    Towaka My neighbor is a retired economist and he reckons once you get out of the City areas of China into the Country the system is the purest form of capitalism known to man ,he says the same about NK, what do you think?

    Plenty of ‘’pure capitalism’’ in the cities too revtech,in my line of work going to furniture factories and markets here in the Pearl River Delta it is free market capitalism at its best.Factories and businesses fighting for International and domestic market share on the parameters of price,design,service and quality.In the countryside there would be less regulation on labour laws,environmental standards etc I would guess.

    As for North Korea,I think all markets there would be underground,same as China before Deng Xiaoping`s reforms.Back in the day my Chinese father-law used to moonlight as a freelance artist from his day job in a factory..all had to be done on the quiet though.

      • Good idea Brigadier, come up for yourself when things get easier for travel… I first came in 2006 as I had an urge to see first hand what was happening there. I have been coming back or living here permanently ever since.

        China is very big and diverse… I would be happy to show you around Guangzhou if you come to this region. Also China is very safe.. only hassles really are a few language barriers. I am sure Ed would have my email if you want to come?

    I can tell where it will not lie and that is in spreading International Socialism.Best way to understand the future is look at the past and that is what Deng did with his reforms..went back to a tried and true system that has worked for over two thousand years for China i.e strong State and strong markets.Study the Chinese tribute system of the past and you will see the future for relations of a re-emergent China.

    As for China and the virus?..all I can say from living here is that after the lock down early last year there has been very little Covid in here…it is making a bit of a comeback now and there are starting to be travel restrictions put in place for the Chinese new year.

    And for the bigger picture?..so many threads,so many angles!..Wuhan military games,Ft Detrick shutdown,mysterious pneumonias around Ft D,Covid anti-bodies in blood samples in Italy Nov.19,mysteroius vaping deaths with lung symptoms the same as covid,
    Japanese and Taiwanese scientists saying it originated in the U.S,dodgy PCR tests,etc etc.

    Cui Bono is the best way of unravelling the mystery…lets just say the ”plandemic” has suited the central bankers and political elite fine to bring in their ‘’Great Reset’’.And the timing was perfect with 2008 happening all over again on Wall St, in the Repo market just before the virus emerged.Also suited Gates and co with their mass vaccination (population control) agenda.Then to cap it all off we can call it the ‘’China virus’’ and plays perfectly into the ‘’yellow man bad agenda’’ that started with Obama`s pivot to Asia.

Such an event would give the government the opportunity to declare another lockdown and then portray itself as the “protector of the people” when the managed event is brought to its planned conclusion.

    In other matters, I read so much about “xxx Covid-19 deaths” in the last week overseas, but there is never any reporting of the mean age of the deceased and whether they died “with” or “from” the virus. It’s almost a headline designed to shock the weak-minded.

      Then they still abide to the signing up of the UN Global Migration Pact.
      Western world is always signing over sovereignty in many small parts.

      Follow the WHO yet contribute little, then UN, nor are transparent investigating covid, if any thing desposing of some of that early data & information.
      It would seem for a very cheap price, many are compromised, and then believe they can ride that wave, in keeping their trough filled.
