  1. Counting sheep? or counting votes.

Hopefully fully scrutinized and that means each ballot, and if can not be done, could another election be done.

  2. Oh dear.
Last night it was exposed that in Michigan the computer had given biden 6000 trump votes in one county.
It was also stated that there were 47 more counties using the same software and 30 + other states with their counties.

There’s a shit fight to come.

Meanwhile, in NZ we had unrestricted voting. No id, sign and vote with no confirmation of the entitlement to vote.
We need to overhaul our system as I have no doubt its been used fraudulently.
Labour and the Greens were out there promoting it.

    • Don’t challenge the narrative. It is cold, but that is because it’s warming. It’s not hard to understand. We are Through the Looking Glass now.

1984 has become a user-manual and ceased to be a fiction book. We now have plenty of time to enjoy George Orwell’s famous words.

“Then there are some who painfully remember Jones’ own pugilism, including the time television reporter Rod Vaughan, determined to get an answer from Jones about the future of his New Zealand Party, flew by helicopter to Jones’ trout fishing patch at Turangi. Jones moved like lightning out of the undergrowth and punched Vaughan on the nose.

When fined $1000 in court, Jones asked the judge if he paid $2000, could he please do it again?

        • People have been holding out for a property crash since 2008.
The government just lets interest rates fall, pushes compliance costs higher, allows cashed-up immigrants to flood in (until recently), subsidizes incomes, borrows more money…
I guess people in this country really don’t believe in living within their means.

What caused it is the exact thing happening here now. Printing debt and handing it out to people who can’t afford it.

    • The country is massively in debt. It’s lost its income. It has no job prospects.

And it’s gone on an orgy of debt fuelled spending in a non-productive area, housing.

        • Cashed up Kiwis coming home plus record low interest rates are driving the current cycle. ChCh has some of the cheapest properties in the country. It also has lots of of brand new infrastructure coming on stream every month. There are around one million Kiwis living overseas. Then there are the immigrants who want to flea their shitty home countries and come and live here. Americans, Poms etc bringing their cash with ’em. Then you’ve got amazeballs Ardern..”let’s go and live in NZ because Sindy is the PM”. Add FOMO to the mix, I’m quite positive about house and land prices holding up.

“But there is more. You and I are highly likely to have the same view that management of the Covid-19 crisis so far in New Zealand has been excellent. But overseas the mismanagement is appalling, and we believe this will lead to many of the one million Kiwi residents overseas coming home – if not this year or next, probably when the borders fully open.
Plus, we will be thinking that many foreigners will want to shift here. That is leading us to expect that demand for housing to live in will do nothing other than grow strongly in coming years, just as it has done over the past decade.”

  4. A 3rd World Country,,NZ, on Wednesday the 4th around 11am our power went off so I contacted our provider and 4 hours later a techie arrived and had a quick look ,he told my Mrs that the main power wire in the house was faulty despite her telling him that the house including said wire was replaced less than two years ago.
Despite our electrician testing everything and contacting them to say the fault was on their lines only late yesterday did a competent Techie turn up , he removed the two pole fuses with a long tool which he used from the ground ,luckily my Electrician was there at the time and we both witnessed the fuses being tested, FFS one was faulty .
Replaced the fuse and all is great again ,so the 1st useless C- – T didn’t do his job properly and I’ve been whacked with a totally unnecessary bill, that’s NZ 2020 for you now where do I go for My hugs and kindness ?

  5. Racism from cannibal teacher

Professor Joanna Kidman – gives a perfect example of the sick ideological thinking that should prevent every single parent from letting their kids go to University (and especially Victoria – the one she teaches at!).

Apparently, if you are white in NZ, you can now be comfortably referred to by the term “Settler” to ensure that your right to exist is fully de-legitimised.

What’s good for the goose is good for the gander – so I guess we don’t have to worry what she says as she’s just a “grass skirt attired savage heathen who’s so backward she wouldn’t know a wheel if it hit her in her face scribbles” but we should pity her for being so full of hate.

Such kindness from Prof Kidman, the rest of our lives are going to be interesting in this climate of “reconciliation”.

    • What is the difference between one ethnic group that settles a country and then another group that settles 500 years later?
Or does “settler” not apply to the “me first” ethnic group?

      10

      0

      • Easy:

Brown people = immigrants and diversity.

White people = colonisation and evil.

It’s the same thing with different emotions attached to it.

        • A similar movement is developing in Japan over the Ainu issue in northern Japan.
Just like in NZ, some people in Japan are pushing for the state to fund Ainu language classes, for local Hokkaido schools to teach a sanatized version of Ainu culture, for places to be re-named. It’s deja-vu all over again!

Got to chip away at the “establishment” (whatever that means).

            • The goal seems to be to divide a nation rather than to bring diverse peoples together.

I suspect that the people pushing these kinds of agendas don’t really like the concept of “nation” to begin with.

      • My family on both sides were early “settlers” from 1842. Nobody stole land other than what was bought or allocated. 6 generations have worked hard. I have no feelings of animosity toward newer immigrants except don’t move to NZ and try to change our way of life. If you want your old life stay where you live. Straight up, positive improvements – fit in or F off.

        • Ironically, holding white people to a higher moral standard will actually make them stronger.

If you really want to weaken and destroy a group, then spoil them, coddle them, tell them that it’s “never their fault,” give them free stuff and nurture their sense of entitlement.

Consider the actual outcomes of policies of welfare. The road to Hell is paved with the best intentions.

  8. Jacinda Ardern congratulates Joe Biden on his election victory.

“Jacinda Ardern congratulates “close friend of New Zealand” on his win to become the 46th president of the United States.
“The relationship between our two countries is strong, and I look forward to developing even closer relations with the incoming Biden Administration,” Ardern said in a statement on Sunday morning.

“As Vice President, Joe Biden was a close friend of New Zealand and visited here in 2016, the most senior US politician to do so since President Bill Clinton attended APEC in 1999.

“New Zealand will continue to work side-by-side with the United States on the issues that matter to both of us, including the prosperity, security, and sustainability in the Indo-Pacific and Pacific Island regions.

Ardern said Biden’s campaign showed the “shared interests we have” in addressing global challenges like Covid-19 and climate change.”

    • “We” are fucked. That’s what “we” are.

Things are going to get bad. No use sitting around worrying about it and getting depressed.

My advice is accept what’s happened and develop a survival strategy, according to your circumstances and resources.

Kiwis are not psychologically prepared for the hardships awaiting them. The government won’t save them, as the government is the cause.

      17

      0

      • “Kiwis are not psychologically prepared for the hardships awaiting them. ”
Question: When was the last time that Kiwis were faced with hardship? Would it have been the crash of 1987?
Let’s say that it was. How old would the youngest Kiwis have needed to be in 1987 to be affected by the “hardship”? I assume that they would have been in their mid-20s, working and paying of a mortgage at double-figure interest rate. If my assumption is accurate, then I conclude that no Kiwi aged under 57 years in 2020 would have any idea of what “hardship” is.
What about the Chinese immigrants? Much the same. Since the early 1980s, the Chinese economy has grown EVERY SINGLE YEAR. That’s almost 40 years of boom times. No Chinese under the age of 60 has ever experienced growing hardship (quite the contrary). Add to that a cultural predilection for gambling and you have the seeds for recklessness.

        9

        0

        • You are so wrong about China I barely know where to begin. Many Chinese still endure poverty and extreme hardship, today. Many of the older ones are still around and thrift and preparedness is passed on.

Collectively, Kiwis have not had hardship since the 1940’s. Even then, it was nothing compared to other places

          6

          0

          • Kea, read what I wrote. “… has ever experienced GROWING hardship.”
For millions of Chinese in the more coastal and industrial regions, things have been on the up since the early 1980s.

OK. I concede your point that millions of rural and hinterland Chinese are still locked in grinding relative poverty (but things must be getting slowly better for them).

If no Kiwis have experienced hardship since the 1940s, everyone is pretty well ready for a reset.

  11. I’m going around in circles on what to believe , especially re the so called “sting”. Yesterday I was on board then after reading a bit more I had doubts now I’m heading the other way. All I’m convinced of is this is not over by a long way despite what the MSM would like us to think and I’m hoping Farrar will end up with egg all over his face.

Yesterday Braybot nemesis posted the link to this US Government Office. https://www.cisa.gov/election-security

From that site a blogger picks up this : ( copied from the website linked above)

” Reality: Safeguards are in place to prevent home-printed or photocopied mail-in ballots from being counted.

Rumor: A malicious actor can easily defraud an election by printing and sending in extra mail-in ballots.

Get the Facts: This is false. Committing fraud through photocopied or home-printed ballots would be highly difficult to do successfully. This is because each local election office has security measures in place to detect such malicious activity. While the specific measures vary, in accordance with state and local election laws and practices, such security measures include signature matching, information checks, barcodes, watermarks, and precise paper weights. ”

Note they mention watermarks. It does seem a stretch to think they put in a more sophisticated “water mark” system.

One day this will make a great movie !!

    • I do not support the most rabid so called Republicans, in the media.
Sometimes they have a hint of the truth, but it seems to be intended to mask the insane points.

I stopped doing that years ago, as it is far too sensationalized, and I figure it is put out, to not only un-stabilize Republicans, but also to show Republicans ‘right wingers’ to be idiots and so be able to tar them all with that brush. The damage they do could be considered traitorous.

Sure I switch off on so many of the “loony left” but do note when they have may have power, possibly to enact, some of those crazy ‘wish list’ things, that will have “unintended consequences”

Rudy Giuliani, well practiced and versed in law, knows how to fight, looks for facts, backs them up, crosses the ‘t’s and dots the ‘i’s and of course the law and its courts, work slowly in increments.

With the “sting” so doubtful, need signatures, the envelopes, etc,, and most of that will be gone now.
It has the attraction of wishing for “something” and seems to be pushed by self important claimants, ones who should not even know about such things, so but…

      Be careful out there.

Like in the 2nd debate, Trump had, he came across as more Presidential, and enough rope let out to Biden. to damm himself.
      Possibly a bit too late.
So wishing Trump can remain Presidential, leave it to others like Rudi, Cruz, that soundly make an issue with the facts, all in due time.
Then I will believe a form of a “sting” is in place. 🙂

  12. Excellent. From Going Postal a few minutes ago:

    Big Ted •
I once attempted SAS selection. At the beat up course the instructors clearly said: “we don’t have to fail anyone, you will all fail yourselves”. At the end of test week I had twisted my knee and despite a rhino’s worth of drugs managed (literally bum shuffled) into the checkpoint. The DS said to me “you’re fucking late” and clear as crystal I said “I need to see a medic”. I was binned off the course, dreams burned. Yes I was injured but the staff were correct and the lesson hit me hard. What they wanted was someone who’d say “I may be late, but I’m not finished yet” and shuffled off for the remaining 12 miles. My rational brain said that I’d never make the time but did they really care? No. I failed myself, they didn’t have to.

This reminds me of Trump. He won’t fail himself. The rest of the GOP, his moderate base and others will give up. Their rational brains will feel overwhelmed by the onslaught of media pressure. But only Trump can fail himself, and he won’t. Not until the courts say “get out of the White House”. If you can’t understand this then you are also, like me, too weak to be made of the stuff that gets outliers into unique places. That we talk about them and they don’t know about us.

    10

  15. A woman brought a very limp duck into a veterinary surgeon. As she laid her pet on the table, the vet pulled out his stethoscope and listened to the bird’s chest.

After a moment or two, the vet shook his head and sadly said, “I’m sorry, your duck, Cuddles, has passed away.”

The distressed woman wailed, “Are you sure?”

“Yes, I am sure. Your duck is dead,” replied the vet..

“How can you be so sure?” she protested. “I mean you haven’t done any testing on him or anything. He might just be in a coma or something.”

The vet rolled his eyes, turned around and left the room. He returned a few minutes later with a black Labrador Retriever.

As the duck’s owner looked on in amazement, the dog stood on his hind legs, put his front paws on the examination table and sniffed the duck from top to bottom. He then looked up at the vet with sad eyes and shook his head.

The vet patted the dog on the head and took it out of the room. A few minutes later he returned with a cat. The cat jumped on the table and also delicately sniffed the bird from head to foot. The cat sat back on its haunches, shook its head, meowed softly and strolled out of the room.

The vet looked at the woman and said, “I’m sorry, but as I said, this is most definitely, 100% certifiably, a dead duck.”

The vet turned to his computer terminal, hit a few keys and produced a bill, which he handed to the woman..

The duck’s owner, still in shock, took the bill. “£150!” she cried, “£150 just to tell me my duck is dead!”

The vet shrugged, “I’m sorry. If you had just taken my word for it, the bill would have been £20, but with the Lab Report and the Cat Scan, it’s now £150.”

  17. This an hour long video. It is a computer expert talking with a “power point” type presentation on how they have looked in election security, what is and can be done with the software. They have been looking at it for 2 years starting with issues raised in a State election but he brings it right up to date using examples from the current election.

I’m not a computer person, at all, but I found it reasonably easy to follow. I would suggest you watch it without thinking of any particular election in mind or thinking of any party support. Just look at what can be done, so easily.

When I had finished watching, I asked the question –“How secure is NZs computer data collection for our elections?” ( I hope the answer is very secure )

Is the routine screening of fetuses for known genetic abnormalities eugenics? Or does it only become eugenics when the mother is offered the option of an abortion?

    • ……”Is the routine screening of fetuses for known genetic abnormalities eugenics?”…..

Probably not. All it does is reveal abnormalities & as such is garnering information.

…..”when the mother is offered the option of an abortion”……

Possible although the interpretation would come down to which side of the abortion fence you sat on. With the current abortion laws the distinction is largely academic.

  26. Came across this link on KB.
naaska and others will enjoy the irony.

Six excellent principles that directly confront progressivism, which is in fact a modern form of communism/ socialism. It undermines good citizenship and self reliance by its focus on welfarism, soft justice, and attacks on the traditional values of the West.

It opposes freedom of contract with busybody commercial legislation on a thousand fronts. It strangles private enterprise with similar legislation and the establishment of government owned or majority shareholdings that make true competition difficult to the point of impossibility.

Its attacks on private ownership have eroded our rights to our own property. We can’t cut down trees or drain swamps. Burglary theft, vandalism and other property offences are treated as mere misdemeanors. If they are acted on at all.

The tragedy is that in many cases the National Party has been a prime mover in attacking these principles, or has combined with the Labour party in attacking them.

It is difficult to identify exactly when the rot started. Some would say around the Bolger Shipley era. However it definitely peaked under John Key’s leadership. In his own words, he described the Nationals as a “progressive party”.

    https://truebluenz.com/2020/10/31/once-conservative-national-party-now-controlled-by-progressives/

Frankly, its hard to say who among the Nats would stand for their founding principles today. If it is impossible to free it from the progressives’ grip, perhaps the best solution is to let it the party wither on the vine and vote New Conservative.

Hard to argue with his logic.

    5

    0

    • Let me get this off my chest. I appreciate that these people are at least out there & trying to make a difference, but that said, the performance of the Nationals over the last few decades has been pitiful. Here’s something Donald Trump said the other day-

“Over the next four years, we will stop the radical indoctrination of our students, and restore PATRIOTIC EDUCATION to our schools. We will teach our children to love our Country, honor our history, and always respect our great American Flag”

No Nat party MP has ever said anything like this, and in fact you can’t even say they’ve turned a blind eye to indoctrination in schools. The truth is they have actually encouraged it.

Then you have damn lamers like Amy Adams saying things like

“Oooh aaah, we have to keep up with the times…”

FGS, yeah right, encourage left wing teachers to indoctrinate prospective voters and then throw away our fine founding principles so we can win the votes of those indoctrinated children as they grow to adults. Such a brilliant strategy!

This has been the National party’s biggest failure, and it is the one I resent them for above all else.

    3

    0

    • Seems to be quite a lot of evidence of fraud appearing. Whether enough can be proved remains to be seen.
I think though that what is not being considered is that very few people actually voted for Biden. There were two types of voters pro Trump and anti-Trump. Biden’s qualities or policies didn’t figure into it. I guess that it is possible that all of the lies by msm and big tech over the last 4 years could have created enough anti-Trumpers to swing the election.

      3

      0

      • I knew you would like that. and I agree with you on ACT.
Same as happened here. People voted against the Nats. not for Labour policies.

Pretty bloody dumb when there was a much better alternative in ACt.

But the truth is that People act to stop a loss. Well know and in this case Cindy had created enough fear amopung the woke that they voted the way they did because of the fear invoked over covid.

Not a mystery that they did but a mystery to me why they were fearful based on the media.

While I can see where you are coming from Kea, I’m not sure the US is gone yet, but if Biden does end up being confirmed I would say you are just about understating the effect. What is happening at the moment is PR theatre with the Democrats desperately trying to keep ahead of the game.
