  1. Perfect check list for the snowflakes this morning Ed. Though I think you made the choices a little difficult for them there are decisions to be made there so…..
Can’t believe I am the first to post this morning…Wake up guys there is another fucked day to cheer you. Sorry to remind you, if not another three years of the PTPM then a short term of Act/National as the snowies won’t like the harsh realities of life after this shit fest, or….. we will have another three years of this crap and life will be even worse. Ah life is great isn’t it?

      • Trust me guys- There is no way in HELL that National have bled almost a third of their voting base to the Mad Queen!
The Nats Internal Polling is reportedly much healthier
        And Act are absolutely flying…
TVNZ and TV3 Polls are biased rubbish. (Remember last Election when ‘Jacindamania’ was polling 10-15% better than Bill English?)

      • There’s the dope vote that the Greens are almost certainly pining their hopes on. As such, I’m not going to make any predictions about turn-out.

I think the best we can hope for, right now, is overconfidence of Leftards; they’re going to win easily and therefore do not need to vote.

    • Yep, no sympathy from me. I do not want to pay tax to house someone else. Housing is a personal issue to resolve and manage.

I gleaned there have been drugs involved in the past in this case. Money that went on drugs would have kickstarted home ownership. There are too many mouths to feed and looks like another coming. Building more State Houses is not going to resolve these issues.

I do not have any interest in the who built more state houses. Lay out the reality that housing is a personal issue. The State may help if really in strife and as a hand up but having a house with a subsidised rental for a long period or for life should not be an expectation.

  5. NASA launches Mars rover to look for signs of ancient life

The biggest, most sophisticated Mars rover ever built — a car-size vehicle bristling with cameras, microphones, drills and lasers — blasted off for the red planet Thursday as part of an ambitious, long-range project to bring the first Martian rock samples back to Earth to be analyzed for evidence of ancient life.

    “So?” asks Winston, “Good news?”
“Yes, sir,” replies the psychic, “I have looked into the future. You finally got your parade!”

“There were people cheering and laughing for miles and miles. And there were fireworks and bands playing… It was amazing!”
    “How did I look?”
“Well, sir, I don’t quite know. You see, you were in a coffin.”

  7. Man caught taking inappropriate photos of young woman can’t be charged
    https://www.newshub.co.nz/home/new-zealand/2020/07/man-caught-taking-inappropriate-photos-of-young-woman-can-t-be-charged.html

A student who caught a man stalking her and taking dozens of inappropriate photos of her as she shopped in an Auckland pharmacy says she feels let down by police who told her they could do nothing about it because it happened in a public place.

“He was in every aisle that we were in and at first I didn’t think much of it until we got to the last aisle and I saw him have his phone up against his chest and so I approached him and I said ‘I know you’re taking photos or videos of me, let me see’. He completely denied it.”

“I knew what to expect in his gallery but I thought it would be just one or two photos and then when I went onto the gallery there was about 40-60 photos of me in every single aisle. They were close ups of me, zoomed in photos – like on my face and different parts of my body and I got really mad.”

  9. Why the spread of CCP virus into Sydney and then Brisbane Queensland of the CCP virus.

So Australia can not get a team of 18 million.
Really, NZ’s claim of a team of 5 million will be found to be just as fragile and brittle, if the media would wipe clear the fog, to show the cracks, as the pressure is exerted, of a dream time mirage.
    Poor old dreaming Humpty Dumpty.

    • “The police in Queensland. are investigating the young woman in the centre of the latest CCP virus were coached by a gang.
Acted on instructions for a crime syndicate”.

A hint of that on RNZ news, but so far no write up of it, and probably will not be released soon or until it can be merged in further down in their news-cycle.

So that explains why the headlines “enemy of the state” &”dumb & dumber” in the above links.
That has been viciously attacked as being racists by other commentators, and there in lies the reason why it is sort of difficult to google around on their case.
So the a form of censorship has been in place, and even the police investigating this have complained about the social commentary and media.

“We have seen community members making comments about certain cultural groups and ethnicities — this is not productive at all,” Commissioner Carroll said.

  10. Weekly political panel Simon Bridges and David Parker – “it’s all National’s fault”

National ‘in the game’ despite recent polling, ‘contest of ideas’ needed – Simon Bridges
    https://www.newshub.co.nz/home/politics/2020/07/nz-election-2020-national-in-the-game-despite-recent-polling-contest-of-ideas-needed-simon-bridges.html

Despite National floundering in the latest polls, Simon Bridges believes the party remains “in the game” and that Kiwis deserve a contest of ideas, rather than a “coronation”

National has said it expects the race to tighten ahead of the September 19 election as it suspects Kiwis will face harsh economic consequences resulting from COVID-19.

“The polls are explainable. It is a situation where COVID-19 came around, the country rallies, there is a shallow, warm sort of glow about that. But what we now need to see is a focus on what actually the next three years look like, and National is in the game.”

        • The left media is really, really nasty. Their whole messaging is about how mean, nasty, disgusting, ruthless, vicious, cruel, wicked, evil Judith is.

She must really, really spooked Labour. And the polling must be looking awful if they’re fully mobilised so early. I guess in my normal interactions I’m observing the sheeple echoing it a lot – which is disturbing.

    • I thought Simon did well. Poor old David Parker struggles to shake off what comes across to me as an inferiority complex probably caused by being surrounded by non performers in the current cabinet. He does not look forward in my observation. He remains on the defensive. Understandable given they appear bereft of positive ideas to facilitate longterm recovery other than spend for re election. What happens after that is concerning based on present non performance.

      13

      0

          • So true. But the impact upon our way of life is going to be so much greater than just having Labour destroy New Zealand.

The virus is the second act of the greatest conflict of our time.

No shots have been fired yet, but untold millions will die and suffer as a result of the actions of the woke libtards today.

Trump won the first round by crushing the Chinese faux economy (an economy that only thrived because of theft and cheating), once Trump put a stop to that they crumbled.

This is the second round, where Chinese money, a mild cold, Chinese culture war operatives and the lunatic left in the US [(funded by Bond villain – Soros) who care so little for their country and their way of life that they’ll sell their souls to get rid of Trump] remove the US as the dominant super power.

The US economy has been destroyed, democracy is now meaningless in the hands of the left wing governors and mayors. The very thing that defined and fertilised the Western way of life has been perverted into a cancer that is destroying itself.

The net result is the China will ascend through this shameful period of our history and they will become the dominant world power and unleash a new and horrific wave of Sino-colonialism upon the world.

And we were the generation that virtue-signalled it into existence.

I mean it is fantastic that we are right in the middle of a new dark chapter of history being formed, and we get to see one of the most seismic shifts in civilisation since the fall of the Roman Empire, but it’s going to involve a terrible future for the children and grandchildren of the boomer generation.

While I do not want to feel all the pain of the rapid collapse of Western democracy and our way of life will bring – I am feeling full of glee that the ‘oh so woke’ libtard Gen X, Gen Y, millenials will suffer so terribly much under the yoke of Chinese totalitarianism. It’s a shame that they’ll learn to be wise after the fact and they’ll spend decades saying to themselves “I can’t believe I was so fucking stupid as to think that socialism was the answer, I wish I’d listened to howtis, waikatogirl, Rachael Membery, happychappy, revtech, holysheet, Aritimus Pile, O-sen, Tarquin when they were trying to open my eyes to the collosal mistake I was making. What did my generation do and why did I impose this oppressive life upon my children and grandchildren”

I actually get quite a lot of satisfaction from knowing what the dumb cunts are doing to their own future.

  11. TikTok (Chinese: 抖音; pinyin: Dǒuyīn) is a Chinese video-sharing social networking service owned by ByteDance, a Beijing-based internet technology company founded in 2012 by Zhang Yiming.

If America were auditing its security arrangements (in preparation for possible conflict with China), one of the steps it would take would be (like India) to ban Chinese apps over concerns of them being potential security leaks.

India has banned TikTok. How long before the 5-Eyes nations do the same? Such a move could be an indication of heightened security in preparation for something.

        • But Odakyu-sen ! You are now resident in a small semi-civilised nation at the arse end of the Earth. The culture you are exposed to includes the hongi, the haka, paua, pavalova & the buzzy bee.

We’ve been brainwashed to believe that Maori were peaceful family people who lived in harmony with nature but were turned into dribbling, psychotic criminals by Whitey.

Why wouldn’t the average Kiwi moron accept that the Mad Queen saved 80,000 of her subjects?

          5

          0

          • It is a great honor to be resident in a small semi-civilised nation at the arse end of the Earth.
The buzzy bee is a magnifient cultural treasure! New Zealanders should cherish this creation of Maurice Schlesinger in the 1940s. (There is some controversy over its origins.)

A critical flaw in the handling of “Maori” issues in this country is the assumption that “Maori” are a monolith. It would be far more helpful to discard the term “Maori” altogether and instead look at the issue through the lens of iwi affiliation.
“Maori” is an English-language construct used without a proper understanding of the subject (because it’s a quick-and-easy approach).

The iwi of the land we know as New Zealand were never unified. The situation the English and America whalers of the early 19th Century found was not unlike the Japanese sengoku-jidai from the late 15th Century (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KyyNC_HKnho) prior to unification under the Tokugawa Shogunate.

To understand the dynamics of “Maori” culture we need to understand it at the clan (iwi) level. I think, naaksa, that you would agree.

            4

            0

            • …..” we need to understand it at the clan (iwi) level”……

You’re getting it. Until the prospect of Treaty “settlements” late last century there was no such thing as a pan Maori organisation or sentiment. It was Iwi vs Iwi & the tribal divisions run deep. Indeed the inter tribal grievance list can be abridged into a list of who ate who.

Pakeha patronise Maori & the latter are not children being an individually intelligent people of great cunning. They rightfully treat the easily guilted young white Kiwi as fucking idiots while they use the leverage they provide to seize vast power & exercise it.

Yet without the benevolence shown by the first Pakeha settlers who offered domestic animals, education & peace the warring Iwi would long have been represented by the sole remaining Maori, living in a cave, wrapped in rotting sealskins & chewing on fern root flavoured by the last piece of the tribe next door. 🙂

  14. Academics telling us to just shut up, and accept our fate.
    Fuckers.

UK Academics Advocate Silencing Dissent On Climate Change & COVID-19

To make climate change messages more effective, we need to target these cognitive biases. To prevent temporal and spatial biases, for example, we need a clear message as to why climate change is bad for individuals in their own lives in the here and now (establishing an appropriate affect heuristic).

And to prevent optimism bias, we also need to avoid presenting “both sides of the argument” in the messaging – the science tells us that there’s only one side. There also needs to be a clear argument as to why recommended, sustainable behaviours will work (establishing a different sort of confirmation bias).

We also need everyone to get the message, not just some groups – that’s an important lesson from COVID-19. There can be no (apparent) exceptions when it comes to climate change.

  15. Trust Tommy Robinson can find peace & safety for his family.
Criticising the ideology that guides BLM isn’t racism, it is a revolutionary act.

Yet Tommy keeps his eye on the revolutionary truth of the BLM organizers.

Digging way behind the scenes of who is doing the controlling and handling of BLM leaders.

    https://www.tr.news/hateful-racist-marxist-blm-activist-exposed/
    16 minutes.

Sort of things we know, but putting it into words, and gaining facts from the “horses mouth”

Luke goes into some detail about the power dynamic used by Neo-Marxists and explains how he, as a black man, cannot support Black Lives Matter as an orgainsation or as a movement.
    https://www.tr.news/exposing-neo-marxist-roots-of-black-lives-matter/
    https://www.tr.news/hateful-racist-marxist-blm-activist-exposed/

Tommy Robinson has gained so much experience through hard knocks, yet still studies to gain knowledge, with out that academia taint and indoctrination.

Seeing it another country, makes one more than wonder exactly who is behind the parallel set up in NZ.
Why is not some comedian, media commentator showing the “comrade” video by the Socialist Youth President on our general public media?
So as we know the academia and media are in League to bring about Marxist’s communism, and as
Marx said “We have no compassion and we ask no compassion from you.
When our turn comes, we shall not make excuses for the terror.

    2

    0

    • The 2nd video with Luke is bit longer at 48 minutes. : 13th July 2020
A tad long, but does cover a lot of topics, under that marxist banner, using the BLM banner.

Saying many things we know, aims of marxism, that are fitted into BLM, as they bring up the fatherless, breaking down patriarchy, pulling down nuclear families” crimes committed by blacks, to the the total tally of black crime on black, etc. etc.
But using the racism, systemic racism, to gain “useful idiots” with the catch phrase, “Black Lives Matter” and then weaponize it to gain more control.
Even the point of having to have “woman quotas” is discussed.
This is all being pushed through so many institutions, like the police, fire brigade, army etc..
Of course the sickening part is how this is all swallowed. 🙁
Then the push of the left’s defence being about “far right” and “white supremacy”

To educate ourselves and others to what the issues are really about, and welcome to see another style of how the views are put and it is frankly called out here.
