I’ve copied the opening paragraph below to give some idea as to where the writer is coming from.

‘Why there is no climate emergency

    by carlplanetbJune 9, 2021

Over the next week I am going to debunk the claims made by the alarmists with real climate science.

Today NZ, or more importantly our virtue signalling politicians, have started the journey of costing the economy, the tax payer and ultimately the welfare of 1.000’s of people with steps to solve a problem that (a) doesn’t exist and (b) if it did NZ is in no way able to solve.

We are talking about the climate emergency, which is nothing more than Ardern trying to look good on a global stage.

Before you switch off and cry “Climate Denier” lets look at the facts that we know about with what is going on with this theory of anthropogenic caused Co2 is a problem’.

In that regard, herewith the ‘Radio NZ Charter’.

Given RNZ’s very ‘leftist’ bias, perhaps someone at senior management level needs to read it again to remind themselves exactly what their purpose is, especially clauses 1 and 4.

      ‘Purpose
      (1) As an independent public service broadcaster, the public radio company’s purpose is to serve the public interest.

      (2) Freedom of thought and expression are foundations of democratic society and the public radio company as a public service broadcaster plays an essential role in exercising these freedoms.

      (3) The public radio company fosters a sense of national identity by contributing to tolerance and understanding, reflecting and promoting ethnic, cultural, and artistic diversity and expression.

      (4) The public radio company provides reliable, independent, and freely accessible news and information.’

Māori cultural adviser Karaitiana Taiuru says the video “represents an emerging trend of online caricature depicting Māori as savage, uneducated and aggressive people, disguised as humour in the same manner that the Black Face is/was to African Americans”.

“This is blatant racism that frankly impacts all Māori and especially impacts those Māori who choose to revive our ancient customs of facial tattoos called Ta Moko (men) and Moko Kauae (females),” Taiuru added.

Yeah right. Like Labour its ok when they do it.

I find it blatant racism that maori today choose to use the traditional non maori blank face look with no scribbles, i call for compulsory moko tattoo of all maori men and woman otherwise they shall be deemed racist cunts.

I also find it racist they appropriate every aspect of other races technological advances, they enjoy our clothing, housing, transport, tools, food and our ways of life yet have a bitch at the slightest immitation of maori culture. Get back in your grass skirt, grass hut and use a sharpened digging stick to plant your kumara.
Seriously these idiots didnt even have a wheel or a shovel but cry foul when someone uses their dance… theyre just proving paul goldsmith 100% correct.

      • I have notice a few around here, Wairoa, with those markings on their face. Have been thinking that perhaps they may by tradition should they not have been chiselled in my hand, not by a colonial tattooing machine. Bit of appropriation going on I feel.

        • Can a person who self-identifies as Maori just go and get a moko without consulting anyone and getting the proper authorization?
From a Japanese perspective, there must surely be standards to uphold. If anyone can just go and get a moko, then it has no value.

          • I’ve seen a few “maori” tattoos on international arms on TV personalities who have no connection to NZ, they just like the design. More permanent on the skin but no different from ‘😃T.shirts’ went viral in the 70’s, or ‘I ❤️NY’ was the thing to wear. Get over yourselves and think of it as promotion or exposure.

Oh no koha paid. Hard luck!

‘Correctly’ the answer is ‘No’, as each moko is both unique to the person, and unique to their tribe / iwi. It is, essentially a visual story for those who care to and are able to read it.

This is the correct way to do things, but unfortunately it seems to have been diluted over time and it is unlikely that some wearers have given it very much thought.

Re; ‘Māori as savage, uneducated and aggressive people’,

My answer to this would be ‘So prove that they AREN’T’!!

Perhaps he should also have a word with supermarket owners…

Unfortunately, observation indicates that, as always, it is a small number ruining it for the majority and it is the ‘small group’ that are getting the media coverage (and 55% of the prison population despite being only 155 of the population).

Noticeably, the silence of the ‘Leaders’ is profound.

  5. Should our Gay Finance Minister and Labour Party Deputy Prime Minister be the one to be making decisions on Transgender people playing Sport with his comments this week on everyone should have the right to play sport.
When you have a collection of Olympians and to sports people sending their view against it to the Government it shows that the majority don’t want it and it give transgender sports people a advantage over those that work hard to succeed.

  7. Two Texas farmers, Joe and Jim Bob are sitting at their favorite bar drinking beer.
Joe turns to Jim Bob and says, “You know, I’m tired of going through life without an education. Tomorrow I think I’ll go to the Community College and sign up for some classes.”
Jim Bob thinks it’s a good idea, and the two leave.
The next day, Joe goes down to the college and meets the Dean of Admissions who signs him up for the four basic classes: Math, English, History, and Logic.
    “Logic?” Joe says. “What’s that?”
The dean says, “I’ll give you an example. Do you own a weed eater?”
    “Yeah.”
“Then logically speaking because you own a weed eater I think that you would have a yard.”
    “That’s true, I do have a yard.”
“I’m not done,” the dean says. “Because you have a yard, I think logically that you would have a house.”
“Yes, I do have a house.”
“And because you have a house, I think that you might logically have a family.”
    “Yes, I have a family.”
“I’m not done yet. Because you have a family, then logically you must have a wife. And because you have a wife, then logic tells me you must be a heterosexual.”
“I am a heterosexual. That’s amazing you were able to find out all of that because I have a weed eater.”

Excited to take the class now, Joe shakes the Dean’s hand and leaves to go meet Jim Bob at the bar. He tells Jim Bob about his classes, how he is signed up for Math, English, History, and Logic.
“Logic?” Jim Bob says, “What’s that?”
Joe says, “Well, I’ll give ya an example. Do you have a weed eater?”
    “No”
    “Then you’re a homosexual.”

  10. We are instructed by authorities to believe many absurdities.

    – Men can become women and compete against them in sports
    – A trace gas and plant food dictates climate change
    – Coal-powered electric vehicles are clean
    – Someone with a single great grandparent from a certain race is full member of that race instead of a 1/8th member
    – Totalitarian ideologies that give a free pass to paradise to those who die fighting for it are “peaceful”
    – Diversity is always a strength
    – Racists can only be members of an “oppressor” class
    – An “oppressed” group can not be racist
    – Words that offend are “violence” that may be countered with real violence
    – “Equity” (equality of outcome) is good
    – “Discrimination” (the exercise of free choice) is bad
    – A virus that kills a very small proportion of healthy, productive adults is a “deadly pandemic”
    – The price of houses always only goes up / creating lots of money (through debt) is good

    The list goes on.

The danger is that anyone who can convince you to believe absurdities can also induce you to commit atrocities.
This is the message contained in the phrase “Lest we Forget”.

    • Chris the clown Faaifoi has said regarding hate speech ‘if that incites or stirs up hatred towards a particular group’.

The question therefore is whether calling someone a racist as a knee jerk and without any logical thought behind the accusation, is not in itself racist…. because this is, in my opinion, inciting hatred towards a particular group, which can only be the ‘whites’, as per your list above.

      • I hear that in the UK, to state that “only a person born with a vagina can be a woman” is to risk being charged with “hate speech.”

How is having an opinion on a topic “hate speech”?
Any opinion on any topic is highly likely to offend at least one person in the population.

Since having an opinion is based on having thought about the topic in the first place, I put it to you that a regime that does not want its citizens to think critically will be in favor of “hate speech” laws and will enforce them to shut down dialog.

  11. If one assumes that all races and cultures are equivalent, then if one race or culture has poor outcomes, then it cannot be the fault of that race/culture; therefore some external agent must be at work.
If you are a member of a group that wants to grab power for yourself, then it is to your advantage to be able to claim that the status quo is creating poor outcomes for one race or culture. Now, if you could topple the status quo and install your system in its place, then Nirvana would come about.

    What could possibly go wrong?

Would you trust a group that would stoop to such depths to take control?

Are *1, *2, *3 and *4 all from the same iwi?

The original statement is misleading because it assumes that all people who self-identify as Maori somehow all share the same values about pathways, teaching and development. Now, I am sure that the committee in Wellington who put out this press release would like us to believe this myth of the Maori Monolith.

I think we would have far greater clarity if we looked at individual “iwi” instead of Maori.

This is the real thing peopleses.
Not an announcement of an announcement..
    Not a teaser.
Let me get to the point and I will refude the premise of any questions that suggest this is waffle.
Waffle would be making announcements about announcements.
This it THE announcement, not the announcement of the announcement.

    Drum roll
It is with a heavy heard that I announce, without further ado, or waffle that :

“Newspapers and other users of newsprint are hunting for alternative sources following the news that the country’s last local newsprint mill at Kawerau is closing.
    and
But while newsprint can be imported, post-Covid shipping delays and supply chain problems may make it difficult to ensure a steady supply.”
The News Publishers’ Association, which represents more than 100 newspapers and 10 publishers, said the mill’s demise would be “the end of an era in local publishing, affecting all New Zealand newspapers”.

While some of this may be sad to you and others may be happy, we have formed a committee to do a pre-feasibilidy study of the feasabilidy of establishing >> KiwiPaper.

This will look into the concept of having, initially, 50% Maori ownership.
The two high powered Ministers with great planning abilidy will head this pre-feasabilidy stage.

The Honourable Philip Stoner Twyford; who has time on his hands as Minister for Disarmament (but not for gangs) ,
    and
The Honourable Nanaia Cybele Mahuta; as representative of Maori interests.
Anything with free money is interesting to them, so this is in their interests.

We consider with his great success in KiwiBuild and the fact he has not much else to do, Phil will be great for KiwiPaper.
We will make this a prioridy after Phil has got the trams running down Dominion Road.
After all we are still collecting the tax for that on your petrol.

Nanaia has said she looks forward to this and it is a great intellectual challenge, but then so is getting her to wear a matching pair of shoes.

    DONALD J. TRUMP
    JUNE 10, 2021
    BEDMINSTER, NJ

Statement by Donald J. Trump, 45th President of the United States of America.

As President, I had a great and very productive meeting in Helsinki, Finland, with President Putin of Russia. Despite the belated Fake News portrayal of the meeting, the United States won much, including the respect of President Putin and Russia. Because of the phony Russia, Russia, Russia Hoax, made-up and paid for by the Democrats and Crooked Hillary Clinton, the United States was put at a disadvantage—a disadvantage that was nevertheless overcome by me. As to who do I trust, they asked, Russia or our “Intelligence” from the Obama era, meaning people like Comey, McCabe, the two lovers, Brennan, Clapper, and numerous other sleezebags, or Russia, the answer, after all that has been found out and written, should be obvious. Our government has rarely had such lowlifes as these working for it. Good luck to Biden in dealing with President Putin—don’t fall asleep during the meeting, and please give him my warmest regards!

  24. he left-leaning investigative journalism nonprofit ProPublica just released a report that used 15-years worth of confidential IRS records to calculate the effective tax rate that billionaires pay on their fortunes.

Among the billionaires named in the report is George Soros, who they say paid no income tax three years in a row, from 2016-2018.

A spokesperson for Soros said in a statement to ProPublica that “Between 2016 and 2018 George Soros lost money on his investments, therefore he did not owe federal income taxes in those years. Mr. Soros has long supported higher taxes for wealthy Americans.” But the performance of Soros Fund Management, the fund responsible for Soros’ massive wealth, gained 5% in 2016, 8.9% in 2017, and 0.9% in 2018. Where exactly is the loss that they’re speaking of?

Back in 2017 Soros transferred $18 billion of his fortune to the Open Society Foundation charity that he controls. That guarantees that those funds will be sheltered from the IRS forever in what one commentator called the “single biggest tax dodge in U.S. history, yet no one on the right or left seems to have raised an eyebrow.” The donation also allows Soros to deduct up to 20% of its market value on his personal taxes ($3.6 billion), which he can carry forward for five years, effectively giving him a double write off. That’s a more likely explanation for the lack of taxes paid, at least in the years 2017 and 2018.

  25. No reason to assume it hasn’t happened here.

Half of the pandemic’s unemployment money may have been stolen

Criminals may have stolen as much as half of the unemployment benefits the U.S. has been pumping out over the past year, some experts say.

Why it matters: Unemployment fraud during the pandemic could easily reach $400 billion, according to some estimates, and the bulk of the money likely ended in the hands of foreign crime syndicates — making this not just theft, but a matter of national security.

    • As a cyclist (I outed myself above), I am disgusted by this stupid proposal to create a totally superfluous cycleway on the harbour bridge. Same with many councils’ idiotic destruction of roads, parking and local retail businesses with their fuckwit cycle lanes. I’ve hardly ever had a problem with motorists in all my years’ cycling. I just keep to the left, I never cycle two or three abreast and I invariably find motorists pretty courteous. Cycleways are a total waste of money and resources. They impede traffic flows and they (rightly) piss off other road users.

SAGE has some modelling of deaths especially the fully vaccinated.

Sounds scary, yes? BUT the modelling is based on an ASSUMPTION. An assumption that variants arise which “escapes immunity”.

In other words, they’ve no idea whether anything untoward will happen.

If their “guess” about variants isn’t correct, bin the whole thing.

And will a variant that “escapes immunity” arise?

The empirical data speaks strongly AGAINST it. We’re still at around 0.3% total mutation away from the original sequence.

    In 18 months.

    So, around 0.2% per YEAR.

Recall that those infected by & left immune to SARS in 2003?

They all had cross-immunity to SARS-CoV-2, which is 22% different.

Let me say it again. The human immune system EASILY sees two viruses which differ by 22% as similar enough that immunity to one confers immunity to the other.

Now ask yourself, considering the same immune system: if it easily copes with a 22% difference, what do you think the chances are that a 0.3% difference will NOT be recognised by our immune systems??

Yes, that’s right. It’s ZERO. It’s impossible. It is not going to happen.

They’re STILL LYING TO US ABOUT EVERYTHING.

Why? Because it’s not about a virus & our health, but about total control.

They’ve absolutely no intention of “giving us back our freedoms”. What an absurd concept, anyway.

All around the world, hidden from many of us by the LYING MASS MEDIA, people in other places are living entirely normal lives, forgetting about Covid19.

We get one chance to wrest back self determination: DO NOT TOLERATE A DAY LONGER OF THIS OFFENSIVE, ROAD MAP BS.

If you meekly comply with any further restraints, you’re telling government & their advisors that THEY CAN DO DO TO US WHATEVER THEY WANT.

It’s down to us. Please take everything back on June 21st, if you haven’t already.

    Dr Mike Yeadon
