    • I have sent a letter to the ACT list MP, who is my electorate ( Nicole McKee) after what I read in the Free Press email for this week. I told them how wrong they were to lump the Covid “vaccine” in with other true vaccines. I linked in the Dr Geert Vanden Bossche letter and the article about the Israel situation –highlighting the key facts about increased deaths etc.

      I will report back on any response.

      BTW Moderna are starting trials on young babies and kids –6months to 12 years. These people should be had up for child abuse at the very least.

        At present company tax is based on paying a rate of 28% on profits.

        This is completely stupid.

        A company that is better run will make a better profit than an equivalent company down the road that is not as well run.
        So they pay more tax.
        They are penalised for being efficient.
        The productive sector is hammered.

        The less productive sector is rewarded with less tax because they spent more to get the same outcome.

        Pretty dumb.
        Company tax should be based on turnover, not profit. Depending on the sector (IRD has all the numbers) the appropriate tax on Gross could apply.
        Eg Sector GGX
        Company A has Turnover $1,000,000
        Costs $900,000 Net Profit $100,000 Tax of $28,000

        Company B is not as well run
        Company B has Turnover $1,000,000
        Costs $950,000 Net Profit $50,000 Tax of $14,000

        in effect Company B is rewarded for being less efficient.
        A straight turnover tax of say 2% means they both pay $20,000
        The better perfoming company is better off, the slacker one still pays tax.

        On personal income of say $90,000 pa people pay the same amount of tax (the hideous WFF set aside)
        and how they spend it is up to them. Some may save and some may be living on credit card debt because they spend high.
        Why should company tax be different?

        It is just lazy of Govt to not change this.
        Of course Labour lite would not touch it just as they never touched WFF.
        They did not neglect a ‘real rise’ in benefits in nine looong years;
        but did neglect to do a tax cut in nine loooong years.
        (there was a tax swap, not cut, in 2010 as GST went up, offset by lower income tax back to pre- Klarkenfuhrer level)

        It would seem that a copy of that, if one does test positive to the CCP virus, should be sent to your Doctor, and get him if able to make out some of those meds in a prescription. Also to explain a bit for your greater understanding just what it all means.

        As the point in Peter McCullough, MD testifies, begin early treatment, and focus on what is happening to the patient at home, to customize a number of those medicines.

        And some simple things you can do, like be outside, with no mask, to stop re-inoculation.

  44. New Zealand has just retained the America’s Cup – I wonder why I take no Kiwi Pride in this – is it because of all the over hype that has been going on by TV1 and the fact that no doubt the Labour lot will cling all over the win – or am I just becoming a cynical grumpy old man.

  54. Fuck me, am i the only one on here that’s enjoyed the America’s Cup from start to finish.
    Take away all the bullshit talk from the token Maori fella, Jack Tame and the wanna be Maori comedian, apart from sailing experts and Dean Barker, we had a bloody good regatta with which we won.
    Some of you people on here need a rocket with your gripping and grizzling of the fantastic yacht race where we are the only country to have won it twice and defended twice.
    Im a little saddened by negative comments towards Team NZ who have worked their arses off for this moment.
    As for defending the cup overseas, nothing is set in stone as yet !~

      I dont care one way or the other except that it is hardly a unique event in that NZ has won it what, a least four times before so hardly a big deal .
      More wins in court cases which is the way it used to be fought out.
      Which is where there was lots of bitching and whinging.

      My concern is the huge amount of taxpayers money spent on this for something that happens a lot.

      The Warriors winning the NRL Grand Final – now that would be historic.
      This is not.
      The Warriors started in 1995 and NZ first won the AmCup in 1995.
      It is old hat.

      A big deal about a teeny event that has negligible impact on the world.
      It is not like all the money chucked at technology is transferable to anything else.

      I have criticized the Third of a Billion dollars spent which I consider a waste for a non-unique event of little impact but aside from that dont really care if they win or lose.

      I do have sympathy for my fellow citizens who were interested and in order to pursue that interest were subjected to horrific torture and prancing Nancy boys by TV1 !!
      This could lead to a mental health crisis and pressure on the sex change industry!

      • Until 25……maybe 30 years ago we were accustomed to amateur sport. Be it rugby or the kids P Class regatta in Tauranga harbour ability was what counted. To be an All Black meant great personal sacrifice both physically & financially while there’s only so many ways to join plywood together to make a bathtub sail better. The kids’ skill decided success or defeat.

        Then Yank professionalism took over. Hooplah reigned, crap interviews mattered & the hopes of our nation rose or fell on the bounce of an oval ball with the sponsors name emblazoned on it. Success depended on the dollar.

        What we, as blog commentators are experiencing, are the death pangs of amateur sporting codes.

      ….. Melinda Gates, co-chair of one of the world’s biggest philanthropic organisations, personally appealed to Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern to “speak up” in support of a collective approach to a Covid-19 vaccine.

      Documents, released under the Official Information Act (OIA), show the pair met via teleconference on June 17 – the meeting was requested by Gates herself.

      It came a month after the Government earmarked close to $40 million towards finding a Covid-19 vaccine. …..

      Gates told Ardern that it was and the leading vaccine would be into the third phase of its development by the end of this year.

      “If they went into manufacturing ‘super-quick’ then maybe in Q1 of next year there might be some vaccines available.”

      Talking points for the meeting, also released under the OIA, show Ardern planned to push for the “equitable distribution” of a future Covid-19 vaccine.

      Her talking points also show Ardern was keen to raise the issue of Pacific Island countries and the access they will have to a vaccine. …..

      The Prime Minister met Melinda and her husband, Microsoft founder Bill Gates, during her New York trip last year.
