  1. National have put themselves in an awkward position by cuddling up to the ccp , accepting suspect donations and remarkably having a lying MP. Australia is exposing areas of infiltration especially in universities and is tackling it right now. Good on them. National haven’t woken up yet.

    • So the logical conclusion to reach is that both of our so called main parties are subservient to the will of the Chinese Communist Party. Which in turn means we are no longer a democracy. If you wanted to prepare a population for totalitarian rule you’d go a long way to find a better prepared one than NZ:
      – free speech is suppressed
      – the citizenry is in the process of being disarmed
      – democracy is more or less suspended
      – poverty is being rapidly ramped up
      – propaganda has effectively subverted a free press
      – all academic institutions have been successfully infiltrated and subverted (ie Confucious Institute)
      – international relations with the US have been soured
      – a demagogic figurehead has been created and elevated
      – fear has been elevated to a hitherto unknown level
      – societal divisions have been deepened further than ever before
      – businesses have been widely decimated

      But hey, don’t worry, I’m sure it’s just a trivial set of coincidences and absolutely nothing at all to do with the weird shit collaboration between the CCP and the globalist NWO (both of whom hate and despise freedom and democracy).

      Nothing to see here, carry on but remember to learn Castillian Spanish because New Venezuala is on the way!

    • Maybe if these stupid bastards had not spent all their time looking for Russians under the bed and running massive propaganda campaigns against Russia (Trump collusion, Salisbury etc) then resources could have been focused in the right direction.

      I read a book circa 2006 that predicted war with China by 2025.
      As much as 3 years ago I thought that was off.
      Now, not so much.

  2. There is all sorts of scary shit happening out there folks, be aware that all is not as put out there. I have no idea about this Chinese person at all and not supporting him in any way. I’m a vote ACT person they are the only ones who seem honest sticking to their principles at the moment. Mind you its only David Seymour, once the new candidates start they may be questionable too???

  3. Accepting less than the truth on a visa application, and failing to follow up when such matters are revealed is also a problematic matter for the current holders of the Treasury Bench. It is not acceptable at any time given the duty placed by governments upon citizens to abide by the law.

    My expectation is that such issues are diligently followed up and resolved. Failure to do so will be taken into account at election time. Integrity is easily lost and once lost, hard to regain.

    • There is another MP just as egregious as any Chinese ones.
      Golriz Ghahraman
      She came here allegedly as a refugee when in fact she not only escaped the bombs exploding in her back yard but got all the way to Malaysia- a Moozlem country -and yet daddy got tickets to NZ and ripped up their passports.
      That was a convenient sequence of events for wee Golriz.

      Crooked as !!
      Now she clearly is a foreign infiltrator here to destabilise.
      Democracy and tolerance have their shortfalls.

      One has to wonder at the plot of the 2008 Movie ‘Salt’ with Angelina Jolie – inserted to the USA at 8 years old as a sleeper agent for later activation !!

  4. John Armstrong: Donald Trump will be a one-term president for these reaso

    OPINION: It is one of Donald Trump’s remarkable though typically obnoxious personality traits that when you think he has finally reached the limits of the outrageous and the objectionable, he then takes the abuse and insults to an even more fraught level.
    https://www.tvnz.co.nz/one-news/new-zealand/john-armstrong-donald-trump-one-term-president-these-reasons?auto=6161595386001

    His ridiculous claim that he has done more to help the African-American community in the United States than any other president with the “possible” exception of Abraham Lincoln is very much a case in point.

    That Trump would mention himself in the same sentence as such an iconic and heroic figure is as absurd as it is both insulting and stomach-churning.

    ~~~
    Now watch this.
    Ask yourself who is the one who knows what he is doing and who are the sore losers throwing a tantrum!
    All the bullshit stories and even riots the left and msm have thrown at President Trump to disable his chances of winning in November but you can’t keep a good man down. He is like a lifeboat self-righting and unsinkable with his management of the US economy.
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=st5oca3TlWw
    Trump: Today is probably the greatest comeback in American history
    President Trump discussed the May jobs report during a news conference in the Rose Garden
    13
    0
    • The jobs numbers were to be expected, because unlike the economic crisis of 2008 etc. this time most of the jobs did not disappear, they just went into “hibernation” until this issue was resolved and the businesses could reopen. There will be some permanent job losses but in a place like the USA they will be replaced quickly. The problem with blinkered people like Armstrong they forget the US economy was going along really well before this virus issue –unlike in NZ where our economy under the CoL was heading south.
      The problem for guys like Armstrong, who they accept the garbage thrown at President Trump, is they expect him to be all “Presidential and diplomatic” about it. They cannot accept someone who punches back twice as hard as he gets. He has done plenty for the black community –that is why his support from them has grown substantially during the last 3years. But Armstrong will never accept that fact, it does not fit his lefty narrative. Finally if he thinks Biden will be better than Trump for the US then Armstrong is deluded.
    • In the USA it is more easily to take the risk to employ.
      Their minimum wage is much lower, and no risk of being pushed into “living wage”.
      If things do not pan out, then much easier to lay off.
      So where there is a profitable opportunity, then much more simple to take the risk, and if it consolidates, then keep on repeating, that is increasing employment.
      The worker then has the wage, but also importantly the opportunity to up-skill and upgrade.
  5. Over half of heart attack sufferers delaying treatment due to Covid-19 fears – report
    Research by the European Society of Cardiology found the number of people seeking medical treatment for heart attacks has dropped by more than 50 per cent as people worry about the risk of contracting the virus from inside medical facilities.
    For those who did go to hospital for care, the report showed that 48 percent of patients delayed their arrival until it was well beyond the “optimal window for treatment”.
        • That actually makes sense to test now that there is little known people with a bad cold inside the borders.
          There will not be that many coming in anyway as so many other borders are closed.
          I have not seen anything on this but read liddle NZ media crap
          -Who will pay for the test. (if they can afford to travel they can afford to pay for this)
          -How long a wait for a result.
          -Do they have to 14 day quarantine as well
          -will this apply to a ‘trans Tasman bubble’
          -how reliable is the test
          Anything D. Clark touches is bound to be dodgy.
          Dodgy Ardern has made it clear , very clear , three weeks ago that she does not trust her dodgy Ministers.
          • Governments worldwide, and especially NZ, have got themselves into a corner now. The real data now shows for most of us this flu is not an issue. For the elderly it can be a problem (but there are effective ways to protect them).
            So now because they have blown the issue so far out of proportion, how do they open up boarders without looking like idiots in the same way by “forgiving” all these these protesters without letting businesses, especially hospitality, get on with business they are showing complete hypocrisy.
            These protesters may be the saviour, for the likes of Air NZ, but will be the downfall of many politicians
    Washington DC street in front of White House renamed ‘Black Lives Matter Plaza’
    https://www.newshub.co.nz/home/world/2020/06/washington-dc-street-in-front-of-white-house-renamed-black-lives-matter-plaza.html
    Washington DC Mayor Muriel Bowser on Friday renamed a street in front of the White House ‘Black Lives Matter Plaza’ and had the slogan painted in huge yellow letters on the roadway in an apparent rebuke of President Donald Trump’s militaristic response to US protests over police brutality.
    Bowser and Trump are at odds over the President’s use of federal law enforcement agencies and military police to break up a protest on Monday night so he could have a photo op outside a church near the White House.
    https://www.newshub.co.nz/home/world/2020/06/researchers-discover-holy-grail-compound-which-kills-all-bugs.html
    The compound can puncture the walls of bacteria, including ones which are Gram-negative – which means they have an outer layer of armour which makes them hard to penetrate.
    No new classes of Gram-negative-killing drugs have come to market in nearly 30 years, the researchers said.
    “This is the first antibiotic that can target Gram-positives and Gram-negatives without resistance,” said Princeton professor of biology Zemer Gitai.
  10. Phail Twyford is in middle of another COL debacle with the construction companies working on Transmission Gully. Everything he touches turns to S*H*I*T
    The cursed road from Wellington: Transmission Gully’s long journey continues
    https://www.stuff.co.nz/dominion-post/news/121731141/the-cursed-road-from-wellington-transmission-gullys-long-journey-continues
    It comes as about 100 workers on the project are reportedly stuck offsite with little communication, no idea of when they will return or even if they will keep their jobs.
    Negotiations have been running for weeks as the public-private partners work out funding and a new opening date for the road after the Covid-19 lockdown halted work.
    The Transmission Gully motorway north of Wellington was due to open in late 2020.
    A source from inside the civil construction industry said there had been a “major falling out” between the two companies involved in the joint venture building the road, CPB-HEB.
    CPB had requested back all lease vehicles, plant, laptops, and tools from HEB, they said. Neither CPB nor HEB would comment when approached about any problems between the companies.
    The New Zealand Transport Agency recently announced it would pay $14 million to the builder to make sure work continued over winter.
    Transport Minister Phil Twyford would not comment on the latest issues, or commercial negotiations.
  12. Has Ashley Church lost his mind? Thinks “listening” is the way to deal with violent, criminal DNC-organised riots
    I generally find Ashley Church to be a voice of reason on matters of domestic policy. He’s been getting increasingly vocally grumpy about stoopid Cindy’s dithering and equivocating over the past month.
    However, I came across this utter balderdash from him on LinkedIn (sorry I don’t know if you need to have a LI account to access- but I’ll copy the text at the bottom).
    He’s applauding the supposedly “leaderful” behaviour of GW Bush who is inferring (what a surprise from one of the pillars of the NWO) the fact that Trump is preparing to use troops to return law and order to riot-plagued cities is not the way to deal with it and “listening” and other shite like that.
    So firstly, good on GW Bush, this is why free speech is so important – you can see the monster behind the mask. Secondly, GW Bush was President for 8 years, Governor of Texas for 5 years, is a member of a family that has been in government since the late 50s – if any fuckers have had a chance to fix all the bad things that he’s talking about it’s the fucking Bush family (alternatively – they are more responsible than most for creating the problems in their 60 odd years walking the corridors of power). But let’s put that aside too.
    Given that the riots:
    – duh “spontaneously” erupted at the same time as a) damning Senate hearings are underway about Obama’s FISA abuse, b) Hillary has lost in court and is ordered to testify about her spying server practices and the obstruction of the investigation by destroying evidence and (I’m sure that’s just a fortuitous coincidence that (coincidentally) gives the DNC propaganda outlets MSM an excuse not to report on an attempted criminal coup
    – can ONLY happen in DNC controlled cities and states (because for a riot to get underway the Governor, the Mayor, the Chief of Police have to order all officials/police to not intervene and in some cases it appears to assist)
    I wonder what Ashley would consider to be an acceptable level of evidence that a coup is underway – so that the armed forces can obey their oath to “defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic“.
    I mean, it’s so obvious that this is an attempt to:
    a) distract the populace from overwhelming evidence that a coup was attempted by the DNC – aided and abetted by the FBI, CIA and NSA in 2016 (after all it was HER turn)
    and
    b) initiate another coup in an attempt to subvert the democratic process for the 2020 election.
    If what we’re seeing isn’t past the threshold to defend the majority of law abiding Americans from this domestic terrorism Ashley then what the fuck is?
    Is everyone cucked and fucked in the head these days??
    ================
    Ashley’s bobble head post – in case it is behind a LI password
    This is the face of real leadership and the model by which the protests and riots currently taking place in the US should be responded to.
    Following a directive, by Trump, to use “overwhelming force” to control protesters – former President George W Bush said:
    “This is not the time for us to lecture. It is time for us to listen. It is time for America to examine our tragic failures – and as we do, we will also see some of our redeeming strengths”.
    “It remains a shocking failure that many African Americans, especially young African American men, are harassed and threatened in their own country”.
    “It is a strength when protesters, protected by responsible law enforcement, march for a better future. This tragedy — in a long series of similar tragedies — raises a long overdue question: How do we end systemic racism in our society?”
    “The only way to see ourselves in a true light is to listen to the voices of so many who are hurting and grieving. Those who set out to silence those voices do not understand the meaning of America — or how it becomes a better place.”
    Amen to that…..
    • Linked in is so frigging Woke it is the opposite to Rip van Winkle.
      So woke, it will not sleep for 20 years.
      And with that sleep deprivation comes the hallucinations….
      Good counter points, DP.
      GW Bush destroyed 2 countries and the troops are still there 2 decades later.
      In January this year the Iraqi PM asked USA to withdraw its ‘peace keeping’ forces.
      The Whuflu has been a cover for many nefarious activities.
      The Troops are still there.
      It is good enough for the troops to be on the streets of foreign countries but not the streets of the USA- where the real trouble – from AntiFa and Hungarian funders – is happening.
      These are funded, planned disruption activities and it sure is not the Russians, is it Nancy?
      Ashley Church is getting some valid counter comments.
  14. Trust the experts (please just forget that they keep getting caught lying)
    So remember how there was proof Trump’s Chloroquine treatment increased the risk of Coronovirus death (and therefore Trump was “literally Hitler”).
    Well, turns out the Lancet study was all just bollox and there is no evidence to support the attack on Trump, in fact it seems it’s so bad that the Lancet is launching an investigation into ‘irregularities’.
    In modern leftist speak – use of the word “irregularities” translates into “Lied like a fucking Jacinda Ardern being fed patsy questions by Paddy Gower at the 2017 Leaders’ debate”
    But remember team! Even though we have evidence up the wazoo that the so called “EXPERTS” are corrupt and full of shite – we have to “trust them”.
  21. Nikki Kaye explains how National’s ‘moral obligation’ to win the election led to its Māori-free front bench
    https://www.newshub.co.nz/home/politics/2020/06/nikki-kaye-explains-how-national-s-moral-obligation-to-win-the-election-led-to-its-m-ori-free-front-bench.html
    “Todd is extraordinary. He has got a huge amount of business experience, but he has also got a lot of political experience – he started off in Bolger’s office… Judith and Amy are incredible, they have huge ministerial experience… You name another political lineup where you’ve got three out of four strong women who would be leading the country.”
    As for the Māori-free front bench, Kaye said there were “only a certain number of spots” and she was proud of National’s caucus diversity, which includes Korean and Indian MPs.
    “We have a number of MPs representing different ethnic communities… the reality is there is only a certain number of spots that we have, and we accept as a leadership team we have to own that representation issue.”
    “This isn’t’ tiddlywinks. We are fighting for our future.”
    Māori in the Bay of Plenty have the highest unemployment rate in New Zealand and the figures look set to worsen as the fallout of Covid-19 continues to bite.
    Figures obtained by NZME show the rate of unemployed Māori throughout the Bay of Plenty during the March quarter was 10.3 per cent, above the national Māori unemployment rate of 8.7. It is also more than double that of unemployed Europeans in the region at 3.9 per cent, which was 3.5 per cent nationally.
    The Government figures come as an Infometrics report, commissioned by the Bay of Plenty Regional Council, revealed the region was expected to experience a $776 million loss in earnings and 14,550 loss in jobs due to Covid-19.
    The report stated Bay of Plenty’s overall current unemployment rate of 4.3 per cent was expected to peak at 9.5 per cent by September 2021 and remain above 8 per cent until December 2023.
    Imfometrics Bahh humbug.
  29. Soccer superstar stuns China with call for ouster of Communist Party
    By Thursday afternoon, Hao’s videos had caused a sensation in China even though they appeared on YouTube, a blocked platform. They seemed to confound Internet users and authorities alike. Was the entire episode fake? Should it be condemned or ignored?
    Titan, a leading state-run sports website, quickly issued a statement that said “Hao Haidong has made speech that subverts the government and harms national sovereignty and uses the coronavirus epidemic to smear the Chinese government and spread falsehoods about Hong Kong . . . we strongly condemn this behavior.”
    Shortly after, the statement was edited to replace Hao’s name, which had become sensitive, with the Roman letter “H.” Hours after that, the statement was removed outright as the government opted erase all mention of the incident on the domestic Internet as if it never happened.
    Hao’s Weibo social media account, which had close to 8 million followers, vanished. Hupu, a leading online hangout for Chinese sports fans, warned users against all discussion of Hao’s “harmful remarks.”
    The warning, too, disappeared.
    Paywall PPE required. Appeared in leftie WAPO too.
      I spoke a good Chinese friend the other da,y for the first time since lock down started. I said that from a global view China seemed to be losing face at the moment , in my view. I asked if he thought President Xi would survive, even given how he had strangle hold on power via the CCP. My friend completely understood what and why I was saying it but he said Xi would survive because he had protection of the army. He who has the guns has the power –the same as it has been throughout Chinese history.
      While my friend did not say a lot it was clear he was not happy with the direction Xi is taking China.
      Makes you wonder how many in China think the same way given what soccer guy is saying and doing.
  30. Laura Ingraham had a guy on tonight who was really interesting , Terry Turchie. He spoke about a movement from the 1970’s ( avowed communists) called Weather Underground who went around bombing cities in the USA etc. and how they drew up a manifesto of how to achieve their goals. There were 6 key points : No 1 was to destroy capitalism –sound familiar?
