  1. Go team Ineos. A huge morale-booster to get one under the belt yesterday, after winning the all-important start. Shows they can do it, even in conditions thought to least favour them. Gotta love the underdog.

  2. Do I have this right?
120,000+ people have arrived from the most dangerous parts of the world, and passed through MIQ without dying of WuFlu.
The virus is so deadly virus is so contagious it can survive on a box of frozen peas in cold storage,
A woman from Northland contracts a new even more contagious strain allegedly from the air in a corridor from an open door of another hotel room down the hall from hers, yet she does not infect her own closest contacts and thousands of casual contacts also test negative. (She was the only one to use the corridor?)
An airport worker in South Auckland is (the only member of airport laundry staff) infected with a strain that is so contagious she caught it from airport linen. A member of her family also tests positive and despite that being not important enough to inform the PM for 12 hours, Auckland is sent to Level 3. Events all over the country are cancelled. People on public transport are compelled to mask wearing. After thousands more people are tested it turns out only a couple of the kid’s school friends are infected.
    This puzzles me.
Students on school buses don’t have to wear masks. Evidently MoH/MoE say kids don’t get WuFlu.
School can proceed as normal with teachers and students, but the moment a parent appears they are restricted to the ‘100 people at a gathering’ rule.

    We’re being played.

  3. One of the local Marae yesterday, held a hue ‘presided over’ by a Maori Land Court Judge, to sort out allegations of theft by the previous Marae Treasurer, an unpleasant radical lesbian. (No minutes of this special meeting were to be taken)

The thief, who had been writing out cheques to herself for some time gave an hourlong power point presentation in her defence. For obvious reasons she could not pull out the race card for her victimisation, so her accusers became misogynists…she had been falsely accused out of pure sexism.

How’s this…the finding/outcome of that meeting was….”it happened in the past, lets not dwell in the past, it’s time to move on”. (irony too much)

    • They let her off because theyve all likely had their hand in the purse at some stage loading their own back pocket.
Wtf is it with maori and defrauding their own people, cant be many maori trusts etc that havent had someone rip them off.

Im starting to think the crown legally purchased all of nz but a few greedy chiefs kept a stack of blankets and shiny guns and just told the rest theyd been duped…

      • ‘Wtf is it with maori and defrauding their own people’

Ralph Love who morphed into Ngātata Love
He ripped off the Tenths Trust in Wellington.

The irony here is that the Maori only arrived in the Wellington area in the second half of the 1830s.
Who would want to go there, really?
They were about two years before the NZ Company people.
The only reason they went there was because they were pursued by vicious Taranaki Maori.
The Pursuees were south Taranaki who moved once to get away then moved again all the way to windy town.

Nonetheless they were kindly allocated one tenth of the land.
        Hence the ‘Tenths Trust’.

The reason they were there – involuntarily- is because they were being persecuted (aka:- chased, killed and eaten) by other Maori who had acquired horses and rifles so could maraud further and kill quicker.

The pursuees did Ok as an accident of escaping killers… they got land allocation.
Then along came Ralph 170 years later and barfed over them . Sorry, not Ralph, Ngatata
I guess it was the Ralph part and not the Ngatata part that had bad oppressors blood!!

It was wise for them to sign up to Crown protection from marauding cannibals.
Will you ever hear that set of facts from the moaners and whingers?

Yes, they do poo on their own, Bigly.
Still, not as bad as eating therm!!

        • The Hutt Valley was little more than swamp prior to the 1856 earth quake. That quake raised the valley floor which allowed it to drain. The water table in the 60’s however was never far down. I can remember digging holes at the VIC corner and having water in them at about 3 feet deep. I lived on the side of the hill in Waterloo and when it rained a lot, which it did back then, our back yard would have streams of water running down from holes in the rock. The aquafier held a lot of water. We constructed a 2 foot deep concrete drain across the back of the house platform to take the water away down to the street where it went to the Waiwhetu stream.

      • I shake my head in wonder every February as Ngapuhi assemble at Waitangi and wail over the injustices inflicted by the crown, when they’re so busy infighting over who is in charge that they can’t actually define their grievances or decide who to put round the table to negotiate a fair settlement. Maybe if someone identified who did the selling – follow the muskets and blankets?

I also wonder why they only throw things at National Party politicians when no government in history has done more to settle grievances that the Key National government. Is that because they were a threat to the whole grievance industry?

        12

        0

        • Sad thing is Rachael, that nowhere could use a cash injection more than the far north to get kids off the weed, into education and off to rewarding careers. Ngapuhi can’t get ToW settlements until they sort out who can speak for them, who can negotiate and who has the authority to accept a settlement from the government.
That might seem like Ngapuhi are a ‘cheap round’ in ToW settlements because they have received nothing, but meanwhile they cost the government and themselves a fortune in health, mortality, welfare, crime and incarceration.
If that isn’t an appalling waste of human potential I don’t know what is, and the most appalling of all they are inflicting it on themselves.

          7

          0

          • Harvey if you think ToW payouts to the far north will help the average bro there then ive got a bridge to sell you. It willbe lucky to get spread out among the top 100 of the iwi, itll get “invested” where only a few special brown brothers will benefit and the average maori will not see a cent except for maybe the odd scholarship and an extra sausage and meat pattie on waitangi day.

            8

            • Tainu and Ngai Tahu provide reasonable role models in that regard. Probably neither have a perfect record, but they have invested greatly in enterprises that provide jobs and return profit to their people by way of scholarships and study grants to upskill young people.
Sure there’s an element of creaming off the top by leeches (Tuku “underpants” Morgan springs instantly to mind, as does the Maori truck driver) but elsewhere there are pipelines where young people can be resourced to a better future – and they are accepting the assistance in their droves.
What they need to do is reclaim the urban Maori who are lost to the Iwi and point them in the right direction as well. Delamere tried in Auckland, but drank the cool aid. Pity.
How can you sit in Queen Street with a begging cup when there are lawns to mow at your marae and a feed there for your trouble?

  4. Spent 3 days in Invercargill around 20th January, best hottest 3 days have had this summer. Back in Invercargill yesterday, another beautiful hot sunny day, please remove all anti Southland weather jokes for the moment unless of course this is simple global warming and what the swede eaters will have to put up with for evermore.

    • Bgr came down this way waitangi wknd and took the sun back home with him and we got a week of shit, but yes beautiful days the last week.
We FINALLY got some weather that ressembles summer. Btw before the 20th of jan we maybe had 3-4 hot sunny days the rest were wet or freezing cold weve had snow on the hills 3 times in dec and twice in january. The fire was lit several times in january…

Its been a very bizzare spring and summer down here but excellent for farmers but we could do with an inch of rain now to keep the grass and crops pumping.

    • You are one lucky bastard HP. Buy a lotto ticket. Down south we were forecast hail on Xmas day, they were wrong, we got sleet on Boxing day. IAASB is right. It is the worst Summer we have had since the late sixties when it did snow on Xmas day, After that Summer we had 2 years of stinking hot Summers with no rain for 4 weeks. No air conditioning and the whole district were down at the primary school pool or at the beach trying to keep cool. Pasture was standing hay and all non breeding stock were sent to the works. When we do not have rain at least once every two weeks a drought is declared. We have had ordinary Summers until a few years ago. When we have an ordinary Summer we often get mild Winters and the grass grows a bit and farmers have a Gymshoe lambing in the Spring. By my reckoning our Summer has just arrived. 3 weeks late, may continue for another 7-10 days then the cold souwesters will be back. Enjoy it while you can. My weather forecasting is what the Pommies get we get a year later, so I am expecting a effing cold winter.

I’ve come to realise that as a conservative-leaning self employed man with a reasonable respect for his culture who doesn’t like being pushed around, this makes me a mysonenistic Covid-denying racist capitalist oppressor who spreads lies and disinformation and needs to be shut down immediately.

How can I beg for forgiveness? Is there a special prayer or something I should say daily?

Re: Is there a special prayer or something I should say daily’?

There is an is as follows:

‘Yes Adorable, wonderful all-powerful ALL-KNOWING Jacinda, my great DEAR Leader, I am your obedient and willing slave’, ‘Yes Adorable, wonderful all-powerful ALL-KNOWING Jacinda, my great DEAR Leader, I am your obedient and willing slave’, ‘Yes Adorable, wonderful all-powerful ALL-KNOWING Jacinda, my great DEAR Leader, I am your obedient and willing slave’, ‘Yes Adorable, wonderful all-powerful ALL-KNOWING Jacinda, my great DEAR Leader, I am your obedient and willing slave’, ‘Yes Adorable, wonderful all-powerful ALL-KNOWING Jacinda, my great DEAR Leader, I am your obedient and willing slave’, ‘Yes Adorable, wonderful all-powerful ALL-KNOWING Jacinda, my great DEAR Leader, I am your obedient and willing slave’, ‘Yes Adorable, wonderful all-powerful ALL-KNOWING Jacinda, my great DEAR Leader, I am your obedient and willing slave’, ‘Yes Adorable, wonderful all-powerful ALL-KNOWING Jacinda, my great DEAR Leader, I am your obedient and willing slave’, ‘Yes Adorable, wonderful all-powerful ALL-KNOWING Jacinda, my great DEAR Leader, I am your obedient and willing slave’, ‘Yes Adorable, wonderful all-powerful ALL-KNOWING Jacinda, my great DEAR Leader, I am your obedient and willing slave’, ‘Yes Adorable, wonderful all-powerful ALL-KNOWING Jacinda, my great DEAR Leader, I am your obedient and willing slave’, ‘Yes Adorable, wonderful all-powerful ALL-KNOWING Jacinda, my great DEAR Leader, I am your obedient and willing slave’, etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. ad nauseum and ad infinitum…

I think you get the idea, though do doubt that you could keep repeating it for longer than five minutes…

I hope this has helped; Thanks for asking.

  7. The URL says it all:

    https://www.aier.org/article/covid-case-like-political-careers-are-dropping-like-rocks/

“All of which is to say that we might be in the last days of the pandemic and the early days of seasonal endemicity – which is the natural course of every widespread respiratory virus ever studied. Why anyone imagined that lockdowns, political edicts, coercive controls, and the ruining and wrecking of normal social and economic functioning would change that is beyond comprehension.

“Whatever your theory as to why cases are dropping like rocks – natural immunity, PCR testing changes, drops in tests, seasonality – none of it can be credited to political interventions. What the interventions might do, however, is cause dozens if not hundreds of political careers also to drop like rocks.”

    9

    0

    • dozens if not hundreds of political careers also to drop like rocks.”
I do not believe it. A virus like this is embedded in the politicians genome.

Just like over the past 50 years, Climate Cooling, then Climate Warming to Change, Ice melting, sea level rises etc. etc..
The Environmental guys found many ways to retain for themselves “sustainable” funding.

So it will be 1 jab, 2 jab & 3 jab to being done annually.
      Variants, to come on stream.
More contagious, more infectious, greater case numbers, greater hospitalizations, more deaths, with the suffering of just a dozen to the funeral & how tragic.

More heath inspectors, more enforcement, etc. etc that know to vote for that politician.

      10

      0

      • Sorry, but dozens if not hundreds of political careers dropping like rocks doesn’t really move me a helluva lot.

What would move me, though, would be hundreds of political heads dropping like rocks as they kiss the welcoming lips of Madame Guillotine.

  8. As part of my Sumerian cuneiform course we have been reading in Week 33 “Inanna’s Descent to the Netherworld” in Neo-Assyrian cuneiform as that is the only cuneiform font available!

My review of “Inanna’s Descent” is as follows:
“Inanna’s Descent to the Netherworld” is a radical gynocentric matriarchal sado-masochist drama featuring incestuous lesbian imagery and necrophilia with fanatical misandry representing a deposed traditional mother-goddess counterpoint to the male domination of Sumerian political economy at Uruk during the patriarchal Third Dynasty of Ur; the Netherworld is ur-channeled as a metaphor for the womb with the male gate-keeper Neti representing the clitoris as the binary sexuality of the female gender, festooned by Inanna’s class signalling of gold and Lapis Lazuli ‘bling’.

“Inanna’s Descent” could be a superb Hollywood movie staring Ibbi-Sin as Inanna’s ill-fated lover ‘Dumuzi’; Karl Marx as Inanna’s servant ‘Ninshubur’, Sigmund Freud as gatekeeper ‘Neti’; Germaine Greer as ‘Queen Ereshigal’ and Meghan Markle as ‘Inanna’ herself, scored by a sound tract provided by the rock band “Grateful Dead”!

I certainly write university newspeak brilliantly. Less so cuneiform 🙂

  9. Yesterday’s Medical Freedom Rally in Auckland drew about 100 people including yours truly. Relocated to Greenlane from Aotea Square as the square was otherwise occupied. Lots of good signs, a few MAGA caps, an excellent poster showing photos of Jacinda and Hitler side by side in remarkably similar poses. Many appreciative toots from drivers.

But, but, even though it’s merely a ‘Review’ won’t your Professor / Lecturer / Learned Teacher insist that you write a MINIMUM of 2000 words to prove that you fully understand the hidden and inherently-contradictory interactions between Cuniformic dialects and the conflicting narratives caused by misinterpretations made by the various luminary translators?

So far you’ve only written about 600 words and if the Professor / Lecturer / Learned Teacher etc. etc. etc. is to justify his existence (and the spending of YOUR hard-earned money), then you simply MUST write more, ‘cos otherwise…

(A reasonable synopsis BTW: Your use of all the necessary and currently-acceptable / permissible ‘Buzz words’ indicates a significant appreciation of the seriousness of the piece under review, while your use of diadactic amorphisms and erudition indicates a level of knowledge rarely found within this subject…)

  12. Is anyone here taking note of how texans are heating their homes with no power and fireplaces been outlawed in most places years ago?
Muppet city/town folk had better think about that as in the near future our woke green govt will create a giant fuckup like that and dont think about how to run heatpumps etc without electricity.
In large snow and other adverse events in recent history ive had several friends and family members go through similar circumstances with various degrees of ingenuity and stupidity to counteract the lack of heating and cooking sources.
Personally im fine we could handle a long time cut off with no power etc but most i know wouldnt have a fucking clue. Ill keep shovelling coal on my fire while they stare blankly at a retarded heat pump with no electricity.
2 different sources of heat ppl, esp if youre a heat pump retard go get a gas heater or 2 to stqsh in the back of the garage incase its needed.

The Chinese are clever buggers and the super wealthy are only too pleased for them to be stigmatised and seen as the all encompassing bad guy, because thats what they are used to.
Climate manipulation and health crisis hoaxes are two of the best ways to curb peoples habits on a mass scale, the third way is manipulation of currencies and the fourth is to attack food security.
Food, water, heat and shelter are where we are being attacked.
Fundamentals under seige…..It is a silent war that we are currently living through and most are blissfully unaware.
To get an idea of the scale of the attack you need look no further than here.

  14. Are you still visiting Auckland in March, Hunty?

I just cycled in there for the first time in 6 months.
It is what Trump would call a shithole.

Not orange man, but Orange cones everywhere.
I lost count at 1,271,248 cones
    What a complete mess.
Did they expect Amcup visitors to come to Akl in this disgraceful state and get so excited they would bring their families back?
Advertising what to the world exactly?

Where did the $320 million of ratepayer and taxpayer money go?
Remember that is more than 100 times the Winnie and Shane ‘Bro fund’ disguised as provincial growth.

There are fences up all over the show.
Queen St is one long construction – or destruction – site
Half the wharves are shut off where they were accessible a year ago
There is a big screening area with large screen that says – stay home and watch the amcup on the teev , not here

    This is not inspirational.
    Not at all.
I am not going to Be Kind to this sort of patchwork of mess.
I looks like 5 three years old were given a front end loader and told to do as they please.

      • Three nights.
        Alright then.

Hey there is a surprise lockdown planned for 8.30pm announcement on Sunday 14 March.
        Midnight Sunday. 14 Days.
A person will sneeze ‘in a very covidy way’ in South Auckland .
They will have recently been at motels in Rotorua,Tauranga, and Hamilton.
This will cause great anxiety as winter is around the corner and that four letter word beginning with F will raise its ugly head.
        Fear.

Ardern will act really, really surprised when she announces this on 14 March and say she had 27 minutes notice.
If any other buggers win the Amcup they will not be able to leave with it.

After ‘intensive investigation’ the deadly disease will have been discovered to have arrived on a Prada handbag that was hidden under frozen peas.
Saint Ashley will institute measures to interrogate all Prada handbags coming into the country while ensuring people the winter flu vaccine will be here by August, October 8th latest, for sure.

Cindy is practicing the sad faces now in the mirror, and the surprised look… modelling it on Nancy Pelosi’s really stretched face from 23 facelifts.

Pack more than 3 pairs of undies, Mr Hunty!

    • I avoid Auckland central like the plague. It has become a complete shithole, and not because of the people surviving there ( you dont live in Auckland- you survive) but because of the fucking retards in the council and mostly because of Auckland Transport. Make the Gestapo look like pussies.

        • Use an hire electric bike to get back.
          Several options.

Any accidents covered by ACC, no matter how pissed or irresponsible you are.
If there is any grief about personal responsibility you go to media and do a ‘sad eyes’ story.
          Wa wa… S’not fair.

PS. my bike was powered by baked beans and cabbage. No coal fired electricity for me.
          Just the organic option 🙂

        • I thought about going on a business trip to Auckland to buy any electric helicopter, get training and see the sailing cup, but there are to many poos in the sea and too many road cones on land. I have enough airpoints from fuel purchases to get there and back for almost nothing, but threat of lock down makes the place very unattractive. I think I might buy via ChCh and even though it is a socialist shithole, I have a soft spot for the place and a few local acquaintances who still speak to me.😊

-Wellington… sewage in the streets while they want to spend squillions on a new library.
-New Plymouth , completely woke and nuts.
-Tauranga so bad that Mahutas is running it instead of elected Councillors
-Dunnydoon – Greenies nutbar mayor and a crappy council incl. Benson Pope
-CHC – Dalzeil and her dodgy cronies
        – Invercargill so bad that Sarcus Lush is a solution! What did i just hear?
-Horowhenua grief ridden and internal disputes for years.

most Local Authorities are sick as hell and the solution is:

        • You forgot Naier and Palmerston North. Now there’s a town for ya..

But you are right. they are in crappers creek. and who is responsible?
IMHO it is the govt. They make the rules which are set for failure.
They make the rules, Councillors then have to manage the compoeteing forces of a CEO, the paid cl;owns, special interest groups, NZTA (who do fuck all for anyone North of Taihape), and at the very bottom of the list occasionally the funder of all this shambles, none other than the poor ever suffering ratepayer.

      • “you don’t live in Auckland- you survive”

        Speak for yourself.
        Auckland has everything I need.
        – International airport (not a lot of use at the moment)
        – The best medical facilities in the country
        – The best Chinese food in the country
        – A large enough Asian population so that I can look like an Aucklander and not raise suspicion
        – Japanese supermarkets in Sylvia Park and in Newmarket
        – Interesting landscape (sea, volcanoes, islands, etc.)
        – Employment opportunities

The main downside is stupidly high house prices and rent. No wonder my 26-year-old daughter is still living in my basement!

It is 30 km /hr zone
You would not achieve even that.
There are key roads blocked off.
      Fencing.
      Cones.
      Geezers with stop signs
Indians in security uniforms as active as a tuatara

Able to tootle onto the wharves but as I say half were closed off compared to what was once normal before the Great Reset (for sweet-cheeks)
Progress in a car is well… it is Not.
      No progress.
With the bike I can nip down a side street, cut though a lane.
There are covi restrictions so various things closed off.
Like the spectator area for for the yachting

  16. Is the purpose of life to have a life with meaning, or simply to be “happy”?
(If you want to be “happy,” then stay single and don’t have any children, according to a number of opinion pieces out there.)
Ref: https://positivepsychology.com/parenthood-paradox/ (Would you trust a psychologist?)

(As a parent, you sacrifice a portion of your own life to create new life, that will carry memories of you long after you are dead and buried. It is a form of intangible immortality.)

    • I dont have any children. I’ve never wanted them. People say to me..” Whatt!! You dont have children??!! Why !!!! Did you have a lousy upbringing?? As if its abnormal. Well, as a matter of fact yes I had a shocker of an upbringing. But that is not the one reason. I decided at a very early age I did not want children. I dunno why. But I can tell you, from my point of view right now, its probably one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I am totally happy who I am and where Im at.

  17. Missed the race prelim where last time I watched there was a Maori on speed dancing around grabbing his nuts. I could see that Toni Street was praying for Scotty to beam her up as she was so embarrassed.

Who was that hyperactive wanker ?

  18. Robbo labelling steady, dependable conventional PW “a conspiracy theorist” is just bizarre and was designed to shut down the question

    https://www.tvnz.co.nz/one-news/new-zealand/robertson-defends-ending-appearances-peter-williams-radio-show-over-conspiracy-nonsense

Robertson had been a regular guest on Williams’ show until the host asked the Deputy Prime Minister on Thursday about the Great Reset and its surrounding conspiracy.

Labelling it “all very bizarre and extreme”, Robertson had been quick to shoot down the “conspiracy nonsense”.

“It’s dangerous nonsense and I have no desire to fuel it, so I won’t be back,” he said.

“As ever I will answer dozens of questions each week from the media on a wide range of topics. But in this world of fake news and extremism I had to take a stand.”

      • All in plain sight.

The Taliban shut down the poppy fields.
        Uh Oh.
        Send in the troops.
PR Message (propaganda) Pretend we are building schools and hospitals.

1989 Movie ‘Air America’ Robert Downey JR and Mel Gibson.
        Not hiding anything.

10 years of having single young men in SE Asia in a risky situation and that locked in the casual drug use that took off from there.
Also CIA pushing into Black areas in the 60s to quell anti white and get them wacked out.
Loads of planes coming back from SE ASia – non commercial – to transport the drugs.
Movies like Scarface were a squirrel. That was retail shit.
The Military Industrial Complex was wholesale.

A sad story in truth including the Drugs/Guns/Cash/ Iran/USA/Colombia/Nicaragua /Contras/Oliver North et al
There never was a War on Drugs.
There never was a War on Terror apart from that spread by the US under that guise to raid into Afghanistan to secure the poppy fields.
        Realpolitik.
        Not the shit on TVscum.

Almost looks like the game of bull rush,
Call “bull rush” and have at it.
All one needs is a bucket of zip plastic cable ties and see how many can be turtled and the zipped tied, hands & feet.
Surely it can not be illegal? after all no need to arrest the officers. 🙂

    • See how the friendly police play, they hear what you are saying. …. yeah right. ….
Even the Health guy, did seem to want to make too much of an issue whether it was in compliance or not.

With Avi Yemini in Melbourne where protesters were supporting a business.

No one is going to trust the police after this

So like authorities all over, they intend never to lose, and the enforcers came back.
Just like in New Zealand too.

    • Avi Yemini making the most of this with Rebel News, and getting it to court “Fight the Fines”

Police caught on bodycam CELEBRATING abuse of Covid power

Noting the speeding and Covid fines date when issued was 26/4/2020 At that time there was no restrictions in place in Qld or so it seems.??

Just been to court this February, but not all solved.
The cop’s body cam probably had to be produced as evidence so under that “discovery” can be shown here.

More of a summary article here.
