (If you believe that)
So why not target them first?
    Russia
    Saudi Arabia
    South Africa
    Indonesia
    Turkey
    Vietnam
    Argentina

Go and see them Greens and Greta – and they will tell you to fuck off!
Every country wants to develop and make their people richer.

  10. An interesting nostalgia trip back in time, & reflect on all the scientific facts.
    Sort of comedy gold.

“Remember: Ice Age is Coming 1978 Science Facts” 21 mins 48 secs.
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zSDLRm3jhc8

    , “climate experts believe”
    “according to recent evidence”
“come sooner than anyone had expected”
“temperatures been ….. for 30 years”
    “long free of summer ice”
“according to some climatologists with in a life time”
“is collected and fed into central computers”
“the data shows that average temperatures”
    “about 2 degrees Centigrade.”
“The whole northern hemisphere is growing steadily”
    “there is little doubt”
“the result could be hunger & death on a scale unprecedented in all of history”
“what scientists are telling us now is the threat of”

That is just in the first 3 minutes, (edit, seems you will have to slide back to the start of the video) and all told with reasoning, logic and so much lovely evidence & facts so it all must be, with Vulcan authority . 🙂

  11. What worries me is the our “delegation” will come back and say we need to do more.
    More taxes
    Less farming
    Less business
    Less exploration
    less jobs
    Less GDP
And Stuff will keep telling us we’ve only got 5 years left, and that they need to do three climate change articles a day to make us believe it.

    yes lets keep doing this

    • So Japan wants to keep using coal!
Maybe they could try going nuclear?

And as I have said countries like Turkey and Vietnam are both building lts of coal fired power outstations.

This is why i get so angry with those greenies in Madrid.
Their targets are just no possible.

      9

      • I suggest the non thinkers here are not helping us. Stopping oil and gas exploration, Importing coal to generate power. We have some dumb decisions being made at high level without any mandate to do so in my observation.

We are sending a large delegation to Madrid. This taxpayer does not agree so many need to be going to a pointless gab fest that will cost gazillions to achieve not much if anything useful.

This taxpayer says I expect more considered use of the tax taken from me and my family. I detest the waste I am forced to pay for.

  12. If they really want to reduce Co2 emsiison, the only way is to plant more trees, everywhere,, and start reducing the world’s population.
But Peter Williams does not like that.
But it will start to be recognized as the only way.

    • What an unhinged hysterical question. I am fine with police doing police work, reasonably. Never said otherwise.

But tell us – after you have established your authoritarian hell hole – how do you imagine the police will help you? Or even now?

      1

      2

      • ……”after you have established your authoritarian hell hole”…….

You’re losing it. No lesser expert than Baity has labelled me a pot smoking, homo, knuckle-dragging, marxist leftist scum hillbilly. 🙂

        4

        0

          • ……”What do you think the police do for YOU?”……

Not a lot. But although I have very little to do with them I can’t envisage NZ without them.

            ……”They won’t bother with property crime.”……

            How true.

……”for assaults they will charge you for self defense”…….

            Highly likely.

But you still miss the point. The police hierarchy are beyond contempt but in any quasi military organisation decision making devolves to the highest ranked officer on the spot. It’s hard to imagine that the incident at Kurow would have been attended by anyone higher up the food chain than a senior constable. He would have had to assess the danger to neighbours & his fellow officers in the full knowledge that he WILL have to justify his actions.

As such, in this case, I’m more than happy to wait for the results of the inevitable enquiry.

I’m a wee bit concerned about Russell, particularly after the beating he took on his fall-back/go-to Singapore theme. As usual, he was all bluster in the stare-down and come out at the start of the first round swinging hard to stamp his authority and presence on his opponents. However sadly, and as is so often the case, he was quickly rocked back on his heels by a some solid jabs and a straight right of reality. When he adopted his usual tactic of rope-a-dope (was there a tactic ever described more appropriately in this case?) leaning back on the ropes and hiding behind some obfuscation and implausible pretence at statesmanship, he received some clubbing blows from exile who showed exactly who was in charge. You have to give Russell credit though; like the punch-drunk old loser that he is, he launched himself off the ropes in a final act of bluster and belligerence, swinging wildly and connecting with nothing in particular before delayed concussion pitched him face down in the centre of the ring.

  16. Kris Faafoi apologises to Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern over immigration case involving Jason Kerrison
    https://www.newshub.co.nz/home/politics/2019/12/kris-faafoi-apologises-to-prime-minister-jacinda-ardern-over-immigration-case.html

“Kris Faafoi has been given a “stern talking to” by Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern over his handling of an immigration case involving his family friend, Opshop singer Jason Kerrison.

“I have apologised to the Prime Minister and understand I have let her down in regards to my dealings with Jason Kerrison over an immigration matter concerning his family.”

Oh dear. Not another dodgy labour MP.
Seems Jason Kerrison didn’t get the assistance from Faafoi he wanted so released all the texts and emails between himself and his mate and long time family friend. Must be a lefty ‘friendship’ thing.

  18. An interesting development with censorship on YouTube, Google and other big players in social media.

They have decided that the best course of action, to reduce hate speech, is to ban the marginalized.
They found the easiest and cheapest way to control vitriolic abuse was by stopping the easily offended from posting.
This way the nasty trolls won’t be able to hurt their feelings and thus eliminating a toxic social media environment.

That amazing course of action only took 20 years to figure out.

I’m pretty sure millions of level headed people asked for this way back when.
But hey… what do the great unwashed know?
