    • Well Hell, the religios portray him as a 1960’s Oregon hippy with the clothes, beard, and long hair but if middle eastern and an outdoor lifestyle 2000 years ago that would be a swarthy appearance as a minimum.

Not the pasty white dope smoking hippy that turns water into wine (the perfect alkie) and still living with his solo mum at 30 years of age ?
(Fact check by Nasska please )

It would not have suited the ‘sensibilities’ of the north Europeans in their pasty white, freckly, and ginger existence to worship a Mediterranean ‘darkie’
      Which just goes to show.
It is mostly made up to suit the agenda.

      • Interesting topic. Although it is certain that someone called Jesus walked on Middle Eastern land 2000 years ago the myths were created over subsequent centuries to empower the priests & rake in the shekels. There was no reason to paint portraits of a chippy’s son who wandered around stoned out of his tree on kaneh-bosm so there is absolutely nothing to suggest that he wouldn’t have resembled an average Middle Eastern Jew, ie brown eyes & olive skin.

It wasn’t until the fifteenth & sixteenth centuries that painters turned their cash registers towards religious imagery & as most were European they would have depicted him as their imaginations dictated.

It’s worth considering that European Jews were not exactly the most popular of citizens & there would have been resistance to their likenesses being displayed in Xtian churches & other strongholds. An art expert has written a reasoned article here; https://theconversation.com/the-long-history-of-how-jesus-came-to-resemble-a-white-european-142130

So you’re right. It was orchestrated to suit the agenda, the ignorance & the biases of the time.

    • Get rid of their favourite food.
      Daddy Long Legs.

We have cockroach traps around because they come into the workshop on the inwards good stuff.
We catch the cockroaches in sticky traps then along comes a mouse, see’s his dinner and gets stuck as well.

Called multi tasking. Got to check the traps though as the mouse dies and soon smells like a greeny. 😆

    • Spray Ripcord. Lethal stuff for bugs of all kind.

The old fashioned bug bombs are effective. Used a couple in a rental that had cockroaches. We moved to our new house and not a live roach moved with us in our stuff.

      • Yes. Ripcord. Good stuff. Diluted and ready to spray or cheaper, the concentrate you mix .
In the last year I tried the Aussie method of letting the spiders dominate.
This really does keep the flies down.
They got a bit too dominant and I gave a spray a month ago.
But the flies have been low this year and last year as well as not much cicada activity.

I learnt the Aussie method when I stayed with a mate in Oz nearly ten years ago.
With Jet lag/ time difference I woke up 5.00 am so went for a walk and jumped in the shower after.
I saw daddy longs legs in the ceiling corners.
After the shower I went around and thought I was doing good by sweeping them away .
        Hosts were still in bed.
The reaction when I told them of my ‘good works’. Mmmm.
        I was educated.
Daddy long legs build webs to catch flies and the myriad of other bugs and generally chase off other spiders.

      • We use the bombs usually twice a year. Four bombs from Mitre10 about $20/25 a pack do our two bedroom unit plus garage plus sleepout.

They clean up cockroaches etc and have never seen a white tail spider.

        We are in Hastings.

Imagine what it is going to be like when the house selling stops. They are determined to undermine the market, bright line tests, limiting LVR’s, limiting property investors the list of foll things is long.

    • Think youll find thats many countries excuse for a downturn, blame covid blah blah blah.
Oddly enough tho the msm have told us covid kills humans tho, havent seen or heard of it killing a dollar, jobs or economies but instead the govts decided to do that.
Covid kills humans (barely tho) and govts kill economies jobs and its citizens spirits.

  5. Here’s a thought.
If the number of cycles in the PCR test for the virus in this country is 45 (and the WHO recommends it be below 35) then you would expect frequent false positives. If they are performing so many tests in this country, at a high number of cycles, how come we are not hearing reports of numerous “positives”?

Maybe the testing system is accurate?

    15

    0

    • I’ve wondered the same.

The numbers simply do not add up. The only explanation I can think of is that the Department of Health and the Director General of Health Trashley Bloomfailed are lying big time again for political gain.

      12

      0

      • With so much testing and so many technicians involved, how would you keep such “lies” a secret? Someone would be bound to spill the beans.
Besides, there has to be a record of governmental decision-making. I don’t suppose a minister can verbally order someone to “lie” about something. There has to be a record of the orders. How would you be able to coordinate such a conspiracy without a written plan and a set of instructions? People would forget stuff unless it was written down.

        • Your ptpm has already stated from her podium they “carry out sustained propaganda”. Say it often enough it becomes true. The mad queen and her marxists don’t care if some of us have twigged, they will do it anyway and know the majority will comply and line up for the “vaccine” as they did willingly to have a swab shoved up their nose despite having no symptoms.

          14

          0

          • It would only take one person from a testing laboratory to leak information of massive numbers of “false positives” (if such are occurring) and for the media or some interested party (ACT? National?) to publicize it.

If such information were leaked from a testing lab to ACT or National, would they use it or would they sit on it?

    • Thank you for mentioning the Leighton Smith podcast wiseowl. Of course I have known who Leighton Smith is for 30 years and I used to listen to him on-and-off on the radio, but I had lost track of him in the last few years. I vaguely knew that he has a podcast, but I handn’t made the effort to look for it.

All this has changed since reading your comment. In the last few hours I have listened to three of them and I’m going to go back through as many as I can and have a listen over the next few months. I’ll also keep checking for his new ones.

Listening to this guy gives me hope that if ordinary kiwis can band together and make their voices heard, we might have a hope of halting the decline of our country into tribalism, Marxism and wokesterism. Here’s hoping.

    • As the letter touches on Mullis, the one who invented the PCR tests, a bit of good back ground history can be found here with Fauci, and other errors where the PCR tests were used.

Mullis died at the age of 74 in August 2019, but prior to his death, he had a lot of interactions with Fauci.
      .
He went to war with Fauci for misusing his PCR test. Mullis and other scientists said Fauci was magnifying the retrovirus HIV using PCR to “prove” it was the cause of AIDS.
Mullis was furious that Fauci refused to debate him on science but argued from authority.
      .
      Following are David Knight’s comments:
      “Does this all sound familiar?
It’s another reason why this Covid ‘novel’ was not credible from the beginning.
In the past, Fauci, CDC, etc. had abused test methods many times to push pandemics and pharmaceuticals. …..

A long-awaited 800-page report on the Cologne diocese was released Thursday
It found 202 alleged perpetrators of sexual assault and 314 victims from 1975
‘More than half of the victims were children under the age of 14,’ a lawyer said

The main difference between a unicorn and Sars-Cov-2 is that no one has yet invented a “scientific” test of supposed constituent parts that “proves” the existence of a unicorn, which is a great shame as it would be quite something to observe how many people would be convinced if a ‘unicorn test’ ever returned a ‘positive’.

  20. ‘Anti-racism’ training at consulting giant Deloitte warns employees that ‘microaggressions’ are now punishable offenses – reports

During the mandatory training, employees were told they must constantly promote an “anti-racist” culture by adhering to “equity” instead of “equality.”

The difference, according to slides from the PowerPoint obtained by The Daily Wire, is that “equity” takes into account the “historical and systemic barriers and privileges” of certain groups, such as white men.

Any “anti-racist” policy violations can be investigated and end up being punishable with a simple verbal warning or something more severe, like an official reprimand or termination.

    • What I want to know is if they are being an arzehole can you still punch them out.

Talking with some guys a few weeks ago.
40 years ago we had active apprenticeship systems.
There were negligible , if any, leaky houses.
      Roads, when built, were built.
They did not need a resurface like Kapiti Highway after a few weeks

The guys who did the apprenticeships toed the line.
If they got out of order they got an ‘ear-brushing ‘
If they messed up they often got bawled out and made to put it right.
The result was that guys seldom stayed where they did their apprenticeship but they had the bad habits knocked out and they knew their trade.

Now the same roadbuilders fluff around at University doing double degrees so they spend nearly 20 years getting estrogen saturation and at best surrounded by soy boys at uni who can teach, but don’t ‘do’ .

When they go out there they have all this paper quals, no practical knowledge, and an inability to take criticism because no-one had failed them as it might hurty hurt their feelings.

Well the Transmission gully is now years behind time when it was scheduled for completion one year AGO.
      https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Transmission_Gully_Motorway

“Construction officially began on 8 September 2014 and completion was originally scheduled for April 2020, but contractual negotiations as well as difficulties resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic have resulted in delays, with the opening now no earlier than late 2021, and possibly as late as 2023”

The building of Transmission gully is like revolving credit- it never ends….
