  1. Thank God ,We no longer have to worry about the fate of the Western World , Megan Markle is seriously thinking of running for POTUS in 2024 OMG how timely , thank you Megan thank you so much and to make sure you are triumphant in the quest to save us all can I suggest Horseface Ardern for your VP pick ?

    • I have sent a letter to the ACT list MP, who is my electorate ( Nicole McKee) after what I read in the Free Press email for this week. I told them how wrong they were to lump the Covid “vaccine” in with other true vaccines. I linked in the Dr Geert Vanden Bossche letter and the article about the Israel situation –highlighting the key facts about increased deaths etc.

I will report back on any response.

BTW Moderna are starting trials on young babies and kids –6months to 12 years. These people should be had up for child abuse at the very least.

      • At six months the immune system is a long way from being developed.
It is the administrators here who are sick.

I have not opened ACT emails in weeks.
        I looked at that one.
I agree; to call this a vaccine is misleading.
Plus NZ like Britain is (possibly) planning to flood people with multiple of these chems ‘just in case’ .

The email asks a lot of questions
It is like people having a natter in a pub.
        Lots of questions.
Well hell I have had questions since Home D One last March.

  2. They are mad, fucking mad and dishonest.
Who voted these clowns and turkeys into office?

Definition of a turkey. Sits on the fence at night while the farmer goes along and wacks them on the head and sends them to the turkey plucker. Its true have seen it in naaska territory.

The Green Party wants to see new measures introduced to bring down house prices and engineer a “soft landing” for the housing market, calling for restrictions on equity being used to buy additional properties.

The change would stop existing homeowners from using just the equity in their home to buy a second or third house – either for themselves or for another family member – and stymie anyone without a cash deposit.

The party is also calling for the “Bright Line Test” timeframe to be extended indefinitely – essentially creating a capital gains tax – meaning anyone selling a home that is not their main home would see a hefty tax bill.

Perhaps if we controlled their rampant ideas about urbanization and thousands of immigrants this would stop.

Its not 14 years since there were thousands of empty houses and people with rentals couldn’t find anything but scum to rent their houses.
The along came John. In came the Kiwi’s home and all the immigrants including Genter and her ilk.

But children grow up and without knowing the past.
anyone under 30 years fo age would simply not know about that.
Its history and meanwhile Facebook etc have come to inform them of the lastest silly little girls or whatever.

    • Lol with this lots track record the “soft landing” will likely be an asteroid impact of fuckups and missmanagement leading to thousands oof homeowners bankrupt and defaulting loans losing houses… investors will be fine theyll hurt the struggling owner occupier and 1st home buyers once again.

Anytime govts anywhere tinkier with housing the problem gets worse, only way out of it is 1, build more houses or 2, decrease the population… i think 2 is in the making

    • NZ we are so lucky having a moat, and the quarantine system, that has created a pressure to make it more difficult to have just any body to migrate to NZ.

However our policies, the needs of New Zealanders need to have proper discussion, and thought.
Sadly so many are consumed with the Magic Money Tree MMT theory, and especially handing out other people’s money & looking how to filch other people’s resources & assets.
Whilst jockeying themselves into a well paid career, based on their 4 year degree of clip boards & tick boxes, that absolves responsibility and accountability

Just consider the southern borders of the USA and “Welcome refugee”, Biden.

14% of the world’s adults – nearly 710 million people – said they want to permanently migrate to another country, according to analytics company Gallup.
That would only be the start, as it would create connections for many more.

Who were so supportive of increasing refugee numbers? when a $ spent in the country would achieve and help many more in those far countries.

Changing the point about refugees to all migrants and NZ signing up to the “UN Global Migration Pact” which has devious fish hooks, and levers censorship on media discussion of any problems about this.

    • Viking sounds like a realistic property investor, who understands that the market doesn’t always go ” up up uppity up”

My first house was brand new and in a nice, and growing, area. Lucky to get what we paid for it 5 years later. The interest was eye watering. But it didn’t matter because the debt was small. When interest went down, it was low interest and tiny debt.

  3. So the attack on “vaccine missinformation” begins, stuff has howed to take it on after being given a handout frim google and no doubt jacinda to spread pro vaccine propaganda, the pink haired land whale and her mates are attacking covid plan b asking them to stop.

Problem is truth and facts dosent need propaganda to promote it, with numerous vaccine related deaths and illnesses popping up at an alarming rate now is the time for the media to step up and question why the fuck we are trying to inject everyone on the planet… nope they take the wheelbarrow of cash and counter “missinformation” bu spreading copious amounts of their own missinformation.

“The truth dosent hurt points of view that are legitimate” -Tom macdonald

    • This repeating what Simpleton1 has posted but it needs to be repeated. Maybe Stuff and the pink haired lady can explain it to us if they think the “vaccine” is so great.

“What’s going on in Israel? Has anyone figured it out yet?

Isn’t Israel the most vaccinated country in the world?

      It is.

Haven’t half of all Israelis already been vaccinated?

      Yes, they have.

Haven’t 90% of all Israelis over 60 (the age-group most likely to die from Covid) already been vaccinated?

Then how did “Israel manage to double the number of deaths it accumulated in the prior ten months of the pandemic”…”within two months of intensive inoculation with the Pfizer vaccine“?

And, why did “Israel’s Covid-19 cases… spike sharply during the first month of the … mass vaccination campaign.“?

And, why “after just 2 months of … mass vaccination” are “76% of new Covid-19 cases.. under 39. Only 5.5% are over 60. 40% of critical patients are under 60.”?

Did the vaccinations shift the direction of the infection to a different demographic or have the vaccines created a more virulent strain of the virus that targets younger people?

And, why have more pregnant women suddenly entered “critical care” while Covid-19 cases among infants have soared by whopping “1,300%? (from 400 cases in under two-year-olds on November 20 to 5,800 in February 2021).”

BTW –the article Simpleton 1 linked is well worth reading.

This one as well : https://www.unz.com/gatzmon/hot-off-the-press-pfizer-ceo-albert-bourla-admits-israel-is-the-worlds-lab/

  4. “Urban ‘Mining” has become the kindness of recycling.
Such valuable metals that can be readily found.

It will leave your car sounding very raucous and aggressive, but probably badly detuned?

…. Rhodium, … …. has shot up in value from £750 an ounce in 2014 to about £20,000 today. …..
…. Palladium, …. …. is £1,688 an ounce — making them both pricier than gold, which sells for £1,230 an ounce. …

…. 13,000 catalytic converters were recorded as stolen in 2019, compared with 2,000 the previous year. ….
… In 2018, Toyota replaced 52 catalytic converters at its dealerships — but the total climbed to 8,000 last year. ….

Looks like a very good income for these modern day “miners”. 🙁
Shhh ….. will NZ catch this affliction?

  5. The Myanmar Military Regime Confiscates The Bank Account Of The Foundation For One Of The Richest People In The World, George Soros

The military announced it was taking control of all illegal cash flows to Myanmar’s OSF, saying the foundation had violated the laws that set rules and regulations for organizations in the country. In addition, SMED will also be subject to penalties, for allowing OSF to deposit USD 5 million and withdraw USD 1.4 million without obtaining approval from CBM.

  6. Filthy Twitter.

Russia Gives Twitter 30 Days to Remove Child Porn or Face Ban

Vadim Subbotin, deputy head of Roskomnadzor, Russia’s equivalent of the FCC, said Twitter was not reacting to the regulator’s requests to remove illegal content “as they should,” and that the social network would be blocked in the country in a month if its failure to comply continues.

  7. Yesterday some mentioned that on radio, police were suggesting that people should monitor and report others.
Those ideas are in vogue just like Ardern’s adhan.

….. voted overwhelmingly to “[welcome] the Commission’s intention to oblige e-mail, messaging and chat providers to search all private messages for allegedly illegal material and report to the police” on social media. ….

….. “There is no requirement of a court order or an initial suspicion for searching your messages.
It occurs always and automatically,” he warns, adding that
“If an algorithms classifies the content of a message as suspicious, your private or intimate photos may be viewed by staff and contractors of international corporations and police authorities” ……

False flags have been triggered causing investigations of innocent people.

Perhaps all communications by Parliamentarians, staffers, departments, police, bureaucrats, etc.. should all be freely published, to be open & transparent. 🙂

    • The Ministry for State Security (German: Ministerium für Staatssicherheit, MfS
or State Security Service (Staatssicherheitsdienst, SSD),
      commonly known as the Stasi

… was the official state security service of the German Democratic Republic (East Germany)
(Where Angela Merkel’s father voluntarily went to from West Germany.
Angela grew up there and only returned to the West at 26 years of age.
      The rest……

      Copy cat

    • Trump’s statement.

… I would further appreciate a strong investigation into Fulton County, Georgia, and the Stacey Abrams political machine strong investigation into Fulton County, Georgia, and the Stacey Abrams political machine which, I believe, would totally change the course of the presidential election in Georgia.

Fulton County has not been properly audited for vote or signature verification.
They only looked at areas of the State where there most likely would be few problems, and even there they found large numbers of mistakes. …

….. You will notice that establishment media errors, omissions, mistakes, and outright lies always slant one way—against me and against Republicans.
Meanwhile, stories that hurt Democrats or undermine their narratives are buried, ignored, or delayed until they can do the least harm— for example, after an election is over. ….

Look no further than the negative coverage of the vaccine that preceded the election and the overdue celebration of the vaccine once the election had concluded.

A strong democracy requires a fair and honest press. ….
… legacy media outlets should be regarded as political entities — not journalistic enterprises. ….

In any event, I thank the Washington Post for the correction. …

    • So the State of Georgia where the media has had to retract, though minor, still leaves major issues about its election integrity.

Now a Michigan Judge findings :-

….. legitimizing a key claim made by the Trump campaign in its legal challenges to the 2020 election. ….

….. [Judge]Murray’s ruling undercuts the Democrat narrative that Republican legal challenges to 2020 election procedures were without merit and had therefore all been rejected by the courts.
The original suit was filed October 6, 2020 — prior to the presidential election — but was not decided until March 9, 2021.

Sure chewing at the edges, belatedly, but keeping pressure up on the concept of legitimacy of Kamala & Biden’s Presidency.?
Will a pressure be enough to go for and audited recount, or is it too late.
Which will keep raising questions, like the military wall & guards around the Capitol.
The question of “justice delayed, is justice denied”.
Leaves the question modern maths, of 2+2 = 5 voters, and where did those extra voters spring from.
Just what is the Constitution in regard to elections.

I do figure you can not redo the election, but it is setting things up for how elections should be run, and for people to see and understand the skulduggery.

    • Further checking on about the ballots in the state of Georgia, another can of worms being opened.

….. Henry County Judge Brian Amero on Monday conditionally granted members of a Georgia-based coalition the right to unseal ballots from last November’s presidential election in Fulton County.

Members of that group, VOTER GA, may now inspect those ballots for evidence of voter fraud.

Amero’s decision “is almost unprecedented in Georgia history,” …..

Whether they find enough to change things will be interesting, but it is starting to look like no one but lying fools & grifters can say there was no election fraud in critical counties in critical states.

  8. This is getting a bit dicey.
    Who are the Elders?

Britain to expand nuclear warhead stockpile by over 40% as global threats rise

“Some states are now significantly increasing and diversifying their nuclear arsenals,” the government said. “The increase in global competition, challenges to the international order, and proliferation of potentially disruptive technologies all pose a threat to strategic stability.”

The move was criticised by The Elders, a group of former global policymakers who campaign for peace.

  9. So cindy wants to entertain the baby for a day!
So she’s giving 126 MIQ spots to the lion king, for free?
That’ll keep them entertained, with backstage tours, meet and greet, private box at least or even a private viewing of the show! Wonder if the rest of labour cacus will be allowed in with their families?

  10. One positive result that’s came out of Wing Nut doing a runner from Mike Hosking’s show is not having to hear her slurping and floundering when questioned by him.

Horrible horrible. It used to put me off my cornflakes.

    • Water under ‘Three waters’ review led by Mahutas.

Eventually power from the Hydro dams, that is water after all

Then oh well power from geo- thermal because that is the taniwha rumbling.
Rumbling because the taniwha want ‘Maori Guardians’

2021 Councils cannot stop Maori unelected ‘representatives’ (Representatives of Who? )
Then the move from the current very powerful Maori caucus to lift the number of Maori seats to 14% to be ‘proportional’
At present there are 65 General electorate seats
      and seven Maori only seats
      and 48 list seats
Seven of the 72 electorate seats is about 10%
      Not 14%
Watch for a move to raise this
then index it so every time a person of Maori blood is born (just one drop) that number goes up.
      15%, 16%, 20% …

Watch for more Maori stake in public transport. These are cost sinks.
That is, public transport loses ‘public’ money.
The Maori will start to get a clip of gross takings without any cost.

To add insult to injury, the Maori rate of tax is either tax free or Maori Authority rate of 17.5%
      Less than you honkys get.
Watch also, the British in the recent UK Budget 2021 raised company tax from 19% to 25% (a rather dumb move IMO)
      Will NZ follow?

If you think that is way out there then 60 weeks ago did you think you would get long periods of Home D for doing nothing wrong and being healthy?
That the PT PM could jump on a platform at 8pm and announce one third of the country will be in lock down in a few hours and even Stewart Island will be on restricted duty because 2 people have the flu in Auckland?
      Get real.
This is a reset and nasty things are happening

      • Increasing taxes are inevitable.

According to advocates, the primary risk once the economy reaches full employment is inflation, which can be addressed by gathering taxes to reduce the spending capacity of the private sector.

The government itself will never go bankrupt, as it creates more money by decrees.

It will be taxes on everything, and they will be increased until it is a tax on inflation, as it rockets up.
So capital gains, land, income, dividends, carbon, etc… in many forms like fees, levies,
However special people will be given “sanctuary status”.

      • Company Tax.
        Daftly run.
At present company tax is based on paying a rate of 28% on profits.

        This is completely stupid.

A company that is better run will make a better profit than an equivalent company down the road that is not as well run.
        So they pay more tax.
They are penalised for being efficient.
        The productive sector is hammered.

The less productive sector is rewarded with less tax because they spent more to get the same outcome.

        Pretty dumb.
Company tax should be based on turnover, not profit. Depending on the sector (IRD has all the numbers) the appropriate tax on Gross could apply.
        Eg Sector GGX
        Company A has Turnover $1,000,000
Costs $900,000 Net Profit $100,000 Tax of $28,000

Company B is not as well run
        Company B has Turnover $1,000,000
Costs $950,000 Net Profit $50,000 Tax of $14,000

in effect Company B is rewarded for being less efficient.
A straight turnover tax of say 2% means they both pay $20,000
The better perfoming company is better off, the slacker one still pays tax.

On personal income of say $90,000 pa people pay the same amount of tax (the hideous WFF set aside)
and how they spend it is up to them. Some may save and some may be living on credit card debt because they spend high.
Why should company tax be different?

It is just lazy of Govt to not change this.
Of course Labour lite would not touch it just as they never touched WFF.
        They did not neglect a ‘real rise’ in benefits in nine looong years;
but did neglect to do a tax cut in nine loooong years.
(there was a tax swap, not cut, in 2010 as GST went up, offset by lower income tax back to pre- Klarkenfuhrer level)

        Food for thought.

      • Like Britain the USA also march in lock-step on increased taxes

Secretary of the Treasury Janet Yellen, Biden’s next economic plan will have to be at least partially paid for – something the administration plans on doing by including a corporate tax rate hike as well as an increase on individual tax rates for high earners.

The governments giveth and the governments taketh, while they figure who is the most deserving.
Like the old story, “Where Britain goes, we go” and so with the USA,
        What is Australia’s plans?

      • ” number of Maori seats to 14% to be ‘proportional’ To be very fair then it would have to be proportional to those Maori who choose to stay on the Maori roll as I suspect a high number are on the General Roll.

  11. Economy: Are we on the path to recession? GDP figures hang in the balance

Whatever happens, it’ll be a massive drop from the September quarter’s monster 14 percent growth following the level 4 lockdown that resulted in a 12.2 percent drop in April, May and June.

“The expected decline in some sectors appears to be due to production returning to business as usual after a glut of post-lockdown overtime,” said ASB economist Nathaniel Keall, picking a 0.1 percent drop when Statistics NZ releases the latest figures on Thursday.

    • Thanks Alice, worth listening to :
      19 mins 32 secs. : • Mar 12, 2021

      So many good points!
He articulates and puts it very well.

It does make me wonder on 2 points.
      The tests and false positives?

Then just what treatments are being done in New Zealand.
Is the New Zealand health system now doing these forms of early treatment on the “down low” as there are few hospitalizations. from the monitored quarantine places.?

    • They are doing something right in the State of Texas, and would figure that good Doctor and his points are showing the way.

data shows that cases, hospitalizations, and deaths associated with COVID-19 have all continued to decrease in the Lone Star State.

Yet Federal authorities decry Texas mask removal.

Something we should get a hold of, that is the brochure, that he handed out, though I suspect we can figure most of the advice it would have.
Would our NZ doctors follow those guidelines, for early simple treatment?

      • Thanks rightoverlabour.
        A good find. 🙂

It would seem that a copy of that, if one does test positive to the CCP virus, should be sent to your Doctor, and get him if able to make out some of those meds in a prescription. Also to explain a bit for your greater understanding just what it all means.

As the point in Peter McCullough, MD testifies, begin early treatment, and focus on what is happening to the patient at home, to customize a number of those medicines.

And some simple things you can do, like be outside, with no mask, to stop re-inoculation.
Along with many other parts of keeping things clean etc..

  12. Obviously not news worthy

    scroll down to “White Island”

White Island (New Zealand): GNS New Zealand noted that two short-lived episodes of low-level volcanic tremor occurred on 11 and 12 March at the volcano.
The seismic activity started around 20:30 local time and lasted 30 minutes while the activity on the next day at 15:30 local time lasted up to 3 hours accompanied by minor gas-steam explosions from the active vent area.
The explosive activity, recorded by seismic and air pressure instruments, is interpreted as the series of small explosions at shallow depth.
Both the recent episodes were smaller in size than those recorded on 29 Dec 2020 and 18 Feb 2021.

  13. Government says 11,000 foreigners have been let across the border and no vacancies in MIIQ till july!
What about all the genuine kiwis wanting to come home?
How many foreigners with their visas, etc. Have been let in the border?
Wiggles lion king, americas cup, fim stars, seem to be able to visit with no problems!
Come on Judith and David, what are you doing about this. Not much by the look!
Daughters partner took four months to come home from work in australia!

  14. $tuffed have been given $4.2mil to promote getting the rona jab!
They will be rolling out prominate nz people and sports people in a paid for commentary to tell us how we should get the rona jab!
Prove you people have got the had people. Then we can see if you start falling over!

  15. Supreme Court decision puts women and children at risk. Who is responsible for the badly written law that allowed this to happen?

Government moves to fix botch-up that saw hundreds removed from Child Sex Offender Register
The Government is taking urgent action to fix a 2016 botch-up that saw hundreds of people taken off the Child Sex Offender Register earlier this year.

    • Looks like it was labour that saw that piece of legistration through parliament!
If it was national everbody would be screaming blue murder and it would be in every media with the reporters camped out on their doorstep!
Another failure by this government to hang on the wall with the rest!

  16. Jersey Boys stage production wanted to bring one person in from overseas for a four month production. The rest were locals a heap of them and using the local sound, lighting, makeup people, not like the overseas ones! Turned down, weren’t they! Not a children’s show like the wiggles and lion king, not suitable for Cindy’s child ain’t it! You tell me there is another reason!

  17. From David Seymour today .
“The Government spent $30 million of your money at Ihumātao. The deal it signed doesn’t say houses have to be built – it says houses “may” be built. After undermining Fletcher’s property rights, and stopping 480 houses from being built, not a single new home might be built at Ihumātao.”

  18. I just read THIS on a news feed on my phone:

Moderna has started testing its Covid-19 vaccine in babies and young children.

US manufacturer Moderna on Tuesday said it has started COVID-19 vaccine trials for children aged from 6 months to under 12 years old, with plans to enroll about 6,750 participants.

“We are pleased to begin this Phase 2/3 study of mRNA-1273 in healthy children in the US and Canada,” said CEO Stephane Bancel in a statement.

“This pediatric study will help us assess the potential safety and immunogenicity of our COVID-19 vaccine candidate in this important younger age population.”(my emphasis)

This is fucking OUTRAGEOUS! These amoral arseholes have openly ADMITTED that they are using vulnerable infants and children as a TEST to see if they get sick! And this is despite the fact that the young are by far the LEAST AT RISK from this fraudulent scamdemic.

  19. World Doctors Alliance.

The EMA covid-19 data leak, and what it tells us about mRNA instability

As it conducted its analysis of the Pfizer-BioNTech covid-19 vaccine in December, the European Medicines Agency (EMA) was the victim of a cyberattack.1 More than 40 megabytes of classified information from the agency’s review were published on the dark web, and several journalists

    • Twats!

You can tell they have never run their own business. Only government troughers could waste all that time and employ so many hangers on to achieve NOTHING! And ditzy old grandpa would have been retired due to his obvious dementia.

  20. Mike Hosking – 17/03/2021

“Before Covid, this government was famous for being largely useless. The economy ending 2019 and into 2020 was grinding to a halt, the year of delivery had turned into a joke for the ages, & generally they were heading into election year in trouble.”

“Covid saved them the way it’s saved, many a government and politician who happen to have had a vote scheduled in the middle of a pandemic.”

“But Covid should be largely done by the end of this year as the sole focus of our attention. That means governments can be judged on their multi-faceted merits and this is where our one is in serious trouble.”

“If you take out Covid, this lot are unchanged. With the exception of the PM. Having already dropped 15 points into the 40s, that’s a red flag, & people are onto her.”

“They’ll be onto the rest of them, unless they get their act together. Unlike last time, there is no coalition. They make up all the government, there is no one to blame but them.”

  21. New Zealand has just retained the America’s Cup – I wonder why I take no Kiwi Pride in this – is it because of all the over hype that has been going on by TV1 and the fact that no doubt the Labour lot will cling all over the win – or am I just becoming a cynical grumpy old man.

  22. Anyone catch Chris Kenny tonight where he showed Nicole Flints speech in full.
Hounded out of parliament by the left and Getup .

Good on her and I think it shows that you have to take on the left head on.

  23. Fuck me, am i the only one on here that’s enjoyed the America’s Cup from start to finish.
Take away all the bullshit talk from the token Maori fella, Jack Tame and the wanna be Maori comedian, apart from sailing experts and Dean Barker, we had a bloody good regatta with which we won.
Some of you people on here need a rocket with your gripping and grizzling of the fantastic yacht race where we are the only country to have won it twice and defended twice.
Im a little saddened by negative comments towards Team NZ who have worked their arses off for this moment.
As for defending the cup overseas, nothing is set in stone as yet !~

    • I’m playing the worlds smallest violin.

I dont care one way or the other except that it is hardly a unique event in that NZ has won it what, a least four times before so hardly a big deal .
More wins in court cases which is the way it used to be fought out.
Which is where there was lots of bitching and whinging.

My concern is the huge amount of taxpayers money spent on this for something that happens a lot.

The Warriors winning the NRL Grand Final – now that would be historic.
      This is not.
The Warriors started in 1995 and NZ first won the AmCup in 1995.
      It is old hat.

A big deal about a teeny event that has negligible impact on the world.
It is not like all the money chucked at technology is transferable to anything else.

I have criticized the Third of a Billion dollars spent which I consider a waste for a non-unique event of little impact but aside from that dont really care if they win or lose.

I do have sympathy for my fellow citizens who were interested and in order to pursue that interest were subjected to horrific torture and prancing Nancy boys by TV1 !!
This could lead to a mental health crisis and pressure on the sex change industry!

      • Until 25……maybe 30 years ago we were accustomed to amateur sport. Be it rugby or the kids P Class regatta in Tauranga harbour ability was what counted. To be an All Black meant great personal sacrifice both physically & financially while there’s only so many ways to join plywood together to make a bathtub sail better. The kids’ skill decided success or defeat.

Then Yank professionalism took over. Hooplah reigned, crap interviews mattered & the hopes of our nation rose or fell on the bounce of an oval ball with the sponsors name emblazoned on it. Success depended on the dollar.

What we, as blog commentators are experiencing, are the death pangs of amateur sporting codes.

  24. Whoah…just slow down a bit there…next thing you know, we’ll have a batch of clones running the world…or could it be?….. Nah.

Hyper-realistic skin for humanoid robots is being sculpted in Russia

Owned and operated by the company Promobot, the new lab in Vladivostok is using special polymers and 3D-printing to make the coating for a new breed of androids. Meanwhile, other parts of the company are responsible for building metal frames along with hardware and software to handle movements. Which begs the question, how long until Russia is full of walking, talking robots indistinguishable from their human inventors? ‘Our key task is to make anthropomorphic robots not just realistic but also attractive, to add a touch of aesthetic,’ Petr Chegodayev, a sculptor and head of the new lab, told Russian media.

    • ……”Our key task is to make anthropomorphic robots not just realistic but also attractive, to add a touch of aesthetic”……

If we all put a few bob into the kitty we could get Hunty a really stunning, inflatable, pre-op lady boy made of special polymers. 🙂

    • Something has connected.
The OIA also had to be used to get this article.
      4 Nov, 2020
….. Melinda Gates, co-chair of one of the world’s biggest philanthropic organisations, personally appealed to Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern to “speak up” in support of a collective approach to a Covid-19 vaccine.

Documents, released under the Official Information Act (OIA), show the pair met via teleconference on June 17 – the meeting was requested by Gates herself.

It came a month after the Government earmarked close to $40 million towards finding a Covid-19 vaccine. …..

…. “PM Ardern said she’d be happy to assist.” ……

….. During the meeting with Ardern, Gates noted this contribution and said it was an “important sign of leadership”. …..

….. Records of the meeting show that when the conversation switched to how long the vaccine would take to make, Ardern appeared sceptical of the 12-18 month vaccine timeframe set out by Gates.

“PM Ardern asked whether a 12-18 month timeframe to a vaccine was optimistic.”
Gates told Ardern that it was and the leading vaccine would be into the third phase of its development by the end of this year.

“If they went into manufacturing ‘super-quick’ then maybe in Q1 of next year there might be some vaccines available.”

Talking points for the meeting, also released under the OIA, show Ardern planned to push for the “equitable distribution” of a future Covid-19 vaccine.

Her talking points also show Ardern was keen to raise the issue of Pacific Island countries and the access they will have to a vaccine. …..

….. The teleconference was not the first time Gates and Ardern have met.

The Prime Minister met Melinda and her husband, Microsoft founder Bill Gates, during her New York trip last year.

Ardern was giving a presentation on how she believes a focus on wellbeing can reduce inequality. …..

  25. How DARE YOU Greta, HOW Dare YOU.

…. so-called “young saviors” are actually refusing to limit their consumption. …..

…… today’s youth often have opinions that deviate from those in the Fridays for Future movement. ….
respondents in EU countries over the age of 65 often talk about the fight against climate change in a much more environmentally friendly way than those in the 15 to 29 age group. …..

….. whether to ban products and services most responsible for harmful greenhouse gas emissions. Only 39 percent of Europeans in the 15 to 29 age group agreed, while 53 percent in the over-65 group agreed. ……

….. When it came to a hypothetical ban on short-haul air transport, only 25 percent of respondents in the youngest group agreed with such an idea, while 31 percent within the oldest group were in favor. …..

……. Only 28 percent of “young” respondents support a ban on high-emission cars in cities, while 44 percent of “old” respondents support the idea. …….

….. reducing oil consumption, recycling, or banning the production of non-durable goods, the survey confirms the trend. ……

Will Greta let rip & give her own young crew a bollocking?
….. Yeah right ….. Greta, your 2 minutes of breathing carbon extinction fame has long since expired.
