The government is planning to include criminal limits for drug driving into legislation before Parliament, to give police more options to deal with those driving under the influence.
The drugs include prescription medicines, cannabis, cocaine and MDMA.

The Suez Canal Authority has forbidden the massive cargo ship Ever Given from leaving the canal until investigators complete an inquiry into how the ship blocked the international shipping route for nearly a week.

However, the $1 billion doesn’t include the financial losses incurred by over 400 boats rerouted due to the canal’s blockage. An estimated $9 billion in global trade was delayed each day until the ship was dislodged.

Last night I watched some of a pre-recorded TV programme about Pope Francis called, I think, Francesco.
I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. It opened with dramatic shots of deserted cities with an apocalyptic sound track and went on to show this deluded prick dressed up in silly clothes mouthing off about climate change and how we don’t ‘care for our earth’.
Then came shots of ‘refugees’ dying as they try to invade Europe and aerial footage of Aleppo after the Syrians have destroyed it in one of their endless wars. Not a word of criticism about the psychotic political, social and religious forces that destroy lives and cause so much devastation; no condemnation of these actions. Oh no. Just the message that somehow it’s everyone’s fault and we must ‘take on their suffering’.
Then this insane idiot started mouthing on about how Covid-19 is the Earth’s fight back against the evil of humanity – and that’s where I reached my limit.
I couldn’t watch any more. I wanted to watch it all so that I could understand more about the enemy (pathological apocalyptic religious environmentalism) that we face, but it made me so sick that I just had to switch it off.

This week, although you’ve heard not a whisper on mainstream media (other than from unwaveringly courageous Peter Williams on Magic Talk), a real clanger hit personal newsfeeds up and down the country.
Everything centres around the provisional approval of the rushed and experimental Pfizer vaccine. It turns out that the Government’s decision to start dishing out the vaccine was made under a law usually reserved for medicines used by tiny numbers of Kiwis fighting dangerous diseases.
The law in question clearly states that medicines approved through this channel should be used only on limited numbers of people.
But it seems the Government “forgot” to read it’s own laws because they keep telling us that they’ve secured enough doses for everyone.
Another piece of the legislation says that Medsafe’s provisional consent shouldn’t be used as evidence that the vaccine is safe or effective.
Hmmm.. So when “experts” like Helen Petousis-Harris make comments like “regulatory agencies such as New Zealand’s Medsafe are there to ensure any medicine used is safe in their population”, that isn’t really legit. Medsafe’s provisional consent of a new medicine (like the Pfizer vaccine purports to be) does not warrant the safety or efficacy of that medicine, and any insinuation that it does – well, at the very least, it’s misleading.
And we, the well-informed and well-educated “yoga mums” at Voices for Freedom, and lawyer Sue Grey, think the Government has broken the law.

This week we’ve been working behind the scenes to support Sue challenge the Government. Sue wrote a letter to a range of Government officials, including the PM and the Attorney General and requested they reply and provide information by 5 pm Tuesday 6 April.
She’s already had a pithy response letting her know something like – they’ll be celebrating “an egg-cellent easter” (or was that just Bloomfield?). Anyway, it sounds like they won’t be able to get back by the deadline … but they’d let her know when they were ready … or something equally vague.
It’s good to know that the Government takes at least public holidays seriously.
In her letter Sue has made some demands that we share:
Immediate suspension of the vaccine roll-out until the outstanding legal issues are addressed, including compliance with the statutory restriction that a new medicine with only provisional consent should only be used to treat a limited number of patients, and principled clarification of the intended “prescription-only” status of the Pfizer vaccine;
Corrective advertising to address misleading and deceptive claims and to facilitate fully informed consent; and
Promotion of other ways the public can enhance their immunity to help protect against COVID-19;
Including a requirement to promote individual empowerment to help people become more resilient, move on from this current climate of fear, propaganda and uncertainty, and reclaim hope for the future of their lives, our communities and New Zealand culture.

They abandon “elimination” and use of Lockdowns as strategies for Covid-19;
They provide targeted protection to those vulnerable to Covid-19 if they desire protection;
They open the borders;
They lift the irrational ban on antibody testing, including T-cell immunity testing;
They fully subsidise the cost to test Vit D levels and subsidise the cost of good quality Vit D (and its co-factors) known to help prevent and fight Covid-19;
They lift the ban on, and give New Zealanders easy access to, proven therapeutics such as Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine;
They make it illegal to discriminate based on vaccine status.
We’re sure you have more great demands too, and we’d love to hear them.
