      • Well done wise owl. It was a great programme wasn’t it!

Listening to almost all the callers, it seems that there really is some hope of sanity prevailing in this country. I could only listen on-and-off, but I heard some callers and testers who expressed the feeling (if not actual firm plans) that they are looking for a way to get out and find another country to live in where democracy is less at risk.

    “Covid? Gangbusters with ratings”.
    “If it bleeds it leads”,
    “enough to change the world.”

It more than influences our media that play the same tricks.
The politicians too, as certainly our Ardern rides on this too for her “ratings”.

  2. Is Cindy morphing into Mallard? I hear those of a limited intellect tend to try to emulate their heroes, but she has well and truly jumped the gun by calling the MIQ worker a liar while an investigation is still under way. Maybe a case of monkey see monkey do?

  3. Another “hero” in the USA, ….. yeah right ….
    .
DailyMail.com can reveal that Wright, 20, had a warrant out for his arrest for attempted aggravated robbery charges at the time
    .
Charging papers allege Wright and a second man, Emajay Driver, attended a party in December 2019 at the home of two women in Osseo, Minnesota
    .
The women allowed the pair to crash after they said they didn’t have a ride home
    .
The next morning, after one of the women went to withdraw $820 in rent money, Wright allegedly held her at gunpoint and demanded she give him the cash
    .
His bail was originally set at $100k with orders that he should not contact the victim or any witnesses, refrain from drugs and alcohol and not have any weapon
    .
It was revoked in July last year due to his ‘failure to not possess a firearm or ammunition’ and not keeping in touch with his probation officer
    .
DailyMail.com has also learned that online speculation that Wright did not know there was a warrant out for his arrest is false ….
    .
…. ‘Defendant Wright then tried to choke victim a second time and tried to take her money. Defendant Driver was telling her to give defendant Wright the money. ……

And as always ‘rent a riot’ is ready and raring to go.

In that context I notice that (aside from the Editor reminding me that by asking it on other sites I’d be banned) no one has so far replied to my question concerning the proclivity of young males in certain ethnic groups to ‘Riot’ (sorry, ‘Peacefully protest’) at the drop of a metaphorical ‘ hat (or one of their own, even if it is by their own actions).

Is this ‘tendency’ genetic’, cultural, motivated by boredom , or…

      Thanks.

      • …… Fatherless. as breed by the government, in the terms that you & I may recognize
        “father”, “mother” “family”
So children grow as only responsible to self. Only accountable to self? but then every one else is to blame in the accountability stakes.
Written about 70 years ago, by Robert Heinlein :- on “moral sense”,

[moral sense] …. unfortunate juvenile criminals were born with none, even as you and I, and they had no chance to acquire any; their experiences did not permit it.
        What is ‘moral sense’?
It is an elaboration of the human instinct to survive.
The instinct to survive is human nature itself, and every aspect of our personalities derives from it.
Anything that conflicts with the survival instinct acts sooner or later to eliminate the individual and thereby fails to show up in future generations.

But the instinct to survive can be cultivated into motivations more subtle and much more complex than the blind, brute urge of the individual to stay alive.
[What one] miscalled ‘moral instinct’ was the instilling in you by your elders of the truth that survival can have stronger imperatives than that of your own personal survival.
Survival of your family, for example. Of your children….of your nation. And so on up.

[These] juvenile criminals hit a low level.
Born with only the instinct for survival, the highest morality they achieved was a shaky loyalty to a peer group, a street gang.
But the do-gooders attempted to ‘appeal to their better natures,’ to ‘reach them,’ to ‘spark their moral sense.’
They had no ‘better natures’; experience taught them that what they were doing was the way to survive.
The puppy never got his spanking; therefore what he did with pleasure and success must be ‘moral.’

The basis of all morality is duty, a concept with the same relation to group that self-interest has to individual.
Nobody preached duty to these kids in a way they could understand — that is, with a spanking.
But the society they were in told them endlessly about their ‘rights.’ “ …..

So what was thrown out with the bath water?
The baby? the soap? the sponge? the brush? little ducky?
Yet many people do not want the soap, as they consider bad, like it was used for mouth washing, ocassionally,

Robert Heinlein in some ways is now seen as fascist.

…… Fatherless. as breed by the government, in the terms that you & I may NOT recognize.
          Like the terms
          “father”, “mother” “family”
have been changed; like to be as “gay” as.

There seems to be a major down on “soap”, to avoided at all costs.
From our perspective, no body allows soap to get into a babies eyes.
Wash your mouth out with soap, is no more than put a sock in it.
A time out expression, to go & reflect on what one is saying.

  4. The big mouth of our Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern trump’s the truth over officials investigating why a Security Guard wasn’t tested.
Again just like the young Lass from KFC our Prime Minister target a worker without those investigating the cause knowing the correct facts.
The word lying is not used lightly in Parliament, but the Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern didn’t hold back on Wednesday from hurling the Security Guard under the bus.

Isn’t it funny the Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern is very quick to call out others for lies and misinformation but continues on most days to bend the truth without any hesitation.

  6. Judith Collins weighs in on botched Covid-19 testing of MIQ worker – ‘I don’t think we can trust anything we’re told’

New Zealand’s Covid-19 vaccine programme has lurched towards the scandalous amid revelations of a botched testing regime and sluggish take-up, with Judith Collins saying Kiwis can’t “trust anything we’re told”.

The Government has been unable to maintain registers for both testing and vaccinating, complicating its response.

    • If it’s gonna be possible to lie about being vaccinated (by getting false papers or hacking some sort of app) then there’s some hope that kiwis just won’t buy onto totalitarianism.

During our various lockdown levels I noticed that the proportion of people using the obnoxious spooking app on their phones was very low and nowadays it’s almost non existent.

Having said that, apparently there’s already a gym in St Lukes that won’t let unvaccinated people in! What sane company would deliberately throttle it’s own business in this way?

  7. The Islamic world was thrown into confusion today after a handwritten note from Mohammed was discovered.

It turns out that the Halal tradition of slitting the throats of animals only arose out of confusion over the prophet’s complaint that “Young Muslim farm-boys seem to be spending far too much time choking the chicken.”

  8. I was reading through the NZ Herald this morning (for English study (?), recipes and cat toilet liner), and I came across an article about a new book “Environment Aotearoa” or something similar. I would translate the title (in context) as “Environment Woke.”

The article raised the point that the best way to “reduce carbon emissions” was for people to have one fewer child per household. Knowing that that family size is not evenly distributed throughout the world, I turned to the photo in the article for a suggestion as to who should be making this reduction. The photo showed 7-8 blue-eyed babies. Who in the West has more than 3 children in this day and age? One would expect the photo to be of children in the Middle East or in Africa, but the article gave these groups a free pass, claiming that their per-capita environmental impact was far smaller than those of people in the West.

The article didn’t address the issues of aging populations in the advanced societies of the Far East, which I thought showed a lack of imagination by the author–or maybe they were pandering to their English-speaking readership.

The take-home message was this: “Advanced societies are destroying the planet and should have fewer children.” (When I last looked, these were the ones with the sub-replacement birth rates.) Leave it alone and the “problem” will solve itself. New Zealand will be saved from depopulation by immigration and demographic “rinsing.”

But what do you do when your immigrants can’t afford large families? More immigrants?

Thailand’s Plans for a $28BN Canal Across Itself

Thailand is planning to build a canal across the Kra Isthmus. If constructed, this canal will divert traffic away from the Malacca Strait, saving up to 1200 km in travel distance. It could bring an economic boost to Thailand, but at the same time, could upheave Southeast Asia’s regional stability and provide China with extended power.

Greens’ Bill to overhaul welfare system aims to ‘eliminate hardship’, rather than ‘help alleviate’ it
    https://www.newshub.co.nz/home/politics/2021/04/greens-bill-to-overhaul-welfare-system-aims-to-eliminate-hardship-rather-than-help-alleviate-it.html

Changing the wording of the Social Security Act 2018 is one of the goals of Green MP Ricardo Menéndez March, whose new Member’s Bill would be the first step towards overhauling it altogether.

“Everyone deserves to live with dignity, but our current social safety net doesn’t do enough to help people get by and fully participate in their communities,” said Menéndez March, a first-term MP and the party’s social development spokesperson.

“My Bill will be a significant step in our plan to totally rewrite the social security legislation and eliminate hardship, not just alleviate it. This Bill will be the start of changing the way Work and Income works on a day-to-day basis and the decision-making framework they must use when assisting people.”

  11. An amazing report today, that the Capitol officer who shot and killed Ashli Babbitt on 6 January will not be charged. Why – because there is insufficient evidence to support a criminal prosecution.

“In order to establish a violation of this statute, prosecutors must prove, beyond a reasonable doubt, that the officer acted willfully to deprive Ms. Babbitt of a right protected by the Constitution or other law, here the Fourth Amendment right not to be subjected to an unreasonable seizure.

“Prosecutors would have to prove not only that the officer used force that was constitutionally unreasonable, but that the officer did so ‘willfully,’ which the Supreme Court has interpreted to mean that the officer acted with a bad purpose to disregard the law. As this requirement has been interpreted by the courts, evidence that an officer acted out of fear, mistake, panic, misperception, negligence, or even poor judgment cannot establish the high level of intent required under Section 242.
    https://www.newsmax.com/us/ashli-babbitt-shooting-capitol-police-civil-rights/2021/04/14/id/1017590/

I have no doubt a different position would have been reached if Ms Babbitt had been black. I’m also sure the recent incident where the woman police officer fired her pistoil instead of her taser would fall within the “officer acted out of fear, mistake, panic, misperception, negligence, or even poor judgment” status. But, because the victim was black, she is being charged with manslaughter.
Justice is very well balanced in the USA!

    • Let’s play a mind game.

Imagine the law says that when attacked, if you fear for your life, you may use deadly force to defend yourself. (If you do not fear for your life, then deadly force would be deemed excessive and would lead to a charge of homicide.)

      Scenario.
You are equipped with a taser and a pistol. A wheezing middle-aged obese man threatens you with a knife and demands money. Your path to escape is blocked. What do you do and why?

Note: The law is not always interpreted with common sense or justice coming first and foremost.

      8

      0

      • Being right handed, I would present my taser in my right hand and hold my pistol in my left. I would say clearly “Would you prefer to be tasered or shot? The choice is yours, but if you don’t immediately drop the knife, I will make the decision for you.”

        9

        0

      • The obese guy who is wheezing.
So he snorted something up the nose?
At that instance how do you know differently?
Already you know his intent, just not the Doctor’s findings or what an autopsy would show.

Never ever underestimate the strength of an obsese person.
After all they are powerful enough to move their weight.
If they get their hands on you, which has much strength building exercise, pulling weight building exercises, like pulling themselves up steps by hand rails.
Their body is in weight training for most of the days they are awake.

Breathlessness only occurs after their exertion, that uses up the oxygen in their blood.
So there is enough reserve oxygen, so they can easily cover up to 10 metres in one rush.

The tazer may not effect if caught in clothing.
Muscle will clench up tight, and that is one of the reasons for pain. Your own muscles over clenching.
If in a fat area, where there is no muscle then the fat would just shimmy, and dissipate. sort of insulate, the shock effect to underlying muscles.

As he is wheezing, possibly maddened by drugs, is one reason pepper sprays may not do much.
How effect by tazers I think comes back to that it has to get into muscle, and past coats, hoodies, baggy trousers, etc..

        8

        0

        • The legal argument is that shooting the guy would be the best move. Use of deadly force can be used to argue that you were in fear of your life. Your attacker will either be wounded or killed. If wounded, you can probably make an escape and call the cops.
If you only use your taser, then you were not in fear of your life. If the guy has a heart attack and dies as a result of the taser, then you could be up on a manslaughter charge.

Shoot first and save the arguing for the lawyers?

    • Dr. Charles Hoffe sounds the alarm in British Colombia, Canada
      https://rumble.com/vfm67n-dr.-charles-hoffe-sounds-the-alarm.html
      1 hour 2 minutes : Published April 12, 2021
From 4mins 20 secs and goes to 38 mins 30 secs.

Then goes to Dr, Hoffe, whose experience in a small community.
He knows it is an experiment, who is finding a lot more neurological disorders are coming up that seem to be evolving over time, since the Moderna jab, done in January.
Not only the old but also the young.
The issue of trying to report his concerns is not “user friendly” and then the higher ups place a gag order on him, whilst ignoring ond not responding to his first letter.
Spike protein is also found naturally in 20 tissues in the human body, raises questions and maybe why other effects.
The side effects seem to be widely varied, but in common with being neurological disorders.

The open letter Dr. Hoffe wrote.
      https://vaccinechoicecanada.com/in-the-news/open-letter-to-dr-bonnie-henry-from-bc-physician-re-moderna-vaccine-reactions/

In a quiet way, we also need to inquire in the line of how that Doctor asks patients, who come in for other reasons, how they are faring, 1 month, 3 month, 6 months and more.
Just quietly note it, date it, and see how they go. After all it is a cajoling experiment, and some will remain as part of the control group.

Rachel McKinney, 35, leaves behind her husband Kevin, stepson and two sons aged 8 and 12, after her tragic death on April 3.
The care home nurse from Stockport began developing symptoms of confusion, and slurred speech in February this year.
She had received both doses of the Pfizer vaccine in December and January and reported classic side effects, her sister Gemma said. But a month later, her family became increasingly concerned as she displayed signs of a stroke, and Rachel was advised by 111 to attend Stepping Hill Hospital.”

Due to Covid restrictions, her family were not allowed to accompany Rachel, and received a text to say she’d had an MRI scan which showed she had inflammation of the brain.

      • Bit disappointed in your reply – my post referred to this one woman
“A woman alleging abuse by her ex-husband was dismissed by one judge as “inherently dishonest”, manipulative and devious, then wrongly convicted by another judge of perjury over a document and sentenced to a year’s home detention, ending her career.
Sarah’s* ordeal in her marriage was surpassed by her ordeal through the justice system – in the Family Court, District Court and High Court – until three justices of the Court of Appeal quashed her conviction, declaring a miscarriage of justice and “unease over the verdict”. They questioned the reasoning and comments by the lower court judges.”
Not Greg Normans wife or any other randomly quoted figure – perhaps you should actually read the actual story – the husband actually admitted he was the abuser and to my mind nothing excuses the two judges involved.

        7

        0

        • You will have to live with your disappointment, Phil

The world is cruel place where truth is often is kicked about and ends up as a hybrid of truth/lies.
At least our esteemed Part time PM does not have this dichotomy. There is no truth in her world.

In pretty much every case like this the woman is lying.
She went to 4 courts before she found one that would agree with her.
Three out of four did not agree.
          25% success
Clearly she chased through the courts without consideration to cost until her vengeful, emotional goals were achieved.

          She was bankrupted. Fact.
Bankrupts pretty much always blame others. I have yet to see an example where the bankrupt owns up to their own folly.

          This story is so common.
It is pleasing to know that you are not troubled by this real world of deceit, Phil.
My own sister did this to her husband when she came into the marriage with nothing.
32 years of age and no assets.
Then she wanted more than half after 5 years.
She went all out on lawyers and whinged when she got the bill and the amount was deducted before any house settlement was paid.

There is the Cameron Slater story where the vengeful woman lawyer retained the Slug and his mate Carrick Graham (the son of former National Party MP and dodgy Director, Doug Graham)
Scab lawyer Jeanne Denham set out to destroy her short term husband with the help of lies from Slater and Graham.
          They were found out.
This is relevant , rugby chappie.
It is another example of what happens in the real world of lies and destruction when a woman does not get her way – usually trying to get more money than entitled as was this ‘Sarah’ and Greg Norman’s first nasty wife.

This so-called ‘victim’ tampered with signed court documents and twinked things out.
          Fact
She clearly has had mental health problems since at least her teens. Fact.
          Decades of them.
” Sarah has explained to Newsroom she twinked out references such as to her teenage bulimia, to a former partner and to other personal or “irrelevant” issues”
          and
” As the notes were attached to a sworn affidavit, Judge Callinicos regarded this as amounting to perjury”

Sorry to say you sound naive Phil and moreso in that you take the side of misandrists /lying journos and a woman who has had decades of mental health issues.
It is probably a good thing for children she is not in a classroom today.

          Also

“The lawyer who acted for Sarah to the Court of Appeal wrote in a letter to the Legal Services Agency: “[Sarah] was treated very badly by any account by the Family Court”

          Well woop de doo
          Cry me a river.
95+% of men are treated very badly by the Family Court of NZ as the default position.
Where are the misandrist journo scrubbers now?
          Hiding?

          also
The Court of appeal is very removed from reality and consider only very narrow strips of information, not whole cases.
I was talking to two retired District Court judges on this very matter last year.

          Speaking of Naive.
It is the default position of lawyers going to the Family Court to tell women to claim they have been abused.

If you were not so Naive, Phil, you would take on board my reference to the creature regularly suing Johnny Depp. She has done the same. That critter has the handle of Amber Heard.
Or, Try the Angelina Jolie school of psycho.

This is a biased story from NZ MSM and you take it verbatim without analysis.
          So sad.

          You say, Hooker :-
‘ perhaps you should actually read the actual story’

My quotes above show I did and analysed just like any time I subject myself to NZ media lies.
My extract from the gnewsroom version not the Stuffed copycat stuff.
Stuffed is a white-hating, man-hating site propped up by MY taxpayer money and using that money to falsely apologise for things my ancestors did in good faith.
But you support them over my analysis.
The sooner Stuffed goes under, the better.

So Hooker Phil, live with your disappointment.
If you take MSM at their word without proper analysis you will be misinformed; as you are here.
Next you will be telling me all sorts of stories (as fact!! ) about how bad Donald Trump was – as reported verbatim by NZ media.

Perhaps one day, Hooker Phil, you would like to discuss the 2007 death of Mangere woman Folole Muliaga who died when the power was cut off to the house.
I have first hand knowledge of that.
It is a far cry from what the NZ media filth scribbled out.

  16. Is Ardern still calling the security guard a liar or is she backtracking as usual. Remember KFC ?

Looks like Chippy will have to bail her out again and gloss over her highly inflammatory comments.

Grant will be dusting off his CV in anticipation of a leadership spill.

  18. The Queen has spoken. The royal males will all wear suits to the Duke of Edinburgh’s funeral. The decision was made after Prince Andrew wanted to ‘dress up’ as Admiral of the Fleet even though his intended promotion was cancelled when he was stood aside from his royal duties over the Epstein involvement. Harry can no longer wear his army uniform after he resigned from the army when he departed for his new life.

Prince Harry has been extended a royal olive branch by the Queen, ahead of his grandfather Prince Philip’s funeral this weekend. Plus details of how to watch the funeral live.

    • Ginger’s attention-seeking is best ignored. He has made himself a minor player so why would anyone care if he does/doesn’t show up to attend his grandfather’s funeral?
It isn’t like Hazza showed any respect for his grandparents by shutting his trap or muzzling the missus in the recent few weeks while the old soul was on his last legs. Now I really don’t care if he shows up in a suit, his pjs or a full-length frock.
Any mention of that spoilt brat detracts from his grandfather’s seventy years of service to the Commonwealth and is total disrespect for both the deceased and his widow.

    https://www.newshub.co.nz/home/politics/2021/04/prime-minister-jacinda-ardern-pours-cold-water-on-national-s-housing-proposal.html

Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern has poured cold water on National’s proposal to give councils a $50,000 grant for every new house they consent above their five-year average.

The idea is proposed in a Member’s Bill put forward by National leader Judith Collins, designed as an alternative way for the Government to spend its $3.8 billion Housing Acceleration Fund announced last month.

The fund, intended to help councils pay for roads, pipes and other infrastructure, was announced among a raft of tax changes and deposit assistance eligibility tweaks, to try and help bring down ballooning house prices.

  20. Shit-oh-dear. What’s got into the duck? It appears he’s gone and done something fair and reasonable. Even he can’t stomach Labour’s abuse of the select committee.

Meanwhile, House Speaker Trevor Mallard this afternoon doubled the number of
supplementary questions National’s Chris Bishop could ask in the House.

Mallard told reporters that the reason he did this because the Opposition did not get adequate time to ask questions in a Covid-19 select committee yesterday.

Bishop had sent Mallard a letter, complaining about the issue – but Mallard said his ruling was not a direct response to this letter.

“What I was attempting to do was send a message that the select committee process is an important one.

“To run a 50-minute session with 23 minutes from officials and very little chance for most members to ask questions is not satisfactory and is contrary to spirit of the standing orders report.”

A nurse at a Covid-19 vaccination clinic in Christchurch was verbally assaulted and threatened yesterday prompting security and police intervention.
    https://www.tvnz.co.nz/one-news/new-zealand/nurse-verbally-assaulted-and-threatened-christchurch-vaccination-clinic

“It was unfortunate that a social media post and the ensuing media coverage about the one-off clinics for health staff (to use the 1400 doses of excess vaccine) appear to have created some confusion amongst the public which led to a number of “walk-ins” to the Burwood clinic from people who were not booked to receive their vaccine,” he said.

    https://www.tvnz.co.nz/one-news/new-zealand/shots-fired-upmarket-auckland-hotel-gang-conflict-between-mongols-and-headhunters-police

A friend of a Sofitel worker said a gunman entered the lobby about 9am, firing shots. A man who works near the Sofitel said he witnessed a man being arrested by at least eight police officers.

Detective Senior Sergeant Graham Shand said one person was located at the scene, and two others at the Ōrākei property were helping the police with their inquiries.

Meanwhile, several kilometres away in the suburb of Ōrākei, armed officers and the Eagle helicopter were making a beeline for a house in Kitemoana Street, where police said they found a further two people of interest.

  25. Can anyone on Facebook following the NZ farmer page verify this?
It was cut and pasted on another blog.

    Quote:
“Our farm which me and my brothers own(has been in the family for 100 years) has been re-zoned, ‘Outstanding Natural Landscape” by the Tasman District council(This is a policy forced upon all Councils to act upon nation wide by the Labour Government).
This means we lose the right in regards to what we and future generations can do with the land. It has essentially been confiscated. This is part of the agenda 2030 which Jacinda is so keen to push.
Found out via a letter in the mail. No media coverage, no nothing. This is impacting 100’s of people and families in the area.
Our property value has literally fallen by 100’s of thousands as a result, which means we are now negatively geared.
This is another devastating move by the socialist government and has left the family in a very scary situation. Not sure where to turn to from here.
    Any advice?
If posted please do so anonymously, as this is impacting more people than just us.
I am praying there is someone out there that can help us and others in this horrendous predicament which we are now in, through no fault of our own.”

    • This policy is draconian in its application. It will affect urban areas as well.

In the Tasman Environment Plan it says:

It may mean that there will be restrictions on your ability to do new activities on your land, however the level of management of the area will depend on the values that make it outstanding. Some areas may have restrictions on buildings where these would have a significant impact on the visual qualities of that landscape, others may have restrictions on specific activities where that would change the naturalness of the area.

The farmer should read what Environment Tasman says in its plan here: https://environmentplan.tasman.govt.nz/landscapes-and-coastal-environment-projects

Not sure how much help that is, but I’ve no doubt there are local farmer interest groups that could assist.

  26. There naaska was sitting at the bar staring at my drink, when a very large, trouble-making biker steps up next to me, grabs my drink and gulps it down:
Then he says menacingly. “Well, whatcha’ gonna do about it?”
    I burst into tears.
“Come on, man.” The biker says. “I didn’t think you’d CRY, I can`t stand to see a man crying.”
I said to him. “This is the worst day of my life, I’m a complete failure. I was late for a meeting and my boss fired me. When I went to the parking lot, I found my car had been stolen and I don’t have any insurance. Ileft my wallet in the cab I took home. I found my wife with another man and then my dog bit me. So I came to this bar to work up the courage to put an end to it all, I buy a drink, I drop a poison capsule in and sit here watching the poison dissolve, then you show up and drink the whole thing! But enough about me, how’s your day going!” 😅

  28. V2 fronts up at the door of the local Salvation Army minister & rings the bell. The chaplain’s wife answers & asks him how she can help.

He tells her of a woman, recently widowed with five children. This wretched soul is penniless, WINZ are stalling on granting her a benefit & all she possesses are a few sticks of furniture. The kids are dressed in rags against the winter cold & there’s not a scrap of food in the house. Even if there was her electricity has been disconnected & she has no means to cook it. To top off her misery her rent is overdue & she’s about to be evicted on to the streets.

The minister’s wife is shocked & asks the enquirer how he heard about the poor woman’s plight.

    “I’m her landlord” says V2.

    • Had a couple like that in the past.
Its tough being a landlord in that situation. doesn’t happen as much now as Winz helps out. Had on l;day with 7 kids. Her house was immaculate and her clothing was always neat and tidy. Just been so badly abused that she couldn’t manage, rather sad actually.
Had another who was as tough as can be but always got on with her really well. always paid the rent until the gang planted a boyfriend in her house.. % kids and he got her eftpos card, went down the bak at 11.00 pm when the cash went in and cleaned it out. She sorted it the first time but it happened again a few weeks later. The rent didn’t go through so I wandered around to check up. the house was vacted. The police had moved her to a safe custody because she took to the shit head with a carving knife. He dived into a bedroom and slammed the door. She slammed the knife through the dor about 6 times. Now this wasn’t a latter day door this was a 1963 solid door. She would have killed him for taking the money that was for her kids.

Another tenant vacated and no rent came so wandered around and pulled up out front behind another car. Thought, that’s a plain clothes policeman. Got out and went to talk with him. Both of us wandered down to the house, door was open and nothing inside except in the corner of one bedroom. There was the old tenants 17 or 18 years old daughter huddled in the corner with a few days old baby. No where to go.
Had another one who had a daughter. in the front yard was a stand of the big bamboo. Mother didn’t like the boyfriend and wouldn’t let him in the house so he made a shelter in the bamboo with some plastic and a matress and a heap of other shit. Another unwanted was born.

I tell ya they are out there.

      Had one with 5 aliases’.
Had some good tenants too. Had some like one I have had for a few years who was a shearing trainer. Went to do training, grabbed what he thought was a drink bottle and instead it was some corrosive shit. Burned his inside out. They have struggled but I have not pushed the rent up as I could have. Really good people and bought up really nice kids. You don’t hear about those ones.

BUT according to Jacindaa us landlords are all rich bastards who rob the tenants. Well it just ain’t so. Like anything that enters her empty head she doesn’t know the difference between investing for the longterm and speculating.

Que kea along to splatter his crap.

  29. Over 100 doctors and scientists from 25 countries signed a letter of concern regarding covid vaccines, calling for an immediate cessation of the experimental use of these substances on the EU population, and thus an immediate cessation of any further violation of the Nuremberg Code. In addition, the large and illustrious group of doctors and scientists announced that they would take legal action against those responsible for the control authority.
