Posted this last night and if you haven’t watched itdo so. It should rile you up.

Today is the day when the might and force of the state attack the Law of the State, made to protect reasonable enquiry and exposure.
The so-called leaders of our governance are behaving like the cowards they are.
Our Minister of Justice, our Police Commissioner (sadly), our Minister of Police, our Public Service Commissioner, to name a few in the position to stop this abuse of the Law.

And then of course, you can add the leaders of our politics, including the erstwhile bright star Simeon Brown.
Luxon, Peters, Seymour, et al are seriously failing the rights of NZer’s and we should ask where is the defender of our Bill of Rights.

The result today will tell us if our Judiciary are fit for purpose which will be very obvious by the result.
It’s a very simple case.
Is our Whistle-Blowing Law being used as a weapon of state, or will it be confirmed for what Parliament intended?
to allow a reasonable person to report what they consider to be an issue to the relevant authority, be it the government. or any other body or enterprise?

The state has already made it clear that if the Judge rules in favour of the whistleblower, then they will be right off to the High Court.
If that’s not intimidation of the Judge, it would be hard to find a better description.
The person who made that threat should be held in contempt.

Now, one last point.
Have you seen any of this in the mainstream?
One would think that this should be front page in competition for readers, but no narry a word anywhere.

So, despite others’ protests, I would point out that if it wasn’t for podcasts and the ability of those podcasts to be spread via the alternatives and that includes Instagram, Facebook and X, then no one would know about it.

Clearly, we are governed not by principled people but a bunch of cowards, bending to the wishes of others.

https://x.com/LizGunnNZ/status/1997998858723356719?s=20

Good Luck today Barry Young.

Will the Judge impose state control, or will the Judge protect the rights of NZers under our properly constituted Law?

I have grave doubts that any justice will be served. People go on about Hitler and Stalin, but we are rapidly doing exactly the same. No one really notices because the MSM are complicit. I really hope he wins, but I am very doubtful. I was involved in the court cases against the Ministry of Education around the mandates. Since then I have zero respect for our judiciary.

As I mentioned last night, no one is to be in the public gallery in the court room today..
https://ysb.co.nz/have-your-say-597/#comment-461854
Why shut the public out at the last moment.?

So would think that all the other court officials will have to comply with the suppression, censorship decrees by that Judge to keep this court case on the down-low.

It would seem only what the Judge OK’s will be allowed to be officially released.
Then leave any one else saying anything as a “cooker”, as some others will also mix other nonsense, from the mis-dis-mal-information group, to scramble things,

To protect Auckland university witness Professor Robert Scragg & Health NZ’s “sacrosanct” “non-work anaylisis” on the raw data based on “privacy laws” etc.. ???

As I have not registered into X it seems that I am sort shadow banned out Barry Young’s twitter X account.
As I do not want to put that super large size tweet onto this page as I did last night.
If any one else can post a link to that tweet on X, then I can probably adjust it, and gain access to the comments as well.

Regardless of what the data may or may not show, I find it absolutely outrageous that Health NZ can use the term “misinformed claims”, whilst simultaneously acknowledging that nobody on their side has actually analysed the data:

DylanHunt

And if they did, it would be massaged data.

Because they all know that life as they know it, would be over if they spoke the truth.

Even diehard medical professionals, medical specialists, medical analysts, insurance brokers, etc, now acknowledge the vaccine harms, but not in public. Not openly at work, perhaps in whispers or hushed tones IF they trust you. Away maybe from work, once they relax, but very rarely. Many do not know how their friends views, and are unwilling to find out.

Most have mortgages, and children to protect. They do not know who will dob them in. They do not know who at their workplace are closet “Agent Smith” types.

In this country they see the “horsemen of the apocalypse” Ardern, Hipkins, Verrall, Bloomfield, Robertson, Baker etc, all riding around free, and it makes them feel unsafe.

They do not know the ramifications of speaking out. If criminals are treated like royalty, and allowed to walk free, they know the punishment for challenging that.

Every day is like seeing Hitler, his cronies, and those that stacked Jews into the ovens, walk free in Germany after the end of WW2.

Paddy stumbles across a mass baptism at a river.
He walks into the water and stands beside the preacher.
The preacher asks, “Are you ready to find Jesus, my son?”
Paddy replies, “I am, sir.”
The preacher dunks him under the water, then asks, “Have you found Jesus?”
“No sir.”
He dunks him again, this time for longer.
“Have you found Jesus?”
“No sir.”
He holds him under for a full two minutes and lifts him up once more.
“Have you found Jesus now?”
Paddy coughs and says,
“Are you sure this is where he feckin’ fell in?”

Sadly, the United Kingdom has become the poster child for the Anarcho-Tyrannical State. Tom has a number of posts on the subject at No Minister (I have one):

Of course, I didn’t make clear what the point of is in creating an Anarcho-Tyrannical State was.

“The issue is never the issue. The Issue is always the Revolution.” – the Marxist maxim.

It is to foster the demand from the proletariat for Revolution. A stable proletariat does not want Revolution. That’s something the Critical Theorist realised (as did the Cultural Marxists before them). Ergo, they’ve got to make society unstable.

Thanks rol, as it shows the global effects are widespread.

NZ Partly maoris will be onto that grift.

We may think 3 waters has been drained, but we still have the concept of Te Mana o te Wai (the health/mana of the water) and involving Tangata Whenua (Māori).
Which also works on that British concept of “through a risk lens rather than a conservation lens” which endangers sustainable conservation, which seems to be a doubling down on the idiocracy of lunacy.
The only difference is that the indigenous will more than clip a ticket with all that tikanga, etc..

seriously tho everyone should hate the poor, being poor is a mindset and self inflicted that blame others for their situation.
you can be broke or poor and have exact same financials and possessions yet the broke person has a better mindset and will likely change their ways and pull themselves out of the hole (or not and become poor mindset).
the poor person wont change a thing and blame others for their misfortunes and always remain poor and a victim.

I hear the trains are going to be much safer to ride for most of January. According to some pointy head pen pusher from A.T it’s a once in a generation fix up. The way rail works down there a generation would appear to last about 10 minutes.

They have been shutting them down for years now at this time of the year
I guess they force the staff to take their annual leave at this time .

2 or so years ago they shut down half the rail system – literally -for over 10 months
for improvements 🤪🤣

it is fecking useless and always will be
This BS about the magic Shitty Rail Link is pie in the sky
An expensive fiasco that was never justified
It was not justified at $3 billion and is costing almost 3 times that
for 2 miles of rail line
totally pathetic

about 3 years ago my mate wanted to take his small family into CBD ( Why ?) for a fancy Xmas lunch and not have to drive , so he could drink.
Trains were off from 23rd Dec.
for over a month.

So disorganized at everything

eg 3 years ago Friday 27 January
There was an Elton John concert at Mt smart
So council promoted people to GO By Train
Show concert ticket and you get free travel.
(Free ….Uh Huh. someone is paying. )

Then someone actually spoke to someone else .
and found out the Trains were canceled for all the long weekend
So at 3 pm many people near the venue or at work had to change plans – thousands of them
a mess
Then it rained like fuck
so the Elton John concert was cancelled 15 mins before it was due to start
and people were stuck in a pool of water
AND because of the rain and flooding the alleged work was never bloody well done.

not one off.
Opening night 2011 Rugby World Cup.
They stopped the southern trains at Penrose
People with $200+ tickets had to find a way to Eden park

NEVER ever rely on Auckland Trains
…they will ALWAYS disappoint.

thats because low iq retards actually think its measured by actual years. its just a wanked up fearmongering way of presenting a %probability of it occuring in a single year

eg…
0.5%= 1 in 200yrs
1%=1 in 100yrs
20%= 1 in 5yrs

its entirely possible to have 2 or more of the same 1 in 100yr events in a single year, just really bad luck and perfect storm of events to happen back to back.

The Christmas Miracle here
is that there was a coroners result in the same year !!

Hallelujah

I guess the high profile of this meant it got moved up

The coroner must be a genius
Pathologist Dr Michael Duffy’s report explained: “Being trapped in sand in this manner can make it extremely difficult to breathe and cause sand to enter the lungs.

ya think!
————-

and givealittle

another fiasco
is there any other way ?

$30,000 k was raised and it may have been by another baby mama from a prior relationship. and not the current baby mama .

all tacky, turgid, and opaque .

the bullshit reason – as these often are- is it was for the funeral
always horseshit
in many cases with accidents, ACC pays a schedule amount for accidental death.

Sounds like Kane’s contribution to life in 28 years was baby batter shot around town .

The baby mama (Cooke) has no baby daddy
…for now ,
and 4 kids by the sound of it when the new one is born
so
needs to find a new baby daddy
any volunteers ?? !!
Step right up 👶🚼

when i was 8 maybe 9yrs old a huge group of a club my father was part of were at curio bay in the catlins.
anyways 2 older boys dug 2 pits a few meters apart and a bit over a meter or so deep, they then proceded to link them with a tunnel and soon almost all of the kids were wriggling through on their belly, me and my lil brother were upset cuz dad wouldnt let us have a go then with no warning it collapsed just as another kid was emerging and the absolute panic of everyone was something ill never forget cuz there was another kid missing (turned out he wandered off to the creek) and the kid in the hole was buried to almost his ribs

there were probably 30+ adults there all watching and not one of them thought to be a fun wrecker and stop the inevitable. after that day i knew never ever fuck with big holes in sand, a split second and youre fucked. it took several men 5mins or so to dig that kid free, they couldnt pull him out until he was almost fully uncovered.

always have to cater to the lowest common denominator.

Because somewhere is all set out in the connections of the National Party, WEF-UN agenda for your safety with an abundance of precautions like that all their ‘collective’ ideas are ‘truly’ “safe & effective”.

Brownlee said the move was about keeping MPs safe, warning there could have been a “catastrophic result” if a protester had fallen into the chamber while being removed.
https://www.rnz.co.nz/news/political/581425/parliament-chamber-s-gallery-shut-to-members-of-public-for-rest-of-year-after-protest

2 birds, of “Partly” brown or green with 1 stone, would have been the best of the best of a “catashrophic result”
So in the meantime denying every one.

Well Saggy, my friend, the MSM are just starting to catch up with William Jackson and his slippery Spouse.

It is a great pity that the MSM have not caught up with William Jackson’s sister, one Christine Arihia Brears and her involvement in the Kokiri Trust based here in the Nui. The same goes with Mrs Brears immediate family having strong Managerial involvement in this Maori Trust.

This woman, whose Brother as I said is Willy Jackson, mother was Dame June Jackson and Uncle was the tricky Unionist, Sid Jackson. Christine Brears also runs the Kokiri Trust Family Clinc which up to recently was based at Taumarunui Hospital, but is now based in a facility named after Christine Arihia Brears, herself. So many staff have left that organisation over the last couple of years due to bullying, it is not funny, but the Kokiri Trust as a whole is rife with accusations of bullying from Willie’s sister and her family.

And I will not start on the huge amounts of loot, the CEO of Kokiri Trust, Willie’s sister gambles away at the Casino in Hamilton on a regular basis, nor her Trust funded expensive vehicles and on and on the rort goes.

Yep, time the whole of the Jackson family to have the magnifying glass run over it.

The Good Oil News and Podcast

#NZPolitics #WorldPolitics We Are Done With Ardern: The left media either don’t realise how far behind public opinion they are or they’re deliberately trying to annoy us. These lefty journalists who inhabit newsrooms for the sole purpose of inflicting their less than wholesome opinions upon us need to get a grip. They need to stop bombarding us with puff pieces about their poster child, Jacinda Ardern. Where, why and what is the need to keep focusing on this despised individual, now popularly regarded as the country’s worst prime minister EVER!
We don’t want to know about this woman. We don’t care about this woman. She is not welcome here and the longer she stays away the happier we will be. She has left a stain on this country that even the strongest remover available could not get rid of. We are rid of her though, well rid and seeing the back of her is a much more appealing proposition than the thought she might front up again at some point.
A puff piece, published on 5 December, appeared in a publication that prides itself on dumbing down its declining readership for most of the week. I’ll give the Herald some kudos for its Saturday publication but this is largely due to articles from contributing writers rather than what emanates from what they like to call their newsroom.
The puff piece was what the Queen told Ardern during Covid. (Unfortunately, the more intelligent of the two is no longer with us.) The point is why does the Herald, some years on, think we’re interested in what the Queen, obligated to meet this woman as she was, said. In meeting Ardern she was probably no more than fulfilling her promise that my whole life, be it long or short, shall be devoted to her subjects’ service.
For the record, according to Ardern, the Queen said it was lovely we could stand at the end of our driveways on ANZAC Day. She thought that was so moving. Not moving enough in my opinion. The fact of the matter is this tyrannical piece of work should have allowed us sufficient movement to attend services of commemoration. Standing at the end one’s driveway was a nonsense bordering on farce.
In fact her whole reign of terror was a nonsense bordering on farce, aided and abetted by some in her party who are still there, including its current leader. It is something we never will forget or want to go through again. While we are doing our best to obliterate this woman’s existence from our minds, the media continue to alert us to the fact that they think she’s still the greatest thing since sliced bread.
As far as the majority of the public are concerned nothing could be further from the truth. We want nothing more to do with her. The constant reminders from the media are unwelcome and, so long after her welcome departure, not even news. This political ‘has been’ should be left to share the nightmares she inflicted on us with like-minded people elsewhere.
The very next day, 6 December, another puff piece in the same paper: this time about her appearance on the Graham Norton show. It never occurred to me this man was so desperate for guests. Ardern was promoting the movie Prime Minister, an intimate look at her miserable existence on planet Earth. According to the promotional blurb she continues to fight against isolationism, fear and, get this, the DISTORTION OF TRUTH. To give her due recognition, that is one topic she is well and truly qualified to enunciate on, no doubt distorting the distortion as she speaks.
While on the subject of distorting the truth, Peter Bradshaw, writing in the UK Guardian, said the documentary records a shrewd but LIKEABLE premier who did without the usual politician’s defences. It might be news to Mr Bradshaw, but an attack dog is not normally in need of defences. He goes on to say she emerges from the documentary portrait the way she did when she was in power…as a human being.
Furthermore he says, more than any politician anywhere in the world in my lifetime, she looked like an actual member of the human race who was catapulted to office too fast to have acquired the defensive carapace of the professional politician. She was vulnerable and scrutable and likeable in ways utterly alien to everyone else. One can only conclude from those comments that the documentary is a distortion of the truth, something on which the Guardian also has a track record. (The BBC is not alone.)
To return to the Queen and Ardern. When the Queen was on the Throne the catchcry was ‘Long may she reign’ and she duly obliged. With Ardern it was a call for her to resign and, like the Queen (probably the only thing she has in common with her), she duly obliged. The media must stop their constant invasive propaganda about this woman which is akin to a cruelty upon our senses.
Winston Churchill had a clever take on what makes a successful politician that, to my mind, sums up perfectly the career of Jacinda Ardern. He said, “Success consists of going from failure to failure without loss of enthusiasm.” Her enthusiasm only waned when she saw the public had turned against her and she promptly ran away. In my opinion that was an act of cowardice and all she deserves to be remembered for.

In a Epoch Times interview airing December 9, former CDC Director Dr. Robert Redfield calls for Pfizer and Moderna’s COVID-19 mRNA injections to be “eliminated” because “there’s too many unknowns.”
comment image?resize=1400%2C1450&ssl=1

Redfield, who led the CDC from 2018 to January 2021, said he no longer recommends mRNA vaccines after working directly with patients suffering from vaccine injuries:

“I really would like to see the mRNA vaccine use curtailed, and personally, I’d like to see it eliminated, because I think there’s too many unknowns.”

He explained:

“When I give you an mRNA vaccine, what I do is I turn your body into a spike-protein production factory. And spike protein is a very immunotoxic protein.”

The interview marks the first time a former CDC director has publicly called for the removal of mRNA shots from the market.
And now, we add Dr. Robert Redfield to the growing list of over 81,000 physicians, scientists, concerned citizens, and 240 elected officials — numbers documented in our recent peer-reviewed study — who have all called for the immediate removal of COVID-19 “vaccines” from the market.

In other cultures, people just go and wait on the platform because eventually a train will arrive.

WHISTLEBLOWER CASE HAS BROKEN FOR LUNCH – NO CORPORATE MEDIA IN SIGHT
Barry Young, the NZ convid data whistleblower, and his legal assistant, lawyer Sue Grey are seen leaving the court.
Barry was unfortunately unable to share any updates with the supportive crowd, as the case continues after lunch.
A Counterspin rep in Wellington said that no corporate media was present outside and it is our understanding that none were present inside the court either.
Counterspin understands that Barry Young is representing himself but the judge has agreed that Sue Grey can assist him where needed due to the importance of this case.
Evidence has been suppressed at present because, it is our understanding, that if Barry is unsuccessful today, his case will be heard by a jury and it is important that the release of any evidence does not potentially prejudice the jury pool.
The case will continue shortly. About 60 supporters were present and some have decided to get out of the blazing sun since they were denied access to the court room.
An outcome is not expected today.

This authoritian control over the internet, to digitialize us in so many ways to Sunday, globally leverages & ratchets in so many ways to bring about, like in the name of children’s safety etc..
Of course it is of much greater & further usage will be applied to the adults, all citizens ultimately.

….. Australia’s eSafety commissioner Julie Inman Grant, an American …..
She told a conference in Sydney this month she expects others to follow Australia’s lead.
“I’ve always referred to this as the first domino,” she says. …..

That woman fights against Musk X so against free speech.

Bearing in mind NZ ties in with Australia, Canada, USA, UK to make 5-Eyes, so it will work as an “Intelligence Operation” so it will expand geographical, rat-shitting their ways onto those populations.

Sure there will be loop holes, or is it a way of herding us to their destination of indoctrination of supposedly being secure & free?.

An amalgation of comments from various sites on this issue.

They also didn’t restrict Discord (used by the Butler PA and Charlie Kirk shooters.)
They didn’t restrict Yubo (used by the Uvalde shooter.)

The focus for regulation seems to on places where politics and current events are frequently discussed.

They hope to build out [not restricted] Blue Sky as an indoctrination tool for leftist high schoolers (and hence future Democrat voters) so any age ID program would impede that goal.

At some stage, costly consequences of this over reach will develop.
Like the system itself being hacked?, stopping every one? maybe stopping all transactions? or travel?

Benjamin Franklin, states: “Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety“.

Thomas Jefferson: “When you abandon freedom to achieve security, you lose both and deserve neither,”

Abraham Lincoln: “Those who are ready to sacrifice freedom for security ultimately will lose both”.

I met an old friend recently and we were discussing the people we went to school with. He mentioned one guy and I said “what ever happened to him?”

My mate said, “well as you remember, he was the school boxing champion. After he left school, he was a pretty successful amateur and then turned pro, winning a lot of fights. Then his marriage broke up. He really went downhill, drink and drugs took a hold and after his licence got revoked, he had to give up professional boxing. He then found a living in a back street bare knuckle boxing booth, Ten fights a night, seven nights a week all round the country, really took a toll. He became terribly punch drunk, a shambling wreck of a man, barely able to string a thought or sentence together”

“Christ” I said “that`s tragic. Where is he now?”

“Last I heard” said my mate, “He was the political strategist in charge of promoting Maori Party unity.”

Thanks Saggy for your comment about 1ZB on this story, earlier this morning above, though ZB does seem to be aware of it, but listen as they also seem to be shrink-wrapping it.

Suit and tie
@Suitandtie9999
This is a must listen!
ZB host Andrew Dickens has just defended the non coverage of the Willie Jackson/MUMA scandal by saying…

– The noise is coming from right wing media and the saga is being “used to attack Māori and the MSM media”
– The burying of the review has happened legally.
– Willie may have pressured the board to ignore the review, but nothing illegal.
– It’s a story, just not a big one.

Dickinson ignore’s the threats of legal action to close down the story,
Jackson’s alleged interference with board and the Chair despite having no offical role,
the email by Tova O’Brien outlining serious allegations and unbelievably the alleged burying of a report about bullying of staff by a sitting Labour MP… among a host of other issues.

2 mins 32 secs : of 1ZB commentary.
One may have to click on the link to get the radio report or I may have time to edit in if the original part does not phase in.

So as one can see, 1ZB is only a controlled opposition media outlet.
So does not care about the over $10 million dollars sitting as cash in MUMA accounts that is supposed to be spent on maoris.

Maori for maori by maori, so the tikanga, lore is;—- only some or family maori gets it.
And of course mainstream media are awaiting the top up funding from the change of government.

The New Zealand Tax Podcast – Terry Baucher assesses where we are with the unfolding developments in taxing capital gains, with political, Inland Revenue, academic and crypto actions

Three key issues
The Tax Counsel Office identified three main issues:

  1. Were the amounts derived from the disposal of Crypto Y (including the disposal of staking rewards) income under section CB 4 of the Income Tax Act 2007, (i.e. acquired with a purpose of disposal);
  2. Alternatively, under section CB 3, did a profit-making undertaking or scheme exist;
  3. And finally, was the acquisition of Crypto Y staking rewards income under section CA 1(2), (is income under ordinary concepts).

Inland Revenue 3, Taxpayers Nil
The Tax Counsel Office ruled against the taxpayers on all three grounds, determining Crypto Y had been acquired with a purpose of disposal, there was a profit-making undertaking or scheme, and it represented income under ordinary concepts.

Trump Administration puts forward proposal requiring visa-exempt tourists, including New Zealanders, to share social media history, biometric information and family details..Travelling to the USA for New Zealanders could look very different in the future, with US President Donald Trump’s administration proposing to make visa-exempt tourists disclose their social media history, phone numbers, family members’ details and biometric information.
On Wednesday (New Zealand time), a notice was published by the US Customs and Border Protection on the Federal Register (this is the daily journal of the US Government where they share public notices and government agency rules).
The proposal outlined how 42 countries who currently do not need a visa to enter the United States would have to share the past five years of their social media history and “high value data elements.”
This includes:

  • Phone numbers used in the last five years
  • Email addresses used in the last ten years
  • IP addresses and metadata from electronically submitted photos
  • Family members’ names (parents, children, spouse and sibling)
  • Family members’ dates of birth, places of birth and their residencies
  • Family phone numbers used in the last five years
  • biometric information (face, fingerprint, DNA and iris)
  • Business phone numbers used in the last five years
  • Business email addresses used in the last ten years

Visa-exempt countries include New Zealand as well as Australia, France, Britain and Japan.

Wellington Mayor Andrew Little’s financial backers revealed,

What did Little get?
Former National minister Chris Finlayson gave Little $2000, former Labour Party minister and diplomat Dame Annette King and her husband gave $2500, multimillionaire developer Ian Cassels of the Wellington Company gave $5000, and Chris Parkin, a former city councillor and art patron, donated $2500.
The Maritime Union, Amalgamated Workers Union, E Tū Union, and Dairy Workers Union each gave Little $5000 towards his campaign.
Little also received $2075 from a 20-person fundraising dinner hosted by former mayor Justin Lester and $1634.15 from a 145-person Labour Party fundraiser.
The mayor spent just short of the threshold at $58,990.26, largely on signs around the city, Facebook advertising and flyers.
Mayoral candidates in the capital are allowed to spend a maximum of $60,000 on their campaigns during the three months leading up to local body elections.

“𝐀𝐧𝐲 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞”: 𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐢𝐭 𝐨𝐫 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐢𝐭, 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫
The Taxpayers’ Union is giving Minister Willis until 5pm tonight to confirm whether she will be fronting up on Newstalk ZB next week.
Taxpayers’ Union Chair the Hon. Ruth Richardson says, “Enough with the dilly-dallying. You laid down the gauntlet with “any time , any place”, and we have come back with the offer. Take it or leave it.”
“We know you’re trying to negotiate with a taxpayer-funded, left-wing website – when the offer on the table is the largest broadcast audience in New Zealand, Newstalk ZB Breakfast.”
“You have until 5pm or we’re out. See you in Auckland.”
