Personal experience would indicate that maybe 1/3 of people have tickets on most tracks.”

Amen. It’s time to sit back & consider that of late, 80% of incoming tourists have contributed nothing to NZ other than financial churn & their shit. You can identify them easily:
1) Bus loads of Chinese tourists who arrive on Chinese airways, travel in Chinese owned buses, stay in Chinese controlled hotels & buy souvenirs in Chinese owned shops. And don’t start on the tax paid. Overseas companies operating in NZ pay jackshit in the way of tax here.
2) Clapped out campervans of “youth” tourists who freedom camp, eat noodles or takeaways, shit freely everywhere & spend fuck all.

Simon Cooper, 44, sent photographs of fake HIV results to another of his victims, as well as photos of his former colleague’s husband alleging he had a gambling habit on a forged NZ Racing Board letterhead.
Cooper was sentenced in Hamilton District Court recently to three months community detention on three charges of causing harm by posting digital communication and creating a false document.
It was an end to a long-running stoush with his former employers at Hamilton Pharmacy that involved defamation proceedings in the High Court.
