  1. “How dreadful are the curses which Mohammedanism lays on its votaries! Besides the fanatical frenzy, which is as dangerous in a man as hydrophobia in a dog, there is this fearful fatalistic apathy. The effects are apparent in many countries. Improvident habits, slovenly systems of agriculture, sluggish methods of commerce, and insecurity of property exist wherever the followers of the Prophet rule or live. A degraded sensualism deprives this life of its grace and refinement; the next of its dignity and sanctity. The fact that in Mohammedan law every woman must belong to some man as his absolute property – either as a child, a wife, or a concubine – must delay the final extinction of slavery until the faith of Islam has ceased to be a great power among men. Thousands become the brave and loyal soldiers of the faith: all know how to die but the influence of the religion paralyses the social development of those who follow it. No stronger retrograde force exists in the world. Far from being moribund, Mohammedanism is a militant and proselytizing faith. It has already spread throughout Central Africa, raising fearless warriors at every step; and were it not that Christianity is sheltered in the strong arms of science, the science against which it had vainly struggled, the civilisation of modern Europe might fall, as fell the civilisation of ancient Rome.”
― Winston Churchill, The River War

    • Now you would assume that if you uttered these words in public that you would be safe in the knowledge that because they are the words of Churchill that you would be safe. But in today’s climate of fear generated by the woke yoof who would know?

      • Churchill is already slated as a target for the de-mentioning from history. The subtle indoctrination in the schools will be where it starts, where his towering achievements will be skated over while any of his failings will be magnified until we have a generation of post-millenials can quote chapter and verse on his islamophobia, racism, sexism etc
        https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JQzackDFYTc

It’s only a matter of time until NZ icons are subjected to the same violation. Colin Meads is a prime target just waiting to happen, how long before we’re expected to remove his statue because of his overt racism in coaching the aparthied appeasing Cavaliers.

Nothing is sacred to the left when it comes to the culture wars. If any aspect of western culture can be covered in shit, then it’s a win for the loons on the left.

Paraphrasing Churchill, socialism in a <> is like rabies in a dog.

      • In the wake of the silly little girls ‘Christchurch Call’ photo shoot, I would assume that this is approved thought and speech, as I found it via google on a website on the world wide web, after a mention on facebook, all of which doesn’t allow bad things now after the photo shoot… oops, Christchurch Call summit…?

  2. I note the Ocker ChCh mass murderer has been charged with terrorism.

I suspect the trial will be held in secret to prevent the public from hearing any truths that may upset them but on the off chance that is not the case the trial should be very interesting indeed.

Terrorism by it’s very definition means trying to create terror by violent means.

Mr Tarrant was not trying to create terror, according to his remarks at the time, but to create terrorism.

He has been rather successful: among other things using force, arresting and bullying people because they don’t think the way the CoL does is to me, terrorism.

It will be very interesting what the murdering Ocker’s lawyer makes out of this fact.

    • Definition stolen from KB –
The TSA defines a terrorist act as:

intended to cause, in any 1 or more countries, 1 or more of the outcomes specified in subsection (3), and is carried out for the purpose of advancing an ideological, political, or religious cause, and with the following intention:
      (a) to induce terror in a civilian population; or
      (b) to unduly compel or to force a government or an international organisation to do or abstain from doing any act.

If his manifesto wasn’t censored, it would be common knowledge that he did not want to, nor expect (a) or(b) to happen after his rampage. His stated objective was to draw attention to the situation, create and incite divisive debate and force a spotlight on his ‘climate change’ issue of culture replacement…. And in my opinion, just be a troll for his own sick amusement.

He has not forced any government to do or abstain from anything (except over-react)
His actions – tragic & disgusting as they were, induce as much terror in the civilian population as one of the tragic multi-fatality car crashes we’ve seen recently in the MSM. Horrific but random, one in a million incident of devastation.

Will have to be some serious shady court proceedings to prove the terrorism charge beyond reasonable doubt…?

  3. More tolerance from the left

Have a look at the revolting language used by all those tolerant political lefties on Twitter in relation to Alfred Ngaro’s intention to set up a god-bothering party.

    https://twitter.com/search?q=%22Alfred%20Ngaro%22&src=tren

Apparently as Alfred is a man, he can’t have an opinion on abortion. Funny though that women can have an opinion on everything to do with men’s freedom?

I guess hypocrisy is ok when the left do it

  4. Youse asked a couple of days ago why don’t my friends comment on here. I asked some but they are intimidated by youse comments against me. If youse want more commenters from the left, youse need to be more compassionate towards other points of view. It is called on-line bullying and we don’t have to take it. There are better things to do than be abused daily by youse lot.

    0

    0

    • Sorry that your friends feel there is on line bullying. It seems to me people are just saying what they think.

    • Do you get paid by the post, or an hourly rate to troll blogs such as this?

And is this classed as a Liebour election expense or hidden in part of the CoL govt advertising budget…?

      0

      0

    • Maybe try engaging in a conversation instead of snivelling everytime you find a comment that you disagree with, you might be pleasantly surprised at the response even the lefttards at KB (where most of us are from) would be given a fair crack if they chose to join in the debate instead of throwing rocks from the sidelines, the main problem is that fact & figures & the truth are at best distant friends to your average lefty, FYI using English to communicate is important youse aint doing yaself no favors by butchering it on a public forum

      0

      0

    • I’m fully prepared to be compassionate…. after all the evil psychos on the left disavow the Alinsky Rules and start being prepared to debate issues rationally and civilly on the facts and not the feelz and without resorting to childish personal attacks (ie racist, fascist, Nazi, islamophobic, sexist, old-people, white privilege, deplorables, alt-right, white supremacists etc).

Until that point, as the left keeps going lower the rest of us will follow. When I see the cessation of:
      – attempts to de-platform
      – attacking people through their employer in an attempt to shame them into being let go
      – personal attacks and intimidation in public (milk-shaking, dildo throwing, shit-slinging, egging, road-blocking etc)
      – attacking people through their family (like songs about raping a PM’s daughter or stallking a PM’s son’s facebook for public shaming)
then maybe we can talk about entering into a civilised debate. But the loons on the left started this, you lot made the new normal, don’t start crying about how it isn’t nice now – “youse” should’ve thought about that before you hit below the belt.

Still it is gratifying to know that “youse” don’t like getting your own medicine thrown back at you with interest.

    • Disagreement is not abuse. Refuting your point is not abuse. Hopefully you understand that difference. Not many on the Left do, which is why we’re getting new Hate Speech Laws, why the nations’ freedom of expression is under attack and why we’re getting the thought control that Ardern, Gaharaman and those people are promoting.

  5. My concern was that while Alfred Ngaro is being so vocal over his personal beliefs while still representing National and has not as yet made a definite decision to leave the National Party. Why were Mark Mitchell and Todd Muller flanking Alfred while he was making inflammatory statements on abortion? Do they support Alfred’s opinion on abortion? Are Mitchell and Muller going to leave to join Alfred’s christian party? Or were they just mates standing around waiting for their friend to give and interview. Should Mitchell and Muller been more circumspect and kept their distance when the interview had nothing to do with the National Party? A picture is worth a thousand words, and my opinion of these two MP’s can definitely be tainted by what I saw. My advice is be more careful of the non-verbal messages you send.

Alfred Ngaro says “number of abortions is tragic”

    • Mitchell was defending Ngaro on Hoskings programme this morning.
This idea of starting a christian party is plain stupid.
I have seen Ngaro on the Samoan ,Face TV programme and frankly do not see him as anything other than a nice man.
Trying to start a new party when the New Conservatives are already up and running and the obvious option to support National, is a wrong move.

      0

      0

      • “New Conservatives”?

Oxymoron anyone? Or is it another Rik Mayall comedy?

The definition of a conservative is someone who doesn’t want anything new.

Maybe Alfred is brighter than I give him credit for.

        0

        0

        • I’ve never felt comfortable being chucked in the ‘conservative’ pile as my views are not as narrow and conservative as their policies. ‘Conservative’ political parties in general have that aura of religion and the resultant smugness of piousness hanging around it. Not to mention the moral hypocrisy uncovered in most of the leaders who have run these parties.
I’m going with how Jordan Peterson describes himself, as a “traditionalist”.

          0

          0

          • I think in NZ the Conservative name has been tainted by the performance of CC .Watching Skynews Aus they talk of Conservatives often and without the religious connection.
The National over there are conservative and for the ‘bush’.People like Cory Bernadi are strongly conservative but I don’t get the religious part dominating his policies.
It’s a pity we can’t have a NZ Party again.Broad based and encompassing our values like racing ,rugby and beer.

            0

            0

      • So why is Mitchell defending Ngaro? Surely as a National Party MP this is a conflict? Should not Mitchell’s efforts be for National Party policies. I’m having a serious change of mind about thinking Mitchell could become a possible future leader of the National Party.

        0

        0

      • Or Ngaro is appealing to the Christian vote as a Nat MP on behalf of National, they need a home where every that may be. Simon is the son of a Minsister. Labour can be the home of the Muslims and National can be the home of the Christians. Religious apartheid?

        0

        0

        • Some would call it dog whistling. I would call it sensible politics, as clearly we are in election mode. I would imagine the National Party congratulated Morrison and said that they were looking forward to working with them in 2020.

    • Pic that I saw was Mitchell and the fella from Rotorua, Todd McClay. Definitely wasn’t Todd Muller. McClay of Jim McClay family. National Blue blood.

      0

      0

      • Oops sorry to Todd Muller. Yes Todd McClay. Question still stands why they were flanking Ngaro when he was interviewed as potentially leaving National to stand as an independant conservative candidate?

  6. After a Beer Festival in London, all the brewery presidents decided to go out for a beer. Corona’s president sits down and says, “Señor, I would like the world’s best beer, a Corona.” The bartender takes a bottle from the shelf and gives it to him. Then Budweiser’s president says, “I’d like the best beer in the world, give me ‘The King Of Beers’, a Budweiser.” The bartender gives him one. Coors’ president says, “I’d like the best beer in the world, the only one made with Rocky Mountain spring water, give me a Coors.” He gets it. The guy from Guinness sits down and says, “Give me a Coke.” The other brewery presidents look over at him and ask, “Why aren’t you drinking a Guinness?” and the Guinness president replies, “Well, if you guys aren’t drinking beer, neither will I.”

  7. I thought MP’s had access to researchers and advice.
Why is it that National MP’s in particular do not get decent advice on the climate change scam?
Why can they not make the connection between the UN and the climate change scam?
Why can they not get on the internet and read some of the great sites that give scientific explanations about what is actually happening ?
Do they not have the ability to look at issues objectively.?
Or have all MP’s become indoctrinated and lack the ability to see it?

    0

    0

    • They are like almost all the rest. Fucken lazy. My email to all the Nats MP’s evoked a genuine response from only two. I will give them until Friday and then I will do another post.

      0

      0

      • I sent an email to a National MP at 2:24 and got a reply at 5:45 today and it was not an autoreply.

        0

        0

    • Because like the Aussie Labour Party they think there are votes in it or alternatively they will lose votes if they do not go with the flow. They live in the Wellington bubble and do not realise that over the last 5 or so years a huge part of the voting public have realised it is all a scam. They probably believe the polls which ask loaded questions about it. Last weekend once again showed them polls are not as reliable as they might think and if there was an issue which people might not tell the truth about, then my guess it would be AGW.
If National had any brains they would look at the USA, the UK and now Australia and realise the left have abandoned the working guy/gal and are now just looking at the chardonnay socialists. Next year they need to come out saying they support workers and people with aspiration and play down the climate change BS. ( Do not hold your breath, though)

      0

      0

    • Wiseowl, I am sure many National MPs would believe that AGW is a scam but they will not oppose National’s stance on this than a number of other issues. I do not have a problem with this as they have to get elected. However, one must draw the line somewhere and I say that is property rights and free speech. There should be no compromise on these issues.

  8. I’ve just purchased a couple of thousand plastic bags (large, singlet bag) from office max
    Yay
These will not be sold after the end of next month.
I purchased 500 from the warehouse stationery before the Happy Holidays (Xmas to you plebs) to try them out. I went back to place a bigger order and they have sanctimoniously stopped selling them a while ago.

I’m just wondering if I should buy 10,000+ and on sell at a profit on the ‘black market’
pssst, wanna buy some plastic bags!
Store in a secret location so I don’t get ram raided by gangsters.

Perhaps I can hang out at antenatal places – with honourable intent, of course- “hey, need something to wrap up the poop until the rubbish collection”.
Will we see the return of polio and typhoid?
We were supposed to see the last of measles …but not so.

This is the Govt that does not deliver houses anywhere near stated and mulches seedlings as part of its Dr Evil scheme of [pinky in mouth] One Billion Trees.
    Poor decisions provide poor outcomes.
    What will we see here?

  12. In today’s Northern Advocate there’s an item on Alfred Ngaro testing the water before breaking away to form a Xtian values party. Apparently he has been approached by people who feel that “their values are not being represented in Parliament”.

Let us be generous & pretend that 5% of Kiwis are fully fledged socially conservative, religious fruitcakes who think that the voices in their heads are Skydaddy talking to them. They & the Vatican Mafia have taken over the National Party…….just how much more representation do they think is their due?
