This is long, but a must-read. Copied from FB

Has to be now ! Stop Race-based policies !
Another great article and education continues! Something puzzling many Kiwis is what we all know. Maori arrived here from overseas, YES or No. Of course, it’s YES now HONESTLY, that means with TRUTH, what gives them the unequivocal rights to OWNERSHIP OF 1 square inch of New Zealand?
It must be seen that it’s dishonest to claim something belongs to them when they took it by force in the first place. It’s also diabolical (but understandable because of the Billions of dollars extracted by Corrupt IWI, Corrupt Government MP’S and a very Corrupt Judicial System fleecing billions from NZ taxpayers). Time to ditch the Race-based policies, Treaty Tribunal immediately.
If sensibility can prevail and honesty be accepted from Truth! Then, and only then, will we, as a Unified Nation, be able to move forward together!
I and many others see our biggest problem to be being competitive in MINING, Drilling, Manufacturing industries is the huge waste of taxpayers’ funds going to 1 culture escalation of costs to do business by having to adhere to 4,000 Acts/statutes where money is paid for Fraudulent misrepresentation Twisting Truth and Distorting History from”Treaty Tribunal supposed breaches? It’s nonsense Maorification is destroying our ability to be competitive on the world stage, except for Kapahaka $24 million given to this group alone! No other Ethnic group gets funding like this !
$58 million for the refurbishment of Maraes! With double up of Names Maori/English ( when no such Maori name was relevant), extra costs with Karakia then Hui,Hui,Hui, no Dui !
Bogus consultation over never ending spiritual shenanigans or myths. No Koha no working the project. The following depicts the problem with exploitation by this 1 culture and its dubious intent!
There is an obligation or should be to want a better deal for all New Zealanders! Something is more important to some than others but to sit on the fence and do nothing is a crime we should have a say in what happens but we need to make them accountable,!
I personally think it should be compulsory for everyone to make a stand having a say in how they would like “THEIR COUNTRY TO BE RUN”!
We have 8 months to see who really cares about what’s best for all New Zealanders and Tick Party vote. Our Local electoral vote may be different depending on which of our favourite policies are being Highlighted! eg., Could be NZ1ST party vote but no electorate candidate standing, so electoral candidate with best for me maybe ACT or “Unity Party” or “New Conservatives ” or Top. Time for change is now!
With all that is going on its fitting that we remember that there are issues and some very important! Read all the way down, tell us where the Elephant in the room is wasting TAXPAYERS MONEY?
Do we all know the difference between Taxes and levies?
How about Acts and statutes?
Did you know there are between 2,500- 4,000 of these Acts or Statutes favoring or related to Maori !
Not Discrimination at all ? APARTHEID?
Yes indeed but there are more pressing issues needing urgent attention! Homeless people, Jobs needed ,cost of living (overpriced imported goods), cease immigration until our own are in work or housed !Government Opposition parties ( breed corruption are wasting TAXPAYERS MONEY)
6 years of mismanagement by Liebour scamdemic Especially lockdowns sent thousands of businesses to hit the wall !
It will take some smart investment options creating Jobs for NewZealanders can do Kiwi #8 wire.
REMEMBER WE ARE NOT AUSTRALIA ! WE ARE NEWZEALAND!
$125 Millions in profits per week just from the Banks alone yes profits leaving NZ for Australian Banks. Yes, time to Tax 35% or 50% on all Profits leaving NZ. Stop letting overseas conglomerates dictate how we do business. We have lower wages and 5.3 million people. Let’s get New Zealand back to where it once was, mining, manufacturing industries, we can produce so much homegrown for NZ first, then export excess!
Busby, Hobson & Littlewood: final draft completed 4th February 1840! Henry & Edward Williams translated to Maori 5th February 1840, 40 Chiefs signed 6th February 1840 on the lawn at Waitangi,540 Chiefs signed in total ! as each Chief signed the Treaty Hobson uttered ” eh iwi tahi tatou”we are now 1 people ”
We all know since 1975 (MULTICULTURALISM, many cultures ) .This is no longer so !
96 ( I’ve a correction 2,500- 4,000 )Acts/general statutes favoring Maori Since before and from 1975.
(Bi Cultural 2 cultures Maori and The rest !)
These Devisive Seperatist Radical Racisit Policies have brought about Segregation which is Apartheid !
There is no room for Treaty Tribunal board any longer! Indeed another great reason to seek real change!
Stop immigration for now! Non assimilating by Many Foreigners similar to ? Nepotism and CRONISM Segregation enshrined in this false for Maori by Maori movement..
Liebour allowed it to be destroyed our very own Fuel security MARSDEN POINT and well depicted / narrated..
It’s not a matter of embracing Maori at all ! I think we have proven that Maori Culture has been preserved where ever there are Maraes .Rotorua !
Problems are 2,500- 4,000 acts/statutes favoring Maori before and since 1975.These Devisive Seperatist Radical Racisit Policies need to be repealed.
Time for change.
The alternative is not acceptable! Apartheid driven policies which are endorsed by Liebour .NO !
Certainly makes valid sense.
Imagine in league with This Disrespectful Mad Hatters Maori Tea Party ? and its followers are the True Racist with their victims card-playing. Threats of violence and intimidating actions. Typical Radical Racist remarks when faced with the Truth.
FACT: Maori arrived from overseas YES 400 years before Colonization never invented bo Diddy squat. On arrival set about taking/stole (meaning without any payment whats so ever. nudah zilch, nothing) whatever possessions and land from the earlier inhabitants( which they still do to this day), so they aren’t entitled to extra privileges over the other ethnicities.
Get rid of all Race-based policies 96 acts ( actually I believe 2,500 – 4,000 ) favouring Maori before and since 1975. These Devisive Seperatist Radical Racist policies have brought about Segregation which is Apartheid. 1LAW4ALL stop Maorification now!
Get rid of the Theft by stealth with Twisting Truth and Distorting History from”Treaty Tribunal ” Corrupt IWI in Cahoots with GREEDY Corrupt Government MP’S, Corrupt Judicial system fleecing billions from NZ taxpayers.
NZ1ST, Act, Unity Party, and several other Minor Parties have got it right, Equality for all New Zealanders working together for the betterment of all Kiwi’s.
What’s the difference between the Treaty Tribunal and a cow? You can’t milk a cow for 48 years.
Stop immigration, retrain Kiwis and put them in the Housing earmarked for immigrants.
(I hope repeating it 2x, twice, highlighted the real problem!) 2,500-4,000 Radical Racist Acts/statutes must go along with the Treaty Tribunal immediately!
“The next 8 months will determine ( by their actions, not talk)for many of us where our Party vote will be cast! NZ1ST or ACT !”
Use the infrastructure already there; this is Taranaki. Store our own gas, get smarter!
You throw $24 million to Kapahaka, $ 52 million to Maraes
$ 85 million to UN,WEF,WHO, FOR WAR !
$ Billions in Taranaki to store expensive imported LNG( why not store our own Stop letting overseas conglomerates own & dictate how we do business)
Invest in our very own Fuel security MARSDEN POINT, stopping overseas ownership at a paltry $58 million dollars! Treat taxpayers’ money as if it were coming out of your own pockets.

Sam Brought Maorification Ex Mayor of Selwyn got royally booted out, Local MP lives in a silo so only hears own echo whilst interviewing her keyboard for ideas. The message to National is clear carry on and loose MPs – yes please carry on we need more ACT and NZ1st MPs next parliament to ensure Maorification legislation is repealed and more legislation to allow NZers to improve productivity and lifestyle without interference from Drongo Bureacrats and with say 6,000 less and return to pre Arden levels the savings and freedom are priceless.Message to Luxflakes – you represent the populations interests and requirments not your own, no time to fix the economy but time to change policies as the current ones fail to address the major issues facing NZ in the approaching recession, you have been warned.

I say Fuk, you Luxon. I’ve never liked the guy. Just something about him. No charisma. Pro-Māori separatism is not what we voted for. You work for us, Luxon, you son of a bitch. Don’t think you can just rock along and do what you want..or not do anything in your case. You will pay the price. You won’t be voted back in.

Rant.

I’ve been thinking about Luxon overnight and his refusal to follow through on the Nat’s previous election promises and those of the agreement with NZF and Act.

What does Luxon want for NZ and his own kids futures as kiwis? The country is in various stages of dire straits after Ardern and Chippy’s authoritarian and socialist fire hose covid funding debacle. and the bowing down to maori dreams and tikanga delusions of taking power? Does Luxon not see he is condemning NZers to a poorer, less well off and continued maori division of NZ society? Do something!

Our ancestors, mine included, a few thousand men built NZ’s modern infrastructure, the hydro dams, the impressive electrical pylons marching up the spine of the country strung with cables across ravines, massive viaducts and bridges, productive industries including our backbone farming and infrastructure supporting the people with jobs and purpose.

Why is Luxon not fighting for us and his kids? Where is the fire in his belly instead of the limp lettuce energy he brings, it’s like he’s not even trying to rally the people, build a little enthusiasm, unite the people, and build the economy back.

What does Luxon think his legacy will be?!

I hear much of the talk of the Kings “health” worsening is preparation in case Charlie stands aside for William to take over to save the monarchy. Andrew’s life time of knowledge of Charlie’s cavorting is a danger if Andrew’s Epstein connection results in Mr A. Mountbatten giving evidence against his brother.

As Mike Hunty’s above earlier comment;—
He is dreaming if this apartheid can be stopped.
Does MH really believe that it will be stopped, not only in NZ, but also Australia, Canada, & the reverse imaging of ideology in the UK, France, Germany etc..
While so much money, demanded by menaces, is paid out to those ” UN, WEF, WHO, FOR WAR !” to the systemic institutions to bind & control us.

The dialectic control of language, then to impose the a Disconsance of Consensus is what is being done to us.
Our old principles have been all thrown out, like the baby with the bath water.
—— ———– ———— ————- ————- ———-
The people who want to use these terms of tikanga, kaupapa, etc.. are looking to cover it in maorification to completely curse New Zealand, and loot it for their gain.

Kaupapa refers to the foundation, purpose, plan, or guiding principles/values underpinning an action.
Tikanga represents the correct, customary ways of doing things—the practices, rules, or behaviors—derived from those kaupapa. Essentially, kaupapa is the “what” and “why” (principles), while tikanga is the “how” (procedure).

So Kaupapa is pushed in this article, as a cursed “kindness” that becomes a dereliction of duty, negligence, malfeasance absolute corruption.

25th March : ….. When government hands millions to an NGO, the public has a right to know whether services are being delivered, whether the money is being spent properly, and whether the people running the show are fit for the job.
On all three counts, Te Kāika raises serious doubts – and it is almost certainly not alone. ….
https://pointofordernz.wordpress.com/2026/03/25/te-kaika-and-the-broken-model-of-social-service-contracting/

So no real hints that these rorting systems will be cut back, & if anything will seem to be increased.

So much of the cursed maori is made sacrosant with mumbo-jumbo, so that is all okey dokey cultural ways of a “shadow state” that demands funding from the rest of NZ, to continue in their evilness; to accept it; hidden & covered into CoGovernance.

Paying taxes is contributing to evil.

As wg wonders why about Luxon.
So Luxon, rewarded this Minister in shutting down this report.
One would figure that Goldsmith ran this past the Luxon Cabinet to shut this down?

Thank you for your email of 25 January 2026, regarding the Committee report examining Treaty Clauses.
I can advise that I have received the report, however I [Goldsmith] do not intend to release the report at this time.
https://fyi.org.nz/request/34341-committee-report-examining-treaty-clauses#:~:

Thank you for who ever raising this issue to Minister Goldsmith.
And for others looking for answers;—

…… At this point, questions need to be asked.
No, questions need to be ANSWERED.

– Why is the report being withheld?
– What advice did the Government receive?
– If the problem was serious enough to justify a review in the first place, why has nothing changed?

This is not a minor matter that they are backtracking on!
Treaty clauses are already influencing how laws are interpreted and how decisions are made across a wide range of areas.
If the Government believes the status quo is justified, it should be prepared to show New Zealanders why.
If reform is needed, it should be getting on with it. ….

….. If this Government thinks it can make commitments like this and ignore them once in power, and we will all shrug it off, it is mistaken. ……

….. .He iwi tahi tātou
We are One People ……
https://www.facebook.com/groups/542669726748686/posts/1695695594779421/

Some good comments there.

So at the moment this has barely had time to be picked up by bloggers, etc.. let alone the politics & media which would be hoping this part of CoGovernance issue will die down.

(Important to highlight)
Elliot Ikilei
Before the last election, the coalition parties made a clear and repeated promise that they would replace or repeal references to the Principles of the Treaty.
So. Why haven’t they?

This was a specific commitment, reinforced again during coalition negotiations and written into the agreements that allowed them to form Government.
When they failed (or chose to fail) to pass the Treaty Principles Bill we were assured that the issues would be resolved in their plans to remove Treaty Principles from legislation not actually related to the Treaty.
These clauses have been inserted into legislation in ways that are vague, inconsistent, and open to wild interpretation.
They have created legal uncertainty, shifted decision-making away from elected representatives, and made it harder for ordinary New Zealanders to understand how laws will be applied.
We all thought the Government recognised this, and that’s why they said they would act.
Since then, a review into the Treaty Principles clauses has been commissioned.
That review has been completed and a report has been delivered to Minister Paul Goldsmith. And yet, we have seen and heard nothing.
A Hobson’s Pledge supporter enquired with the minister and this is what she received:
“I do not intend to release the report at this time”
Ay?! Is he serious?
Are we meant to just accept that the Government is not going to follow through on one of their key promises at the election and in coalition agreements?
Not on my watch.
I’m sending my own letter to Minister Goldsmith.

There may be a local connection as well – any ideas??

It has taken a few years to get there but some of the deeply ingrained fraud rackets are being charged.

“Operation Never Say Die” targeted “sham” hospices where healthy beneficiaries were allegedly paid $300 monthly kickbacks to pose as terminal patients.https://www.foxla.com/news/la-hospice-fraud-multimillion-dollar-medicare-arrests

https://slaynews.com/news/multiple-fraudulent-businesses-raided-california-jd-vances-task-force-shuts-down-221-scam-healthcare-providers-la/

As some of us are aware of the children’s “Leering” care centres, but many may not figure the student aid programs.
How close does NZ education systems wheedle their way to more funding?

…… The new “enhanced fraud controls” are specifically designed to block AI-generated bots and “ghost students” — fraudulent identities used to siphon taxpayer-funded loans. To ensure applicants are real people, ……
https://www.foxnews.com/media/trump-admin-saves-taxpayers-1-billion-fraud-crackdown-student-aid-programs

In some ways is this a similar racket as run by NZ educational institutes & the rorts of NZ students not paying back their loans?
While here in New Zealand the Tri-Coalition government supports, promotes Minister Goldsmith as mentioned earlier, to sit on their hands.

In the meantime the rackets are evolving in New Zealand, proving that paying tax is reaffirming the evil of these scammers.

Reporter to Alopecia Jesus “What did you have for breakfast?

Luxon: “Well, look, on the question of breakfast, I want to be very clear. We are monitoring the situation extremely closely. The toast, the eggs, the availability of milk in the fridge — all of these things are under active review as we speak. Now, I’m not going to stand here and pretend that breakfast isn’t challenging for working people right now. That’s why I can announce today that measures will be taken. We will work with our partners across the kitchen table, with farmers, with the supermarkets, and with the NZ people to deliver the change they voted for at the breakfast table. Of course the global cost of Weetbix is a factor — we’ve seen the impact from supply chains, from energy bills, from the situation in the Strait of Marmalade — but let me say this: we will keep it under review, we will take the tough decisions, and yes, measures will be taken. So to answer your question directly: we are monitoring what I had for breakfast, we are reviewing it in real time, and measures will be taken. Thank you.”

I went to Flightlessbirdblog so you didn’t have to.

In an article today DPF weighs up the way Trump speaks vs his predecessors’ vacillation & concedes that it is effective. A commentator, one ‘gardenofearthlydelights’ expands on the theme & speculates on how waffling Luxon could boost his abysmal ratings by copying the style of the great man. Eg.

#. “Refer to Crying lying Chris Hipkins. Keep the message simple and repeat.’

#. “On Covid cover up, refer to the podium of odium as child killers,”

#. “Refer to Te Pati as Stone Age savages. Rinse and repeat.”

#. “CO2 is plant food, we love plant food! Maori language week, mumbo jumbo nonsense week, and so on.”

Point is that this is actually how those likely to ‘two tick National’ really feel. If Alopecia Jesus stops his endless inoffensive word salad & comes out saying what we all deep down think he might get somewhere.
