    • I’m praying The Mad Queen whooshes off to her United Nations job within the next year or so….
Leaving all the morons who voted for her sitting in the wreckage of our Country scratching their heads- ‘Wait what just happened? We thought she cared about us’??

  1. Goodness no one up and about yet? Have you all turned into the nephs on the couch already? May as well get in an early start, and get used to laying about. I wonder how many will arrive at the WINZ offices today, given up on the working life for time on the couch? They will possibly be better off than going to work every day to pay it all in taxes.

    • It’s called depression Lizzie. I can’t deal with all the self-congratuating after the “red wave” so staying away from msm. Nothing can be done about the turkeys voting for christmas except sit back and watch the carnage. A lot of MP’s will be reviewing their futures.

Like the weather in the Waikato the country’s political future is grey with storm clouds gathering.

Time will tick by so this too shall pass. We’ll all be ok!! 🙂

    • Gloating in your victory, and bagging your opposition in their defeat. What a piece of shit. Not to mention the whole agonising fucking poem was pathetic and childish. The clown is a complete and utter embarrassment. The result of a racist appointment way beyond his capabilities. Well Jizilla’s stuck with the fuckwit. Is he going to be DPM? Damned if she does, damned if she doesn’t.

      • How did he even become a deputy head master? head master?
Or was he covered by a competent support administrator?

How are schools he was at doing, particularly the students.

A sideways movement and this time really shows the Peter Principle in action.

      • Not sure where it started but I heard his….poetry… referred to as a limerick on TV3 this morning. A limerick is a five line, rhyming little poem (and some other things like how it scans etc) but anyway definitely NOT an eleven minute diatribe! He should be thoroughly ashamed, as should anyone of his colleagues who condoned it.

      • Well I considered the satire well done and the Nats deserved every bit of it.

He might not have accomplished a lot but that was good work.
As usual in the odd bugger out.
Stop being all bitter and twisted.

Even though I would rather have had more ACT MP’s when we look at the result it is actually quite good.

e.g.ODT has this headline: Labour wins party vote in Every SI electorate. Strategic voting to foobar Green leverage, and it’s worked…..
Lesser of two weevils, and all that….
        Now ain’t that true.

Cindy now has 64 MP’s to carlae and that will be like caoralling cats. What with the rednecks on the left , the Blue reds on the Right, The union Lot, the Green lot, the make radical change lot, the nice people in the middle and then of course there is all the lgbtefg’s to add to the mix and naturally the Maori caucas.
If you think that is going to be fun for her, try picking her cabinet. It will take more then her “consensus” skills.
The Greens will ignored as the rightly should be.

I tend to agrree with Cullen. She will be centrist like key was.
        64 Cats on roller skates.
        Fuck that.

Oh and I forgot the fatties and the femminists.

  2. If Bookmakers were legal in New Zealand I would pace any wager on another full-scale lockdown in 2023. (Coincidentally Election Year)
It will be ‘Climate Change Emergency’ this time.
Prime Minister Swarbrick (Taking orders from Queen Jacinda at then UN) will be able to pontificate to us with the daily broadcast of our Carbon Ratings…
Anyone care to bet against it?

  4. She’ll come for freedom of speech first, silencing independent thought and critique, as hate speech. Then we’ll be flooded with the UNs rejects as growth in the economy is needed…..the borrowing will accelerate as foreign earnings tank due to over regulation and high labour costs. Suicide, poverty, lawlessness and desperation will increase while the media keep looking to a vacuous socialist for non existent wisdom or training. The rich will profit and sing her praises, the masses will receive fractions of their tax back and exhibit their stockholm syndrome in a joyous outpouring of ignorant parroted garbage from a Pravda like media.
Regardless of her cosmetic deckchair rearranging we are now on a socialist ship heading for it’s only port of call, totalitarianism.

  5. I thought that DPF was really, really accurate with his polling!
He’s called so many that are correct for so long!
He had a desperate moment a couple of weeks ago, when he realized he may have been wrong and asked for donations to do some advertising. But too little, too late.
Would have been interesting to see his polling vs the other parties. Was he seeing a defeat, this great.

  6. I am off to walk the dog.
If National replace Judith, I can’t see someone else for a reason to vote national next time.
I voted both ticks ACT as a protest vote this time and natinoal lost a mp!
Looks like so did a lot of other people. Surely they all ain’t bent or love cindy!

  7. Looking at the party vote numbers she clearly had the whole country totally terrified. National only won the Party Vote in 4 electorates. Even Judith Collins did not win the party vote in her electorate ! I thought the 2nd lock down in Auckland would wake a few people up in Auckland, at least.
Also it shows that most people do not understand MMP –not understanding how important the party vote is. Most Kiwis clearly have extremely short memories —the first two years of the CoL were an unmitigated disaster –they forgot that.

Auckland Central epitomises how stupid it was. A relatively wealthy area which votes in a candidate that openly talks of wealth distribution via wealth tax. Talk about turkeys voting for Christmas.

Anyway National needs a complete revamp of how it does things starting with it’s Board –what do they actually do? Do they have CEO/GM type of person who does party organisation because clearly the Board does not do much. Get Steven Joyce in there after kicking out Goodfellow and firstly ask, is a Board necessary and if so clearly define what they have to do. Then reorganise party structure and operations.

Bridges was heading in the right direction with doing a lot of policy work in the first few years but I think they fell down by announcing it all together during the campaign –too much detail for the average punter. I understand they do not want give ideas to the Government so they can steal them but there has to be another way. They should have clarified and simplified their message. Judith will sort that out.

A priority must be to talk to farmers and ask if it was more than Covid that lost them the party vote.

But the biggest priority has to be to sort out the communication strategy –the MSM will continue to be the enemy.

Above all they have to think of different, more effective ways of doing things –everything!

    • National lost this election way back when they failed to criticise Winston signing the UN Immigration Pact, and supporting Labour over the unnecessary gun buyback scam.

Farmers and hunters all over the country, and other voters who knew the difference between legitimate firearm owners and criminals with guns understood this was a fight for Freedom over totalitarianism. National proved they were out of touch if they couldn’t see that and failed to support their voter base. I have nothing to do with firearms but my growing annoyance with National’s woke slide to the Left went past the point of no return so Act had my vote in the bag. I saw nothing in the remaining years to change my determination to vote Act.

The threat of a wealth tax from the greens manipulated many to stupidly vote for Labour in the hope of keeping the watermelons away from the levers of power. Can’t help stupid chickens voting for christmas – the sky is falling, the sky is falling.

      • wg, good points, and shows how far removed National is from its founding principles, as the “long march” as gone through its staid, now statis institution.

Winston signing the UN Immigration Pact,
With the full on support of Labour’s Ardern, and Greens.

The opportunity was there, but National were ok with that, and seemed to support Professor Distinguished Spoonley of super diversity.

I do not know what discussion was ever had about immigration in the National Party provinces, but seems to have been controlled, as making money to go along with the Filipino dairy workers, and the overseas fruit pickers, pruners…. and the muslim halal slaughter-men.

Let alone other industries, like education, benefiting of the overseas students.
The construction industry, bringing in overseas workers.

So no real discussion, debate, or vision to these issues, of the super fast immigration.

Nor matching back to the mismatch in education systems, poly tech, universities, apprentice schemes for the young people and to where employers needs seem to be.

and supporting Labour over the unnecessary gun buyback scam.
Barely a question, just what is a gun and the whole tangled mess of definitions?
No principles, just a #metoo; no vision, no explanation.

The main issue really about who can get a firearms licence.
How did the police let slip and not verify correctly how to get a firearms licence.
Ardern was the chairman of the on the committee to review fire arms & licensing. and seem to even want to do less vetting of applicants.

Finally the police being ok with another force, to legitimize road blocks.
National only made a mild rumbling.

Sure the media ride the hell of it, but certain key people, with sharp retorts of commonsense, should have been put on the case, as “mini spokesman” and done the research, and to stay on principle.

      • The party vote significance needs to be hammered in to a campaign. None of this giving a party vote to one outfit to preclude another; simply is not going to be effective in the long term. The party needs to actively go for the party vote while maintaining electorate balance and support.

        6

        0

        • Except National didn’t deserve my “party” vote. Act on the other hand had earned my respect and my vote. I’d begrudgingly voted for National the last 3 elections as they slipped further and further away from what they used to stand for to become “Labour lite”. The Nat’s barely held onto my electorate vote. Tim van de Molen, Waikato held onto his seat, unlike the two safe National Hamilton seats that went to Labour. Jamie Strange, Labour finally made it!!

  8. Election,
TV election specials. Paddy won. Campell is a wanker. His whingy, whinny crawling up cindys arse is painful, hows his promo shots playing the staunch, tough guy, when everyone knows he’s a wet drip!
They tried to fit too much into the time and runined it.
Tv 3 won on the night. Tv1 was the shits. Would have liked to have seen stuff with Mike and HDPA, but was out.
Turned off when they crossed to skeletor in the muslim dress getting ready to leave.

    • There was hardly any Jethro during the campaign – that’s a good thing. But is that because he was told to butt out? Can’t imagine a media tart such as he deciding his presence wouldn’t add to things! And if he was told to STFU was it by the campaign people or his partner?

    • I fear that however many goats give their all it will be in vain. Ditto for the opinion polls & the findings of political analysts. National are tone deaf to any viewpoint that strays a millimetre from their dogma.

Benjamin Disraeli in his novel Coningsby (published in 1844) could have been describing them when he wrote:

….”Conservatism discards Prescription, shrinks from Principle, disavows Progress; having rejected all respect for Antiquity, it offers no redress for the Present, and makes no preparation for the Future. “….

National have become caricatures of conservatives.

  10. Just a bit of ink, before we get driven to drink.

    The Unknown Citizen ;- W. H. Auden – 1907-1973
    Written circa 1939

(To JS/07 M 378 This Marble Monument Is Erected by the State)

He was found by the Bureau of Statistics to be
One against whom there was no official complaint,
And all the reports on his conduct agree
That, in the modern sense of an old-fashioned word, he was a saint,
For in everything he did he served the Greater Community.

Except for the War till the day he retired
He worked in a factory and never got fired,
But satisfied his employers, Fudge Motors Inc.

Yet he wasn’t a scab or odd in his views,
For his Union reports that he paid his dues,
(Our report on his Union shows it was sound)
And our Social Psychology workers found

That he was popular with his mates and liked a drink.
The Press are convinced that he bought a paper every day
And that his reactions to advertisements were normal in every way.

Policies taken out in his name prove that he was fully insured,
And his Health-card shows he was once in hospital but left it cured.

Both Producers Research and High-Grade Living declare
He was fully sensible to the advantages of the Instalment Plan
And had everything necessary to the Modern Man,
    A phonograph, a radio, a car and a frigidaire.
Our researchers into Public Opinion are content
    That he held the proper opinions for the time of year;
When there was peace, he was for peace: when there was war, he went.

He was married and added five children to the population,
Which our Eugenist says was the right number for a parent of his generation.
And our teachers report that he never interfered with their education.

Was he free? Was he happy? The question is absurd:
Had anything been wrong, we should certainly have heard.

Seasonal workers injured after van and truck collide near Tarawera
    https://www.newshub.co.nz/home/new-zealand/2020/10/emergency-services-rush-to-serious-crash-near-tarawera.html

One person has died and ten more are injured after a crash on State Highway 5 near Tarawera.

A van carrying ten seasonal workers from the Pacific Islands was hit by a truck shortly before 10am on Monday.

Two people are critically injured, one is seriously injured and seven more are moderately injured. A police spokesperson confirmed to Newshub the truck driver is uninjured.

Sources tell Newshub the crash site is a “chaotic scene”.

Ok. we know these things, but to be published.

  15. The Victorian government just wants show they are in control.
The dumb arses do not even read their own advice.
Into “micro management control” whilst not able to “mu;ti-task”

Travelling to Victoria from New Zealand
A trans-Tasman travel bubble is currently in place between New Zealand and parts of Australia. This allows travellers from New Zealand to arrive in New South Wales and the Northern Territory without having to quarantine for 14 days on arrival.

Currently the Victorian borders are open.
If you are travelling from New Zealand and have passed all relevant immigration and biosecurity requirements as established by the Federal Government, New South Wales Government and Northern Territory Government, then you are able to travel to Victoria. You do not need to quarantine for 14 days on arrival in Victoria.

    https://www.dhhs.vic.gov.au/information-overseas-travellers-coronavirus-disease-covid-19#travelling-to-victoria-from-new-zealand

Those New Zealanders that safely arrived in Melbourne, are not rogues, or dubious characters.
    They simply read the advice.

Getting out of Victoria could be another issue,
Arriving in New Zealand could be another story.

But all that who-ha over just shows the bureaucratic & politic nonsense, and no research by journalists.
Not that I have researched or know, as I do not get a paper, and only links referred by other bloggers, well maybe.

That raises questions whether the state borders and so called border closures are actually illegal.
Though you may be required to accept the quarantine part.

    • I heard on red radio, screeching Lisa Owen on Checkpoint, trying to infer and denigrate the New Zealanders as if they were irresponsible for travelling to Melbourne,
Yet there in black & white, in the above link, by government decree, is how NZ’ers can be ok to travel to Victoria.

It is the media trying also do the control of the population by fear factor of this CCP virus.
Her dog whistling up, supposed texts that take on a very stasi point, to support her ignorant self-opinionated agenda.

Even Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews has backed down, or look even more stupid,

Andrews said he would not be quarantining people who come from a low virus community
      https://www.rnz.co.nz/news/world/428700/new-zealand-travellers-arrive-in-adelaide-outside-of-trans-tasman-bubble

Dare to claim that to the above police in that Utube graduation parade that seems to have a Sydney Mardi Gras take, in their home town at Cairo’s Tahrir Square 🙂

Would they even ‘dain’ to shake hands with our politicians.
Whoops I am so wrong, Phil Goff gets to hold hands, Pope kisses a mix of imams. President Bush holds hands with a Saudi Prince.
All under the claim of “male bonding” 🙂

Or who has to kiss who?, to pay down the debt.

        • Good point Sooty.

[2002] He was sworn in on the Qur’an, something which Winston Peters (leader of the New Zealand First party) criticised as a breach of proper procedure.
The rules, however, contained no prohibition against it, allowing the taker of the oath to specify any religious text they wished (or, alternatively, use none at all).
Because Parliamentary officials did not have a copy of the Qur’an, they obtained a copy from the FIANZ office, which was then donated to the Parliamentary Library for use in the future.

          https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ashraf_Choudhary

Then the stand Labour MP., Ashraf Choudhary made about abstaining on voting about prostitution per above wiki link
\ He also came to public attention in 2003, when he abstained in a vote to legalise prostitution.
The Muslim community were upset by his decision to abstain from voting since prostitution is seen as a violation of their faith.

Note how the koran will be handled?
Would an infidel woman be allowed to even touch it, or even hand it to her, to swear on?
As a muslima is she allowed to hold the koran?
Will she even hand shake a man’s hand?

After the Revolution, [Grand Ayatollah Ruhollah] Khomeini opposed allowing women to serve in parliament, likening it to prostitution.
          “We are against this prostitution.
We object to such wrongdoings … Is progress achieved by sending women to the majlis? Sending women to these centers is nothing but corruption.”

So does she take on the real meaning of “a hoe” as the journalists do?

          Labour MP Choudhary also

Mr Choudhary was asked: “Are you saying the Koran is wrong to recommend that gays in certain circumstances be stoned to death?”
He replied: ” No, no. Certainly what the Koran says is correct.
“In those societies, not here in New Zealand,” he added.

          https://www.nzherald.co.nz/nz/some-stoning-okaynbspsays-choudhary/IKKIXQUUWARTR3MZ6O2LGANCBM/

It will tie in with the new speech laws, that the koran will not be a book to make fun of as New Zealand moves in a parallel form of islamic control.
So no mocking, no ridicule, no singing, no music, not even a joke.

[Grand Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini] ….. “There are no jokes in Islam.
There is no humor in Islam.
There is no fun in Islam.
There can be no fun and joy in whatever is serious.
Islam does not allow swimming in the sea and is opposed to radio and television serials. ……..

          https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Political_thought_and_legacy_of_Ruhollah_Khomeini

By the very travels of the prophet Mohammad on Buraq one night.

The Prophet (ﷺ) said: “I was shown the Hell-fire and that the majority of its dwellers were women who were ungrateful.”
It was asked, “Do they disbelieve in Allah?” (or are they ungrateful to Allah?)
He replied, “They are ungrateful to their husbands and are ungrateful for the favors and the good (charitable deeds) done to them.
If you have always been good (benevolent) to one of them and then she sees something in you (not of her liking),
she will say, ‘I have never received any good from you.”

          : Sahih al-Bukhari 29
          : Book 2, Hadith 22
          : Vol. 1, Book 2, Hadith 29

So what islamic wisdom and science will she push in a NZ parliament.
Note how Grand Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini in the above link, would many times say one thing, and then practice the opposite, when more able to.

But its ultimate failure was on Saturday night when the execrable National MP, green leaning fuckwit & arch Godbotherer Nick Smith was rejected by the Nelson electorate but still retained a seat in Parliament.

  19. What is wrong with these MPs! Isn’t it the job of the whip to keep MP’s in line and know what they are thinking? Perhaps they need to change who holds the whip positions within National. Find the leakers and shut them down.

NZ Election 2020: National MPs already leaking, predicting leadership coup after devastating defeat

Collins says unhappy caucus members should let her know.

“They better front-up and say who they are,” she said.

After National’s massacre at the polls MPs are looking for scalps. There’s fury from some directed at National MPs Nicola Willis and Chris Bishop who helped orchestrate Todd Muller’s coup against Simon Bridges.

But there will be a confronting forensic review of the party’s litany of failures – leadership and leaks on the campaign included.

National’s Tim Macindoe, who has lost his Hamilton West seat to Labour, said the MP who leaked to Newshub needs to “take a good, hard look at him or herself and either decide ‘I’m going to become a good team player or I’ll get out’”.

National’s senior whip Barbara Kuriger said, “You know, people actually should say what they need to say in the room and keep it in the room.”

    • David Farrar said one of key factors in Nationals loss was 3 years of leaking to Newshub. If they know it was going for 3 years, why didn’t they stamp it out early on? What was Bridges’ doing?
Also on BFD “Spanish Bride” ( Slater’s partner) said in a comment that Bridges and his supporters undermining Muller from day one. So they are all acting like little kids.
Judith Collins going to have be as tough as John Key appeared to be –tolerate no nonsense at all.

      • Bridges total committment to the local election front was a few FB pics of him feeding his tribe on the lounge floor. Other than the he did fuck all. Didn’t fight for his seat and Labour have carved a bloody big chunk out of his majority.
Wahle said he was Lazy and I diod agree. Another of Mr Keys talented nobodies.
Key pushed out Bob Clarkson who knows how to get stuff done and replaced hoim with a seat licker.
Judith should send him to a new job.
