  1. The outrage is growing around the W H O’s report on the origin of the covid, it’s being described as nothing more than Chinese propaganda .
Wasn’t the old sow Clarke one of the 2 people in charge of that investigation in China ?
The WHO are seeing the writing on the wall as that black tracker Tedros is making noises about ‘further investigation may be needed ” the entire planet has become one enormous CLOWN SHOW.

    • ..and that underscores the point- if you use one source for your news and information…you can easily be misled.

Gosh, imagine having the MSM as your only source of gnews.

      news rhymes with confuse.

      You would be truly confused about what goes on in the world and react the wrong way to events;
..like say shit scared over ‘the flu’ even though it has been around for longer than any of us, and we are still here.

  2. Minimum wage debated as ‘immense step forward’ for workers, ‘hell of an April Fools’ joke’ for businesses
    https://www.tvnz.co.nz/one-news/new-zealand/minimum-wage-debated-immense-step-forward-workers-hell-april-fools-joke-businesses?auto=6245620647001

But Employers and Manufacturers Association (EMA) chief executive Brett O’Reilly says the wage increase today is “a hell of an April Fools’ joke” for many businesses struggling amid the Covid-19 pandemic – especially in those sectors.

“Anything that has a material impact on a businesses bottom line and their cost structure, it is something that’s not welcome, even taking into account that we would all aspire for New Zealanders to earn more money.

“Everybody is up against an economy where costs have increased. We’ve seen freight costs go up for businesses who are exporting, we’ve seen the impacts of rising prices in a number of areas, again, much of that because of Covid.

        • I can’t recall such a perceptible shift in public sentiment towards a government so soon after an election. Even the appallingly partisan media are starting to wake up to what this shambles really is. Time for Horse Face to start considering her next trough.

          • They are acting like a Third term Govt in its second year, i.e. year eight .

Given the Liebour clowns (lack of) ability to do simple maths that should be no surprise.
They literally don’t know where they are at.

Also we know the the top echelon (did I really write that?) are very flawed-
            Ardern with multiple personality problems;
            Robber son with blind ambition and little else;
            Special K with all his hatred and other problems (like, he is a dumb thug) ;
Little with his nasty personality and default position of lying
            – and there is no-one as a balance to this.

Winston Peters (like or not) was a handbrake on the truly retarded ideas.
Now there is no handbrake and no-one with intellects like Caygill, Prebble, Bassett, or the rat cunning of Mike Moore, so they are the C grade kids (whose mind never left school) wandering about , lost and confused; and like confused kids, they take to lying a lot to kick the can down the road another day or 2.

They cling to Hope and without the media protection they would be salvaged as they rightly should be.

They literally serve at the goodwill of Pravda.

  3. Ardern says rise in Family and Sexual Violence a ‘ stain on our society’ ahead of Wellington Protest.
Reports of Sexual Assaults and related offenses have increased by nearly 50% in the Wellington region over the past five years according to Police Data.
This is a bit rich coming from our Prime Minister who is well known for being part of a couple of Labour Party in house inquiries and cover up of serious sexual assaults, one when former MP Darren Hughes chased a young lad who was naked down a street in which they lived and the other more recently in which the PM promised those victims that she would get Justice for them over the deviate working out of her office for the sexual assault that was perpetrated by him only to sweep it under the.carpet as quick as possible.
    https://www.tvnz.co.nz/one-news/new-zealand/ardern-says-rise-in-family-and-sexual-violence-stain-our-society-ahead-wellington-protest
How can you say it’s a stain on society when you yourself have been part of the problem by association and deciet.

    • Somehow in this world of praising homosexuality (by a vocal minority), homosexual rape is OK.

We have seen this with Darren Hughes
      – reverse the story of a 32 year old Notional ‘bright spark’ chasing an 18 year old girl down Hataitai at 2 in the morning and see how that plays.
      That is Graham Capill territory.

This underscores the more than acceptance of homosexual rape.
This may be why the catholic (and other) Church(s) never really get called out.
Imagine it was 12 year old girls being raped by priests in the ‘sacred church ‘ or wherever they do it.

But if you don’t actually see yourself as being ‘part of the problem’ and ‘really-truly’ believe that you are able to provide the solution, then Ardern’s comment makes perfect sense – at least to her, and if you add-in various self-interested sycophants, then she simply won’t know any differently.

She is ‘totally genuine’ in her belief – but only in respect of her extremely-limited mental-abilities (a comms degree means very little), knowledge-base and world view.

An ‘intellectual’ she definitely isn’t, but doesn’t actually know that.

‘Colonisation’ doesn’t necessarily involve guns and as islam has been trying to ‘invade’ Europe since the 14th-Century, this is, for them, just another battle.

  5. A priest was taking a shortcut through an alley one day and came upon a young boy who was masturbating. “My son, you shouldn’t be doing that,” said the priest. “You should be saving that for when you get married.”

The embarrassed boy hung his head down low and simply said, “Yes, Father.

“About 10 years later, the priest was in his study when a young man in his early twenties came in. “Yes, my son?” said the priest.”Father, you may not remember me, but about 10 years ago you caught me masturbating in an alley, and I’ll never forget the advice you gave then.”

“And what was that, my son?”

“Well, you told me that what I was doing was wrong and I should be saving it for when I get married,” said the young man.

“That sounds like something I probably would have said,” said the priest. “Did you take my advice?”

“Yes I did, Father, but there’s only one problem.”

    “What’s that, my son?”

“Well, I have a 44-gallon drum of the stuff in the back of my ute. Now that I want to get married, where do you want it?”

  6. Job losses due to minimum wage hikes never happen – CTU
    https://www.newshub.co.nz/home/money/2021/04/job-losses-due-to-minimum-wage-hikes-never-happen-ctu.html

CTU secretary Melissa Ansell-Bridges told The AM Show on Thursday they deserve every dollar, dismissing predictions businesses will lay off staff.

“We’ve been in an extremely fortunate position of having ongoing economic growth which has enabled us to continue to pay increases to the minimum wage,” said Business NZ chief executive Kirk Hope, appearing with Ansell-Bridges on The AM Show. “That’s not necessarily a given as we recover from COVID and as the globe recovers from the pandemic.”

Hope pointed to surveys of employers which found many are “under extreme amounts of stress” and their businesses on the “verge of collapse”.

The interest rates will appear to stay low, while the government hands out the dosh, but inflation or stagflation will come to rule.

  9. I listened to Jordan Williams (Tax Payer Union) talking with Leighton Smith on his latest podcast, last night. They discussed the Climate Change Commission report. Great discussion but when the report is implemented (the Government has already effectively given the nod) it will finish the demolition of NZ and it’s economy —we are half way there with the helicopter money Robertson has wasted in the last 12 months.

Question : Has National come out criticizing the CCC report ? Or are the going along with Muller who said “he was proud of what he did reviewing the NZ CC situation” with Shaw a couple years ago ?

They still don’t know whether the lockdown will be extended and it is currently to 5 pm Easter Thursday, today.
    9 hours away.

I spoke to my mate in Brissy who married a catholic.
Apparently she is concerned that she cant go to church nearly every day over Easter.
    He is also concerned.
It gives him a break and he can watch motorsport highlights on the big TV !

They seem to call the Premier ‘pasta chook’ or similar with her Polish surname.
However she was voted in a third time last year.

Three days from 5 pm Monday …but restaurants can open from lunch from 12pm today, not 5pm
Running close to the last lockdown in Auckland and the late announcement on the day of the AMCup finals.

Masks in public and shops for all until 15 April

But for those who looove lockdowns
France goes into another lockdown for 4 weeks.
      Easter not happening.
      No church.
      7pm curfew.
      Schools shut.
      Non essential shops closed

  13. A good article showing the soviet experience, pravada & Izvestia of the soviet media of times past.
Now resurrected when looking at the media in the USA now?

…. headlines in the U.S. press lately sound suspiciously like this kind of work:-
    — Biden stimulus showers money on Americans, sharply cutting poverty
    — Champion of the middle class comes to the aid of the poor
    — Biden’s historic victory for America
The most Soviet of the recent efforts didn’t have a classically Soviet headline.
“Comedians are struggling to parody Biden. Let’s hope this doesn’t last,” read the Washington Post …..

    https://anti-empire.com/the-sovietization-of-the-american-press/

To weigh up what New Zealand media are paid to spiel the “good news”, comedic whilst beguiling to the kevins & karens.
So the media search out the “safe places” to be, whilst just being “repeaters”.

Samizdat, a bit like this blog, is where the real issue is, and how can we contribute to that, in even a more far ranging fashion?
In Russia people put their liberty & lives on the line to produce that.

  14. I follow Howick weather a private meteorological site with excellent analysis, graphs, history etc.
    No forecasting, just facts.

Howick is on the flat and away from the west coast so typically receives less rain than Auckland’s west.
Therefore rainfall readings are largely conservative esp. as affects dams.
    https://howickweather.co.nz/

Median Average rainfall in Auckland is typically in the 1100 mm to 1200 mm total for the year.
The early part of the 2010s decade was very consistent with this.
2017 and 2018 were very wet years.

There has been dry conditions from about Sept 2019 through to Sep 2020.
About 800 mm total in the 12 months to Sept 2020
This is still a lot more than London with 600 mm pa and 8 million people.
Watercare gets extra water from the Waikato river.
They truly are hideously useless and the prick that resigned last year was on $800 k
Perhaps he and 800k pa Toddy Muller can compare notes on how useless they are.

But 2021 has been pretty good for rainfall and steady.
Unusual for the first quarter. Above average.
First Qtr to 31 March 2021 total rainfall as measured at Howick is 231 mm

    No need to panic Watercare(less)

The monthly rainfall in Howick with same month, last year in (brackets) :-
    January 87.2 mm (8.4 mm)
    February 72.4 mm (11.4 mm)
    March 71.6 mm (25.6 mm)

Basically an inch of rain in the last 3 days (25 mm) but Watercare says their dams are still going down.
Watercare is a wholly owned sub of Goofy’s Auckland Council and are liars.

This seems to be the trend in Government posts since 2017.
    So sad!

    • Thanks to Curious @ 10:45 a,m, and Alice.

Thank you Sue Grey for work in raising these issues
Spreading far and wide, this letter should have a number of people looking for the governmental response next week.

      13. If we cannot reach a satisfactory resolution, at least in principle, by 5 pm Tuesday 5th April,
my clients have instructed me to file urgent proceedings seeking appropriate interim and final declarations and orders.
We will then need to discuss a time-frame to facilitate these important questions being put before the court as a matter of urgency.

Easy factual points over the New Zealand system that allows & pushes the vaccines.

Will the government answer her questions, and or will the media look into those issues that are raised. …. yeah right …..

Good that she has put a deadline in, with in a week, to have a definitive government response, as this will be taken further as needs be.

This open letter needs to be repeated, scanned, sent on, copied and dropped around for others to peruse and to then to raise further questions to the establishment.

  15. Latest from Sky News AU
NZ withholds support for statement criticising WHO report into virus origins

“New Zealand has held off joining its Five Eyes partners in speaking out against a report released by the World Health Organisation following an independent investigation into the origins of COVID-19.

A group of 14 countries – including Australia – released a statement yesterday expressing concerns about the legitimacy of the findings.

The reports listed four possible sources for the virus and concludes it most likely spread to humans through an animal.

A statement released by the partnering nations read, “The international expert study on the source of the SARS-CoV-2 virus was significantly delayed and lacked access to complete, original data and samples”.

“Going forward, there must now be a renewed commitment by WHO and all Member states to access, transparency, and timeliness.”

The Ardern government has said it needs more time before commenting on the report.”

Medical care in NZ has become a circus with the sisterhood erecting walls between patients & doctors.

    • I’m delighted that COVID-caution appears to have knocked the compulsory nurse interview off the agenda before you get to see the GP. Too much swanning about with little regard to the actual needs of the patient. If I take time off work to see the dr, I want to do that and get on with my life, not explain myself to everyone in the practice.

Vaccination is a spectrum and you are a bigot if you don’t accept me for who I am.

Something tells me there will be dire consequences for refusing the vax, so I planned on using the ‘I gave at the office’ diversion tactic.
      Transvaxxite – that’s clever.

  19. After watching the news tonight I am left with the reality that members of this Govt are nothing but lying shits.

    May they rot in hell……

My father who fought in WW2 to get rid of these criminal bastards would turn over in his grave.

I am so ashamed to be a kiwi whose country is run by a Communist bitch.

  20. Donald Trump jr has nailed it.

Remember in the Lion Ling when Scar cheated to win the title as king? And the pride was overrun with hyaenas? And all of the lions lost everything they had built and maintained?
    Just asking. No reason.

  21. While I am no Ron Brieley fan and think kiddy fiddlers or people that keep objectionable photos of children on their computers or other devises deverve to be in jail with also any awards they they may have given in the Queens Honours list stripped I have to say this about Jacinda Ardern . The Prime Minister has allowed a rapist and deviate escape punishment from a serious crime ,she has helped in a young Labour person escape punishment on sexual assault, has let the Speaker of the house call a Parliamentary worker a rapist that cost the Taxpayer over $ 350.000 with more litigation to come, but even though it is well deserved she has started the process to have Sir Ron Brieley Knighthood stripped .
    https://i.stuff.co.nz/national/124725740/pm-moves-to-strip-sir-ron-brierley-of-his-knighthood-wellington-college-removes-signage
It should happen without any doubt but really why did these others get the get out of jail card from Jacinda Ardern and Labour.

  23. J&J Vaccine Manufacturing Error Affects 15 Million Doses

“This quality control process identified one batch of drug substance that did not meet quality standards at Emergent BioSolutions, a site not yet authorized to manufacture drug substance for our Covid-19 vaccine,” J&J spokesman Jake Sargent said in an emailed statement. “This batch was never advanced to the filling and finishing stages of our manufacturing process.”
The statement added that the drugmaker addressed the issue with Emergent and reported it to the Food and Drug Administration.

  24. Posted by Qurious Kiwis on Telegram.

Those of you who were on Twitter before the mass suspension may remember @rubyjkat.

Tragically she passed away last year, we were told it was a suicide. Between talking with someone else who knew her and recent articles, it has added more publicly available substance to coincidences surrounding her death.

To respect her family’s privacy, I’ll refer to her as Ruby as she was called on Twitter.

Ruby was at Pike River the day 29 miners lost their lives. She was in regular contact with other family members of those who lost loved ones. It was a touchy subject, so I never wanted to push further on finding out all that she knew about what happened. Ruby claimed to have evidence which could put many top people in government in prison.

She was wanting to find someone who she could trust, who had the platform/ability to do something with her testimony & research.

I recently learnt that in the week leading up to her death, Ruby got a visit from a police officer which spooked her. The discussion included her being vocal about issues re Pike River.

    Coincidence?

Yesterday a recording came out of the Minister responsible for the mine recovery, which details his efforts to scare Pike River witnesses into silence.

Another aspect that makes me suspicious.

Ruby had fallen out of contact with her youngest son for a number of years. Her ex husband married a woman who played a key role in distancing her son from her. This woman is connected to the Clinton’s.

She recently had reconnected with her son, who is a model in Auckland. In a text conversation they had, he was telling Ruby that he was aware of the human trafficking that goes on in Auckland.

In the weeks prior to her death, Ruby had a date set to see her youngest son in person after many years of not speaking. She was really looking forward to seeing him again, which sadly didn’t happen.

When I put these pieces together of what Ruby knew, it makes me suspicious. If there is a chance there was foul play involved in her death, I cannot in good faith stay silent.

I don’t have all the pieces to Ruby’s story. I’m open to input from others who knew her, who can add any relevant information. Which may prove or disprove a conspiracy against her.

    R.I.P Ruby

  25. What call is Biden going to make?

Ukraine warned of a series of Russian violations of the ceasefire, including two incidents of mortar fire and large-caliber machine gun fire that led to the death of the four Ukrainian soldiers last Friday.
On Tuesday, Ukraine accused Russia of violating the ceasefire seven times, prompting the country’s parliament to call for an increase in political and economic pressure on Moscow.

    https://edition.cnn.com/2021/03/31/politics/us-russia-ukraine-calls/index.html

Is it just a routine Russian army spring manoeuvres with a few fly overs?
So it is noted that the army training manoeuvres that were deployed have not gone home after said dates of practice.
Now much more deployment, airforce, tank trains, etc.. seem to be mounting up, so will there be a bit more annexation?
Social media like Tweets, TikTok, seem to be showing some build up of military.
How big will that bite be?

Note also the Ukraine is not part of NATO, but follows EU concepts.
    So no war treaty.

    https://www.thedrive.com/the-war-zone/40016/russian-armor-floods-toward-border-with-ukraine-amid-fears-of-an-imminent-crisis

What would Biden do about anything anyway?

    • Interesting as in Trump’s presidential time in 2020, the ok had been given to the Ukraine to use anti tank missiles for defensive purposes.

“US officials tell CNN that there are no no [sic] geographic restrictions on where Ukraine can deploy the US-supplied Javelin anti-tank missiles as part of the terms of the agreement under which the US-made Javelins where [sic] provided to Ukraine as long as the weapons are used ‘defensively,'”
      https://www.thedrive.com/the-war-zone/34638/ukraine-cleared-to-move-javelin-missiles-to-front-lines-to-blow-up-russian-tanks-defensively

So it would seem the Ukraine could be a bit prickly.
Interesting numbers of tanks, and just how many javelins?
So will Biden be speeding out stocks of military javelins etc., to the UK?

I wonder what else is happening elsewhere,
      North Korea firing another missile?
China sealing a deal with Iran?
      Mexican border?
      Peace deal in Afghanistan?
Whoops many troops guarding Capitol Hill.

The idea of joining the military and trusting the President as Chief in Charge, will not have much appeal now.

  26. If this ‘God’ character had a son (which is a ridiculous concept anyway), then he must be a psychotic bastard to have his only son tortured to death. Talk about an arsehole. Makes Mohammed look like a poster boy for peace and love, by comparison.

The whole Judeo-Christian-Islamic thing is deeply psychologically sick IMHO.
